Unfortunately, the renovations have completely ruined the ambiance of the McDonald's. Unfortunately, the hamburger was also raw. It's a shame, it was always a fantastic McDonald's.

I received good service and the food was nice and hot.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd, but one menu was missing. Apparently, even simple counting is too much for them, which explains a lot. 😅😅

We came to eat and they kicked us and other people out, they said they don't accept orders, even though it says they're open until 2 am

Ordered a milkshake but it was gone, the Big Mac was cold, and it took a very long time.

No service numbers available, when my fish o filet came it was cold and bad! They didn't accept my complain.

Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our order! There was hardly anyone in McDonald's 😵 The atmosphere was very dull.

Had dinner on December 5th. Saw the new decor for the first time, less attractive than before, with a chilly feel. Many more payment terminals made the restaurant feel less inviting. We spent €55 for three people, way too expensive for nothing special. It was quiet, so I think there was plenty of time for proper preparation. But the chicken nuggets were old, the fries weren't warm enough, and the Spa forgot to be delivered. We sent the food back, and the staff commented that we'd let the fries get cold. We only sat there for 10 seconds, which was very rude. I notice this often here, also in the McDonald's drive-through. The customer is definitely not king here. Apparently, tableside delivery isn't an option for this price. In short, disappointing.

I had to wait in line for a long time because my deal had expired, but they didn't make a fuss about it at all, which was really nice. The staff were very friendly, so the wait wasn't too bad!

Quick bite before heading home. Ordered from the kiosk, fast service. Many tables were dirty. Trash on the floor and next to the trash cans. Restrooms weren't clean. No way to properly dry your hands.

Big Mac action and Big Mac on. Then put a sign at the beginning of the MC drive. Waste of time and gas.

They have two McDrive stations, but when you're at one station, other people at the other station are only helped. When you continue to the checkout, you're then asked to go around another circle.

First visit since the renovation. Looks tidy, but no longer has that Mac atmosphere. It's now one open space. What was really annoying was the loud hum/vibration from the ventilation system. It sounded like there was an airplane on the floor above. Perhaps it's less noticeable when the place is full. Young staff constantly makes rounds but doesn't clean properly. Are they even supervised? This resulted in a lot of dirty tables, even though there were fewer than 20 guests inside. The food was meh. Order was complete. Reasonably fresh fries and nuggets, but a stale bun with a Big Mac. All in all, it was a bit disappointing. Next time, we'll go back to our regular location (Prisma).

Orders are often not recorded correctly

It's a nicely designed and pleasant place. The only downside is that when I arrived, the tables were a bit dirty. 😔

The restaurant is open later than before. The Mac drive-thru is always reasonably fast. The staff is also friendly.

Food that hasn't gone moldy for over 25 years can never be healthy. I haven't eaten McDonald's for quite some time!

Never, ever order again. Either things are missing, or you wait two hours for your order and then cancel it out of frustration. Terrible. Go to the counter and there are even more people complaining. So don't do it.

there is always somthing to complain if you only take the time to search for it, but than your food gets cold. so instead of looking for something wrong we just tried to enjoye our burgers and fries, but it was filthy all arouns us thank you Mc. donnald

Been to the drive thru several times and so far only received a complete order twice, something is constantly being forgotten...

Old fries (half a container) and old chicken nuggets. Better go for that other Mac. This is too sad for words. Waste of money.

It's nice to have a newspaper in the weekend

Newly renovated. Friendly staff. Great food. And a kids' floor. Super fun.

Can someone tell me how a double cheeseburger (4.25) can be more expensive than 2 cheeseburgers (3.90)? It's pure fraud. I made only 1 of 2 sandwiches and threw the bread away. A bit of a waste. And not sustainable.

You eat at McDonald's on the go. You sit down in the restaurant with your children and order. It's amazing that you order and eat it inside while the food is still ice cold....??? It's a shame, too, that we had to walk back and forth a few times because while we were handing out the food, we were missing a roll and sauce, etc. Not very polite.

A pleasant location where you can order until late at night, which is great if you're a Skaffa. Less pleasant is that they support Israel.

This Mac Donalds always has problems with items being sold out… which you can only see when you are already in the drive-in. Please fix your stock or make it clear before entering the drive in..

Good food, friendly staff and tasty food

What fantastic service on a beautiful cart. Never had such good service. I definitely give it 5 stars. I'll definitely be going here again.

Google mals says it's open until 3Am. Got threre and they were closed way before closing time got there for Nothing. There was a Group of Mids in front of the restaurant harassing people. Wouldn't recommend going at night. Food is everything you expect from a McDonalds.

The food was delicious and hot, and it was nice and quiet. Good table service.

We've rarely seen the outdoor area, parking lot, etc., clean. There's no litter to be seen, which is often filthy at other locations. Kudos to the staff.

I think McDonald's is getting very expensive. The grease is also leaking out of the sandwiches.

As with every Mac, you can stop quietly with the dogs and have a drink on the terrace. Something went wrong with the order and that was solved quickly! Top.

Outrageous prices these days. Fish processing, small fries, small cola and small shake. That's 19 euros. WHAT!!!!. and the shake wasn't cold but lukewarm. The app also indicated that there were no deals for me today. This was the last time for now.

Here they mainly sleep a lot instead of working. Been there 4 times, 4 times something or they forget half or you arrive at 8 o'clock while they open at 7 o'clock and then you have to wait for 20 minutes because the kitchen was not on yet.

Usually not too busy. The drive goes pretty fast. Open until 02:00. The food is as you are used to from McDonalds, often fresh and good. Enough parking space.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s location (Kelvinstraat 1, Zoetermeer). Both the staff and the manager showed an unprofessional, unfriendly and downright disrespectful attitude. During my visit to the McDrive, part of my order was forgotten (the nuts with my sundae ice cream). When I tried to indicate this by honking and waving, I was completely ignored. After several attempts, an employee finally came to the window and rudely shouted: “WHAT IS IT!!?” – absolutely no way to communicate with customers. When I pointed out that she could have asked normally and politely what she could help me with, to my surprise a manager came over… and said: “Only whores have customers.” That is not only shocking and unprofessional, but also extremely insulting. I don't feel taken seriously at all as a customer and I honestly wonder how this kind of behavior is tolerated in such a large company as McDonald's. This is an experience I will not soon forget - and certainly not a location I will ever return to.

The people who take your order at the mc drive. I don't know if they listen or just guess what you want to order. Or when you are paying you often get the wrong order pressed into your hands. It is not the first time. I also wrote to mc Donald Netherlands but that doesn't make you any wiser either. You are fobbed off with an email and then it is ready for them. No message that we are processing it or that people have been addressed by higher up. Very unfortunate. In this way it is not really possible to live quality. So many mistakes and not listening properly to a customer. Or talking over it while you are ordering whether there should be coke and fries sauce. I keep quiet about this until they ask if I am still there and start all over again with the order. Very unfortunate. I will not come here anymore.

Ice cream for the dog, milkshake for us

So far we have not received a complete order once, something goes wrong every time. My Mother's Day breakfast was a total failure, very disappointing. When you pay €35 for a McDonalds breakfast you expect it to be done well. As a solution we were allowed to come and pick up what was not good again, we eventually did this and I thought it was nice but not a suitable solution at all. If your team of incompetent employees gets an order wrong for the umpteenth time in a row, I expect you to solve the problem completely. I think asking the customer to drive back and forth again and come back is a bit strange. Hence the bad review and the 1 star.

I got lukewarm chicken nugguts at the Mac drive.. When I complained about it she agreed with me and gave freshly baked ones. Therefore 4* for the service

It's really dirty. Not normal. The floor sticks to your feet. Shame. It wasn't like that before.

I have been to this McDonald's branch in Zoetermeer several times. So far I have always received my order complete. Chairs, tables and the floor are clean. You can still see something lying on a single table. Service is friendly. The fries and burgers are of good quality. Nothing wrong with that. The food is brought to your table quickly. The reusable cups are clean. Only the toilets require a little more attention. Despite the latter, you can feel free to come back here.

Taste does not live up to the price

Went upstairs to sit. All tables were dirty and the floor was covered with chips and spilled drinks. After asking someone to clean the table we got the food lukewarm. Had a happy meal.mey filet-o-fish with ketchup on it. Apparently it's normal for a happy meal; fish with ketchup?! All in all not the best experience, snack bar around the corner will be the more logical choice next time

Waited 30 minutes at McDrive for breakfast (Kelvinstraat Zoetermeer), due to issues in the kitchen. Then got a burnt sandwich. Forgot the caramel in my latte and didn't have the decency to apologize for the delay. This was 1 week after they forgot to deliver our drinks with a home order.

30 min bij mcdrive gewacht voor ontbijtje (Kelvinstraat Zoetermeer), wegens issues in de keuken. Kreeg vervolgens een verbrand broodje. Waren de karamel m’n Latte vergeten en hadden het fatsoen niet excuses aan te bieden voor de vertraging. Dit was 1 week nadat ze onze drankjes waren vergeten af te leveren bij een thuis bestelling.

Not enough staff, so very long waiting times. No quality control. The result is always wrong products and/or incomplete. So worthless

Sometimes necessary but not for me

Another nice Mc Donald's to eat or drink. It is open until late 3AM which you see rarely in the Netherlands. There is drive-through option too. You can order food without getting out of your car. (I didn't try it though.) There are a lot of parking place in front of it. I have never faced a parking problem there. The restaurant interior was clean and spacious. You can find there vegetarian options too.

I went here with my grandchildren and was accompanied by my own 7 year old grandson from his school to the bus stop. He knew where we had to get off to go especially to this McDonald's because he thought it was quiet and he could chill out with his 5 month old brother and grandma, the service lady helped us very well with the order and the day was a sunny day and 20. Ordered chicken nuggets and happy meal, so highly recommended.

Too bad it's quite expensive and the food is almost cold!

Unfortunately, the food is getting colder while you also have to wait because they have to prepare your order. Then I don't understand the logic that the food is not hot. Regularly not everything you ordered.

My fries were cold, fries sauce was not included with the order... but... the dane behind the counter was super friendly and resolved this neatly and with a smile! Super!

Met mijn kinderen en moeder gaan lunchen om iets te vieren. Regenachtige dag met in de McDonald's een hond die niet echt fris rook en zich lekker aan het uitschudden was tussen de tafels.... Heb dit aan de filiaal manager gevraagd of honden hier wel mogen komen. Hij antwoordde dat dat niet mocht en zou er straks wel even langs lopen. Na lang wachten op onze bestelling, was die hond nog lekker onsmakelijk bezig. Mijn kind is bang voor honden en mijn moeder en ik allergisch, dus ben ik weer naar de filiaal manager gestapt waarop hij vertelde dat hij daar niets van ging zeggen. Toen ik vroeg waarom niet verwees hij me naar de huisregels. Daar staat niet op dat er honden zijn toegestaan. Als het er niet op staat dan is het toegestaan was zijn antwoord. Dit vind ik niet een hygiënische regel aangezien het in de mc Donalds een open keuken betreft. Ook is dit een bekend kinderrestaurant, wordt er dan geen rekening gehouden met kinderen die bang zijn voor honden? Mensen die allergisch zijn weten ook niet waar ze plaatsnemen, want let op ..... er kan daar zomaar een honden hebben gezeten.... Wat de huisregels betreft, daar staat ook niet op dat je geen eigen consumptie mag meenemen.....en daar staat zo veel meer niet op...... mag dit dan ook allemaal ?

Dirty place... toilets smell so bad, even when reported, the lazy teenagers do nothing about it... the floor is extremely slippery... everything is sticky and dirty.... If you eat here you will really get sick...!!!

Cannot apply discounts from the app 🙁

After an outing in snowworld we had a quick bite at the MCDonalds, unfortunately it was colder inside than in the ski hall, brrr.

A Mc like everywhere. One tip: check your order before you leave the drive. I have come home several times without sauces. (And weak fries)

Shrinkage has also struck at McDonalds. A 4 euro McFlurry is used so little at this and the other restaurants in the area that the cup is not even half full.

Om 24.00 u patatje gehaald. Medium was zeer klein, verlept en koud. Hamburger..beetje ketchup 1 augurk. Geen uitje. Uitgedroogd en koud. Echt vreselijk om hier je geld te besteden

Ordered an hour ago from Mac Kelvinstraat Z'meer. When the food finally arrives it is a completely different order! Contacted Mac, they can't do anything. I have to solve their mistake via home delivery. So €30 gone and no food! This is ridiculous! Never order from Mac again!!!!

Had a good meal here. The atmosphere was good, although the place was a bit messy, narrow paths and the ordering did not go well the first time.

Hurriedly ordered something and used the toilet in the meantime. Service was okay, toilet needed cleaning. Fries seasoning was an unnecessary luxury and I will never take it again. Everything was prepared at a table for a quick bite on the road. We had excellent burgers, fries, coke and to try an iced frappé. Not my usual McDonald's and in a rush so I didn't pay much attention to the surroundings on this (summer) day and we didn't go to the seating area.

Once again I went to the Mac and again you are not helped and you walk away because you want to order with the discount app and they don't use it themselves because it doesn't work. You should buy your hamburger like this with such a discount. Great fortress and oh yes, the toilet stinks.

Truly a fast food chain. Maybe fun with children, but only adults can go through the Mc drive if you want to eat in peace.

Cold fries, with Big Mac bacon we had to pay 1.25 extra for citrus lemonade. Wouldn't be a soda...😂.. I went back to the counter myself, got nice warm fries, the sweet girl didn't know why I had to pay 1.25 extra, so the service was good.

Fast service and friendly staff

Nice establishment because there is a small play corner for children. Parking spaces in front of the door. Helped quickly Enough seating Geo branch I don't think it's the cleanest establishment. But it's fine. I often visit Rijswijk and it is kept really clean there. The interior is also a bit more modern there. I notice that I would stay there longer than in this branch.

The food is not healthy, but that is not something unexpected, of course! But in this restaurant I know it is tasty, french fries are salty and crispy and the hamburgers are freshly made. If and when we choose fast food, we come here.
