The staff is amazing! Barista recommended mango matcha with coconut milk. I would have never gotten it myself, and ended up loving it!

The coffee is really good... and they have V60 iced and hot... but they don't have waffles or cookies.

This is the place I naturally return to again and again. Every time I walk in, I’m welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness. The baristas are wonderful to talk with, each bringing such beautiful, uplifting energy — just like the owner, who always cares enough to go the extra mile. The matcha latte is exceptional, and the white chocolate matcha feels like a little moment of heaven. Their Chai, Golden, and Choco lattes are always silky-smooth and lovingly prepared to perfection. I also highly recommend their fresh coffee beans — finely selected and beautifully balanced. They even have a special little stack of treats for dogs, so sweet ! A place made with love, and you can feel it !🤍Mumtaz !!

Love this place, the flat white is delicious

I was treated extremely rudely by the employee with the red-and-black dyed hair, acrylic nails, and nose piercing. If you don't have an ounce of kindness in you, it's advisable not to work in hospitality. Unbelievable. Paying for coffee with cash is one thing, but I'm not paying to be yelled at from the moment I walk in.

One of the best chai I've ever had! (I highly recommend the vanilla one) the little treats are also very good (special mention for the white chocolate matcha whether in cake or drink!)

Best ice latte but not the best hot latte

We ordered a hot turmeric latte, hot white matcha latte, and an iced white chocolate matcha latte. All three drinks were great and Ella was amazing! The iced white chocolate matcha wasn’t so sweet like other places so it was wonderful!

Was a #1 fan when they first opened – loved the stylish interior, branding & coffee. But since expanding… quality slipped, in my opinion. Sorry but my cappuccino tastes more like milk than coffee ☹️.

The place is really beautiful and cozy. I ordered an iced V60 and the coffee was absolutely delicious — the beans were clearly excellent! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and the service was fast. They also sell coffee beans and brewing equipment. Definitely a place I’ll visit again!

The first time I went, the matcha was good and delicious. I went for the second time yesterday, and the matcha was very lumpy; it really depends on who makes it.

It's not worth the trip. I had a cold coffee filter. It was very weak and full of water, and I didn't like the service. The person who took the order served me without much enthusiasm. They only have a few types of desserts, all of which were cakes. Maybe the rest of the cold drinks are better because I see most people order them.

Their coffee is delicious. I consider it one of the best coffees in Amsterdam. I also liked the desserts. I thank the cashier for her sweet spirit. She was cooperative and explained things to us. I might repeat the order.

Out of this world cappuccino, wonderful matcha latte and super friendly staff. Find another place for baked goods—the banana pecan loaf was dry and meh.

The only place I didn't like at all during my trip to Amsterdam. The two women working at the café had no interest in answering our questions about our order because we didn't speak their language. Their service and their continued effort to serve us weren't good because we didn't know how or couldn't communicate. It was as if it were a nuisance to serve us. Otherwise, the coffee was average and the matcha was also average. I don't recommend it.

As a coffee and matcha lover I am always looking for places that offer quality products. Cafecito is definitely not that. Quality is hard to find. Matcha was just a cup of milk and the coffee too sour. Waste of money for this commercial place.

This is one of my favorite coffee spots in my neighborhood and probably in all of Amsterdam. They seriously make the best matcha, I’m absolutely in love with it. I got all my matcha tools from here, and it’s also where I get my matcha supply. The staff and the owners are incredibly sweet and always so helpful. If you’re planning to grab a coffee and there’s a location near you, I definitely recommend checking it out

It's quite commercial. You can tell the quality of their matcha tea and drinks are rather average. Nonetheless I guess it is nice they have it at least.

Hot white chocolate matcha and excellent cakes

Beautiful and spacious place. Unfortunately my cappuccino was very lukewarm. The salted caramel cake wasn't quite it either. I expected it to be filled with caramel, but alas.

I often go to the cafecito but not to this one anymore! We really didn't put much matcha in our drink, normally the Matcha is strawberry green but not this time, it only tasted like oat milk and strawberry. I also had a matcha with white chocolate, which tasted mainly like white chocolate.

Made another attempt at this location, Again, nasty coffee, very sour and not good service. Quality is simply hard to find with this concept. I will continue to go to my other coffee places, where I know I am getting my money's worth.

Coffee quality is on the lowest spectrum of specialty coffee which is OK as long as customers like it… What’s unacceptable is they always serve in paper cups even for stay in orders!! With an excuse they don’t have a dishwasher!! Ridiculous and careless, esp. when it’s clear there’s plenty of money behind the brand!!

Weak matcha, it just tasted like whole milk. I also asked the employee for more matcha, but was told in an unfriendly manner that this was it. That's not how you treat your customers. So I really won't be coming back here again

Matcha latte was weak, and when I pointed this out, the employee said that it is always served that way. I came here several times a week to get a matcha, and indicated that this is not correct. She did not want to help me and insulted me in front of a shop full of customers. Unfortunately, super friendly owners, but I will go to Coffee District from now on. Always friendly and steady quality.

I come here every week because they have the best Chai latte in Amsterdam. The staff are every gentle and quick (we never wait too much). Sometimes I come and sit for 30 minutes or one hour for a conversation and it's always pleasant. I give them 5 stars cause I don't think I could not expect more from a coffee shop. Well done guys!

Personally not really a fan of Cafecito, despite having tried it several times. - Strawberry matcha, has little matcha flavor and often just tastes like strawberry milk - No syrups - When you book with ClassPass it says that you can pay extra to have more choice than just a coffee or cappuccino. In practice this was not the case, and the response to the question of whether additional payment could be made was not very friendly.

Delicious coffee and the price is certainly okay. You have different types of milk and you don't have to pay extra for 'non-cow milk'. It is really a takeaway point and not very pleasant to sit at. Staff was very friendly.

The coffee is good if you have a couple of hours to spare in line. Never have I been in a place with such a slow service to make some coffee.

Coffee is okey. They only have take-away coffee cups even for dine-in. You get 10 sent off with your own cup. The place looks spacious, but some seats are arranged so closed to the opn-door wc. Sitting there kinda ruins the experience.

The strawberry matcha was very tasty and the tonic was also very good. Probably one of the best matcha I have tried, no seaweed aftertaste, soft and pleasant taste. The barista girl was very friendly. I don't like to leave negative reviews about service, but the girl in the brown shirt was very professional and I have only great impressions from her. Unfortunately, the other two girls at the bar ignored the crowd of customers. In my opinion, this is unprofessional, if you have too many orders, tell the customers about it, and do not just ignore them and talk to each other. Five stars to the girl in the brown shirt.
