A wonderful experience and the food, absolutely amazing and so beautiful. Do not miss this being in Amsterdam.

This is more than eating food, this is about being enveloped within the experience of food. The mix of guests adds to the experience, but the star has to be the food. The flavours and textures combine to excite and tease, incredible. All delivered by a focused team in an unbelievable setting. This is a must for global food travellers who are lucky enough to have been told where to go.

We've been here several times now, and each time it's different and surprising. Five stars from me, Michelin should do the same. Compared to other fine-dining restaurants, the price is incredibly reasonable! Fantastic place.

For a tasting menu at this price point there are much better options. Wish they would have tied the flavors of the dish to the artwork better.

Overall, we had a lovely evening, but there were a few things that detracted from a perfect evening. The service was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, there were only three couples, and we were the only ones seated opposite each other instead of next to each other. (Perhaps we could have changed that; it was our bad luck that we didn't ask.) The food was generally delicious and beautifully presented, but the wow factor was missing. The portions were very small, even for fine dining. Even the main course was eaten in three or four bites. That's a bit disappointing for the price. The drink prices are also very high. Both the bottled wine and the cocktails are upstairs in the bar. The ambiance is a bit dark but pleasant, though some of the film clips shown on the screens (which line the entire walls of the dining room) are rather disturbing and not very appetizing. It was a pleasant experience, one that doesn't warrant a repeat under these circumstances.

The food was tasty and nicely presented, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Everything looked and felt well thought out. The hosting was smooth and friendly, which made the evening feel easy and enjoyable. Fay helped us during dinner and added a really nice touch. Would definitely come back!

I would say its a decent restaurant with decent food but I find the atmosphere and the experience a bit unnecessary. When I was first reading the description I expected a bit more relevant atmosphere with the food but instead it felt a bit cringe as it was only some animations with models. Unfortunately it wasn’t my thing.

Excellent cuisine, bravo to the chef! However, the portions are really small for the price. The wine pairing is disappointing: expensive (€58 for 5 glasses), the wines don't enhance the dishes, and the red wine is served cold. The atmosphere is pleasant but doesn't justify the price for what you eat, and it's not enough to create a real "experience." Furthermore, having people go upstairs for dessert is a mistake in my opinion, as the decor is so cheap, whereas downstairs is lovely. Also be careful: if you plan to come and order only the menu (which is already €90), you'll have to wait at least 45 minutes for other guests to finish their small, paid starters (charcuterie platters, oysters, etc.). Ultimately, all these little things spoil the experience. For the same price, you could go to a very good Michelin-starred restaurant.

This is a very special place to eat and experience. Nice Fine dining 5 course with wine pairing. Original but not Michelin star level. Undergound was the best with fermented Garlic, mousse of Carrot and mushroom and loverly Slovenia unfiltered power Rose. It was a fun night, Thank you.

Had a great meal, from the Earth menu. Dill oysters. The carrots (both the replica and the real ones) were really super tasty. Wine pairing was also really great, to make it an already fantastic evening.

The dinner was great as we were able to meet new people and enjoy freshly created food that was full of flavor. It was a little expensive but worth it! Make sure to get the wine pairing with your meal as it made the whole experience magical.

A place to elevate your senses and your taste experience to a whole new level. The preparation, presentation, and flavor of the menus are unparalleled. A symphony of select dishes prepared with attention to detail. The service is very attentive and friendly. There's something new to discover every second. In my opinion, this restaurant deserves at least one star. The concept is also extremely well thought out. Thank you for letting us share in this experience. Fantastische keuken, bijzondere locatie en zeer prettige bediening. Te veel gebruik van telefoontjes van andere gasten om alles vast te leggen. Maar we hadden gewoon pech daarin geloof ik.

It was my birthday and we had the most amazing time and experience. I would definitely recommend it, as the food was 10 out of 10 and they really went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday. Besides the food being fantastic, the experience is also amazing with the visuals, the story telling and the desert upstairs. Very friendly staff.

My night at Belleza was amazing. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I had no clue what I could expect and I wasn’t disappointed. Everybody was friendly from the start and the food was out of this world. The wine paring by Abby was perfect and Vanessa was a lovely host. At the end we had to go to a different room which made the evening complete. I loved. it 5 stars.

Das Bellezza Restaurant in Amsterdam hat definitiv ein einzigartiges Konzept – ein multisensorisches Erlebnis, bei dem verschiedene Gänge auf den Sinnen basieren, was anfangs sehr spannend klingt. Die ersten beiden Gänge waren wirklich toll: kreativ und geschmacklich interessant. Die Idee, die Sinne zu stimulieren, war dabei gut umgesetzt und sorgte für einen aufregenden Auftakt. Leider ließ die Qualität des Essens ab dem dritten Gang nach. Die Gerichte schmeckten zunehmend gleich und waren insgesamt weniger beeindruckend. Geschmacklich konnte das Restaurant nicht ganz halten, was es zu Beginn versprach. Auch das Ambiente war nicht ganz das, was ich erwartet hatte – etwas abgewrackt und weniger ansprechend, als man es bei einem solch innovativen Konzept erwarten würde. Der Service war nett, aber mir persönlich zu aufdringlich. Es war ein wenig unangenehm, dass die Bedienung so nah war, was den entspannten Genuss eher störte. Zudem fand ich das gesamte Entertainment-Element – die Fenster, in denen Filme abgespielt wurden, und die verschiedenen Musikstücke – zwar eine interessante Idee, aber es konnte mich nicht wirklich fesseln oder unterhalten. Der Standort im Rotlichtviertel von Amsterdam ist für einige vielleicht ein zusätzlicher Reiz, aber für mich passte er nicht wirklich zum restlichen Erlebnis. Ich hatte mehr erwartet, als nur ein paar Fenster mit Filmen und ein paar Musikkomponenten. Alles in allem ein interessantes Konzept, aber es fehlt noch an Konsistenz und einem wirklich stimmigen Gesamtbild.

This place is disappointing. Food is lOK however after waiting 25 minutes for our drinks and then another half an hour after that for our food, when they also forgot a dish it’s just not worth it! It is very crowdy and not relaxed sitting. Just avoid this place.

Op de reservelijst gezet. Dezelfde avond een mail ontvangen dat er een plek vrij is . Aanbetaling gedaan . Bevestiging ontvangen dat de reservering gelukt is. Twee minuten voor aankomst gebeld dat er toch geen plek is . Waardeloos! Voor niks extra kosten gemaakt om op stel en sprong op tijd bij het restaurant te zijn.

A magnificent gastronomy surrounded with mistery, superb videos and a nice history behind curtains. Loved the amazing food, a fixed tasting menu that’s surprisingly good.

Exciting concept dining experience in the middle of Amsterdam's red light district. Bellezza combines deliciously crafted food with sound and visual effects as part of an intimate group setting. As a guest, you'll be sharing a large table with a group of people who is booked at the same time, while still having sufficient space for yourself. The service was very attentive and knowledgeable. I particularly also want to highlight the excellent cocktail service - the bartender was surprising us with different delicious cocktails that were nicely paired with the dishes served.

If you are in Amsterdam, Bellezza is a must stop. Their tasting menu is not only delicious, but it makes you live an experience full of emotions in an elegant and professional environment. The waitresses passionately transmit the essence of the restaurant, making every moment special and excellent.

Upon arrival, we were asked about dietary requirements, and it was indicated that one of us did not eat beets. This has been indicated to the chef. This indicated that there was no alternative + we should just try it. Unfortunately, I didn't eat/couldn't eat 1 course. In addition, there was also a large loud group present which unfortunately spoiled the whole 'experience' a bit for us. Service was really great, very nice people, still 3 stars today. But I definitely won't go back. Ask for the top prize but unfortunately don't think along.

What an amazing experience we had for Christmas dinner! The whole evening was spectacular with amazing food, entertainment and a few surprises along the way! The staff at Bellezza were incredible - so professional and welcoming and we felt like we were being hosted in someone's home surrounded by an immersive experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience dinner in a way you have never had before. Thank you for making Christmas for our family one we will never forget!

This restaurant is a media experience during your dinner. The staff is very friendly and attentive. While I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the experience is 5 and something unique.

Unfortunately completely overpriced for what there is to offer. Portions are a joke, instead of 6 courses there were 6 appetizers, drinks cost extra, service was super friendly, the ambience was like the food and for €94 per person - I can't understand the hype and reviews here.

I don't really like eating out, as most restaurants give the same experience. Belleza has changed the game with its incredible visuals, concept and, of course, food. Without spoiling too much, they do seasonal themes throughout the year to keep it fresh. These concepts are brought to live with screens surrounding the whole room, artistic characters inside them and fitting music. Bellezza focuses on immersion, setting up the perfect atmosphere for you to try the dishes and add more to them with this approach. Drinks were amazing, staff was fun and friendly, and in case you need more reassurance, the food was lekker!!

Returning to Netherlands next June, searching for shops and restaurants. And I found all this comments about this extraordinary restaurant, yeah, I need to post a comment! Out of the ordinary, a must-seen restaurant for every person with a good taste. Nice people that serve you with those delightful dishes! I will be back!

We absolutely loved this place! We were able to get a reservation last minute and even thought we were a bit unsure if this is the right place to dine we were not disappointed! The single dishes were absolutely fantastic and the concept and idea surrounding the dining experience was amazingly thought through. I’m not going to go into detail to keep the surprise. The service was very nice and passionate you can tell they love what they do! The price was perfectly fine for what you get and when they have a new seasonal concept we will definitely dine here again!

More than a dinner, the evening at Bellezza was a journey that involved all the senses through flavours, scents, images and sounds. The dishes were all delicious, presented with creativity and always accompanied by the right wine. The impeccable service with all the staff being professional but also friendly and welcoming. The location is very well looked after because it is an important part of the experience you are having. The price of an evening at Bellezza is high but some important aspects must be considered: the level of food/drink is high and the preparation is evidently complex. There are approximately twenty-five seats for dinner. The service is very attentive. This is a unique and exclusive experience. Overall, I recommend it 100%

Had a really nice evening! Ambiance was great food was delicious. Unfortunately, the BBQ sauce was cold. At checkout, 10 champagne and 2 bottles of water were too much on the bill. So the bill was 250 euros more expensive. Fortunately, this was quickly corrected when we reported this. Nice but very expensive evening.

Not worth it. Food made my friend sick. We left midway through the experience. Bella was only on the screens and most of the screens weren’t working or playing anything on them. The 2 female staff members were friendly. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

If you are looking for a memorable evening with creative and delicious food in a low light romantic atmosphere, then Bellezza is your place. The walls are a series of video panels with the content designed as a wrap around experience. It is Not one or a few images repeated across all of the 16 or 20 panels - but one video wrapped around. The content directly relates to each named course of food for the evening, which is creatively themed. We both enjoyed all of the courses and in speaking to the party next to us, they enjoyed the fixed menu as well. I did the virgin drink pairings and they were fabulous and clever. Highly recommended.

A truly memorable evening that has us desperate to return to Amsterdam to do it all over again! It’s difficult to explain the multi-sensory wonderland but safe to say we had one of the best times. Incredible food, stunning visuals and brilliant service. The visual experience makes the perfect backdrop for a clearly well thought out menu. It was truly one of our most enjoyable and unforgettable meals on our visit to Amsterdam. There was a sense of journey through each course and the staff were all so attentive and accommodating. The added bonus of a changing menu adds even more of a reason to want to come back asap.

My boyfriend took me here for our anniversary and it was the best dinner I have ever had in my life! Service is sooo good (Vanessa is the sweetest) and the chef came to our table to and explain the dishes which gave us that cherry on top. The different rooms make it so dynamic and I will come back for sure

We learned about this place because of a foodie friend, and have to admit the experience did not disappoint! The flavours coming out of that kitchen, combined with the outstanding service provided by William, made for an exquisite journey that Vanessa guided us on. 11/10 can’t wait for the October menu!

Wow! We have dined in amazing restaurants around the world, but both the food and experience is unmatched at Bellezza! The courses match each theme perfectly and the flavor profiles were unmatched! If you are in an Amsterdam and miss this, you WILL be sorry!

We were with the whole family. We celebrated our 25 years of marriage at Bellezza. It was quite an experience. Unique experience. Location, ambiance. Total plate. It's kind of like "Dinner in Motion". You end up in the cocktail bar. The food was great. Every round is a surprise. It is highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a unique cuisine experience, Bellezza is the place. Why? They do different themes every few months and change the menu accordingly. The experience is immersive with a room full of characters and visuals. I really loved their vegetarian menu and the cocktails. The staff were really friendly!

Had the nicest experience for my birthday such a nice atmosphere and the staff is so good. The host was really wonderful and kind towards us I think his name was Isvar, really made my birthday so special! Would def recommend coming here!!!

Visiting Belleza was quite an experience, to say the least. I was drawn in by their impressive marketing, which piqued my curiosity enough to make a reservation. However, upon arrival, the initial experience was less than ideal. The entrance remains locked until the exact time of your reservation, leaving guests waiting outside on the street. Once inside, the dining area is quite small, with seating that felt notably cramped. About half an hour into our dining experience, we were treated to a show displayed on what at first seemed to be mirrors around the room. While the concept was unique, the content of the show was disappointing and certainly not art-worthy. For the final part of the dinner, we were guided upstairs for dessert. The main course had been decent, and I found it worth trying. Unfortunately, the dessert was a letdown, tasting like a cheap sorbet. On a positive note, the service was exceptional. The servers were very friendly and made us feel welcome, which was a pleasant contrast to the other aspects of the experience. In conclusion, Belleza offer a unique dining experience that might be worth trying once, especially if you don’t have other plans. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a second visit.

That people can give this restaurant 5 stars is incomprehensible and devastating for people who are actively looking for culinary experiences when they are out and about. The preparation and serving of the food was good, they had a cool theme in the restaurant and it was a cool experience. Wish this restaurant all the best but the experience was a little disappointing after reading all the reviews. 5 stars for me does not necessarily have to be a Michelin restaurant, but pleasant atmosphere, fantastic food, good wine pairing and observant waiters are a criterion for 5 out of 5 with me. This was a completely medium in medium segment restaurant. Compared to mc Donalds this is 5 out of 5, but compared to authentic good restaurants this is in my eyes, something I write off as a wasted evening. We were 4 food enthusiasts and chose the "full package w/wine pairing" This included all dishes with wine pairing. In addition, we had a round of drinks. It cost 420 eur for 4 people, so considering the price it was a good experience for the money👍

Quite an experience. Good food and they even took special care of our vegetarian requirements and food allergies. The art in the room was great. What was interesting was the community table. Although the groups were divided we were all on one table. Unique fishes and flavours. Great experience overall. Must try.

Atmospheric and mystical place, located in the Red Light District. Really enjoyed Mother Nature theme. Each dish is a true work of art with impeccable quality of appetizers and stunning presentation. The staff deserves special compliments for their professionalism and attention to detail. However, the quality of the meat served at the end of the meal could be improved as it didn't match the excellence of the other dishes. Despite this minor drawback, I think it’s an excellent spot for romantic dates with culinary experience. Thank you for a nice evening!

Food was good. Didn't realize it would be community tables. That took away from the ambiance. Didn't care that we had to go upstairs at one point. Im understanding the "guest participation" aspect of it. But i thought it to be annoying and stressful. The closing part "the bar" did not have enough seating so that again was awkward

During my recent visit to this restaurant I had a mixed experience. Although the food was tasty and I enjoyed the dishes, I found the price excessive in relation to what was offered. For a normal evening I paid almost €250. What turned out afterwards is that you also pay for the opening drink, something that was not clearly communicated. It would be nice if this kind of information was given in advance. I ended up paying almost $100 more than I expected. My advice to future guests is to inquire carefully about what you are paying for before you start. The quality of the images in the background was also disappointing and low quality, which I did not expect from a Michelin restaurant. Given the price and the lack of communication, I would not come back. I think I can find a better place to eat for the same amount.
