This doner kebab is amazing! Normally, no matter where I eat it, it upsets my stomach, but this Best Doner has absolutely nothing bad about it, fantastic taste!

Kapsalon was another must‑try on my Amsterdam food bucket list, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We went for the chicken all dressed, and it was delicious. It was rich, messy in the best way, and so satisfying. By the end, the three of us were literally fighting over the last bite.

gentleman probably saw I was baked out of my mind and gave me the entire sauce bottle. food was great, no complaints.

The freshest döner I had in the Netherlands without any exaggeration. Went there by 1 AM and even then it was so clean and fast, not even mentioning the yummieness of the döner itself. Really glad found this place after Turkey!

I ate at Best Döner on Kinkerstraat for the first time today and I am really pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was how clean and hygienic the place looks. That immediately gives a good feeling. I had a chicken döner sandwich and a kapsalon. The chicken was deliciously seasoned and flavorful. The fries were also nice and crispy. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a tasty and well-maintained döner place. I will certainly come back here again.

What a lovely place this is. I was here recently and everything was incredibly fresh. The presentation of the vegetables in the display case immediately caught my eye; everything looked so neat and colorful. The food itself also tasted truly fantastic. Everything was well-seasoned and the portion was just right. I will definitely be back here soon for another meal.

Honestly such a hidden gem. The owner is such a nice guy. We were unsure what to order. He gave us chicken and beef shavings to taste along with sauce. This was the first ounce of hospitality we experienced in Europe. We ended up getting two of the Pizza Royale with mix meat (beef and chicken). He ended up giving us fries as well! What a gem of a person. What a lovely eatery. And such value for money. The pizza wraps were huge.

I had read many good things about this place, and also seen in a video that it was described as one of the best döner places. To be honest, it was tasty, but not amazing. The way the vegetables are prepared here is excellent. Something is added that has also been slightly cooked and seasoned alongside the vegetables, and because of that, it is really delicious. Unfortunately, the meat isn't special; very tasty, but not exceptional. Which was the reason why I didn't think it was amazing. It didn't have an incredible flavor (not really a crispy crust, but juicy). The meat is obviously meant to be the star of the show. So that's why I'm still a bit critical. Furthermore, the amount of sambal put on it was actually just very little (I had deliberately asked for extra at the beginning, because I saw this coming: too many pale-faced people in the place). Even so, it easily ranks in my top 10 best döner places, actually almost certainly in my top 5. So Uncle Yunobo definitely recommends it.

Because the ratings and prices are inflated in the tourist area, we ventured a bit outside the city center and found the value-for-money restaurant we were looking for just a few minutes away. The owner is a very hospitable man who runs the business. Our family enjoyed a hearty meal of döner kebab and chicken for half the price of the city center. The flavor was outstanding. Despite the Amsterdam vendors who charge extra even for ketchup on the fries, my chef knows no bounds in his generous offerings. We highly recommend this place, especially for those with green passports who are on a budget. It's on the tram line, but you can even walk from the center.

I just came here just now around 12 at midnight to get a broodje doner for the first time. It was really amazing, a big portion of meat and the vegetables were nice. one of the best doner i have had and that at midnight, wow! I will be coming here more often. 10/10 best doner on the street. Although every shop in Amsterdam claims there are the ‘best’, this one was actually good. Full chicken and salad plate was around €6 probably 40g protein. Owner was sweet too.

A quick note for anyone with allergies: be cautious. You’ll need to clearly inform them in advance and also double-check during preparation. I asked for no onions due to an allergy, but still saw onions being added. That said, we were looking for a late-night bite and this was one of the few places still open. We gave it a try and weren’t disappointed! The food was tasty, and the place was clean.
