Absolute disaster. We paid €90 per person on New Year's Eve for what was supposed to be a 5-course menu. For the first two hours we were there we were only given small bowls of fruit salad and not offered any drinks. We waited about 3 hours until the main course finally came and this only happened after we asked repeatedly. The service was also catastrophic. You could only communicate in Turkish and even that didn't work properly. All in all not recommended

We had a nice meal here with our large family. Would definitely come back.

Don’t eat here unless you’re turkish (we are not). The service was non existent from the two women working there. They had an attitude from the minute we walked in and treated the turkish customers a lot better. No one cared to explain the concept. The place is beautiful, the food is mediocre

If you come with a large group, you will be treated like a king. But if you are alone or with two people, you are easily pushed aside for larger groups. Although the staff is polite, the owner comes across as unfriendly and disinterested, with his sole focus on revenue. He arrogantly asks you to switch seats, which creates an awkward and unpleasant experience.

On New Year's Eve the service was poor because not all parts of the program were served and the food was not tasty and it was not worth the price of 85€. The DJ was so loud that he didn't hear each other and the songs were atmospheric. And the children were calculated just like the adults, which was not the case when I called to make a reservation.

Perfect! You can take some time for this. It started when I answered the phone, the answer was friendly straight away. There was then a hostess at the door, very friendly lady! The interior is very beautiful. The curry paste and a grilled mix was great. You should definitely try the strawberry mojito. The staff was the best! Yours sincerely,

Very bad service had a reservation and they promised us that we could order food from the menu card but that wasn’t what we got. We had a fixed menu and couldn’t order from the card. Also no one there came to us to ask for drinks till we told them. To top this up there was a long waiting time for food. The food was good but the service was so bad that we were in a bad mood to eat. To sum up I can’t recommend to eat there because of the service

Today we had dinner with 30 family members after a funeral. Service was great and the kitchen staff fantastic. Everyone got their dish at the same time and it was still hot. Everyone loved the food. Big thanks to all the staff and owner 🙏

The food (main course) was very mediocre, but the wait staff was friendly and service-oriented. To be honest, Adana was a crying shame, just like the other meat dishes. Starters were good, hence the 2 stars. The restaurant looks nice, but that's about it.

Title: Mantarli Flaminyon: A shared disappointment in four courses What started as a nice family dinner ended in a collective frustration that was only surpassed by the harshness of my Mantarli Flaminyon. I ordered it rare, but what was on my plate was more likely to be a byproduct of a quarry. The rest of the family? They may have had different dishes, but their experiences were even more disappointing. My steak seemed mainly intended to train my jaw muscles. Taste? Oh well, let's just say that even the mushrooms decided to give up hope. The other dishes at the table also all had their own way of disappointing us: cold, tasteless or simply unrecognizable as what was on the menu. The highlight of the evening was actually the conversation we had about which dentist we would call tomorrow for a check-up after this torture. Even the staff seemed to have given up; when we complained, we got a look that seemed to say, "Oh well, you're not the first." Conclusion: If you want an unforgettable evening with your family, but for the wrong reasons, this is the place. Conviviality knows no time, but quality does not seem to have a priority here either. Next time just have a pizza in the oven at home.

Starter were mediocre Main course was far from bad, no wrap and full of lettuce instead of chicken. Our drinks mojito and pornstar Martin were also not recommended to drink Dessert was out of the question. I wouldn't recommend anyone 123 eat here. Not a good experience. Very beautiful location for a coffee with a desert. However, food is very expensive and not great. I ordered a chicken burger with fries which was very small and tasted like old oil. My friend ordered ribs which had only bones and barely any meat. However, I will give 5 starts for a burger version of baklava with ice cream. That was very delicious.

Everything was tasty. We organized a breakfast program for 40 people. We had complete freedom in the separate room and enjoyed the delicious dishes for 2 hours. Really tasty! Compliments also to all staff. We will definitely come back

Arrived with friends at 10pm. Girlfriend and I both ordered soup and one karisik meze for dinner, no other dish. Meze is served to a group of four people with not enough bread. After asking for more bread, 4 slices of extra bread were served, quite laughable. After I indicated that the bread is not enough for four people and that I would like bread that is suitable for “karışık meze”, I was asked whether lavaş bread is also good, because they have already cleaned the device. You can't tell your customer no to bread, especially if she ordered meze as the only dish besides soup. Your restaurant is open until 11pm, you can't afford not to have bread with mezze. Not worthy of a second visit.

A really authentic restaurant! We had the breakfast buffet. For just under €20, guests get a very wide range of specialties. The hot food could have been a little hotter and for clueless people like us, signs on the food would have been a little better. But all in all we were very full and we really enjoyed it!

Great restaurant for a good meal! Fast and friendly service, both the starter and the main course (tenderloin) were also very good. It's also nice to see that someone who is not serving (I suspect perhaps the owner) comes to the table to ask if everything is to your liking. Recommended!

Based on internet reviews, I advised my husband to go to Mewsim for dinner with his friend. But it was a big disappointment. They had ordered mix grill, in which Meat was not tasty at all, adana kabab was so dry and tasteless and portions were also very small.

Food was too cold. The things like cucumber and the various salads did not look good nor taste pleasant. The plates are not ready, you have to wait about 5 minutes to get plates or you have to go all the way back until you get a plate. The staff does not respond kindly and looks grumpy when you ask something you get yes, I'm coming with a sour face. It's not worth the money.

From the outside it looked full and so we went inside. We asked for the menu and were kindly helped and directed to a table. Too bad about the very bright lights, which made the atmosphere a bit less. They were like office lamps. The house bread with a sauce really had way too much salt in it and for the mixed grill of 2 pr for €53, I think you could get more. There were also no sauces, which made everything a bit dry. There would also be grilled vegetables, but that was just 1 pepper and 1 tomato? It was noticeable that the meat was not fresh (I think it had been reheated), it was very tough and difficult to cut, unfortunately nothing tender; This even caused my hand to hurt at one point, unfortunately. Rice was tasty. Expensive place but not that good quality.

Beautiful restaurant with a view over Sloterplas, eating from the grill is highly recommended. Both meat and fish tasted really good. We ordered a mix of everything with a group of 8 people. Vegetarian was also delicious. The restaurant is halal. That's why there is no alcohol, but I don't miss that Staff are very friendly and food was served very quickly. Definitely recommended. Please note that parking was very busy on Friday and you can park in the Meervaart parking garage across the street.

Although our reservation for a waterside table for four people was confirmed by e-mail, when we arrived we were told that the waterside tables were full. When we saw that two tables were empty and asked if we could move there, we were told that both tables had reservations. The tables in question were still empty when we left. The reservation holders of both tables are trying to reach the staff who did not come by chance :) In short, if you are coming for the view, this is a place I would definitely not recommend. Unfortunately, the food was also mediocre. The only thing that was nice was the mushroom logic we ate. I advise you not to be deceived by social media.

A lovely Halal restaurant on a lake in Amsterdam. It's next to a mall so if you want to have some food after shopping then this is the place. Peaceful view. There is seating indoors with a great view or a seat on the terrace. Service was good and the food was delicious and really big portions.
