Long wait +/- 45 min. Food cold, probably already waiting for some other items. Milkshake wrong flavor. Receipt that didn't come out of the ordering machine. Because of this, it was also super busy, with people waiting for longer than an hour.

It was very quiet at the time I was there. Friendly and helpful staff.

They got our order wrong multiple times, forgot 3 things in my order, and my girlfriend had to wait half an hour; they forgot her...

The worst Mc ever seen. Food quality is way lower than Steenwijk, that's a real McDonalds!

Tasty food, the fries were a bit low on salt, but overall a good McDonald's, clean and friendly staff. The trash can could be changed a bit more often. And more than enough parking! If you are on the road, definitely stop by for a meal.

Potatoes without salt, I paid for a sauce and they didn't give it to me 🤦🏽‍♂️ It's not that hard to do a job like this, just put what the customer paid for in the bag. Disappointing.

Enough space you can have seat，food is normal since standard McDonald‘s process. Easy parking.

Honestly the best McDonald's in South Holland, perhaps even in the Netherlands. A waiter/employee simply asks us at our table if it tastes good and if everything is to our liking. Never expected that from a fast food chain; hats off.

€5.05 for a tasteless milkshake and unfriendly staff.

It took a long time for the order to arrive. A lot of mess on the floor and full trash cans. We had ordered coffee but it was without beans. So we went back and did get a good coffee afterwards. The toilets were also mediocre and without toilet paper.

The food was otherwise okay. We had a fairly simple order, but after waiting for fifteen minutes and seeing that others around us already had food, we decided to ask. “Yes, your order is next,” but they had simply forgotten. When the order finally arrived, it wasn't even complete.

There was an issue with our order. We had to wait for a long time and when it finally came we missed a few items.

The place is a bit neglected, a bit of a shame for a big place like this... But the staff were friendly as far as I could see❗️😇

8 cars will fit, the Burger King toilet is 45, the noise from the train is normal.

Super rude employees. You politely mention that you are in the car with clients and ask if they can tip the ice cream cone into the cup due to the risk of choking, which the cashier said was possible. First another colleague says "Yes, that's fine," and then "We don't do that," and the manager comes over saying I should just order a different ice cream. Very rude and uncomprehending. Clear discrimination. No more McDonald's for us.

A bit of an average Mac. Not everything is always equally warm.

We received more mozzarella sticks than we ordered and almost got the wrong order at first. It seemed like there were a lot of people needing training or something. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly.

Sunday, February 22, 2026. There are 6 people in the establishment, including me. 4 employees, FOUR!!! Ordered 2 burgers, a croissant and coffee. 18 minutes of waiting and all plans for the day are ruined! In the car on the way I have to eat and drink already cold coffee, postpone 1 thing and be late for a meeting.

I found the staff remarkably friendly, helpful, and attentive. And my order of three standard burgers with an oat latte was ready in just three minutes.

Unfortunately, my son accidentally spilled his drink. Thanks to the helpful staff, we received new drinks and food. The food was good! Excellent!

Stopped by for a late night snack, sick nice guy at the first window

I ordered fries with fries sauce, but I got mustard sauce. I ordered chicken nuggets with two sweet and sour sauces, but I got one mustard sauce and one hot chili sauce.

Unfortunately I have a negative point to report, we placed an order via the kiosks, less than 3 minutes apart, I received my order after about 5 minutes, my girlfriend only after more than 25 minutes 😡😡😡😡 this is downright scandalous, ordered barely 3 minutes apart and then such a long delivery and the fries were lukewarm, not mine, they were hot, no sorry this is a downright big minus for this location, hopefully this will change in the future, but we will avoid this location for the time being, hopefully the management reads this and that real change is made.

It's honestly a good MC. The food is always hot, tender, and crunchy. The restaurant looks neat, and there's little waiting time, etc. In my opinion, it's the best MC in Zoetermeer.

Mistakes in the order. Lots of young people who were barely addressed about their behavior. Otherwise, the service was excellent. Friendly staff!

Good McDonald's. Good food and friendly staff. The food was hot and ready quickly. The atmosphere isn't inviting. It overlooks a truck stop, the Bastion Hotel, and a very busy road next to a railway line.

Way too long wait times at the McDonald's Drive! If you walk in, you'll get your order faster!

Very messy McDonalds with dirty tables everywhere.

Ordered through the drive-thru. When I got home, one of the fries was missing (stupid, since you're supposed to check everything before the delivery window), and I received two servings of chili sauce instead of fries sauce. The food was cold; I live three minutes from the restaurant. And this certainly wasn't the first time.

Great mac, a bit slow with actually receiving the food but otherwise always good

The food itself is good, but the Sunday ice cream is literally gone in four bites. You pay more for less these days! I reported it to one of the managers, but the complaint wasn't taken seriously! And then there's the awful restroom! What a foul smell! Next time, I'd rather go to the Kelvinstraat branch!

The guy behind the counter was new and did everything wrong. He missed half my order, and suddenly I got four Mac and Flurries instead of one. Good job, man! (I'm also missing fries and a double "big tasty").

The men's and women's restrooms stink; there's even feces on the wall in the women's. One urinal wasn't working. The faucets were broken, and the air freshener squeaked. All the tables were dirty, and no one even bothered to clean them. I wonder how the people who work here wash their hands? This McDonald's definitely deserves a nomination for the worst McDonald's in Europe.

Not every McDonald's is the same. The food took a very long time, and the fries were cold and limp.

Instead, I get a stingy scoop barely covering the bottom of the cup, dressed up like it’s doing me a favor. The total weight? 152 grams. That’s including the spoon and the cup. So basically, I paid full price for a glorified sample. If I wanted to feel shortchanged, I’d go to a gas station and buy air for my tires. This isn’t a treat—it’s a slap in the face with a wooden spoon. The portion is so small, I had to weigh it just to confirm I wasn’t hallucinating. Spoiler: I wasn’t. The photo I’ve attached says it all. A sad little swirl sitting in a cavernous cup, pretending to be dessert. McDonald’s, if this is your idea of a McFlurry, you owe us all an apology—and a real serving.

Well, I don't think you need to go there just for the atmosphere anymore. The price is ridiculous. These days, you pay more than €12 for one person; for a child between 6 and 9, say €10. For a Mac with 3 kids and 2 adults, you really should use your debit card or wallet. Last time, I spent €75. My kids are 16, 15, and 12 years old; I'm 47 and the wife is 37. One menu: €10 to €14. Burger King is much cheaper, so to speak. I think that's a shame. It takes away an outing I enjoyed doing. And yes, even with the Mac app, it's still expensive. Sorry.

I've received cold fries and burgers several times. They did exchange them, but you're still waiting for them while someone else continues eating.

Our car broke down nearby, and since we had two hours to entertain ourselves at the garage, we thought we could quickly grab a breakfast with our toddler. Unfortunately, my order was a minute late, and it was automatically deleted. When I mentioned this inside, they were very kind and took care of it. Breakfast was made for us and cheerfully brought to the table outside, as I was also with the dog. Big thumbs up for the people working on August 15, 2025 👍 Thank you for your wonderful and excellent service.

The food is fine. However, hygiene could be better. Often dirty tables, floors, benches, and chairs. The children's corner, in particular, needs more attention to cleanliness.

The food was good, the service was good, but there were some people in the parking lot with their cars, fat bikes, and food. It made it feel like a hangout.

Picked up but because we had a lot we didn't check. Turned out to be missing burgers so called. Was supposed to get a compensation note in the mail, NEVER arrived so whistle.

Waited way too long for my order, people who ordered later got their order first. Children got nuggets that were too spicy, fries and burger were far from warm.

If you are lucky it is warm when you get your food, delivery to the table is nice but takes a long time. Too bad you can not activate more than 3 deals when ordering at the column. And please return the lids on the drinking cups...

It's very strange I just placed an order at Mac in Zoetermeer Zilverstraat.. I received my order without a burger.. only bread.. scandalous… nobody helps you..

It is wonderful to see the total chaos that no one thinks of filling in the table numbers at the ordering columns that you have to fill in illuminated when ordering. Result: everyone just fills in a number and the service keeps walking around asking questions and doesn't understand anything anymore. Toilets were really dirty by the way. Order also didn't completely match what was ordered.

Tafels vies evenals bankjes. Geen servetjes aanwezig. Patat koud, burgers matig warm. Bestelde side salade niet aanwezig, 2x moeten navragen waar die bleef. Geen sorry of verontschuldigingen. Ijs was ook niet te eten, veel te slap, dun en ijzig. Geen afdruk van een bon, ipv bestelde recycle beker kregen we een gewone wegwerpbeker. Dit was de laatste keer Mcdonalds voor ons.

Dirty, tables and chairs not clean. Cold fries, ordered side salad not on the table, had to ask twice where it was. Burgers moderately warm. Mcflurries nasty, way too thin and icy.

What a remarkably scandalous service. Waited 30 minutes for my order which had been ready for 20 minutes. McFlurry wasn't even mixed, and the staff was disinterested and antisocial.

There was plenty of space inside, but parking outside was somewhat limited. Many people had to drive several laps before a spot became available. Operation went smoothly.
