Fat Phill's Zoetermeer in Centrum

I'm not normally a meat eater, but I'm a real fan of their double cheeseburger. The wait is always long, though, and the music was incredibly loud the last two times I've been there.

Those who follow me know I usually have positive opinions about businesses. This one was filthy: the hanging glasses and bottles hadn't been cleaned in years. Even though only one other table was occupied, we had to wait almost half an hour for our order. Once we picked it up, the fries tasted burnt and they clearly used far too old grease. A place to quickly pass by. We went in because we were running away from the dirty neighbors across the street. Zoetermeer, Zoeterminder?

I ate at the restaurant. The double cheeseburger, waffle fries, and teriyaki wings were delicious. Ultimately, it's just an upscale snack bar.

Waited 50 minutes for raw BBQ wings

Ordered chicken tenders and fries, not a difficult order you might say. I only receive fries. When they call, they cannot still deliver it because they do not have any delivery people themselves. No excuses nothing. Bad business, bad service. Shame.

The burgers were exceptionally flavorful and juicy. The fries were nice and crispy, and the accompanying sauce was also very good. The chicken wings had a thick, crispy crust but were a bit spicy, which wasn't advertised (the kids didn't appreciate it). The place was nicely decorated, but could use some maintenance. The extractor fan isn't working optimally, so the interior smells strongly of deep-frying. And everything is greasy. The floor was slippery with grease, and the tables weren't very clean either. The staff is friendly but could do with a cloth more often.

I ate here with my family. They forgot to make my wife's order. After a brief discussion, it was made. In the end, it didn't arrive until everyone else had finished eating. It happens, but we expect an apology at the very least! The food was subpar. Everything tasted pretty much the same. Maybe it was the sauce or the cheese. Even the children, who aren't particularly picky about fries and a burger, were disappointed. In short, not recommended!

After a long day at work, I ordered food from Fat Phill's. After waiting an hour, I checked the app. It turned out the order had been canceled without any explanation, and I'm still waiting for a refund. The restaurant claims it's the fault of the delivery service (Ubereats). Well, I guess so... I didn't get the impression they were bothered. They certainly didn't offer any solutions. We had to make do with a sandwich that evening. Very disappointing.

Personally, I find it a real shame that this place employs a certain type of staff. I also found the whole atmosphere—the blaring music, and the friendly behavior of the staff—unacceptable. Maybe that would be a good thing for America... I find it really uncomfortable to pick up food there and be greeted in such an unfriendly and inappropriate way. I'm really looking for alternatives because I'm going to avoid this place. Honestly, it's a shame for them. Edit: Now the food isn't good anymore either. XD I'll never come here again lmao

The food was absolutely delicious, the burgers were well-flavored, the cheese fries weren't soggy at all, and the BBQ wings were very flavorful! Definitely recommended!

Got two burgers and a loaded fries. I was already disappointed that it is a kind of snack bar, no servers at the table. Burgers could not be compared to the photos on the site. Small and of Mac quality. Cheese sauce on the fries was super chemical. In addition, it is also expensive. 12,- for a single burger!!!!! You seriously better go to Burger King because I will never do this again. Don't go there!!!

Very friendly staff! They were fast and very friendly. The food was delicious, very well cooked, nice and crunchy. Highly recommended!

The entire order was incorrect, we have been waiting for quite an hour, they say they will send a new delivery person, but no idea how long that will take, very poor service, ridiculous, never order from here again (they don't have their own delivery people either)

Ordered 3 times via home delivery, 3 times no complaints. 1st time they forget half of it, 2nd time they are closed on a Friday evening and 3rd time I waited an hour and a half for a canceled order because the sandwiches were gone and you only find out after an hour and a half.... I will never go here again to fetch.

The burgers are fine, on the greasy side, but that is the intention. The fries were cold even though we had very few guests. The basis of the design is beautiful, but yes, if you have crates in sight everywhere, are in a draft (exhaust system not in order?) and do not tidy up, sweep or wipe anything, you have glasses hanging at the bar that are frosted from the dirty, well, then a lot goes wrong. The tent has potential, but clean, tidy up, and fix the draft.

Ridiculously expensive. Disinterested staff. Unfortunately, one of us also had stomach problems and had to go home sick. This is very unfortunate.

Superrr bad. It was my birthday so I ordered via Uber Eats. 3 sandwiches and 2 loaded fries. Cost me around €80. No problem as long as it tastes good. Then the fries also arrive half cooked. Everything was already cold. Well sorry never again. qq bad this ruins my whole day too.

Topped fries cheesesteak is delicious! I've never had better Buffalo wings. Unfortunately, the music does not fit the atmosphere of an American diner at all (ghetto rap music). The restaurant could be a lot cleaner. There was 1 table clean and the rest was dirty and we were the only guests so there was time to clean

Nice vibe, good selection of food. The burger is okay; tried the truffle burger it's nice. The chicken burger is okay, but bread is served cold. The Philly cheese steak was a bit too fatty for my liking. The mozzarella sticks sandwich was amazing- served sizzling hot! They serve alcoholic drink. according to the personnel its all halal food.

Lekkere plek om te eten vooral voor jongeren maar alleen wc slecht bijgehouden en er is nooit zeep. Niet bepaald schoon

Delicious, but quite pricy. The burgers are priced decently, but the sides are quite expensive (6€ for a small portion of fries for example). You also get charged 1€ per sauce.

Heerlijke gegeten. Vers bereid. Prijskwaliteit is goed! Komen zeker nog een keer terug

Heerlijk gegeten. Alles 100%Halal. Wij hadden de Double cheeseburgers genomen. Honey teriyaki hotwings. En frieten. Vreemd genoeg was het best rustig terwijl het echt van hoge kwaliteit burgers is. Wij dachten misschien omdat van de buitenkant niet duidelijk is dat het een burgertent is. Het lijkt meer op een bar dan een plek waar je gaat eten. Veel Succes Fatphills. Mij zie je zeker terug !

Was druk waardoor we lang moesten wachten. Kip was droog. Hamburger had geen smaak en te veel saus. Broodje taai. De patat was te zout. Sommige personeel had er geen zin in. Vorige keer was veel beter.

Super lekker! We hebben zelfs een gratis hamburger erbij gekregen omdat ze eentje teveel hadden gemaakt, mochten we die gewoon meenemen, en sowieso wat we niet opkregen mochten we ook meenemen, super fijn! Lief personeel en je merkt echt dat ze hun best voor je doen.. 1 ding wat ik wel een minder puntje vond (als vrouw zijnde) waren de bezorg jongens die met z’n allen in de zaak zaten en me na keken en fluisterden naar elkaar (dat gevoel kreeg ik en ik zag het ook) maar dat heeft verder niks met de kwaliteit te maken en het andere personeel! Leuk om te zien ook hoe ze aan het bakken zijn etc.. Super mooie zaak ook! Zeker wel, voor herhaling vatbaar!😁👍🏼

Super lekker eten, en een top prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De patatjes waren ook echt top, en het was binnen een mum van tijd klaar!

Fijn om weereens wat nieuws te kunnen proberen. Amerikaanse klassiekers zoals cheese-steak, bigbelly, enz. Goeie burger (big belly menu). Echt gehakt goed doorbakken en toch sappig. Vriendelijk personeel (1 persoon die alles doet) bestelling opneemt. Bakt en schoonmaak. Ondanks al die taken snel geholpen binnen 15min kwam mijn eten. Prijs is wel vrij fors (€20) zal komen omdat het niet prefap is.

Heel duur. En je moet echt goed kijken dat je alles krijgt. Duurt ook vrij lang. Aso dat die bestel gasten zitten te wachten in de zaak en jij kan niet zitten als je wilt gaan eten

Een sandwich is al een maaltijd op zich. En de lekkerste pistache milkshake ooit gehad. Het eten was snel klaar en kwalitatief zeer goed.

Fat Phils heeft heel erg leuk en aardig personeel, je komt binnen en wordt vriendelijk begroet en vervolgens kan je bestellen via de bestelpaal of via de kassa. Als je dat hebt gedaan is het eventjes wachten op het eten. Maar daarna heb je ook een hele goeie kwaliteit maar ook veel kwantiteit.

Het zou je verbazen, maar je kan hier terecht voor een vette hap. Aan de prijzige kant, maar wel lekker.

Hele lekkere burgers, aanrader. Loaded fries vielen tegen. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuk voor een snelle hap die ook relatief goed smaakt

Vind wel dat jullie een fooi pot kunnen zetten voor jullie medewerkers! Bij goeie services geven wij graag fooi!

Pretty decent burgers, but the overall quality of the beef could be improved. Could not taste much of the beefiness. The flavours were also a bit overwhelmed by the toppings and sauce. That balancing issue needs to be fixed as well. Wouldn't mind eating here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice for having a burger either.

Top zaak! Lekkerste burgers van Nederland

Lekker eten, erg uniek in Nederland. Vette plek ook om te zitten.

Ik heb hier de lekkerste friet met kaas sauce gegeten, lekker en knapperig. Echt een aanrader. Restaurant is ook mooi en gezellig. Service is top!

Heb heerlijk gegeten de dubbele cheeseburger was top lekker sappige burger met een goeie hamburger bun. Frietjes waren top en die fatphils saus was bijzonder lekker. Dus al met al denk een van de lekkerste burgers die ik heb gegeten.
