Second time visiting and always happy with everything. Maybe the only constructive thing to add is that I expect more quantity of the appetizers or if not the price is on the high side.

The meats were absolutely delicious! However, I was a bit disappointed by the starter — the calamari didn’t taste quite right and felt a little artificial. That said, I’m still giving 5 stars for the outstanding service. A special thanks to Thomas, who was not only attentive but also a pleasure to talk to. We really enjoyed our conversation. Thank you for a great evening !

We were looking for a suitable place to have dinner after arriving at the hotel – we were hoping for a good steakhouse. This place caught our eye due to the good reviews and the atmospheric look. We decided to take a small risk and go without a reservation. This time we were late – the table was arranged immediately! We were allowed to sit down, browsed through the menu and chose steaks, which were accompanied by glasses of suitable wine with the help of the waiter. The dishes arrived quickly and were really delicious – exactly what we had hoped for!👌🏻😋 The atmosphere was calm and cozy, and the live music played by the guitarist crowned the evening 🎶 The customer service was very friendly – ​​downright attentive 😁 It felt like we were really well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, an excellent experience. I can warmly recommend this place to everyone who loves a good steak and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. Thank you La Casona – we will be happy to come here again! 🥩

It was my first time in Amsterdam and me and my wife were searching for a good steak house. The steak house named “La Casona” was the best experience for my taste and the live music was just on another level. I highly recommend it if you want good time, music, food , atmosphere and smiling people.

In total it was a great, I ordered the large rib-eye steak, medium-rare, and it arrived perfectly made and was very juicy. For side dishes, I took fries, mushrooms, and a tomato salad. I really liked the addition of pomegranate to the salad, it was a great touch. The atmosphere was very nice and culminating as soothing, quiet music was on in the background. Definitely a place to visit

We had a nice table (not too close together) and enjoyed a very good meal (spare ribs, burgers). It wasn't particularly cheap, but the taste was definitely excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our vacation in Amsterdam is unfortunately over, but we would come back ;)

I went to eat with my family at your restaurant, my wife and I had ribs, the boys had a medium rare steak, they praised the dinner and the staff all the way to the Czech Republic

La Casona is a fantastic spot for anyone who enjoys quality steak and good wine. The meat was full of flavor and grilled just right. I had the ribeye with a glass of Argentinian Malbec — a perfect match. The service was excellent — fast, polite, and professional. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for delicious Argentinian food in a warm and friendly setting, La Casona is definitely worth a visit.

The garlic shrimp thing is outrageous... They were Vinicius's first cousins. If you like meat or good food, this isn't the place, either for quality or quantity. If an Argentinian visits the place, they'll close it down.

I promised this review so here it is: Unexpectedly ended up at this place, immediately got the 'nicest corner for couples' the food was surprisingly good, and a lot for the price which you don't get here quickly. There was live music, my partner couldn't keep his hands off that piano. Which the owner really liked and kept encouraging. We got free Argentinean liqueur for playing the piano and yes. This place is highly recommended :)

We ordered the Filet (Lomo) and the steak was somewhat chewy and had quite a bit of gristle. Perhaps I am biased as I am comparing the meat to what I would get at a Steakhouse in the US with a 4.6 rating on google... The grilled vegetables and the grilled mushrooms were the best part of the meal - they were delicious. Also - wine options were pretty limited - they had only one choice for red wine by the glass, and I think even if we had ordered a bottle, there were only 2 or 3 options available... The service though was very good! Both of the people who interacted with us were great - very friendly and accommodating.

First time in Amsterdam, first time in La Casona... and wow we were so impressed. This really was an amazing experience, the food was just soo soo sooo good. We eat a lot out, and we love to eat spare ribs, but we never had such wonderfull spare ribs, it were the best ones we had ever eaten. And besides, the people working there have such a pretty soul and make you feel welcome instantly!! When we come back in this city, we also will return to this restaurant and we will recommend it to everyone. Such a lovely place also, when we were there, there was a guy playing guitar and the vibe was amazing, it was so cosy and it really felt like you were in another world. Just a few hours pure vibes and music! So lovely

The meat was too sinewy, and the meal wasn’t enjoyable at all. However, the service was fast and the staff were very polite.

One of the best restaurants we have seen in Amsterdam. Nice place, Argentine food, fantastic service. The best thing is the meat they have...we shared several 500g wide steaks...very good!! We had a “carafe” of wine, which is a little more than half a bottle, and it was very good. If you like good meat you can't miss going!! It costs about €30-45 per person without wine. It is advisable to reserve.

After having strolled around the whole day during Kingsday we looked for a nice place to have good food. We found it. My wife ordered „Tres Carnes“ and I had the spare ribs. The meat was on point medium and delicious. Also the ribs were amazing. And the good food was topped by the amazing service by Tomas and the overall team. 🤙
