A top location! They gave me the opportunity to celebrate my daughter's birthday in the cafe. My guests were super satisfied and impressed by the fast service and the beautiful interior. Everything was to your liking!

Was there Sunday for Brunch/Lunch and ordered avocado toast and poached egg. The egg arrived boiled, I've asked the owner who replied that his clients prefer boiled egg, and I should have asked for a poached egg instead if I wanted. At the time of paying, he asked again if everything was fine, I replied that it was good besides the egg but no actions were taken (no discount, no coffee / cookie on the house, etc.) The place was empty.

The coffee is great, the staff is nice, a bit shy maybe. The decor is nice and looks luxurious, but unfortunately there are no clients.

Fairly new Cafe just in front of the mosque. Had a lovely coffee. Beautifully designed and crafted to give you that ambience to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Option to sit outside and have your coffee. The street is car free which makes it even more beautiful. Definitely worth to visit. Highly recommended.

A real nice (farely new) coffee shop in Amsterdam, a little hidden behind the Mosk and next to the hotel. Interior with some bling, Nice presentation of coffee. Will be back after a while when also all the pastries and the menu has been introduced.

Lauriergracht 71 HA place with a good potential but the rudeness of the staff makes it not worth your money. Food; the place is entirely ok. Not worth the price, you can find better in the neighborhood but entirely ok. The espresso shots are of good quality. The chai is very obviously made from a powder, and only tastes like sugar, no real spice inside. The matcha that the owner is so proud of is unfortunately not the best quality, and has clams left inside. The cakes we had on our previous visit in the morning were very tasty, however at the end of the day they start looking dry in the glass cabinet. Service; this is where the place unfortunately looses the most stars. The young girls working there, may try their hardest, but it’s hard to counter the very rude old man behind the bar. He made other customers feel bad for not speaking proper English, overcharged us for drinks, and upon us trying to have a conversation with him, he claimed to be the “expert” and said that “we don’t know enough to discuss with him”. We tried to talk to him, but the rudeness was really overwhelming. The rudeness of the old man (the owner?) is also a theme that really comes up in all the lower reviews of the place. Atmosphere; the place is decorated very nice and cozy, has plants and comfortable places to sit. The bathroom was quite dirty, and the floor was completely wet, which is a slight oversight. Not allowed to use computers inside.
