McDonald's in Breda west

I'm sorry I'm writing this comment only now, but I thought that even if no one believes me, I'll at least write it for those who, like me, look strange, to be careful. On December 6th at 2:05 p.m., that time is on the receipt... I received a sandwich with washing powder, I had that taste in my mouth for half a day and I was afraid no one would believe me, but such things happen, so please be careful.

One of the better McDonald's locations. Spacious, fast service, friendly staff, and clean restrooms.

I went to dinner with my children. Ordered a McDuck menu and sat upstairs, as that's where the restrooms were. I'm disabled, but there are only stairs. The food arrived, and I quickly discovered I'd gotten the spicy McDuck. Unfortunately, going downstairs wasn't an option, and I didn't see any staff upstairs either. When everyone had finished eating, I went downstairs to the counter and asked if I could get a voucher for next time. The staff member asked the manager, and the answer was no. I could now get a new sandwich; nothing else was possible. I think this is very bad; it wasn't my fault. So now I paid for the sandwich but didn't get it. We'll skip this McDonald's next time. I value customer service, and luckily, there are plenty of others.

The service was super fun and friendly, the kids got to make their own ice cream. They loved it.

A bit difficult to reach from the highway. Parking is available in front. Reasonably clean. Friendly staff. Restrooms are reasonably clean.

THIS IS UNBELIEVEBLE! I'm absolutely shocked by the staff's attitude! I called to check on my order, and the person who answered the phone simply hung up when I asked to speak English! I called back, and he was incredibly rude and refused to talk to me or find anyone who could help me! It's just awful! They don't care about you! I've been waiting for my order for over an hour!

Dirty tables, I had to struggle to find the least dirty one. Someone came to sweep, even though it wasn't that bad, with her nose 10 cm from the dirty tables, but no action. Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever encountered.

20 euros for the wrong chicken nuggets which were very stale (was denied a replacement),2 chili chicken with a very small and also old patty and wayy to much sauce, old unsalted fries and a watery sprite! I tried to give feedback but the employ directed me to head office, no conversation, no replacements, no refunds, nothing to make this bad experience better. The manager was also very rude! I will never be eating here again and you shouldn't either...

Ordered at the counter around 6:30 PM on Sunday evening. A friendly lady helped me. She was much faster than the ordering kiosk, wow, and she spoke English and Dutch. Thank you for the excellent service. The restrooms were clean, which I think is very nice considering the restaurant was quite full. P.S. The food was still warm when I got home 10 minutes later.

They can't count to three. I ordered three sandwiches, but there were two in the bag. I realized it on the way. I didn't go back.

Cozy little McDonald's (café), clean and friendly staff

I know fast food is not the most healthy food option but finding plastic in my food is not acceptable even for a fast food restaurant. Never eating here again.

McDonald's remains my ultimate go-to for a quick and delicious meal! The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and tastes exactly as expected. The service at McDonald's is friendly and efficient, so you never have to wait long. The restaurant is neat and clean, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Whether it's a quick lunch or an evening snack, McDonald's never disappoints. Highly recommended and definitely 5 stars!

Excellent and fast service in the drive-thru is also not surprising when it's just a McFlurry. There was a good amount of ice cream in my McFlurry.

I used Mac Drive services. The order was prepared quickly and was delicious!

If you order two ice cream sundaes with caramel sauce, you'll get a third of the small cup filled with watery ice cream and a teaspoon of sauce. A complete scam! A perfect example of greed inflation. I can't believe people still go there.

Unbelievable how much can go wrong in one order. Half the items are missing, promotions were not scannable, there was no receipt so we can't check anything - and to top it all off we got a nearly empty McFlurry. Next time I'll take a detour to another McDonald's

What a rotten service, first waiting a long time for food. While it was so busy, then you get your coke and it tastes like cleaning agent. You ask politely at the counter if you can have a new one, you have the wrong taste. She immediately pulls a mean angry look at you. Then leave it if necessary, how I don't drink either. Got a milkshake a few weeks ago but the quality has really dropped to 0 point. Not a thick milkshake but a cup of foam. RUBBISH.

the limited items such as the Greek style crispy chicken are always super tasty, the normal items that are always available are not. Stopping plastic straws and sauce containers is also super annoying because they don't have a better solution for it.

Fast service. Calm atmosphere. On the other hand, toilets and tables not sufficiently cleaned. Full trash bins not emptied.

The 2nd time we did not receive the complete order, a few things that we ordered were missing. So check your order when you receive it.

The glasses were really dirty, even disgusting, they never washed them, they just soaked them in water. I told the employee, one of the glasses had a hair stuck to it and was dried out, and he said he would give me a new one. As if that glass will come clean 🤮🤮🤮

What a drama: waiting 12 minutes for lukewarm food with unfriendly service

The table service signs are empty and are not replaced by staff. It's not busy at all, but the staff does get grumpy if you say something about it, and we as customers should just pass that on. The staff should keep an eye on this to prevent orders from being mixed up. This is not the first time that work has been messy with this mac and a lot has gone wrong. You also regularly receive the wrong products in your orders or your order is overlooked. Steenakker is a lot better.

The food is predictable, but I had to wait half an hour for it, tables everywhere with irritated people waiting for their food, no explanation of any kind, then offer a nice gift as compensation, and the table was dirty when I got there sat down.

Cold unfriendly no staff. Just order by a cold SOULESS computer. Menu board letters too small to read.. like KFC. Cold lifeless sterile no atmosphere

Ordered Veggie McNuggets and accidentally received normal nuggets and ate them thinking they were veggie. As a result, my girlfriend was hanging over the toilet vomiting. Then driven back and 'helped' by some manager. Helped is a strong word. After our explanation there was no understanding or customer friendliness whatsoever. First of all, she blamed us because we apparently said it wrong. When we asked to get our money back she looked at us sheepishly. That money can really rustle my ass, but not even the slightest bit of understanding? To make a mistake is human, but it's shameful how she dealt with it.

After finally finding a table because the top floor was initially closed and she did not want to open it. When there were ultimately more people looking for a table than there were people inside, they opened up the top floor! Then ordered food and the waiting time was fine. The order arrived and the fries were cold and we missed some things from the order. Also used the toilet. It was dirty and the tap did not work. (Top floor had just opened where the toilets are). All service desks with straws and napkins were also empty.

With this Mac in particular, you will have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for your order, even at times when there are hardly any other orders open for pickup.

At the moment of arrival, there was already not an interested tone at the drive. When we paid we had to wait 7 minutes without any understanding or explanation. And suddenly an ATM is shoved in your face. When I came to pick up food at the 2nd window, I first had to wait there for 3 minutes until they said move on and wait in the parking space even though it was late and there was no crowds whatsoever. I had forgotten something, I walked back and then I was practically laughed in my face and I was parroted for what I said. I felt not taken seriously and as a regular customer of MacDonald. I will never go to this branch again. I would rather drive 10 minutes longer to another branch where I will hopefully not be treated better, but at least normally. Hopefully something will be done about this

I didn't get caramel with my McFlurry, when I asked I didn't get it. I also didn't get mayo with my fries, unacceptable.

Cold chicken nuggets, looked like they weren't even fried. Employees couldn't even wish you a nice evening and make you wait at the post for 5 minutes before answering you. Next time I will drive to Steenakker again

Had very nice drive employees, the rest of the food was just fine for fast food, I think very few people go to the mac for a real culinary feast

I don't easily give a 1 star. In principle, it is an achievement to get one star. I often drive by the Mac drive just for a cappuccino. I find myself more and more often in front of a closed door even though the branch should be open, I get a small cappuccino even though I order a large one, but the most annoying thing is that I sometimes have to wait 20 minutes in total at the ordering point and after ordering . I have simply driven away several times now because I want to get a cappuccino and don't have time to wait 20+ minutes. The service at almost all McDonalds in the Breda area is not substandard or bad, but downright frustrating. This morning I am at the branch on the residential boulevard. There is one car at the post next to me. No idea why but it takes minutes. Meanwhile, another car follows behind him. After several minutes it's finally my turn and the person just driving up behind is helped first. Top. I drove away frustrated. To the other side of Breda. In the end it took 45 minutes......for a cappucino

Waited 25 minutes in the drive for 2 breakfast burgers and 1 chicken. Then waited 10 minutes for 1 mc chicken. 1. This is really too ridiculous for words. Would happily move on to another one

Wow, what a filthy mess. I have never experienced such a bad McDonald's branch. Food everywhere on the floor, overflowing waste bins and dirty tables. Outside, visitors had simply placed the trays next to the waste bin or left them on the table. Staff could only be found behind the counter. Nuggets were cold. But according to the employee, that was not true. She also didn't want to check the temperature. Didn't get any new nuggets. Never going to this branch again. Real drama.

Not clean and very messy MC Donalds

After I received the wrong order, I went back again. I had explained everything that was wrong, it turned out that the lady could not speak Dutch…. (Then say it immediately!) The lady doesn't say anything at all... then comes to assist an unmotivated collage... who seems tired of life and indicates that she cannot speak Dutch... I don't think she can speak at all... colleague who does speak Dutch arrange the order , get 1 extra fries... then back to my seat in a full McDonald's, while upstairs was closed and downstairs was busy... if you don't have the motivation, then you have no idea how busy it is downstairs... except that there was 1 seat left... otherwise I would have removed the chain and gone upstairs and sat down and made a video and explained the situation as well. Unfortunately this will not happen again, I will never come here again.

We waited inside for 25 minutes for our food, the managers were shouting through the tent and they were busy with everything except the customer.

I ordered at the counter. 'Take?' 'No, eat here, outside on the terrace.' I ask if I can't get a table number. 'No.' "So I have to wait here for it?" 'Yes.' I think: It's okay. I've been having it all day too...' and I don't understand the rest because she walks away again, very grumpy. What does she have? Have you been working hard all day? Who knows, maybe I've done that too and now I want an easy bite and a friendly face? Fast food? Well, it's not 'fast' anymore for a long time. 'Then you should have learned a trade', I can just swallow, after all they are doing their best in other branches and I am doing those employees a disservice. Finally I receive my order. In a bag. "Take it with you, right?" 'No, eat here...' 'Oh, it says take away...' This girl is friendly and quickly places everything on a tray, including the rather meager portions of fries. Next time we will look for a different location. Because you certainly don't get that cheerfulness and friendliness that you always see in the commercials here.

At night you would think... hey, they have a pretty quiet time and then everything is ready quickly and on time, but nope!! I just had to wait 13 minutes for 1 happy meal and 1 Bigmac menu then the food arrived and there were still mistakes while I saw that you were having more fun than working, forget the BBQ sauce and the fries, it was as if they had lost the plastic straws had fried gross and not tasty............

Food is as I am used to at any other McDonalds. However, almost as standard, the post does not issue a receipt and I always have to go to the manager to get one, who then takes half an hour to find it. Outdoor tables are often messy and dirty

What a mess this Mac is. Staff really don't understand it and "work" very slowly and inefficiently. When ordering you could look into the kitchen, even though I had already paid but left quickly. This is really not possible!!!! Bad Mac ever.

There isn't much atmosphere through the drive-thru, but the service from the employees was excellent. Especially considering what people still have to contend with this late in the evening. (Lots of pedestrians at the Drive-thru). Fortunately, it does not detract from the food they serve. That was good.

Placed an order via a QR code on the table. This was done via the app and was placed in a different mac location without us being able to choose one. When we took it to the cash register it was your fault, just go to that mac. This literally involved a coffee and a Sundea ice cream... not exactly customer friendly and I therefore advise everyone against ordering with the QR code.

The mac Flurry was half the normal portion. They are extremely economical here. And I got this for free for my birthday! We will go to Etten-Leur again next time!

My daughters wanted to eat at Mac's. Order done. After half an hour nothing. Something went wrong with the order. The manager (woman) was very friendly and added extra fries and we were allowed to choose an ice cream. Top service. I have never experienced people apologizing so often before. And the fries were wonderfully fresh and warm

Wanted to get a coffee here during work. 15 minutes after my order asked if I can get my coffee, response; sir, people wait more than 45 minutes for their food, so you too. She was serious. The manager was walking around like a sweating headless chicken barking at the staff and was clearly panicking because he can't run the business. The worst Mac in the Netherlands is clearly this one!!

Lukewarm burger, give a hot coffee while clearly ordering a frappe... Then wait a very long time for the right thing. Very slow delivery at the Mcdrive and rumbling in the kitchen can be heard outside... No, this was not the standard that I can and should expect from McDonald

Ordered 2x fries with paprika herbs and mayonnaise, MC croquette and BBQ sauce, MC chicken and 2 small milkshakes. Fries were served without paprika, the BBQ sauce was missing and the mayonnaise was fries sauce.... All in all, very bad. After all, it's all on the receipt, just need to check it. Staff also walk around like they hate their jobs.
