I used to come here all the time. I enjoyed it, and I regularly ordered for myself and the staff. The il forno pizza was delivered incorrectly (as were others) and full of mushrooms. I don't like mushrooms. The person on the phone told me that il forno is always full of mushrooms. And that it doesn't come with pure beef, lettuce, and tomato. He didn't believe that it says otherwise on "home delivery." For the person I spoke to, see the photo of how it's listed on "home delivery"!

We arrived at 2:30, and the owner refused to serve us any food, even though he claimed to be open until 3:00.

Atmosphere 0, Service 0, Food 0, Price really too high. Hair salon costs 15 euros.

Because I saw so many bad reviews about Jerusalem (after placing my order), I was curious if it would really be such a fiasco. The prices for what you get at most standard takeout/delivery places are absolutely out of proportion these days, true, but that's the general impression. The pizzas were okay (the more Italian places can't be beat, of course, but I didn't expect that either). I didn't have to wait too long, and the delivery driver was also perfectly fine. Perfectly fine. Nothing special, nothing bad.

We went here for a quick bite to eat with family. Because there was some alcohol involved, there was a bit more noise coming from our table than usual. While ordering (we were eating there), the owner asked if the voices could be kept down and if only one person could talk at a time. Throughout the meal, we were repeatedly asked to be quiet. Before we had finished eating, the owner shouted, "Could you please be quiet, you're giving me a headache?" After that, we paid and never looked back. Considering this poor service, even though there was loud talking, it didn't change the fact that it was disrespectful.

Answers the phone for 3 seconds and hangs up, only to argue about it when you call back. Unfriendly and antisocial customer service.

Yesterday I ordered food through Thuisbezorgd. The food we received was delicious, but the order was incomplete. After contacting the restaurant, I was told they were busy and that they would make it right with the next order... sorry? I've paid and would like to receive my food as soon as possible. "Okay, we'll bring it," the man on the phone said. After waiting an hour, I still hadn't seen anyone, so I called again. Unfortunately, we don't have a new order in your area yet, so we'll make it right next time... well, sorry, but I was really bummed. I understand that it can be very busy on a Saturday night, and forgetting something can always happen. But I regret the way it was handled! I don't know if we'll be ordering again! It's a shame, because the food is always delicious.

I ordered a pizza from Fungi. After he asked if I needed anything, I didn't hear him. I then asked for a container of sauce, and was immediately met with an irritated response: "Yes, you could have just said, 'I need something.'" And the pizza I received was completely soggy.

They are costlier than most other shoarma & kebab places. They are criminally slow in deliverying at home. Avoid.

I ordered a falafel dish for €8 and then had to pay €11.50. When I asked about this, the best man claimed that I had not asked for a small one, so I had to pay for the large one. We were given strange looks and almost sent away before we finished our food. I will truly never come here again. This is the most uncustomer-friendly store in Eindhoven. Bethlehem, say betNOhem. What a shame, I will never ever consume food here again.

Simply Quality at Ramsis. Good and friendly service, but now unfortunately the quality of the food is poor. 1 year later, fries are rock hard, no tomato, vegetable sauce and shawarma, half cold, I think it's Sammy.

After a night out we had dinner at this place on the Kruisstraat, despite the fact that we had had something to drink, the owner of this restaurant remained very friendly and did not have time to serve us properly. After paying 35 euros, he did have time to let other guests know that we had had a drink. Food was tasty, but for us it was the last time at Bethlehem despite the fact that this is one of the older shawarma places in Eindhoven, shame on you because it was really not our fault. Next time we will go to the other side at Jerusalem

Been coming there for 42 years and it remains the best shawarma in Eindhoven. You get a lot for little. Still the same owner. There is no real atmosphere, but you just go here if you are hungry and want a tasty shawarma

Tering lekker en sneller dan snel. Oprechte kapsalon (met shoarma) die super heet geserveerd wordt in een keramische schaal. Zelf ben ik groot, maar een paar uur later zit ik nog steeds vol. Aanrader in de Kruisstraat

Ik kom hier al 40+ jaren. Het is mijn favoriete shoarma tent. Ik ga altijd voor de kipshoarma.

Lekkere kapsalon, zowel shoarma als kebab. Betaalbaar! En aardige mensen. Enige nadeel: we moeten altijd lang wachten tot het klaar is na telefonisch bestellen..

Leuke zaak, heerlijk eten, gezellige eigenaar. Snel weer eens eten.

De schotels waren overheerlijk, maar de aflevering was waardeloos. Tas kapot en alles los door de tas heen. De sorry van de bezorger, daar kon ik niets mee.

Dit is al 20 jaar mijn vaste shoarmaplek in de buurt, ik ben een fijnproever en de shoarma is echt uitstekend, de mix van sauzen zoals je die alleen bij Egyptische eigenaren kan krijgen. De laatste tijd bestel ik hier vaak spareribs, ik probeer hier en daar wat uit en dit is een van de betere hoor qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Zoals de spareribs bezorgd wordt doet het niet veel onder de bekende namen in Eindhoven. Chapeau ga zo door!!!

Twee keer telefonisch besteld. Twee keer fout gegaan. Niet geleverd wat er besteld is. Prijs klopte ook niet. Gebrekkige communicatie. Eten niet op temperatuur. Op zich smaakt het wel ok.
