Burger King in Centrum

To be honest the worst Burger King in Netherland. Taste of burgers not that you get use to, less taste. Upstairs by the tables mess. Nobody what to clean it up. And the toilet…. 🚽 I put 50 cents coin. But can’t go in. Thanks a lot. Horrible after taste….

Burger King Review I visited Burger King, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. First, I received the wrong burger even though my order was very simple. Second, there was only one ordering kiosk for the entire restaurant, resulting in a long line. This is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant – the wait took longer than the food was prepared. And finally, the upstairs dining area was literally surrounded by pay-to-use restrooms. Even after I put in my money, the door wouldn't open! So my money was wasted, and the service was downright terrible. Furthermore, the restaurant was extremely dirty. The tables weren't cleared, there was trash everywhere, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. This gave a very unhygienic impression and made eating there very unpleasant. Overall, a negative experience: poor organization, order errors, and inconveniences in the restaurant. I see no reason to return.

I'm from a nearby village, and I took the bus there: it's closed! A bit of a shame. Normally, I'm quite satisfied. But this was a bummer.

The most uninviting BK I've ever been to. Working behind the bar without a hairnet and WITHOUT gloves, both employees were on their phones while they prepared our food. Upstairs, all the chairs were thrown out, and the trash cans were both outside. The trash can in front of the door, where a homeless person was rummaging through, was sitting. No thanks. (Fortunately, the food was fine; hopefully, it'll stay in my stomach after seeing how it was prepared.)

All the staff were very helpful, the food was very fresh. There were two young employees at the cash register who were working hard. I personally think they should have more employees on the floor to help so that the cash register employees don't have to run around all the time. However, the managers also come to help as soon as they see something isn't going well, and you can see that the staff are very professional, as they work very calmly even when there are impatient, rude customers.

THE TOILET IS SO DIRTY AND STINKY, I AM TRAUMATIZED. 50 cents for this is really no respect. 😭

Instead of the ordered Coca-Cola, the courier delivered Fanta.

The food wasn't too bad, but at other Burgerkings the woppers are better filled. When we visited, the dining room was so cold you could see your own breath. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene it was very disappointing. It was only afternoon. Floors sticky. Chairs not neatly placed at the table. Crumbs everywhere.

DO NOT go to the bathroom here. If you want to eat anything here at all, you should NOT go to the toilet. What a filthy mess this is, you've eaten and drank as soon as you open the door. And then the girl: yes, people leave it like that... That may be true, but YOU have to keep track of it and check it...

Food cold and from the microwave bah bah bah.

Why is it always so cold upstairs? Nice, eating inside with a winter coat 😂 It is also downright atmospheric and not cleaned properly (garbage next to the trash cans).

Food was ok. Restaurant dirty tables. You must hand in the deposit cup at the cash register, SO WAIT AGAIN.

Paying 50 cents for the toilet, I literally held my 3-year-old child above the toilet and certainly did not let him touch it, overflowing trash can with the used draft strips still hanging out of it, extremely dirty toilet with traces of fecal matter still in it. The staff doesn't care about anyone either.

Nice quiet place, only I didn't like that you have to pay for the toilet. Yes, paying is not a problem, the problem is that we live in the age of bank cards and sometimes there is not that penny to go to the toilet.

The food was inedible, it was disgusting and I couldn't eat it. I don't know if it's Burger King or this location but I don't recommend this location!!!! Order was not complete, she forgot the sauce and then made a fuss about a receipt that I had already thrown away...

I ordered fries with mayonnaise here. It doesn't seem like a difficult order to me, but the mayonnaise was forgotten (only 50% of the order). I was now on the train and had to walk 5 minutes back. I did get the mayonnai but unfortunately the fries, which is a fairly small portion for more than €3.50, were already as good as cold.

You pay 13 euros for a menu. No refills are given for that price and on top of that you have to pay to use the toilet, so if you want to wash your hands after eating a greasy burger and fries, you'll have to pay to wash your hands

Well that was once, but I will never come here again, the toilets (both ladies and gentlemen) were filthy and you also have to pay €0.50 for that, both for the ladies and the men's toilet. Sandwiches were also not tasty, a 'soggy' sandwich. From now on I will sit across the street at Douwe Egberts for delicious coffee and delicious sandwiches. No more Burger King in Zoetermeer for me

Terrible guy behind the cash register. I waited 20 minutes for him to take my order. But was too busy. No insight at all and sago too. BAH!

Tasty food for a good price. Unfortunately, the waiting time for your order is very long. What I don't think is acceptable is the amount of the plastic surcharge on the cups. They charge €1 per drinking cup. So for 3 menus you have to pay €3 extra. Nowhere in the restaurant is it mentioned that you will get these back when you return the cups and that you will have to stand in the long line again for that... you will not have the money for it. Atmosphere is not that nice either.

Last sunday a friend of mine and I wanted a quick snack before the start of a Christmas party coming up that night. We both had a Big King burger menu with twister fries and a drink and the food itself tasted quite nice. Unfortunately the staff was very unpolite and had a very nonchalant attitude towards customers as if they didn’t care about offering a good service. That same night we both started to feel really nauseous, having heartburns and bad cases of diarrhea and vomiting, visiting the toilet for hours and hours deep into the night. I’ve been having the same symptoms and it’s now tuesday, which means I celebrated Christmas on the toilet and missed all gatherings with family and friends. Both infuriating and disappointing. I have been coming here for years but it’s certainly not the same restaurant as it used to be. The employees are unfriendly, and seem careless to work for the company. I’m not getting food here anytime soon.

Not to eat: Soggy fries, weak burger and very unfriendly staff. 1 star for food, service and atmosphere is already too much! And that for 36 euros, a waste of money. We already had a very bad experience with the city center and a food poisoning after which we did not dare to eat Burger King for 6 years. After this experience, never again! We should have known better at the Mac and KFC there was a line and at Burger King you could go straight through. That actually says enough :(

They actually serve tasty burgers here, the new specials are very tasty, but the service is downright mediocre. Fifty minutes before closing we are told that we can no longer eat inside and that we can only take the food with us, because they "have already started cleaning up upstairs" (?!) This is a real shame. Of course all the food got cold until we got home, sucks!

Je kan beneden bestellen, daarna ga je een trap op voor de ruimte met tafels. Wil je naar de wc, dan mag je (ook als klant) betalen. Erg onvriendelijk. Bij ons was er een ongure type dat van de wc gebruik wilde maken, maar blijkbaar geen geld had. Vervolgens ging hij aan een tafel zijn wietvoorraad controlen terwijl hij allerlei opmerkingen binnenmonds maakte. Hierbij waren andere gasten ook de pineut. Het stonk verschrikkelijk en het personeel van de Burger King liep er langs, stond erbij en liep weer weg. Als je een wietwhopper wil ben je hier aan het juiste adres.

Een whopper cheese besteld 7 euro nog wat voor een hamburger. Aardig aan de prijs. Dat ding lag al een tijdje te wachten voordat de medewerkers het door hadden. Ze stonden ze ook met weinig. Dat wel..maar superdruk was het er ook niet. Zou fijn zijn als het beter in de gaten gehouden zou worden De whopper was oke, maar als ie 5 minuten eerder was gegeven warmer en lekkerder denk ik.

De frietjes waren zo goed als koud.

Laden an sich sehr super Essen sehr empfehlenswert aber dauert immer ein bisschen zu lange bis es zu bereitet wird, verständlich da zu viele Leute im Laden sind

Mijn ouders gaan naar de burger king speciaal voor mij komen zij terug en missen we volledig mijn menu. Het is het niet waard om helemaal terug te gaan om vervolgens weer vast te zitten in de file. Jammer dit had ik toch geen burger king.

Tafels smerig, niet opgeruimd, personeel niet te verstaan

Eten was redelijk. Maar wanneer je frietje wil en ze zeggen dat is op dan kijk je wel even vreemd op. Gelukkig hadden ze nog wel krulfriet. Dat maakt het weer een beetje goed

Weinig medewerker, klein restaurant maar je kunt lekker zitten boven. Lekkere burger zoals altijd en goedkoop met de app deal.

Het personeel is echt zo onbeschoft, echt van laag niveau. letterlijk voor je neus zeggen: "Ik heb geen zin om klanten te helpen." burger was koud. De zaak het ziet er niet uit en personeel is echt te triest voor woorden.

Whopper menu en paar kipnuggets voor veel teveel geld, lauw spul, geen sfeer.

Het is echt een "fast-food" restaurant. Dus ja was verwacht je xD

Tafels waren smerig en de prullenbak liep over,dan zit je niet lekker te eten.

Eten beter dan bij de concurrent, maar service en sfeer onvoldoende. 2 schermen om te bestellen, waarvan slecht 1 werkt. Vloeren en tafels vies... Waarschijnlijk door personeelstekort. Aanwezig personeel doet wat ze kunnen, maar is niet toereikend.

Echt een afhaal-Burger King. Eten is goed, service oke, echt niet sfeervol

Ongezellige verdieping, sfeerloos! En niet schoon gemaakt. Burgers zonder ziel klaargemaakt. Dat merk je, dat proef je. Afrader!

Dit is wat je nou echt fast food kunt noemen. T was snel klaar en ze deden ook zeker geen kaas op m'n veggie burger wat vaak nog eens fout kan gaan...het kostte veel minder dan die van de mc maar veel vullender. Daarbij nog eens dat ze een wijde keus aan veggie burgers hebben vind ik fijn
