The food was inedible. When you mention at the bar that something really wasn't good, they say "I don't care, just go to the manager." I honestly have never experienced anything like this in my life. The service was also terrible; after an hour, I still haven't received a beer. Is this what service is?

Food was bellow average, we originally went to the bar to give feedback. They straight up told us the don’t give a dam and we should tell management. This really sums up the level of service that was delivered. Some of the personal did try so really sorry to see some suffer by the others. Food was dry, service was slow even while it wasn’t even peak hour. So many points to improve on, but even while pointing it out they didn’t gave a dam. To bad they place and location are great and has much potential, but it simply lacks in quality of the food and personal.

The chicken was very good, the potatoes seemed overcooked to me. The noise is quite annoying. Polite staff.

Stopped off for a beer on my way home and even though they were close to closing, lovely Ahmad welcomed me in and recommended the perfect cherry & raspberry fruited beer. I’ll try to come back another time a bit earlier to try more :)

Our first night in Amsterdam in July we found this place. We could sit outside but there is plenty of space and charm inside. Delicious food and many different types of beer.

Looks nice inside, friendly staff, and tasty beers! The reason I didn't give a 5 is because my schnitzel was a bit disappointing, but the chicken my companion had looked good!

Had a delicious chicken here, highly recommended! Blond beer 🍺 is tasty, but you get four fingers of foam with your liter of beer. Regular lager is way too different for a lager; very hoppy and sour.

The food and beer are great! However, the rest was disappointing. The service is poor—you are served by several different waiters who constantly forget your requests. Plus, the AC doesn't seem to work and it is way too hot inside.

The way it works is that there's a tap with two beers on the table, and they bring out dishes to share. There's also a beer counter, and you pour yourself as many liters of beer as you want—in our case, we had taps of red and blonde. It's a good place for celebrations. The food is decent, nothing extraordinary, but the drinks make up for it.

Decent pub style spot for pub style food and beer. Nothing too special but they have lots of seating and it's not right in the heart for the busy area of Amsterdam, so I assume it doesn't get too busy here.

We visited Bierfabriek while in Amsterdam to watch a game, and the venue itself is really nice with a great concept. The flavor of the draft beers was good, but unfortunately, they were served at room temperature instead of being nice and cold. When I politely mentioned this to the waiter as a simple comment, he seemed to get quite annoyed and upset with us. I wasn't trying to make a big deal out of it in fact, I still finished my drink because the flavor was fine but the staff's reaction wasn't the best. It's a cool spot with great potential, but I hope they can improve their beer cooling and work a bit on their customer service

Large venue with a good selection of on site brewed and bottle beer. Other cocktails are also available. We had the ribs and they were well cooked and the BBQ sauce was excellent. Servers could be a bit more attentive but service was good.

Amazing food, the service was great and very fast. We shared the platters (both starter and main) and it was both delicious and well priced. I would suggest coming here earlier, as their chicken is very famous and by the time we got there (9:40 pm), a lot of it was gone!

They used to sell peanuts, and I'd go there with my friends and we loved the place (it was almost always the place we chose whenever I went out). Then they removed the peanuts and put on very loud live music. You can't even talk to your friends anymore. I stopped going there so many times because I went to talk to friends and couldn't. Still, it's a pleasant place with good beer and delicious chicken.

It's a nice place to have a drink and enjoy a pleasant time with friends. It doesn't have a view or an outdoor seating area, but they have good beers. The local dish, Bitterballen, was delicious; I loved it. The Veal Schnitzel was also good, but the portion could have been bigger. We managed to get a table without a reservation, but even though the place is large, it might be better to make a reservation on weekends or holidays.

We had such a wonderful experience here in Amsterdam! Ahmad, who guided us to our table, was extremely professional. Then Aeliane, the lovely local Dutch waitress who took care of us, was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. She patiently answered my questions and made us feel very welcome. It was also my first time seeing a table with a self-serve beer tap — such a fun experience! You pay according to the amount of beer poured, and honestly, the beer here is really good and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended — and every table absolutely has to order the chicken! It was unbelievably delicious. The marinated chicken was so tender and juicy, and even the skin was full of flavour. It was so tasty on its own without any sauce, but it was also amazing with the spicy sauce. My classmate and I already want to come back again tomorrow! We are from China and Malaysia and study in London, and we both truly recommend this place. If you come to Amsterdam, you must try it at least once. Authentic beer, amazing food, and fantastic service!

A modern place with its own beers and chicken as the main focus. The venue itself looks nice and well-designed. However, the chicken and the beer weren’t quite to our taste. On the positive side, the service was good and everything was served quickly.

Ealiane brought us light, brought us warmth, and brought us beer and what not. If sunbeams are angels, then she is one.

Best experience ever in a brewery. Food was really great, I demolished half of a chicken (try it with the spicy sauce). Aeliane was our waitress and she definitely made our time here really special. Definitely coming back! Franko Briseno

We went at a time of day when reservations weren't necessary; it was quiet and the food was served quickly. My spare ribs were very tender and the meat fell right off the bone. Delicious.

Florida visitor who found a new brewery. Had wonderful service from Aeliane and was even able to introduce the brewery to sticker exchanges (hopefully 'sticks'). I tried the light beer flight and a fabrieksgheim porter. My favorite was Snipperdag, a pleasant blonde that is a super easy drink. Second was the porter which was nice and roasty with slight bitter flavor and chocolate notes. I'll be back in a few months and plan to visit again!

Amazing place, found by chance while reading articles about where to get good beer in Amsterdam. Even more so because the owner is an Italian beer seller in Amsterdam... Friendly staff and fast food. Beautiful, clean, and spacious place with industrial interiors. Excellent in-house beer and delicious food. Great for groups, or even for those like me dining alone. Highly recommended.

A fantastic place. Gabrielle served us, and he's a wonderful guy. He found us a table instantly and recommended snacks and beers. The place is very traditional, cozy for winter, and we were super comfortable. Highly recommended. The prices are typical for this area, but not outrageous.

I’ve been coming to this place for years with my dog without a single issue, but today, the moment I walked in, the man at the desk — the one with the short hair and slightly grey beard — decided to tell me that my dog ‘shouldn’t bark.’ My dog wasn’t even barking. Saying this is the equivalent of telling someone their baby shouldn’t cry. Completely unnecessary and honestly quite rude. If you accept dogs, giving pointless warnings like this makes no sense. My dog is calm, and of course I handle it if anything happens. Being greeted with this attitude right at the door is disappointing and unprofessional.

Last round 30mins before closing. I was there at 22.32 and got sent away.

After the exhibition, five of us went there. Since it was a weekday, we found a table, but a reservation may be necessary. The food comes quickly and it’s tasty, but when we wanted to pay the bill, they said they couldn’t split it. I don’t think they are familiar with the concept of “splitting the bill”

The place was half empty, but because we didn’t have a reservation, we had to sit on a small table attached to the wall (we were in 3), really close to the kitchen and the way to another room with people every time asking to give the space. From 6 to 9 the other tables were half empty.

Classic beer junk food at a consistently high level. The appetizer platter is good. Large American food platters are decent. Good beers in a classic beer hall atmosphere.

Incredibly poor service from the manager here. We received a very rude welcome, and we felt unwelcome. He immediately wanted to know how long we'd be staying and waited ten minutes to order. Then we ordered two pitchers of beer and were given two pitchers of some kind of beer cocktail. Why they didn't even mention that, in the "beer" factory, they don't serve pilsner in pitchers, and then immediately brought two men cocktails for €27.50 each, is beyond me. Where is your customer service?

A modern style brewpub. They have a food menu but I only stepped in for a beer and sat at the bar where there was ample space. Their draft selection are their own beers. The porter was solid. There is a slightly generic feel to the whole place but still not a bad place to stop for beer at least.

Farm Chicken is highly recommended! We really liked the nachos and bitterballen, and the fries served with the chicken were probably the best in the city. The chicken itself was super delicious, and the portions were huge. Service was quick and friendly during my second visit in the daytime when it was less crowded. I’d definitely recommend coming during the day — at night, when it’s busy, it can be a bit hard to get the waitress’s attention. Great location overall!

I already knew Bierfabriek for a long time but never had the chance to eat there, this time I finally got a chance to go there with my clients. We went with 4 people, ordered the half meter mixed meat plank, mixed salad and charred broccoli, self brewed beer and the portion was perfect for us. All the dishes tasted very good, and we particularly liked the chicken, it’s definitely a must try! Will definitely go back for the good food and great service.

What’s not to love? The vibe is great, the food is DELICIOUS (the sticky cauliflowers is a must try!), the service is great and the beer is cold and tasty. It’s a bit on the pricier end for sure, but the kind of food and drinks and experience that is worth the price tag 👏🏼
