Johnny's Burger & O'Tacos in Centrum

Perfect customer service! I had set the delivery time to 17:25, but apparently this time was not visible to the restaurant. As a result, the order was delivered earlier, at a time when, unfortunately, no one was home. It was not clear exactly where the fault lay, so I absolutely do not want to blame the restaurant for that. However, what happened next truly deserves 5 stars. The owner decided to prepare the entire order fresh again and have it delivered once more, so that my family could simply enjoy warm and fresh food. No discussion and no hassle, just immediately looking for a good solution for the customer. This is what I call perfect customer service. Problems can always happen — the difference lies in how a company handles them. As far as I am concerned, Johnny’s Burger resolved that excellently. Very good burgers, the smash burger in particular is very tasty. These people know how to make a delicious burger. Not only beef burgers, but chicken and vegetarian options are also on the menu. Johnny's isn't the cheapest, but nothing has ever gone wrong with the delivery for me... and Mr. McDonald's can't say that. In short, well worth the effort, great place.

My experience at Johnny's Burger & O'Tacos was truly terrible. The order was wrong, which can happen. But what happened next was absolutely devastating. The manager was incredibly rude and snarky. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was met with a backstabbing and arrogant attitude. It seemed like he prioritized getting his way over simply helping a customer. Absolutely ridiculous behavior for someone in charge. I've rarely experienced such unfriendly customer service. The way he spoke was disrespectful and downright rude. If you're a manager who treats customers like that, you really don't understand what service means. Honestly, with this attitude from the management, I definitely won't be coming back here again. The service is terrible, and the manager acts like an arrogant jerk who thinks customers should just accept anything. A truly lousy experience, not even worth a star.

A must try place for burger lovers, the staff is friendly and well trained

It was truly disgusting. My colleague and I ordered a burrito with ground meat and were given a half-raw hamburger with so much sauce that we only had a mouthful of it in our mouths. We're now sick from the meat because it was half-raw. Ugh.

National Instagram promotion: tacos for €3 today. When we got there, it turned out the promotion didn't apply to this branch, a staff member said, barely audible. "It's too busy, or something," they said. The promotion suddenly ended. We, of course, left very quickly as well.

the staff at the location shout and listen to tusic very loudly and orders for pick-up are very difficult to place and if you are not the same nationality you wait 30 minutes to take your order. I do not recommend this location.

Today I ordered a burger menu and a taco. The taco was good as always; my son loves it. However, the burger was cold. Perhaps warming the buns would be a good idea. I mentioned it, and they made a new one. I ate the bun and it wasn't good. I was very hesitant about the meat; it was very tough and dry, but I also questioned the doneness. After a few bites, I stopped eating. Besides the meat being tough, the bun was also too soggy because of the sauce. The employee asked what he could do, and then basically said nothing, because otherwise I'm running a loss...you only really run a loss if your customers don't come back and you don't act on their feedback. I didn't like this way of handling things because it was apparently my taste buds, even though I'd had a delicious burger there before...so I won't be back. I hope I don't get sick from that burger. Besides, I wasn't a whiner, the sandwich was noticeably cold and that's just not right, especially when you're eating on the spot. Then pretending I'm the problem is not okay at all.

Ordered for the first time today. Normally I'd get pizza or spend ages searching for something to eat. Today I tried O'Tacos. Definitely recommended. It's delicious and definitely worth the price.

Damn man. That you still dare to deliver food to people. Ordered two "tacos" from O'tacos. One of them was cold and the fries were so cold that they were impossible to eat. The other warm, but so much sauce that you can't taste anything else. Fries were old and you can just taste the old frying fat in which all kinds of things have been fried in during the day. Drink can was full of mud and dents. The delivery person probably dropped it outside. No man, you guys aren't worth the money. Last time with you and I recommend it to everyone. I have now ordered from O'tacos more often and it is something every time. And then I'm not even talking about the nauseous feeling I've had all day.

Employees of Johnny's in Zoetermeer, you are really great! I recently picked up a menu and received the wrong burger (I only found out at home), which I subsequently contacted via customer service. Received an immediate response. A new hamburger was offered as compensation. Today I'm picking up and I'm getting a whole menu! “Present from me,” says the employee. What compensation. While we was waiting for 2Tacos the manager open the door in front of us and we was freezing 20minutes because is cold outside and the wint was blowing in badly .Then my boyfriend decide to close the door and they start the COLD air conditioner we had to put the jackets on. Matter fact we wait exactly 28 minutes to get 2tacos.it wasnt fast food . I give 2 stars because i really like the tacos🤣

I ordered tacos for the second time, and they were absolutely delicious! Today, I placed my order just a few minutes before closing, and the restaurant even called to check if I needed anything extra. They kindly added a little something, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was truly excellent! When our order arrived, the courier greeted us with a warm smile—very friendly and communicative. He even asked where we were from, made us laugh, and created such a cozy atmosphere. In the end, he wished us a great evening, just like the staff I spoke with on the phone. It really made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend ordering from here! In September 2023 I ate the classic burger with 200gr. Absolutely amazing fresh meat cooked well. Definitely tastes like more (burger in hand photo) Unfortunately, Johnny's burger has been switched from fresh to frozen in the meantime Now today January 27, 2025 photo with burger on the plate, the burger (patty) is frozen and tastes like the burger king patty. Too bad, very sad

Bad, with a capital S. Two small burgers for over 22 euros. McDonald or Burger King is even cheaper and offers larger, tastier burgers. The quality of the meat is seriously below standard. Free advice to anyone who respects their taste buds and wallet: never consume here.

Perfect with every thing, the food is very tasty and the quantity also is perfect. The team works inside very friendly and nice. Every thing is clean they really care for hygiene of the tables, place and the food. It is really wow and deserves five stars easily. I tried all the menu because every week i go to have my dinner.

My advice: only order if you have nothing planned for the rest of the evening. Time between ordering and receiving: 2 hours, 35 minutes. Hours after ordering, asked twice for an update on the delivery time, no response. Then called to find out where the order was, fifteen minutes later the delivery person was at the door with half the order. Called 2nd time, the rest was coming, an hour later I received nothing, so called 3rd time. My remaining order was ready to be delivered, but they had no delivery people available. Order complete more than 2.5 hours later.

At checkout I saw TOO LATE that I had selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called to request a change and have it delivered. I asked how I could pay the delivery costs. It was stated that I did not have to pay additional delivery costs. The delivery person was at the door within 20 minutes. The food was cooked, hot and tasted excellent.

Unfortunately it says they are open but they close at 12:15 on Sunday afternoon.

Definitely recommended from O'Tacos. Prices and portions are fantastically matched. The food is always super tasty and delivered nice and hot. Free cup of sauce with every side is definitely a plus. Finally, we also received a free bag of licorice candy, which I really liked. I haven't tried Johnny's Burger, but I will order O'Tacos more often.

I ordered home delivery and it was sickeningly dirty, fries completely limp, no salt, barely any taste, the o'tacos L is really gross, it tastes like pure armpit, the delivery person was also quietly more than 30 minutes late and also looked very overworked out. chicken tenders are tasty tho

Great tent, a bit too loud and very warm. Orders can (only) be placed via a screen, so you cannot have a burger and an o'taco. Choose a burger earlier + pay and then do the same for O'taco.

Ordered food at 6:00 PM with the option to call as soon as possible at 7:07 PM and my food was ready to be delivered. At 8:00 PM it was finally delivered, but it was ice cold. I called and was told to pick up my money back, which took another hour. Had to call again the day after because I had not received anything about the money back yet. Was supposed to get a refund but that didn't happen. The next day (day 3) I finally got my money back. Service and customer friendliness are very poor at this location

The food was very tasty and it was fast

Although the food is very tasty, you cannot rely on delivery times. Several times now we have been able to receive the order much later (read: 30-45 minutes). Previously they had called me to say it was later with apologies, but now it was only after calling 6 times that the phone was answered with a message that the order had already been shipped.

It's a pity that you order and the tracker is not correct via the site and when you call you do not receive a clear answer to your questions.

Delivered more than an hour later than the promised delivery time. If the estimated delivery time were a bit more realistic, I think it would save a lot of complaints. Or simply take fewer orders. Ordered via Uber Eats and the restaurant said around 11:00 PM. We were now 40 minutes further and still nothing. Called again and said the delivery person would be there within 10 minutes. The delivery person didn't arrive until around 11:55 PM. Which was already midnight. I rather think that they waited until orders came in and at the last minute everything went out because they closed at 11:59 PM. This is a shame because the food is delicious, but because of this I will never order from here again.

I order here more often because of the good burgers and also because of the good food in general. Yesterday ordered 3 burgers with 2 side dishes. Had to wait just under 2 hours before it arrived. I can totally understand that since it was a Sunday, things are taking longer. I received no further information from Johnny's Burger about why it took longer, or what the status of my order was. I had to call twice to ask where my food was. The young man on the phone was also very curt and did not provide more detailed information or, for example, an apology. The first time we called was after about 1 hour, when we were told that the food was just being prepared. Then, after about 1.5 hours, it was on its way. As previously indicated, we finally received our food just before the 2 hours had passed. The food was otherwise good, just slightly lukewarm and the fries were simply cold. I'm not happy about this. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication. I hope that things will go a little more smoothly for customers after me.

Took an hour and a half to deliver a burger and chips

We ordered our food at 5:00 PM. Two burger menus and a portion of chili cheese nuggets. When ordering it stated that the order would be delivered between 45-60 minutes. The confirmation email stated that our food would be delivered in about 45 minutes. After 60 minutes I called to ask where our food was. It was very busy and they didn't have enough staff, but it was almost ready. To my surprised question that the food was not even ready yet, I received the answer: yes, sorry madam, one of our delivery people had an accident. Now I sincerely hope that if this is true, things go well for the delivery person! But it all sounds quite unbelievable to me. Well, we'll give them a chance and wait and see. Finally, 30 minutes later we get a call (we have been waiting for our food for 90 minutes) with the question: We're out of twister fries, are you okay with getting wedges? So from this I understand that our food wasn't even made yet... well we canceled it and just drove to MacDonald. Never again this company. Really ridiculous.

Received notification that food would be delivered at 9:25 PM. Check your phone fifteen minutes later than delivery time and the order was canceled at 9:25 PM. Worthless thing.
