Very tasty, but once I had little fries

I ordered fries with fries sauce, but I got mustard sauce. I ordered chicken nuggets with two sweet and sour sauces, but I got one mustard sauce and one hot chili sauce.

Unfortunately I have a negative point to report, we placed an order via the kiosks, less than 3 minutes apart, I received my order after about 5 minutes, my girlfriend only after more than 25 minutes 😡😡😡😡 this is downright scandalous, ordered barely 3 minutes apart and then such a long delivery and the fries were lukewarm, not mine, they were hot, no sorry this is a downright big minus for this location, hopefully this will change in the future, but we will avoid this location for the time being, hopefully the management reads this and that real change is made.

It's honestly a good MC. The food is always hot, tender, and crunchy. The restaurant looks neat, and there's little waiting time, etc. In my opinion, it's the best MC in Zoetermeer.

Mistakes in the order. Lots of young people who were barely addressed about their behavior. Otherwise, the service was excellent. Friendly staff!

Good McDonald's. Good food and friendly staff. The food was hot and ready quickly. The atmosphere isn't inviting. It overlooks a truck stop, the Bastion Hotel, and a very busy road next to a railway line.

Ordered through the drive-thru. When I got home, one of the fries was missing (stupid, since you're supposed to check everything before the delivery window), and I received two servings of chili sauce instead of fries sauce. The food was cold; I live three minutes from the restaurant. And this certainly wasn't the first time.

The food itself is good, but the Sunday ice cream is literally gone in four bites. You pay more for less these days! I reported it to one of the managers, but the complaint wasn't taken seriously! And then there's the awful restroom! What a foul smell! Next time, I'd rather go to the Kelvinstraat branch!

The guy behind the counter was new and did everything wrong. He missed half my order, and suddenly I got four Mac and Flurries instead of one. Good job, man! (I'm also missing fries and a double "big tasty").

The men's and women's restrooms stink; there's even feces on the wall in the women's. One urinal wasn't working. The faucets were broken, and the air freshener squeaked. All the tables were dirty, and no one even bothered to clean them. I wonder how the people who work here wash their hands? This McDonald's definitely deserves a nomination for the worst McDonald's in Europe.

Not every McDonald's is the same. The food took a very long time, and the fries were cold and limp.

The fries were lukewarm but we got new ones right away when we pointed them out.

Got 4 large fries for €4.55 each!! The containers were half empty. Bunch of rip-offs!!! Once but never again!!!

McDonald’s, if this is your idea of a McFlurry, you owe us all an apology—and a real serving.

Well, I don't think you need to go there just for the atmosphere anymore. The price is ridiculous. These days, you pay more than €12 for one person; for a child between 6 and 9, say €10. For a Mac with 3 kids and 2 adults, you really should use your debit card or wallet. Last time, I spent €75. My kids are 16, 15, and 12 years old; I'm 47 and the wife is 37. One menu: €10 to €14. Burger King is much cheaper, so to speak. I think that's a shame. It takes away an outing I enjoyed doing. And yes, even with the Mac app, it's still expensive. Sorry.

I've received cold fries and burgers several times. They did exchange them, but you're still waiting for them while someone else continues eating.

Our car broke down nearby, and since we had two hours to entertain ourselves at the garage, we thought we could quickly grab a breakfast with our toddler. Unfortunately, my order was a minute late, and it was automatically deleted. When I mentioned this inside, they were very kind and took care of it. Breakfast was made for us and cheerfully brought to the table outside, as I was also with the dog. The food is fine. However, hygiene could be better. Often dirty tables, floors, benches, and chairs. The children's corner, in particular, needs more attention to cleanliness.

I was very shocked by the stench and condition of the men's restroom. It's a nice place, but I'd avoid this one.

The quality of the food is just like you'd expect from McDonald's. The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly as you imagine them. Everything is fresh and served hot. No culinary highlights, but the quality is reliable and the taste is consistent.

The food was good, the service was good, but there were some people in the parking lot with their cars, fat bikes, and food. It made it feel like a hangout.

We had to have a large order for our school and everything went smoothly.

If you are lucky it is warm when you get your food, delivery to the table is nice but takes a long time. Too bad you can not activate more than 3 deals when ordering at the column. And please return the lids on the drinking cups...

It's very strange I just placed an order at Mac in Zoetermeer Zilverstraat.. I received my order without a burger.. only bread.. scandalous… nobody helps you..

It is wonderful to see the total chaos that no one thinks of filling in the table numbers at the ordering columns that you have to fill in illuminated when ordering. Result: everyone just fills in a number and the service keeps walking around asking questions and doesn't understand anything anymore. Toilets were really dirty by the way. Order also didn't completely match what was ordered.

Dirty, tables and chairs not clean. Cold fries, ordered side salad not on the table, had to ask twice where it was. Burgers moderately warm. Mcflurries nasty, way too thin and icy.

Tafels vies evenals bankjes. Geen servetjes aanwezig. Patat koud, burgers matig warm. Bestelde side salade niet aanwezig, 2x moeten navragen waar die bleef. Geen sorry of verontschuldigingen. Ijs was ook niet te eten, veel te slap, dun en ijzig. Geen afdruk van een bon, ipv bestelde recycle beker kregen we een gewone wegwerpbeker. Dit was de laatste keer Mcdonalds voor ons.

What a remarkably scandalous service. Waited 30 minutes for my order which had been ready for 20 minutes. McFlurry wasn't even mixed, and the staff was disinterested and antisocial.

There was plenty of space inside, but parking outside was somewhat limited. Many people had to drive several laps before a spot became available. Operation went smoothly.

Friendly employees and the manager who works was respectful. It was a holiday and my family and I were in a system of service. I live in Germany and I hope that the service will be as good as that in Germany. Jorn. Thank you very much.

Always easy to use the drive. I've been inside a few times but I don't always think it's clean.

Manager very rude to children. Showed no understanding for their questions and was very rude. Other customers pointed out his behavior, but he ignored it and hid behind his staff when complaints about his dealings with young customers. In short, nasty man.

We ordered 2 x ketchup, but we received three and we also had to pay for the third. They also gave us 6 instead of 3 bags, for the reason that it is standard to give two bags per portion. Bad service and bad management. The dr was no ice for the mac Flurry's due to cleaning of the machine. Had to wait half an hour. And this in the middle of the evening while the traffic jam was outside the site and the restaurant was fairly full. This was at 10:30 PM. I think something about this.

I was cheating. My burger meniu was listed on the screen at 9,20€ and instead of juice I asked for ice frappe ( price around 4,5€) normally at the meniu you don’t have to pay the entire price for it. And the asked me to pay 15,30€. I didn’t understand why I have to pay so much and i asked the guy and apparently he couldn’t explain for me why. And asked me if i still want the order. I pay it because i was thinking that I will receive the plastic glass, but no, there was the carton glass which is 0,10 euro… and of course there was no receipt. Am is not the first time when I am cheated by MC Drive, and not in the first location. I don’t know why I have to pay always with 2,3 euro extra by mc drive..💸

We came on a Sunday evening around half past eight to have something to eat in the restaurant. It was very busy at the McDrive and I think we therefore had to wait a long time for our order. They had probably forgotten us because when I went to ask where our order was, it was brought to our table shortly afterwards. My husband's Old Amsterdamburger wasn't great. My wrap, on the other hand, was delicious. I've had enough of McDonalds for a while, three of us can eat for 42.90... I think it's very expensive!

Very nice McDonalds, where I like to go to get a hot chocolate or a cold coke during my walk. Friendly and Dutch-speaking staff. Toilet could be cleaned a little more often.

Gang in the parking lot and no good food.

Scanned the Drive in the Mc app to see where this was explicitly stated. Then after scanning we were told that we had to do this later at the window. It was specifically mentioned that the discount codes could only be scanned once. Employee indicated that this would not be a problem. Once we arrived at the window, they indicated that the codes no longer worked. We had a long discussion and after rescanning a few times, someone was brought in. This has caused unnecessary irritation.

I ate too much food so I couldn't fit through the door anymore :( I was not helped because they could not lift me because I was too heavy :(

There was a malfunction, unfortunately no one reported this, everything else was cold and when you asked for your order you were helped, only the last ones were received first and everything was ready. I understand if there is a malfunction, but if a manager does not take the time to speak to the customers, this is bad. Personerl did his/her best but did not receive any guidance, very sad.

Sunday morning, opening time 8:00 am. Unfortunately we had to wait at the door for fifteen minutes. Apparently staff had overslept. The manager didn't want to open the door until 9 a.m. and drank coffee in full view of waiting customers in the wind and rain. No apology or "compensation" when asked why we were not allowed to wait inside, we were given an explanation about the safety measures (I don't think that was the intention) the order was not correct, very reluctantly the forgotten cup of tea was brought. by God's grace we didn't have to pay that.

Ordered via drive-thru. When choosing, suggesting or asking a question, they were helpfully assisted. Taste was good of our ordered dinner.

After waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes I received my food which was no longer warm and not tasty and a melted milkshake with no straw delivered, this is not a service for the 24 euros I paid, and I will call the head office. I also received bad feedback from Thuisbezorgd.nl, even though I order properly from their so-called service costs of 1.29 to improve the so-called service.
