The food is fine, but then: the fries sauce isn't included with the order. When you try to ask for it at the counter, the staff keep chatting, look at you, but completely ignore you. I never received two products for which I redeemed points. The points were deducted, though. But still, I didn't get them. Just get rid of that point system then, if you're not going to give the products anyway. At the delivery vans, it says you have to enter a table sugar; they aren't there. When asked, you get a blunt sigh and an irritated "just enter number 1 and pick it up yourself at the counter." Not my system, you know. Then organize it differently. You wouldn't get those questions then. And then last but not least: I find it truly outrageous that as a paying customer you have to pay for the toilet. It used to be free. After that, paying customers got a token. But not even that anymore. So, this is our last visit to this McDonald's.

Today, my family and I enjoyed a delicious lunch together that truly impressed us. Every dish was carefully prepared, with a unique and refined flavor that continued to surprise from start to finish. The combination of fresh ingredients and perfect seasonings created an unforgettable taste experience. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, which made the meal even more special. We were all impressed by the quality and attention to detail. This was without a doubt one of the best meals we have had together as a family, and we certainly look forward to coming back!

Good morning, I was there on Saturday. My wife and I needed to use the toilet. We paid 70 cents for the toilet. There was no toilet paper in the women's toilet. It was really poorly maintained. I went to the staff personally; it takes too long for the staff to do something about it. Poor service

The place is very dirty. The tables are filthy and the floor looks like it's never been cleaned. The restrooms are terrible... and you have to pay 0.7 euros. The place is very understaffed.

I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to send an inspector over here sometime. It is super dirty everywhere; tables aren't being cleaned. It is boiling hot. Even between the window frames there is grease, filth, and fries. And upstairs ‘is closed’? While downstairs is packed with screaming children.

At 9:00 PM, the chairs were already on the table, I couldn't find a toilet, but it turns out there's a paid one here, there was little jam in the ice cream, it was impossible to order coffee, I wanted to order at the establishment, but there were no signs - this is the worst McDonald's I've been to, I have no desire to return here.

It is not well tidied up here; no one keeps an eye out for loitering teenagers. And there are no plates to be served at the table. Every time I come here, upstairs is always closed too.

I placed an order via Thuisbezorgd yesterday. Unfortunately, the delivery person was at the wrong building and did not take the order back to the restaurant. Normally, I would have to arrange this through Thuisbezorgd, but the manager and the staff on site handled it well by accommodating me and remaking my order. It is a gloomy place and doesn't look very fresh. Also too expensive for the quality.

The staff are all very uninterested and don't interest the customer at all, except for one person with Spiderman hair. He was the only one who didn't give a mean look or spoke to me normally. Also, all those young people sitting upstairs make a lot of noise, throw food, scream, bother people, and make everyone very uncomfortable, and nothing is being done about it.

My order sat under a lamp on the counter for fifteen minutes. Only when I pointed it out to her did the waitress try to give me the cold food. I pointed it out to her, whereupon she looked at me with a mocking smile and then kindly replaced it. She talked back to me, and the staff also contradicted me. I find that disrespectful.

Some products are more expensive. The employees and manager are transphobic. I witnessed them treating an elderly woman with laughter, stares, and general rudeness simply because she is a trans woman.

It's nice and warm here. It's just a shame that as a customer you have to pay 70 cents for the toilet...

The restaurant was quite messy and unclean. To make matters worse, I ordered a McFlurry and the cup was only one-third full, which is a total rip-off for that amount of money. The service was nothing special either—pretty lackluster and slow. The only positive is the location, but even so, I highly recommend going to a different McDonald's instead. Save your money and patience.

The food is always super tasty. The floors and tables could just be cleaned a bit more often, as some seating areas are sticky from previous customers' drinks and food, and it hasn't been cleaned off properly. But otherwise, highly recommended if you want to enjoy a nice meal with your family.

We had to wait a very long time for our order. The kitchen staff were throwing the food around, and the burger preparer was, moreover, first picking his nose before slapping a burger onto a bun with that same hand. Not to mention his packing skills. Furthermore, the staff is unmotivated and the restaurant is very dirty. In short, not recommended.

Downright unattractive. The entire ‘restaurant’ has seen better days; the decor and kitchen look dated, and the overall impression is one of ‘dirty’. Tables, floor, and trash cans are dirty, the furniture is messy, and the staff radiates fatigue... Not recommended.

RIDICULOUS. It’s just that you can’t rate it as having no star. The service is simply bad. They pack things incorrectly or not at all. And they make home delivery their problem. And then you have to pick up the items yourself. Subsequently, everything is cold again. And all they can offer is a free soft serve ice cream. It is one big playground there.

First of all, there was hair in my burger and I ordered a drink, but they gave me the wrong one and I see it's wrong. They said, "Yes, then you have to pay for a new one," but I didn't want that old drink.

Just stopped by the McDonald's in the city center today, ordered two menus and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was a real treat for me; well, I haven't felt sick all afternoon since, diarrhea and everything. Thanks, McDonald's.

I waited almost 10 minutes for a hamburger and cheeseburger. I was second in line when I ordered. Later, my order was left on the counter because the staff "forgot" to give it out. It was poor quality, and the tables were dirty. I won't be back.

My husband got really nauseous. I was nauseous too, and so was my little son. I think I'll skip McDonald's for a while.

What a filthy mess. The floor is dirty, the tables are dirty. It is quite quiet, the staff are hanging around and chatting. And as the icing on the cake, when we mentioned that the tables were so dirty, we were given a cloth to clean it ourselves.

Really bad place. Everyone had long hair tossing over the food. Waited half an hour for 3 hamburgers that we had to ask for ourselves. Yes, just those simple 1.50 hamburgers. Unfriendly staff too, and while waiting, we saw at least 5 people coming back because mistakes had been made with the food.

We were here during the February holidays. What a mess it was! Puddles of drinks everywhere on the floor. Fries and mess on chairs, tables, and on the floor. The staff wasn't very friendly either.

Only McDonalds nearby, not too big, plenty of parking spaces, drive through and terrace, usual menu nothing special.

New standard: a half-empty container weighing 139 grams, including the container (16 grams). "To the line," they say. A shame, because it feels more like a sampler than an order. Converted to liters, it's over €35 per liter! RIDICULOUS...

After receiving cold food more often, plus something always going wrong, I finally decided to vent my anger.

They don't take fast food very seriously here, what a disorganized place... 20 minutes of waiting, order delivered in parts, ridiculous.

Ordered 2 teas and cappuccinos, waited 20 minutes and when I asked why it was taking so long, the employee asked me how do you make mint tea ridiculous?

Unfortunately, the coupon machine wasn't working. But the food was delicious. We ate here with our daughter.

We had to wait a long time for just two cappuccinos. Everyone around us complained about the wait. The staff was very slow and sometimes seemed more focused on each other than on the guests.

Extremely incompetent staff; everything is filthy and barely cleaned. Hot drinks weren't available, supposedly all sold out. The only thing was espresso, which, after paying, turned out to be unavailable. They even tried to send me away without a refund. Eventually, after insisting, I got it back. Worst McDonald's experience ever. I definitely won't be returning.

Poor and slow service. With table service, they never bring your food. If you don't want it brought, don't offer it.

The space is too small for a service in such a location. There are a lot of people, a lot of confusion, and staff are lost amidst the flood of orders.

I order a milkshake and coke with burgers, but if you order a drink, especially a milkshake, it is quite logical that you get a straw with it, which is a bit of a shame.

Ordered food through Thuiszorgd. Food was delivered cold. I contacted them by phone, but they said you can't file complaints by phone. But everything would be fine through the website. The end result is still cold food, a total of about €20 worth of food. And I only received a €3 refund. So, if you plan on ordering food here, I advise against it. Unless you like cold fries and burgers. The worst service I've experienced in a long time.

Not as well organized as other locations. All the trash bins were overflowing, and trash was piled on top. When we placed our order, our number wasn't on the sign, so it was questionable whether our order would even be ready. It took at least 10 minutes before it was ready, and then the burgers were practically cold. Upstairs, a sort of alarm went off in the restrooms, and it took a long time for a staff member to respond. The next time we're in Zoetermeer, that much was clear.

The new layout doesn't really invite you to stop in for a bite to eat... It's a shame, because with the current prices, it really should be.

The food is always good. This McDonald's is right in the heart of Zoetermeer. And the staff is incredibly busy, which is a shame. It's absolutely terrible, especially with all the orders. Only a few employees seem to really care; the rest just do their own thing. It's a shame, especially when an order needs to be brought to a table. It all goes wrong, because they don't seem to want to. I watched it for a while, and then I picked up my order myself and brought it to the table.

Expectations were already extremely low, but I was still disappointed. The double cheeseburger only had one patty, and the other burger was crooked, with sauce spilling out of the bun both inside and out. I also ordered 20 chicken nuggets, and they forgot two sauces.

Worst establishment ever. Some employees are friendly, others have a strange attitude. While ordering at the vending machine, I noticed there were no table numbers, so I went to the cash register. I was told I could have just grabbed a table number myself (I only saw it once I was there), but that's not my job! It was bizarre. My burger order was also lukewarm. A sad affair.

Food is cold and I have pickles instead of onion on my quarter pounder.

It's dirty, the tables are filthy, the lettuce in the hamburger isn't very fresh, and the McCrisp bun is hard, so it must have been sitting there for a while. The only good thing is that it's downtown, and eating there isn't exactly pleasant.

Worst McDonald's experience yet. After a visit to the Game Museum, you think you're making a child happy by eating at McDonald's, but nothing could be further from the truth. There was one cleaner walking around, but what exactly they do all day, I have no idea. After 20 minutes, I decided to ask where our order was. I tried to make eye contact with an employee at the counter, but all six of them ignored me; they just kept going about their own work. I finally managed to ask where our order was, but it turned out it had already been sitting at the pickup counter for 15 minutes. Well, they did make us a new one. It was then brought upstairs after 5 minutes (the food was already lukewarm, but we didn't complain about that anymore) with the message that they weren't serving at the table due to staff shortages. It's a shame that wasn't mentioned anywhere, of course. Then the order: we ordered two mayo dishes but received two BBQ sauces. There were also very few fries with the Happy Meal, and they forgot to include the apple slices. The medium strawberry milkshake tasted awful, so we went downstairs and they made a new one, which again tasted awful. Only the third milkshake we received was pink and tasted like strawberries. In short, not a pleasant restaurant, and due to staff shortages, the service was also poor.

Tables were dirty and there were flies everywhere that you had to swat away while eating.

First, they couldn't make any frappe because they'd already cleaned the machine over an hour before closing time. I also ordered 9 Spicy Nuggets, and I got 15, but they were so hard I nearly broke a tooth. When I picked up new ones, they gave me regular ones instead of the Spicy ones. They're already closed, and what terrible service this is!

Dear Sir/Madam, On July 26, 2025, I bought an ice cream sundae at McDonald's Zoetermeer Centrum. The sundae was half-melted, barely filled, and looked completely different than your own photos. When I pointed this out to the manager, I was told, "That's just the way it is." I found that disappointing and not customer-friendly. Enclosed is a photo of your menu and a photo of the sundae I received. I would appreciate hearing how you plan to resolve this.

Had such a lovely experience today thanks to a very sweet manager at McDonald's. My child accidentally spilled their apple juice, and without even asking, the manager kindly cleaned our table and brought us a new drink with a smile.

Only ordered a milkshake (€4.50). We waited over 10 minutes before having to ask twice for it. It wasn't rush hour or busy. After that, I didn't even get the correct order.

Great McDonald's waiting time is pretty bad though. I ordered a caramel sundae and only got it 10 minutes later and customers who ordered after me already had their order. Too bad you have to pay for the toilets and then I also hope that they are clean in my case this was not the case hence the 3 stars. There is a lot to improve.

Never again! Long wait for order. Double Quarter did not match the picture on the menu: 3 pieces of onion and 2 small pieces of cucumber, not what you expect. And for the first time I see that customers of a restaurant have to pay for using the toilet!
