Considering that we are Turkish, being far away from our family, home, and country in a distant place like Amsterdam, and nearing the end of our trip while feeling almost sick, we were very lucky to find a warm chicken soup at Beyoglu Restaurant. The staff were generally very kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. The place was clean, hygienic, and well-lit. The interior design was nicely arranged with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. I should mention that it was a bit noisy, but aside from that, everything was great. The presentation of the soup was excellent, and the taste was perfectly balanced, with flavors that complemented each other very well. I honestly did not expect to find such a comforting soup in the heart of Amsterdam. After days of walking and travel fatigue, this soup was incredibly soothing for both me and my wife. We also tried the carrot slice baklava with pistachio and the künefe. Both the carrot slice baklava and the künefe were served with ice cream. The ice cream itself was very well-balanced, rich yet not overwhelming, leaving a pleasant milky taste on the palate. The desserts were truly delicious. Additionally, the restaurant’s attentiveness and complimentary treats made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

This place was a perfect evening meal! The staff is warm and welcoming and the food was excellent. We had a few different kabobs, and the chicken with cream. Very yummy. A menu in English would have been helpful.

OMG, this restaurant has the best food ever 😍 I'm seriously addicted to their food now. Everything tastes amazing and is always fresh. I usually order food and have it delivered, but today I thought it would be fun to eat in the restaurant for once. The food is phenomenal. The meat is super tender and seasoned, and the fries are so deliciously crispy. The restaurant is clean, and they're super friendly. I even got a free Turkish tea. A little place in the prime Oosterpark neighborhood.

The food was absolutely delicious – the meatballs were especially tasty! The service was also excellent: quick, attentive, and very friendly. You immediately feel comfortable because the staff is just so nice. Definitely recommended – I would go back anytime!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I've been going to this restaurant for years. Aside from the fact that the girls with black hair are incredibly arrogant, the food is delicious. Today I ordered food for the first time, and I can tell you it was also the last time. The delivery driver knocked on the door while talking to someone on the phone and shone his flashlight in my eyes. He had it on because it was dark at my front door, but he didn't need it in my face. I ordered a chicken wing dish with extra garlic sauce. The wings were burnt, and I couldn't believe my eyes after paying almost €1 extra and seeing that it contained two packets of Remia garlic sauce. I happen to have that in the fridge, so if I hadn't wanted Turkish garlic sauce, just like the one you get in the restaurant, I would have eaten it. Unfortunately, I lost one regular customer.

We were taken here by an uber driver, that came highly recommended. We were welcomed in even though they were closing. The team gives a family vibe as you walk in. Mind you we were the only 2 guests. We ordered the salmon and one of the Samplers which was amazing and authentic. Cooked to perfection. Well seasoned. The rice was so on point too. We cleared the plate. They were so accommodating, the service was 10/10. We had Mocktail drinks they were balanced and not sweet. For a date night we felt like it was beautiful, all with a great value for money. Pricing is just right, you get alot for what you pay for.

Truly the best Turkish restaurant in Amsterdam, and I come especially for the lentil soup which is really the tastiest there is, highly recommended to eat at Beyoglu suitable for young and old, small and large groups!

I tried the "Karışık 2 kişi meze tabağı" for two people—a nice selection of cold appetizers—and then the "Sac kavurma" (lamb with tomato, onion, and pepper), which was nicely seasoned and served juicy. The portions were generous.

Last Saturday, I had a delicious meal with my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were served promptly, and the food arrived quickly, even though it was very busy. They asked if everything was to my liking. Excellent service, definitely recommended!

Can't comment on the location, but I would advise against ordering (on Sundays). Order confirmed at 6:06 PM and delivered at 8:30 PM. The mezze for two didn't come with bread, and the fries were lukewarm and just as limp as the excuses I'd given her over the phone. I also noticed we weren't the only ones, because during the second call (two hours after ordering), she asked for my zip code again. Reviews on Thuisbezorgd are unreliable anyway, as "Gloria" has dozens of 5-star reviews, sometimes even 5 in one day. The same goes for various names that keep coming up.

It's not even worth a star. I ordered at 6:45 PM and it's now 9:15 PM. I still haven't received anything. I called again at 8:00 PM and asked if my order was still coming, and the man on the line said another half hour. At 9:10 PM, I called again and was asked if I could wait two minutes. It's just that I'm really hungry now that I can't wait. If they had told me it would take that long, there wouldn't have been a problem. But the way they treated me, I could hear my colleagues chatting in the background. I was called at 9:20 PM and got a Coke to compensate for the wait. Yay! 9:32 PM, my food arrived, but unfortunately, it was Coke Zero that came with it.

Food not delivered and on top of that you're being ripped off. When you call them, they claim to deliver but after 3 hours you still haven't received anything and now they're not answering the phone. Jokes.

The food at Beyoğlu was excellent, especially the mezze. The main courses could have been served a bit warmer, but the flavors were good. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. A top restaurant.

A great Turkish restaurant in Amsterdam with fresh and delicious food. The kebabs were juicy and full of flavour, and I especially loved that they served grilled vegetables on the side, a really nice touch. The place was quite popular, with many people coming in to eat, and they even have a private room for birthday celebrations, which is a fantastic option for groups of about 20–30 people. However, there were a couple of downsides. None of the staff spoke English, which made communication a bit difficult. For example, instead of rice we were served French fries. Also, the restaurant seemed understaffed, so it took at least 20 minutes to get the bill or any other request handled. Overall, the food and atmosphere were excellent, but service could definitely be improved.

Beyoglu friendly staff and helpful, the food was oke-ish the presentation was bit of a disaster. We ordered chicken skewer and lambchops. Chicken skewer was presented off the skewer with a sad salad on the corner and the rice in a separate bowl. Looked a bit weird all the loose bits of meat on the plate. Chicken was ok nothing special. Lamb chops presented the same way. They were a bit over but eatable. Atmosphere was super off with a big high bar not displaying the meat like in the most good Turkish places and there some kind a sort of dance floor in front of it. Maybe some night action after they close. They should work on how they present the food it will become more appetizing.

I've tried calling the restaurant several times, but they hang up immediately after the first ring. I'm at home with two young children waiting for their dinner. It's ridiculous that the restaurant isn't answering and can't be reached. Extremely poor service!!!!
