The burgers here are really not good, and the service is also bad. Grumpy staff who can't even help you.

I love it. It's at Amersfoort Centraal and that makes it even special. We buy from here whenever we return to Amersfoort from somewhere.

Food is good , but employees throw the food and the things to you. I get that you are tired , but don’t take it away with the customer.

I've been to this place for the third time, and for weeks now, there's been a sign at the entrance saying the coupons don't work. For weeks, people have been paying too much for something that's available at other branches. It's outrageous. A second problem: you order an extra-long chicken burger and a long chicken burger... two burgers are the same length but €3 more expensive, and it comes with 6 slices of galepinihonio (I have no idea how to spell that) (hot pepper :(). Anyway, you go to the cash register and ask what's extra long about this burger. She says, "Yes, it has extra galepinihonio on it, right?" Yeah, but it doesn't say "long chicken x tra," it says "extra long," so I assume the bun is extra long. So, the lady told me to behave normally and didn't get a refund. I'm never going to this place again, no matter what branch.

It's annoying that you have to order everything separately. Why can't you choose a menu here? It's not clearly indicated anywhere. You only realize it when you're ordering.

Still closed at 10:10 when they should open at 10

Where do I begin? The order machine didn't accept debit cards, only phone payments, which was already inconvenient and time-consuming. Then, no receipt was issued, which I needed for my expenses. When I asked for help, no one could help—very frustrating. There were three of us and we paid around €46, which is a lot for fast food. And then you get a paltry portion of Twister Fries. The wait was about 20 minutes, which is way too long for a quick bite. It's a real shame, because the service and quality at other Burger King locations are at least ten times better. This location really leaves much to be desired.

I always get a king menu, but since the store was taken over, I can't choose it. Now I'd have to pay €12 for what I used to pay €5.95 for...

Unfortunately, this place closed at 11:30 PM, even though the website says opening time is midnight. Such a shame... I won't be back.

Sunday 24 august 12:30pm My first time eating from burger king and probably last time. I hat to reapeat 3 times if the hamburger from the kids meal is beef or not until everyone behind me heard also. When the order was finished i had no kids box but only the brown bag and without the toy. She said , "but i thought is for you" people don t take the toy.. "you want the boy?" I said doesn t matter. I want what is on my receipt .. the same as it is on tje receipt. The toy will be a present for someone poor or a child or just for someone to place it on the desk as a nice figurine. I don t ask anyone what and how people eat! Be sorry when you mistake and apologise ,don t say people do people don t do. I don t care what your people do. I take everything what i pay for. You need it someone to tell you this??? Thank you ! Shame on you!

Ordered a burger and fries, only got a burger and mayonaise… why…?

There was a sharp piece of bone in my chicken nuggets when I ordered on August 15 at 5:50 PM, order number 9186.

I ordered 9 onion rings on August 9, 2025, at about 9:30 p.m. I waited 15 minutes when they brought the order - half of the order was crispy and hot, and half were soft and almost cold, as if they were taken from the uneaten order of other customers and added to my order .. the tables are dirty. the floors are dirty. at the next table, children put dirty shoes on the table, the employees did not pay any attention to this. there is a toilet, but it is always closed, customers have to go to a paid toilet at the station. shame.

My family and I ordered here at 9:45 PM, and closing time is midnight, but three-quarters of the store was closed off for dining. They didn't mention it, but once we were seated, we were told we weren't allowed to eat there. It was so crowded there was nowhere to sit. It was pouring rain, and people were shouting next to each other, everyone was irritated. If we'd known we weren't allowed to sit there, we would have just walked a bit further and gone to McDonald's. All in all, DON'T GO THERE, and the staff is terrible. Not even worthy of a single star, more like no star.

It's outrageous how customers are treated here. I arrived today at 10:47 PM, ordered at the cash register, and then tried to pay. I was asked if I could pay by cash or card. I said cash and handed over a €20 note to pay for my €13.50 order. Then I was suddenly told they'd taken out the cash register and that I could only pay by card. That's difficult if you don't have a debit card. I was told it wasn't my problem if you couldn't pay by card. As far as I know, the cash register isn't closed until the last customer has paid, or after closing time, and certainly not if there are still customers who want to pay in cash! All in all, extremely poor service, rude, and unfriendly! And the food is usually not very good either.

I really liked the mustard and the salad

Burger king conveniently located right outside central station, making great for a quick bite on your way home. They used to regularly have coupon actions where you could get burgers or even meal deals for cheaper, unfortunately they don't seem to do those anymore.

You cannot use codes or scan QR codes at the self-service machines. The place is worse than a regular Burger King, but that's to be expected given the location. Normally I don't have any problems with the staff, but there is a beautiful, but stern looking Dutch lady and when I see her serving, I know something on my menu is going to spoil.

I had a strawberry milkshake and a caramel sundae. They forgot to add flavor to the milkshake and they used all caramel sauce for the sundae, making it more syrup than ice cream.

Rotten burger king. Closes before closing time. This is not recommended if you are hungry.

BK has better fries and better burgers. This branch is nice and close to the entrance of the train station. Often busy, but the service is good and more relaxed than you would expect due to the crowds.

What a rude young lady, dressed in full black clothes with no work logo. After waiting almost 10 minutes, a customer came to me to hand in her deposit cup. I didn't mind this at all. But then she continued with the customer orders, without any communication with me. When I asked if I could order...the response was "one moment please"!! Eye contact and customer friendliness were hard to find. Fortunately, her colleague responded attentively. My order was ready and she shouted my order number in frustration and looked pissed at me. Even after I said thank you, again no eye contact was made or anything said in return. Because of her I will never come back here again!

At 11:50 PM they said they thought they were already closed, while Google simply said 00:00. This is very bad.

Staff very disinterested, even if there are only 4 people inside it still takes more than 10 minutes before my order is taken. Lettuce on the burger was only 1 leaf, spoke little to no Dutch, so the order was incorrect. I advise you not to go here, walk a bit further, there is McDonalds

Always been a nice location to quickly order something and leave again; a pit stop. Recently there was an error in the payment of my order, which the staff helped me with extremely well - I was able to get a cash refund for what I had been charged twice, a few days later. It's great that reports are taken so seriously. Furthermore, I do not recognize myself in the reviews where people complain about the language barrier, I have not once met someone who did not speak the language.

Very annoying staff who do not speak Dutch and very poor English. If you ask for a plant-based burger with veggie bacon, you will find out at home that they used meat. Very disappointed in these people. The devices to order were defective (error message 3x) so it had to be done at the cash register. I didn't get a receipt. The burger was also ready and on the warming plate when they unpacked it again to put the jalapeno and bacon on it without wearing gloves. When I left I asked for a veggie whopper? A medium 'King Fries' produces this pathetic pile of fries. And no mayonnaise but fries sauce, which is not enough even for this little bit of fries.

The restroom is only for staff use and not for customer. They only inform the customer to use restroom in the train station. Very funny way of doing business.

This pauper tent gave me the wrong order.

After a night out with friends, I suddenly had my period and I started leaking, the toilet at Amersfoort Central was closed. So I asked if I could quickly use the toilet here since the restaurant was still open. I told them I had to sit in the car for another 45 minutes. I was told no, they said I had to go to the central station and go to the toilet there, but the toilet was closed. 1 employee completely ignored me and the other told me no. This is really super inhuman, you would think that 2 women would understand this. well apparently not. Now I have leaked in the car. and thank you!!!!

After a night out with our group of friends, we were on our way to the car when a friend of mine noticed that she was leaking. The toilet at the station was closed and we still had to drive 45 minutes home. We saw that the Burger King was open and asked if she could please go to the toilet. The female staff did not understand this and that we should just go to the station, which was already closed. After asking several times if it really shouldn't be done quickly, they kept saying no. Fairly tasteless burger, fries the same. The girl behind the counter has been chatting with a friend for about 15 minutes (I think), serving food. By the way, drugs were being sold in broad daylight two tables next to me, which was unusual.

Food had no taste at all. Had a cheeseburger burger. It was completely overcooked, bone dry and had a ridiculous amount of mustard and ketchup on it. Not recommended to go. On the other hand, the Burger King near Zaandam N-H is a good restaurant. And highly recommended to visit. It's clean and the food is good.

Great burger (crispy chicken) tasty and fresh. Staff a bit disinterested. I was there at 11:25 PM and except for the seats at the bar, all the chairs were already stacked up even though the website said 12:00 AM. Very unfortunate. I was also not allowed to go to the toilet even though I know there is a toilet in the building, so it's fine to get something quickly, but it's inhospitable to have a quiet meal.

Always great food here, the staff is very friendly, ordering is fast and the food is made quickly! Tip: if you sit in the back you can see the trains passing by!

A burger king located in Amersfoort centraal. I was pretty surprised with the sizes of the burgers. The champ n cheese double burger tastes amazing. The fries were a bit salty. The place, however, smelled of something burnt.

Its about what you expect from a fast food place the staff is kind and the food is okay.

Om 21.40 was de restaurant gedeelte dicht. Normaal 22.00 uur terwijl tot 23.00 uur open. Onze bestelling kwam zeker na 4 personen die na ons waren. Waarom? Ze gooien maar wat in. Niet op volgorde.

Lekkere en goede hamburgers vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Aan het station zittend, maar geen eigen toilet (hadden ze vroeger wel). Dat is jammer. Verder betaald voor herbruikbare bekers maar normale bekers ontvangen. Dit werd echter netjes met een terugbetaling geregeld bij het melden.

Waited 18 minutes for my order, before seeing it disappear from the screen (mentioning it was being prepared, but never made it to pick up status). I contacted an employee, my order was just messed up by the system and not visible, so I had to wait longer for my order getting ready. I paid extra for mayonaise with the large portion of French fries, but received a small portion and no mayonnaise at all. Last time I went too this Burger King!

Quality has definately gone down over the years. I used to work near another BK but that was 15 years ago, and back then I liked it better than the competition. But now? Fries are just regular fries now. Not crispy or thin, but something that you'd get at the supermarket and heat in the oven. The meat was average. Didn't taste flame grilled. Do they even do that anymore? The bottom bun however was flame grilled, because it was basically black, unhealtily so. I would have said something but I was taking it with me and didn't notice until I got home. Fries and snacks are very expensive. Cheeze loaded fries with bacon, 4.50 euro, and very small portion. I probably won't go eat here any more. Maybe in 10 years, to compare if it has gotten any better. Service was OK, It did take some time, but there were quite a few orders to fulfill before mine. So yeah, depends I guess.

Eten is goed. De rest is vreselijk. Ze zeggen om 21:40 al dat ze gesloten zijn. Ook al staat op google 23:00. En blijkt het 22:00 te zijn. Het personeel praat ook niet nederlands/engels tegen elkaar. Dus wie weet wat ze zeggen over de klanten.

Gisteren kwamen we vanaf Schiphol en moesten op Station Amersfoort met de bus verder. De bus zou over 10 minuten komen, dus we bestelden een paar burgers bij Burger King. Maar het was druk en we gingen het niet redden. We gingen zonder eten naar de bus twee minuten voordat deze zou vertrekken. Maar net toen de chauffeur de bus startte, kwam er een medewerker van the King aanrennen met onze burgers. De afstand was zeker 50 meter en het regende ook nog. Grote Klasse ! Bedankt !

Het eten bij de burger king is echt top kwaliteit vergeleken met de andere fastfood ketens. Je krijgt echt waar voor je geld. Deze locatie is op het station, daardoor kan je geen code scannen voor de app.

Altijd goede ervaringen hier gehad. Zeker aan te raden als je in de buurt bent.

Heeft niet veel.met fastfood te maken. Cheeseburger ligt een kwartier te verpieteren omdat de mensen achter de balie druk met elkaar zijn.

Met nog 15 minuten leek het mij voldoende tijd om nog een burger te halen. Er waren geen mensen voor mij, dus dat moest goed komen. Uiteindelijk toch een aantal spannende momenten gehad toen mijn bus nog maar enkele minuten later zou komen en ik nog geen burger had. Uiteindelijk was ik precies op tijd en moest ik de burger in de bus eten. Personeel was zeker erg vriendelijk.

Came here for a detour when nobody could get to Amsterdam Central. Good place to chill and recharge. Food was alright, satisfactory.

Deze burgerking maakt haar eigen tijden. Loop je nog om 22:40 binnen terwijl ze 23:00 sluiten.. "we zij gesloten" dan weet je al hoe laat het is. Niet in discussie gegaan... Wat helpt het met zo'n instelling om te werken en zo tegen klanten te doen

Prima burger King, maar saaie bedoening

Even een snelle hap kun je hier wel vergeten. Zelfs met maar drie klanten ruim 15min wachten op een Whopper, King Fries, 4 Chicken Tenders en een King Shake Oreo. Dus even snel wat halen voor je de trein pakt, zit er hier niet in. Het personeel was matig vriendelijk op het moment van bezoek en daarnaast erg traag, niet georganiseerd en geïnteresseerd. De kwaliteit van het eten was in lijn met andere Burger King filialen. Echter de bestelde Whopper was lauw. Van binnen klein maar fijn. Je kunt er binnen en beperkt buiten eten.
