Place was quaint, humble and cosy, but also sassy cause of all the la casa de papel stickers, and the service was top, but honestly my main focus was on the food. Just what I needed 🤤 Food was 20ish per person with a drink main meal and a shared massive portion fries.

We found hair in the food at a filthy restaurant, unfortunately. When we told them, they said it was normal because the workers don't wear head coverings while cooking. Their attitude was terrible when we mentioned the hair. They demanded full payment, and the manager refused to meet with us, claiming he was busy and that we had to go upstairs. When we went upstairs to meet him, they told us he was too busy to see us. In short, they didn't have time for us. Their main concern was that we pay for the dish we ordered, regardless of whether it contained hair or poison. Initially, the waiter offered to replace the dish, but when we went upstairs to meet the manager, he refused, saying we had already eaten some and there was only a little left. After some negotiation, we asked him to keep his promise and provide another dish, and they took our money in full. When we asked when the replacement dish would be ready, they said they were busy and to wait. When the dish was finally prepared, he put it on the table and left. They didn't apologize or speak to us respectfully; their attitude was rude, and all they cared about was getting the money, even if the food was dirty or defective. My first visit revealed that they don't care about the customer; all they care about is money. There's no respect or appreciation, the food is dirty, and they don't adhere to cooking standards. They don't respond quickly when you call them. I feel the reviews about them aren't accurate based on what I saw today.

It's a nice and cozy place. We being Vegetarian had a nice Mozzarella Salad and Pesto Pasta. Both were just amazing

Good option overall and for late night

We came to this place on a recommendation. We ordered pasta carbonara and a caprese salad. It was delicious, but the restroom was a disaster.

We were not expecting much because of the typical tourist style menu but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Excellent service and the food was amazing. We ordered a burger, fries, and a chicken salad. All of the food was great. The fries were a standout! Excellent seasoning and flavor on all of the items. Bonus: the server was so friendly and had such high energy

Most of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake, the rest must've been written by stoned fools. Too bad I didn't spot it before deciding to give it a shot. The pizza is neither fresh nor authentic and somehow still more expensive than what you'll get at a good restaurant. Staff messed up a very simple order too. Avoid unless you like getting ripped off.

Great pizza and a very nice team

My daughter was craving a salad and came across this nice restaurant while searching. The salad with turkey was delicious and plentiful. I had the Quattro Formaggi pasta, and it was also very tasty.

We ordered fettuccine pasta and chips, and it was really delicious. The pasta was well cooked, full of flavour, and tasted fresh, while the chips were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The portion size was generous and very satisfying. Overall, it was a comforting and enjoyable meal, and I’d happily order it again. The setting and staff are amazing including tooshi the cat

The food was okay without being very good, the waiter was very helpful and the dishes were served on time, but the atmosphere in this restaurant is not good at all, the decoration is like Money Heist, the music is way too loud you can't hear yourself talk, the toilets are separated from the dining room by just a volleyball net, and the tables are very close together.

Ordered Bolognese, hardly any meat in the sauce, hardly any flavor. Not a good Italian restaurant.

I was attracted to this place by the name and I have to say that the food is not that great in my opinion, it is all frozen or pre-cooked, in short edible but not entirely delicious, however the staff was very kind and friendly and made us smile throughout the evening.

It's open until 3 a.m. If you arrive in the city very late, as was my case, it saved me from going to bed without dinner. The guy speaks a little Spanish, and he's very friendly and attentive.
