Had to wait 2.5 hours for an order last Sunday. Canceled by phone and email. And yet, they're still at the door. After 3 hours. Now they're being so difficult about not refunding the money, saying we didn't cancel by phone. Unbelievable, how bad.

Waited almost three hours for my order. Then I received the wrong burger. The restaurant was unavailable. I would order from somewhere else.

After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for two milkshakes, they also forgot our straws. Handy for a shake, right? Nothing else was done with them. Delivery time is between 30 and 55 minutes. We called after an hour and 15 minutes. They were supposed to make them right away? It would have taken 15 minutes. That also took another half hour. €6.35 for a milkshake that's really nothing special. So, no more Burger Business for us. Unfortunately, I just looked at the reviews. We're not the only ones who think so =)

The chicken burger here is AMAZING — super crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and the bacon is cooked perfectly. Their beef burger is also a 10/10 — juicy, flavorful, and always my go-to. The fries are great too: crispy, well-seasoned, and the portion is generous. Service is excellent — friendly and quick. They were out of an ice cream I ordered and just swapped it for another one without hassle. My drink always comes cold, fries warm, and the sandwiches are served hot and fresh every time. Bonus: the chicken burger reminds me of the Wendy’s chicken sandwich I loved back in Aruba — nostalgic and delicious. Highly recommend!

The delivery was good, fast, and right on time, and the staff was also very friendly. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, my burger was a little pink inside. But that's a personal preference, as many people like that. All in all, it was a delicious meal, and I would definitely order from here again.

I ordered food online and it was debited from my account, then sent photos that were "apparently" never received, and haven't heard from them since? Strange customer service in my opinion, and even antisocial theft.

Delivery 30-55 minutes is what it says. They came to me after 75 minutes without any feedback that they would be late. No big problem, all the more hungry. The worst order ever via Thuiszorgd. It was inedible. Fresh??? Fries? No way. Dry, mealy and cold. Corn cold. Chicken on the burger so dry that it was inedible. Bacon was soggy and limp and actually no longer recognizable as bacon. Truffle sauce was supposed to be on it. What truffle sauce? Not visible and not tasteable. More than 40 euros for 2, straight into the trash. It was really disgusting and simply inedible. .We had to get food ourselves afterwards Strange that the reviews generally consist of 1 or 5 stars. Different chefs? Fake reviews?

Top place to order a burger! 'Build your own' burger is really recommended by the way. Burgers are well-baked, richly topped and of high quality. Fries that come with it are nicely seasoned and well-baked. Always fantastically helped by Simon, top guy. If you want a tasty burger that is delivered to your home, then this is the place to be.

I ordered on Friday evening, after waiting for more than an hour the delivery person came, found out that they had forgotten the drinks, called and said they would come back but they never came. Even though I paid for it, this is the last time I order anything here.

good thing, had no option to pay in cash via home delivery, but by telephone, so I placed an order via telephone and there were fries in 15 minutes, tasty onion rings and a burger, the only point was that there was a lot of sauce on the bridge, I'm not a fan of that, but that varies per person. I was also impressed how it was delivered neatly in a box so that your entire burger doesn't get squashed! I was initially quite skeptical about Burger Business due to bad experiences, but Burger Business has made up for it. I definitely recommend trying it and will definitely order more often.

I received a call back today and was informed that I forgot to add ingredients to my BYO burgers. As a courtesy, they have added the ingredients. Good service is much appreciated!

Food was very tough and gross and we did not receive the entire order

Waited 1.5 hours for food when we actually had our food it was cold and not tasty. Then you contact them and they don't respond. So people don't order here because you're just out of luck!

It took an hour for my order to arrive and I live 500 meters away. Once they arrived, the fries and burger were cold and way too salty. So next time just have the MC deliver it.

The burgers are very tasty and so are the fries! We order from Burger Business more often, but I keep getting cheese on my burger, even though I say in the comment that I don't eat that. I can't eat that and I have to keep scraping melted cheese off my burger. Everything else is fine!

I order here regularly. Always tasty fries (seasoned!) that are not fried too hard; and never had them be soggy or soft. Usually fast delivery; so too yesterday; fifteen minutes earlier than originally indicated. Had accidentally provided the wrong house number. Called and was helped quickly and friendly. I always order a burger, build your own; tasty burger; good sandwich, and even the tomato is not soggy/limp but still firm upon arrival.

The worst restaurant ever. The meat was thick and had a disgusting smell. The house was full of them. I couldn't taste it because the meat never splits easily. I immediately threw the food away. Worst experience

After eating a burger you won't be hungry anymore, but it's not the best burger you'll ever eat. The bottom of the bun felt cold. When I picked up the hamburger I was afraid that the meat would also be cold, but fortunately this was not the case. There were black burnt spots here and there on the burger. The burger itself looked like it was purchased frozen burgers because the meat was too flat/compact and was not a nice, rolled, tender burger. I wasn't asked if I wanted the burger rare, medium, or well done. The tables (if you want to eat on site) have not been well thought out. The table surface is not smooth and even, but has beams with cracks. Food remains can easily get stuck here. The tables are also very greasy and sticky. My menu included a can of soft drink, which also had a large sticky layer of grease vapor on it. It would be better if better extraction were installed and if the tables and chairs were degreased and cleaned more often. It would also be better to also pay attention to the bun, so that no cold ingredients/parts can have an effect on a warm burger. Personally, not worth repeating for me.

Food is good but on delivery forget sauces about 90% of the time, if you call they do bring them later but 45-60min after receiving the rest of the meal so they're no use anymore

Ordered a delicious menu from Burger Business Breda this week, unfortunately I forgot to order sauce with my fries and they were delivered within 10 minutes! Very good service, thanks! Always good food.

We ordered twice from this place. The first time it took long and came cold, but my partner said he and his friend ordered before and it was good, so we gave it a second shot. The second time we ordered at 18.44. It said estimated delivery was 35-45 minutes. After 50 minutes passed by, my partner called the place asking what was going on. The guy apologized and said they're extremely busy, but he just finished the order and it should be at our place within 10-15 minutes. It arrived 23 minutes later. We have ordered before from very busy spots, and they somehow always manage to deliver it in the estimated time frame and fresh. This was not the case. The food itself was mediocre at best. The fries were soggy and still, my burger was dry. After I added sauce into the burger and popped the fries into an air fryer for approx. 7 minutes it was a good dinner. Nonetheless, when I order food I don't expect it to be 35 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time, and having to alter the food to have a good tasting dinner. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered today for a long time. The burgers were tasty and fries were hot and tasty. Unfortunately they forgot to deliver a can of drink. I called ahead and they would deliver it afterwards. It took a while but it was delivered, I appreciate that.

Favorite burgers to have delivered in Breda. I really like the Build Hour Own concept, because you can make your own burger. Fries are sometimes a bit limp, but the tasty herbs make up for this. Delivery is almost always faster than the estimate they make.

We always order from here on the week end and we are always very satisfied with the quality of the burgers . Yes it might be a bit raw or they forget a coke but today we only wanted to take advantage of the Monday promotion so only burgers . The waiting time was over an hour as per order but when I called to ask if they could try and deliver faster as my kids were going to sports , Jemmy (sorry for spelling) was very kind on phone & said of course . I was amazed that she really made sure the burgers were done quick & delivery to our village arrived before. This made our day , thank you for making this happen extrq effort today . I really appreciated it & my kids were very happy . It’s all about attitude.

I'm going to put it very simply: the best burger joint in Breda. Order about once a month, with the Build-Your-Own-Burger option you always have a burger to your taste. Never had any problems with delivery, if you pick it up yourself it is often ready after 10 minutes. Always a nice welcome and a great atmosphere upon arrival.

After i ordered i called and requested to have the meat cooked well done YET received it rare !! Unfortunately it was not the first time.

Eten besteld via thuisbezorgd. Kwam veel te laat. Bezorger was naar zelfde straatnaam in andere plaats gereden. Burger zelf was niet lekker. Te zout en saus te zoet.

Afgelopen woensdag burgers besteld brood was verbrand en de burgers rauw heb een recenties geplaatst op thuisbezorgd en de andere dag werdt ik gebeld door de eigenaar dat hij mijn ervaring vervelend vondt en het graag nog een keer wilde maken voor mijn wanneer ik dit wilde nu vandaag heb ik gebeld en heb netjes mijn eten gekregen en het was echt super goed deze service mag bekroond worden ik vindt dat iedereen met een slechte ervaring ze nog een kans moet geven als je zo je klanten bedient doe je er echt alles aan om het goed te doen en dat verdient wat mijn betreft dubbel en dwars een kans

We bestellen vaker bij burger business. Het is de laatste tijd nog erg warm als we het binnen krijgen, super fijn dat ze geluisterd hebben naar onze opmerking hierover. En we waren iets vergeten vandaag met bestellen en ik belde er achteraan, kregen we het er alsnog bij geleverd. Super service! Heel fijn!

We order here almost every week, when they have the time the burgers are always great but sometimes it does feel like they don't have enough employees working or its just extremely busy, then they can forget a coke or there's an almost empty box of fries. However they're always nice enough to clear up any issues. If they can work out the kinks it will be the best burger joint there ever was ;)

Wij hadden om 20:10 besteld en het kwam om 21:20 aan. Toen zei de bezorger dat hij ‘het adres niet kon vinden en het niet duidelijk was’. Hij is zogezegd terug naar de burger business gereden en daarna weer terug naar ons. Terwijl het adres oprecht 5 minuten er vandaan was. Dus ook al is het verhaal waar dan had het echt niet zo lang moeten duren. (Eten was wel lekker tbh)

Overheerlijke burgers en vlotte bezorging

Complimenten voor de snelle bezorging het was er 30 minuten voor de aangegeven tijd. Helaas zaten de helft van mijn extra toppings niet op de burger...

Beste burger tent in Breda. Snelle en vriendelijke bezorging! Van de vele keren dat wij hier hebben besteld maar 1 keer een wat mindere burger gekregen. Dit vanwege de dunne drogere kipburger, maar alle andere keren goede dikke en malse kipburgers! (Een slechte batch heb je er altijd wel eens tussen zitten toch?) Aanradertje!

I really liked their chicken burger! Very soft buns which I prefer and well seasoned crispy chicken!! It was on salty side like other people are saying, but I liked that with my beer. So far this burger is my most favourite burger in Breda :)
