McDonald's in Centrum

Ordered food through Thuiszorgd. Food was delivered cold. I contacted them by phone, but they said you can't file complaints by phone. But everything would be fine through the website. The end result is still cold food, a total of about €20 worth of food. And I only received a €3 refund. So, if you plan on ordering food here, I advise against it. Unless you like cold fries and burgers. The worst service I've experienced in a long time.

Not as well organized as other locations. All the trash bins were overflowing, and trash was piled on top. When we placed our order, our number wasn't on the sign, so it was questionable whether our order would even be ready. It took at least 10 minutes before it was ready, and then the burgers were practically cold. Upstairs, a sort of alarm went off in the restrooms, and it took a long time for a staff member to respond. The next time we're in Zoetermeer, that much was clear.

The new layout doesn't really invite you to stop in for a bite to eat... It's a shame, because with the current prices, it really should be.

Unfortunately, customers also have to pay 70 cents for a mega filthy toilet, which means they no longer have any hunger, which is a bit of a shame

The food is always good. This McDonald's is right in the heart of Zoetermeer. And the staff is incredibly busy, which is a shame. It's absolutely terrible, especially with all the orders. Only a few employees seem to really care; the rest just do their own thing. It's a shame, especially when an order needs to be brought to a table. It all goes wrong, because they don't seem to want to. I watched it for a while, and then I picked up my order myself and brought it to the table.

Expectations were already extremely low, but I was still disappointed. The double cheeseburger only had one patty, and the other burger was crooked, with sauce spilling out of the bun both inside and out. I also ordered 20 chicken nuggets, and they forgot two sauces.

Worst establishment ever. Some employees are friendly, others have a strange attitude. While ordering at the vending machine, I noticed there were no table numbers, so I went to the cash register. I was told I could have just grabbed a table number myself (I only saw it once I was there), but that's not my job! It was bizarre. My burger order was also lukewarm. A sad affair.

Food is cold and I have pickles instead of onion on my quarter pounder.

Dead end. Little empathy among the staff. A course in maintenance and cleaning wouldn't hurt either.

The restrooms were very hot and the floors were sticky, and it was much warmer in the restrooms than in the restaurant itself. Instead of €0.50, I had to pay €0.70.

The staff isn't all very motivated. It used to be more welcoming. Now it's more of a diner.

Like all McDonald's quick bites. Order online. Fast service. Friendly staff. For the price, you might be better off trying something else. Not exactly cheap.

It's dirty, the tables are filthy, the lettuce in the hamburger isn't very fresh, and the McCrisp bun is hard, so it must have been sitting there for a while. The only good thing is that it's downtown, and eating there isn't exactly pleasant.

Worst McDonald's experience yet. After a visit to the Game Museum, you think you're making a child happy by eating at McDonald's, but nothing could be further from the truth. For starters, you have to pay 70 cents to use the restroom, but unfortunately, you don't get that back as a discount on your order, which is a bit odd in a "restaurant." The restroom was also far from clean, and due to the lack of supervision, youngsters were climbing over the fences. After ordering at a kiosk (and entering our table number), we sat upstairs, but it was an uninviting space; everything was sticky, and there were lots of flies. There was one cleaner walking around, but what exactly they do all day, I have no idea. After 20 minutes, I decided to ask where our order was. I tried to make eye contact with an employee at the counter, but all six of them ignored me; they just kept going about their own work. I finally managed to ask where our order was, but it turned out it had already been sitting at the pickup counter for 15 minutes. Well, they did make us a new one. It was then brought upstairs after 5 minutes (the food was already lukewarm, but we didn't complain about that anymore) with the message that they weren't serving at the table due to staff shortages. It's a shame that wasn't mentioned anywhere, of course. Then the order: we ordered two mayo dishes but received two BBQ sauces. There were also very few fries with the Happy Meal, and they forgot to include the apple slices. The medium strawberry milkshake tasted awful, so we went downstairs and they made a new one, which again tasted awful. Only the third milkshake we received was pink and tasted like strawberries. In short, not a pleasant restaurant, and due to staff shortages, the service was also poor.

Tables were dirty and there were flies everywhere that you had to swat away while eating.

First, they couldn't make any frappe because they'd already cleaned the machine over an hour before closing time. I also ordered 9 Spicy Nuggets, and I got 15, but they were so hard I nearly broke a tooth. When I picked up new ones, they gave me regular ones instead of the Spicy ones. They're already closed, and what terrible service this is!

Customers at the ordering counter are ignored. The food is snotty.

Why do you give jobs to people who do not want to work in this company? We receive orders with dirty trays...

Delicious double quarter pounder and veggie spicy chicken menu. Unfortunately, all the cola spilled outside my front door. Convenient. Too bad again. Otherwise, the order was complete.

Dear Sir/Madam, On July 26, 2025, I bought an ice cream sundae at McDonald's Zoetermeer Centrum. The sundae was half-melted, barely filled, and looked completely different than your own photos. When I pointed this out to the manager, I was told, "That's just the way it is." I found that disappointing and not customer-friendly. Enclosed is a photo of your menu and a photo of the sundae I received. I would appreciate hearing how you plan to resolve this.

Had such a lovely experience today thanks to a very sweet manager at McDonald's. My child accidentally spilled their apple juice, and without even asking, the manager kindly cleaned our table and brought us a new drink with a smile.

Only ordered a milkshake (€4.50). We waited over 10 minutes before having to ask twice for it. It wasn't rush hour or busy. After that, I didn't even get the correct order.

This is a snapshot, sometimes everything is good, yesterday the chicken was fried too hard. Actually you can't write a good review because of the varying quality. Wanted a milkshake the machine was broken. It's actually always a waiting game..

For 2 mc muffins small fries and 6 nuggets I waited 30 min.. drama inside dirty and stinks.

Great McDonald's waiting time is pretty bad though. I ordered a caramel sundae and only got it 10 minutes later and customers who ordered after me already had their order. Too bad you have to pay for the toilets and then I also hope that they are clean in my case this was not the case hence the 3 stars. There is a lot to improve.

Never again! Long wait for order. Double Quarter did not match the picture on the menu: 3 pieces of onion and 2 small pieces of cucumber, not what you expect. And for the first time I see that customers of a restaurant have to pay for using the toilet!

Today I ate at this Mac for the first time. Personally I found it very messy in terms of decor and what I find very customer unfriendly is that you have to pay to use the toilet. First and last time I will go there.

After waiting for my order for an hour and a half, I received the wrong order. (I stated that I would like no sauce on the burger due to an allergy, which still arrived with sauce) Contacted McDonald's by telephone and was told that it was not their fault but Thuisbezorgd. Delivered to your home, you receive a chat that could mean nothing to me. Ultimately, I entered the business myself with this story and the manager did not find a solution and maintained the position of contacting Thuisbezorgd after explaining several times that this does not work. Never ordering here again for me. In my opinion, staff could be a little more solution-oriented!

The worst experience ever. I have ordered 6 ice-cream but not give me any even my ice-cream are ready for 5 minutes. I told the staff but she said she is busy. I’m not order milkshakes.

We went to buy ice cream and saw our order on the counter and we stood there for at least 10 minutes without calling our number. We finally went to ask and were just ignored by all the staff! What a shame! Even the manager ignored us! So we received melted ice cream!

Really very sweet and understanding employees. Nowadays you have to pay 70 cents for the toilet, which made me very angry as a customer, but luckily my daughter could just go to the toilet as a customer. I hope that in time there will be a solution for customers who order food from the MC.

Unfortunately, the floor was full of food scraps and packaging. Tables dirty and trash cans were a mess and overflowing. Dirty and without atmosphere and also an error in the order...

Paying for the toilet while you are a customer is really ridiculous. Never seen this in any other branch. €0.70 and it's dirty too! Staff and managers also dismiss it easily by saying that they are just doing their job and have no influence on it.

Food is just like any McDonald's. But restaurant is simply dirty. Dirty, sticky tables, overflowing trash cans, leftover food on the floor. And then the toilets.... Better order and take away.

Good day, I had a really bad experience at this McDonald's. The service was incredibly slow; it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple order when it wasn't even busy. The manager was also very arrogant and not helpful at all. When I asked a question about my order I received a blunt and rude response. It seemed like he had no interest in the customers or the quality of the service. I definitely won't be coming back here again. This is absolutely not the level you expect from a McDonald's. Really disappointing!

I don't like fast food in general, but the atmosphere in the restaurant is very good.

Tables were dirty, cleaned themselves with a pile of napkins. Food took too long, was not delivered to the table in one go, but loose in the hands. Coffee was not tasty and the caramel was hard to find. The manager was approached about it, something was done, but he had no overview. So we won't go here anymore

Grumpy girl behind the counter. They just completely ignore you. If you want to ask something you can first wait 15 minutes and then you will get a grumpy response. If you don't like your job, go do something else. Food was fine but had become expensive.

I ordered a menu and I only got a burger

The place is too dirty to look at, especially upstairs, the toilets are even more disgusting than a Dixie toilet. No toilet paper and a huge stench. Staff is like; I get my salary and other than that it's fine. My order had to be reordered three times, then I asked for my money back and left the food there. In short, I will never go there again. Not used to that food chain!!!

I am shocked by the way this McDonald's treats customers. When I received my home delivery order, the lid was not on my coke, so the entire flat including my apartment was covered and my cup was half full. The delivery person simply left and the manager in question hung up the phone and then when I called, no one answered the call and therefore blamed it on another company.

When ordering via sign, they did not provide a receipt, so I could not see which order number I had, quite difficult when it is busy

Very disappointed about my lunch today in this McDonald restaurant. No clean tables, hygiene is not good here. No strawberry taste at all in my medium milkshake. Did complain about it with the manager, they did not offer me a replacement. Poor service and poor hygiene.

Staff completely ignores me and then just sits there and hums. Then I indicate that I have the wrong milkshake flavor. Do we get help from someone who can't even answer back normally? Someone without teeth can articulate Dutch even better. It is indicated for the umpteenth time that the flavor has run out. Then just don't give the option instead of another flavor. What a bad experience. I will never come here again!! Okay, maybe 3 more times next week

A McDonalds with only Sprite in stock? Then I would close until you got stock again, and my number was called so loudly you could hear it 3 stores away Overall very stupid and social

It was crowded at the time I was there but the service was prompt and the food was great.

What a mess it is here. The floor, tables and trash cans are a mess. This is what the kitchen looks like. No table service, and a long wait for your food. The furniture is broken and dated. A quarter of the seats are occupied by delivery service staff.

It is open until 2:00 am, but that is not correct

Nothing about fast food, don't go there if you are in a hurry. I was waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes, lost almost all my break, and the only thing they did was saying ohh we are busy

Just got a sandwich and a shake...it was prepared quickly and was good to eat...just no sign with your number...and you weren't told it was ready either.

Just at 2 stars. It is not well maintained. Tables are dirty and rubbish on the floor. When you ask if they can clean the table and sweep the floor, they only wipe the table. When asked "could you perhaps also do the floor" I received the response "No when you are done". I had to make do with that.

Place was not tidy. I noticed that because of the crowds, the employees were constantly busy. Seems to be short staffed here too!

A bit of an unpleasant establishment without McCafe and McDrive. Tight downstairs, spacious seating upstairs.

Unfortunately, by far the worst McDonald I have visited. It is constantly dirty and many of the staff act like they don't feel like it. Take a break from cleaning responsibilities and train your staff in customer service. Then everything should turn out fine.

Bad service, had to wait longer than 20 minutes for my order. And they wanted to serve cold fries, it wasn't busy in the place. The staff was also not customer friendly. And this isn't the first time I've experienced it. I'm sorry I had to experience this multiple times.

Sunday was nothing more than a base of cold cream with sauce. Forgot nuts. Restaurant is small and not tidy.

Just a standard McDonald's, it's a bit cramped and busy and it takes quite a while before you get your food.

Strange but true! McDonalds has different prices on its own App and Thuisbezorgd. €40.00 for 2 meals, ridiculous. You can order via home delivery, but not via their own App.

Got food today, ordered 9 spicy chicken nuggets and only got 6.. so I called the MC and I got the answer "you have to come back" bad service.. they make a mistake and don't help you further. Really bad!
