Bar Abraham in Grachtengordel-Zuid

The waiter was excellent, kind, smiling, and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious cappuccino break, the place was clean, and we were able to charge our phones and use the restrooms. A friendly atmosphere :-)

Came here for a movie and a beer, but came away with great memories with amazing company Sat at the bar after a showing and the two bar tenders were incredibly welcoming, we all chatted for hours! What a great way to end a trip, definitely recommend The Frankenstein cocktail. It’s seasonal, but hopefully they’ll put it on the main menu

Very peaceful place. Chili and relaxed. Good service. Food was bad. Sweet potatoes fries tasted old and some raw. Cheese sticks tasted old as well. Too bad because the service was on point

The atmosphere is cozy, and just like Tuschinski, the interior is very nice. It's really cool that the polyjuice potion changes color when you add lemon juice. The taste was interesting.

Very calm and intimate atmosphere. Perfect for a cocktail or a glass of wine. The music matches the vibe of the place.

Cool bar and chill vibes. This is a working movie theatre, but we just walked in off the street just for drinks. A great place to relax and refresh.

I have been to Bar Abraham very often last year, service is great, employees make the best cocktail here, I have tried almost everything. Always friendly, feels like a second home here for me :) Thank you very much Bar Abraham employees, you are great!!

I had a pleasant expresso martini here. I hadn't appreciated the bar is in the cinema lobby but this just added to the fun and atmosphere!

Very friendly staff, good beer, but quiet for a Friday and we had to move bc a mouse ran under the couch we were on.

Nice spot for mid afternoon break from all the shopping. Offering both cocktails / wine and coffee (decaf option available) as well as small bites This bar seems to serve a cool dine-in movie theater attached (retro vibe) though we didn’t see any movies

Ambiance cosy, incroyable. Les cocktails en plus d'être bons, sont sublimes ! Celui que j'ai pris avait même des paillettes comestibles. 🍸✨ Les apéritifs sont excellents, néanmoins je n'ai pas compris pourquoi proposer des pop-corn salés ? Personnel top, mais qui peut avoir un air poseur. Des passages, mais rien de trop gênant. On se retrouve souvent à croiser les regards de ceux attablés en face de nous. 👀

I am disappointed about this place. Wanted to try it for quite some time and hard to say but the cocktails were tasteless and the services was bad. I had to come to the bartenders to order my cocktails. The table were we were at got cleaned until the drinks were brought. The place itself is also quite all over the place. I think the staff could use having a third person.

Beautifully refurbished space. Was challenged by bar tender as I headed to use the facilities upstairs in a rather abrupt way 'Where are you going?' which didn't seem in keeping with the warm welcoming space and the friendly waiter. Think there was an event happening upstairs and she was guarding against anyone slipping past her!

Super mooie plek met super lekkere cocktails. Ook zijn ze allemaal aan films gelinkt! Een snel roulerend specialsbord die met de nieuwste films mee verandert. Altijd een verassing en super lekker hier. Lekkere plek om na te genieten van de film of gewoon gezellig na het shoppen. Gezellig personeel die een leuk gesprekje met je aangaan of lekker met rust laten. Zeker een aanrader en ik zal ook zeker vaak weer terug komen!

Gezellige bar en super vriendelijke bediening en bioscoop personeel, ik heb MS en loop met een stok en mijn vriendin heeft CP en loopt met een rollator en iedereen was behulpzaam en betrokken

Un endroit cosy et feutré. La musique n’est pas très forte et les cocktails originaux et excellents. On commande au bar et on est servi en salle! En début de soirée c’est encore calme, je recommande !

This is by far one of the nicest places I have been to as a bar! Retro and sophisticated design, comfortable and large venue. It feels like being in Hollywood! They are so amazing with the narrative of their food, they named the cocktails after movies and their food menu is also amazing, fresh, delicious and light! I had an amazing time. The staff were wonderful, kind and genuinely nice which is so hard to find nowadays. The lady that took care of us was the nicest and she deserves all the compliments for me and my guest having a good time. The movie theater is amazing, it is the only one you can take your food and cocktails to! I strongly recommend just stopping by for the bar, the atmosphere, the cocktails, grabbing a delicious bite. It is also at such a central and convenient location. Everything was wonderful, comfortable, brand new and magical experience. Thank you!

Voorafgaand aan film van IDFA hier koffie gedronken. Uitstekende koffie maar wel jammer dat er geen koekje bij de koffie wordt geserveerd.

Nice little cocktail bar connected to the tuchinski film theatre. Can go also if your not going to see a film. List of cocktails was interesting and they all tasted great, not bad pricing for Amsterdam. Look and feel is modern art deco.

Great vibe in the famous Tuschinski theater. Fancy cocktails and bar bites. Staff is amazing - the bartender remembered our drinks from a year ago!

Love the vibe. Abraham mule is recommendable. Pleasantly surprised with this new gem and didn’t even have to go to the movies for it.

Toffe nieuwe bar, met ook de lekkerste koeken! En wie wil er nou niet een filmpje pakken met zo een heerlijke cocktail erbij, zeker in de net verbouwde luxe zalen bij Tuschinski!

Een heel gezellige, sfeervolle bar met gastvrije bediening. Een korte maar smaakvolle cocktailkaart en daarbij een ruime keuze aan borrelhapjes. Lekker om even je filmavondje mee af te sluiten (of juist mee te beginnen ;))
