McDonald's in Breda west

Staff very unfriendly. Poor service. Dirty restaurant, especially upstairs, and downstairs isn't much better. Long wait times for a simple order. The manager is incompetent.

Top class McDonalds food. You gotta love it. Service was nice, toilets was clean. There is no atmosphere, it's a fast food restaurant. You eat and you leave asap.

The food is fine, though sometimes a bit cold. They often forget things, like a sauce, your drink, or something. The atmosphere is mediocre.

What a terrible location for McDonald's. The place was quiet, the nuggets and fries were still cold, and half the place was being ripped off with a plastic surcharge and no disposable cups. I am not coming back here.

I ordered 4 Big Tasty, and all 4 were cold. This is strange because everything is made to order. After filing a complaint with the manager, 2 new ones were made, but they were cold again. This was the last time I will be at McDonald's Steenakker. Not recommended!

Hire decent staff for once. How difficult is it to deliver an order ‘complete’?

For a McDonald's, a good one. Got my order around lunchtime within 5 minutes. It was reasonably warm and the portions were normal.

Full of confidence, she stands there, illuminated deep into the night, like a beacon in a dark city. The M that lures me like moths to a flame. My choice is already decided well in advance: the new McFlurry Maltesers on which the company is pouring its promotional budget so heavily. So I drive up to the ordering kiosk until the friendly words ring out: "May I take your order, please?" After which, full of anticipation, I convey my wishes to the employee... The answer? "DOESN'T WORK" Huh, what could she possibly mean... Once again "DOESN'T WORK, MACHINE BROKEN" My whole evening ruined.

2 times I took food from here both times I was missing food from the order

Bad service; at least once a week they supposedly run out of “soft serve” or the machine for making McFlurries is broken. Even the McDonald’s at another location nearby says it’s nonsense. If you are too lazy to do your job, then don’t do it. Mistakes are also often made when picking up food. All in all, it is a bad place; they need better equipment (or better excuses) and decent staff.

Unfortunately, the staff are often unfriendly and uninformed. If you need extra time to order, they'll react with irritation, even though it's not busy.

I've received the wrong order several times, and when I try to call them from home, they don't answer. This is honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'd rather drive 5 minutes out of my way for someone else!

Dirty tables. At least six employees, and there wasn't a soul inside. Couldn't find a clean table, so we asked if she could take ours. She only cleaned one table. Authentic crime-scene atmosphere, felt unsafe. The fries were inedible.

It's a McDonald's, so the food is exactly what to expect. Decided to take my family here for the nostalgia, as I haven't been to this location in almost 30 years. Like many locations, a lot has changed since the early 2000s. The most notable change is the lack of long queues at the tills. You just sit down, order what you want at your table and the food is served to you. That said, we paid around €15.00 per person. Inflation and all that, but this really isn't that different from other sit-down diners. It's still a nice guilty pleasure to have every now and then. During our visit we were surrounded by a comfy crowd. It's sandwiched between a commercial zone and residential area, so the location isn't inherently bad.

Always forget sauce with your order. Make slow kids do the work, hopeless

Worst McDonald's in the Netherlands, can never order anything extra, ask for cola with ice, they are so lazy to put ice in it, unfriendly people, ask for ice in my cola, then sighing with difficulty I get ice in my cola, ridiculous, definitely not recommended, also McDonald's in Etten, same story

Fast service, hot food. Delicious ice cream. Too bad there's no ball pit anymore.

Covid and hygiene are nonexistent here.... Tables, chairs, windowsills, floors, toilets... Everything is dirty, sticky, and unclean. Napkins with your order... Unfortunately... The board outside has a menu that you can't order from the kiosk... Update? Chicken sensation? A bit small and not much for a 7-euro sandwich!

The drive-through concept doesn't really work here. I always have to wait for a parking spot, even if I just go through the drive-through for coffee. The cappuccino machine is broken and won't be repaired. I keep standing here for nothing.

No coffee or cappuccino all week, let alone chocolate milk. Trash bins outside overflowing. Long wait for orders.

Always a disappointment! Lukewarm burgers and cold fries, the worst McDonald's in Breda and the surrounding area.

The food isn't super fresh or hot. Parking is difficult during peak hours, so you have to park outside the lot. Breepark is a better alternative.

My order was wrong, eventually my order was correct with extra.

Hamburgers are being flattened lately, does that cook them faster? It does, however, compromise the quality of the burger once all the juice has been squeezed out.

It looked a lot better since the last visit. The tables could use a wipe, but that's already a big improvement.

Update 2020-10-18: Tried this place again, but it's become a real slow (actually more like non-food) place: After waiting in line for 7 minutes, only one customer had been helped, so I left. Very poor. Nothing has improved in all that time. Usually when I order here, they don't deliver enough. This time, the mayo (which is already outrageously expensive) was missing. One of my two hamburgers was squashed in the bag. Statistically speaking, it's safe to say they're ripping off customers at this location to make a bit more profit. I'll never go back. They're idiots.

I was in the drive-through and a friend of mine got into her car. An employee, who I think had just finished work, shouted "so" at the friend who got in. He then gave me a thumbs-up, and I gave him my thumbs-up. Then the young man in question walked over to my car and said, "Is this your friend?" Luckily, it isn't. Then, after a minute of silence, he remarked, "Otherwise, you'd have it all figured out." The food itself was very good. But I didn't consider this service. It happened at 9:00 PM (October 18, 2025). I hope something will be done about it. Greetings

They've lost the meaning of "fast" food here for a while now

The atmosphere was fine, and the restrooms were clean! But the food was really bad. The milkshake was all foam; the cup was so light you could barely feel it. The fries were incredibly salty, they tasted awful. And both burgers had no sauce.

Many tables were not cleaned and the trash bin was overflowing...I thought that was a negative point

Friendly staff and very clean. A good McDonald's that I will definitely return to.

Very fast table service. Ok it was only a MC flurry, but still. Not all tables were clean, that could use some more attention. No overflowing trash cans, I see that at other branches.

Great McDonalds, in terms of food they usually always have the order right and everything is complete. In terms of service at the drive it varies a lot who you have, one time someone is very cheerful and the next time someone is very grumpy. Usually in the evening it is a big mess in the parking lot with all the food leftovers and the trash cans are overflowing. But for now inside at the Mac it is always a lot cleaner and tidier than most Macs.

Extremely dirty and disorganized McDonald's with unfriendly and uninvolved employees. When you enter, your shoes stick to the dirty floor and the stairs are full of drink residue. There is still plenty of waste with food residue on the tables. There is also food residue and waste on the floor both under the tables and in the aisles. When we pointed out to two employees last Saturday that it would be nice if the waste from the tables were cleared away, so that there would be seats and the overall impression would be a bit more pleasant, their shoulders were shrugged and no action was taken. The employees in question then walked past the various tables with waste several times when bringing new orders, without any form of action being taken. Of course, visitors should clean up their own waste correctly, but if this is not done and is also pointed out to by several visitors, it is nice if the involvement is felt that the employees do this. Does not fit in with the (service) guidelines and hygiene standards that are usually applied at McDonald's.

Due to some reason mc auto service was a bit late, manager noticed that and he was quite kind, he apologised and he has immediately handed over our order, plus a free extra ice cream as a compliment. Good service 👍👍

The food itself is 9/10 times good quality. However, many employees only speak / understand half Dutch, which makes orders go wrong and take a very long time. The drive is often not possible. Best to just use a kiosk here.

Today 10-05-2025 very bad service first of all not a good evening indeed very blunt yes order. So I say just go with Big Mac without a menu, just a sandwich and a milkshake, so they say just drive on, after the first window, what a curmudgeon I was, I say yes, just get a menu instead and replace the drink with a milkshake, then no answer to payment. 16.95 I get my order at the second window with double drinks, the soft drink and shake, I say, I clearly indicated that I only wanted shake instead of drinks. no Chinese or there is a laugh afterwards she says yes just wait in the parking spot so I wait for 2-4 minutes the manager comes with a ransom I say something the service at the first counter is worthless and she just walks away I say you're not taking me seriously yes I do and she just walks away I say I don't have a straw she sends someone else to bring the straw I went to eat my fries as limp as something sandwich no taste really as bland as anything and milkshake was gwn literally hot worthless never go here spend 12-13 euros for nothing bad service and weak food / hot drinks and the managers who don't take you seriously crappy staff bah bah

Food is like any Mac, but the outside terrace, which many people use on sunny days, is dirty (including cigarette butts) and the tables are filthy.

The food just like everywhere else at MC. The service was not very fast and polite. Inside, many tables and floor were dirty. So let's eat outside in the car. There was no atmosphere inside at all.

Place is good, but bacon in double big tasty was dry, and instead of milkshake I got cup full with barely flavoured foam.

Easily accessible McDonald restaurant, toilets surprisingly clean and nice staff. Unfortunately, I think it is located on popular cycle routes to schools because many teenagers are on their bikes, so our small children could hardly play in the outdoor play area.

Bizarre, after 5 minutes you already have your order on the table. Had to walk back up to 3 times because they forgot everything. From fries to simple straws. Ball tent first class.

Ordered 4 things and 3 were wrong. Coke instead of ice tea. I ordered the nuggets as vegetarian but got chicken. The bowl of fries was also only half full. Clearly I just didn't feel like working because it wasn't busy here either.
