We had such a great experience at Best Döner & Snacks! The owner, Tomas, was the most welcoming and attentive host he truly made us feel at home. His warmth and kindness added so much to our visit. The food was incredibly delicious we tried the Dürüm wrap, Broodje döner, and French fries, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can taste the care and quality in every bite. If you’re in Amsterdam and want great Turkish food with genuine hospitality, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be coming back next time!

We got two Turkish pizzas. They are simple, clean and very tasty. Lovely place, to have a fast dine in or to take out. The owner is a gem :)

Best "Vegan" Turkish pizza in Amsterdam! When in the neighbourhood we always have lunch at Best Döner, The staff is amazing. When they see us they already know our order. One spicy and one not. They always make us feel welcome and serve amazing food.

Because the ratings and prices are inflated in the tourist area, we ventured a bit outside the city center and found the value-for-money restaurant we were looking for just a few minutes away. The owner is a very hospitable man who runs the business. Our family enjoyed a hearty meal of döner kebab and chicken for half the price of the city center. The flavor was outstanding. Despite the Amsterdam vendors who charge extra even for ketchup on the fries, my chef knows no bounds in his generous offerings. We highly recommend this place, especially for those with green passports who are on a budget. It's on the tram line, but you can even walk from the center.

I just came here just now around 12 at midnight to get a broodje doner for the first time. It was really amazing, a big portion of meat and the vegetables were nice. one of the best doner i have had and that at midnight, wow! I will be coming here more often. For the owners reading this: (I was the boy with the green shirt and i had glasses on)

10/10 best doner on the street. Although every shop in Amsterdam claims there are the ‘best’, this one was actually good. Full chicken and salad plate was around €6 probably 40g protein. Owner was sweet too.

A quick note for anyone with allergies: be cautious. You’ll need to clearly inform them in advance and also double-check during preparation. I asked for no onions due to an allergy, but still saw onions being added. That said, we were looking for a late-night bite and this was one of the few places still open. We gave it a try and weren’t disappointed! The food was tasty, and the place was clean.

The fries where not my favorite only because where French, slim fries and not the one I like the most, the oma style one, thick, topical Dutch. I will try soon the vegetarian Turkish pizza.. I go there with my wife for a few months now. The owner with his wife have the business and its really one of the best doners in Amsterdam!! Plus, they are very welcoming and humble and they have place to sit outside! Edit: I still love it, best quality doner for me but come on guys...in the last period you put ONE slice of cucumber, one, slice of grilled paprika....its a bit shame to be so cheap on veggies....

this place has high reviews, so I walked 20 mins to try it. I would say it was the Worst chicken wrap I've ever had in Amsterdam, I've been coming over for 10 plus years and always loved the turkish pizzas and Durum Wraps.. this was absolutely horrible. the staff were extremely friendly so I gave them a tip after paying but before I got my food.. The wrap was not even half of the chicken you usually get at the other shops.. x3 small pcs of tomatoe, x3 small pcs of cucumber .. No sauce... extremely disappointing. Go somewhere else that prides themselves in their food.. this is not it.

I was tired and very hungry and decided to buy a kapsalon and I honestly don't have the exact words to describe what I felt, but it was more than incredible. Taste, presentation, the amount of food, everything was perfect, I loved it. The name "best doner" is definitely deserved.
