Serving the food takes a very long time.

I waited 2.5 hours for my food. There was snow on the road, and they had called to ask about the delay. But after waiting an hour and a half, I finally called to ask where my food was. They said it would be there in 20 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. So I called again, and they said it was coming now and would be delivered within 25 minutes. When we opened the order, a burger was missing and the burgers were cold. I called them several times, but no one answered. Ridiculous.

I ordered food. I waited over an hour and it didn't arrive, so I called the restaurant. They had delivered the food to the wrong address. I told them my food hadn't arrived, but they kept denying it and insisting they had delivered it to the right address. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've never experienced anything like this before. I really wouldn't recommend them. They're literally scammers.

Excellent food, cooperative staff. My favorite is their original taco. The price is worth the taste and quantity. Its amazing helal place. Their burgers are amazing and the samurai burger and sauce is absolute love. Highly reommended. They have sitting space and also delivery service. I go there many times but it never disappoints.

With all due respect, my cats eat better food then this. Delivery was fine food was hot but its just bad. The taste is bland and its pure mush. as far as I know there should be fries and chicken in there but neither could be found in my french taco. Do not recommend at all.

Well, where should I start... The three of us on Friday evening, a beer and a good appetite. Alas, we had recently heard of the new phenomenon the "Boef Burger". You can call at least two of us fans of Boef, that's not the problem. However, one of us had already had a "Boef Burger" twice this week, looking forward to something different! Anyway, we ended up with two "Boef Burgers" and a "Chicken Piri Piri". We eagerly waited for our order to reach us. Not a bad word about the speed of delivery, we have to give them that. The bell rang and we thought, "ATTACK!" The Rookworst podcast (you know the one with legendary rapper Hef). was on when a complete disaster occurred: Three Boef Burgers, no Chicken Piri Piri. Nice then, we have it again. We didn't give up and decided to give Johnny a call and resolve the situation. But no, we came home from a rude awakening. We explained the situation to Johnny in clear, but polite language (after all, they are his citizens). After a difficult conversation, a solution seemed to be in sight. The Chicken Piri Piri would come our way and that would be the end of it. Just before we were about to hang up the phone, a viper of extraordinary proportions appeared to be lurking in the grass. After the long telephone conversation, we had to hand in our now cold Boef Burger, or exchange it, for the Chicken Piri Piri. No, that just didn't work for us. We were sitting on the couch with a terrible appetite, so let's be honest, the now half-eaten Boef Burger, it didn't go back to Johnny. Look, we also understand that Boef and Johnny have a business to run. But without an ounce of empathy for our dire situation, our dream of a replacement Chicken Piri Piri was denied. We were solution-oriented, but that was not vice versa. Shame. We will no longer be ordering from Johnny's Burger for the time being. A star.

Placed an order at the restaurant today, received the wrong item upon delivery. Immediately called the restaurant. This told me not to touch the burger and to keep it so that the burger could be taken away and the good burger could be delivered. However, after waiting an hour I asked what the status was. Employee indicated that I would have eaten the burger. And they wouldn't come by. I explained to the employee what he had said an hour ago and that the burger is still here packaged and uneaten as requested by the employee. The employee said it was the smokey BBQ burger, right? I confirmed that it was this burger. There was an irritated shout on the phone, hello. The company disconnected the call. Not a pleasant experience, not a pleasant service and it is a shame that it had to be this way. After waiting 2 hours, the delivery person brought the good burger, but the delivery person said that the burger that had been delivered was the egg burger (there was no egg on the burger). Ultimately, the delivery person said that they had already lost a burger, so it was this burger. The delivery person took the wrongly delivered burger and delivered the right one.

Ordered food via home delivery, the bun of the hamburgers is very soft so falls apart completely. DISCLAIMER: Some parts of this review may seem written for amusing reasons, but we are dead serious. Dear Johnny, 5 friends came together to give Johnny a chance. However, we are quite disappointed: The quality of citizens was generally low. The meat was of poor quality, bad taste and the texture reminded us of rubber, the sandwiches seemed to have been purchased at a local supermarket, think of Jumbo, the cheddar was not real cheddar and was not melted properly. We also suspected that the products were not fresh. Where was the Johnny in the Johnny sauce? Some burgers were better (bbq) but the classic was not eaten. My expectation was that a classic would be the restaurant's signature burger. The fries were the highlight of the evening. In addition, the food was carefully wrapped, but no napkins. So in short, we (5 people) recommend that you do not approach Johnny for burgers but for fries. There are certainly better places in Amersfoort for citizens.

I ordered Chick'n Crisp with UberEats. 12 pieces and unfortunately received 7 and called them. The person who answered was very friendly and immediately apologized. He personally returned to the door quickly with 12 new warm items to apologize. So I had a total of 19 wings. Bless his heart🙏

Unreachable by telephone. Ordered food, paid and received confirmation, but no response. Only called after 1h55m to say it would be delivered in 5 minutes. Well that turned out to be fifteen minutes

I ordered a hamburger + fries and Fanta via home delivery. Hamburger was fine but Fanta was not there. Immediately I received a call from a very young guest on the phone who consulted and after 10 minutes told me that the Fanta would arrive as soon as possible. Final score after waiting 1 hour called again. Received a man on the phone who suddenly said after waiting 10 minutes because he had to help a customer. He says I don't see an order on that date + name. I'm completely angry and I say this and this happened, he says I believe you, but something still went wrong. The delivery people swear antisocially and cannot cycle

I’ve ordered a meal from this place and I’d say that the food is okay. The bacon cheeseburger was decent, but no flavours really. However, the twister fries were amazing! Truly enjoyed them. The mayo was also good. They delivered pretty fast as well. Also good prices.

Wat een slecht burgerrestaurant 2 uur gewacht 3 x gebeld uit uiteindelijk koud eten gekregen geld zou terug gestort worden, staat binnen 10 minuten een bezorger voor de deur om het koude eten op te halen. Was door ons in de magnetron warm gemaakt want om 21.00 uur heb je toch wel honger . Dus waarschijnlijk kunnen we naar ons geld fluiten nooit meer bestellen, we hadden beter eerst de recensies kunnen lezen dan hadden we het geweten dure let

I liked the Jonny burgers in Amstelveen long time ago but I think they changed the meat of something because now it has nothing to do with the quality they were having. I don’t think I will come again till I hear they become good ones again.

Op advies van een Amersfoorter hier gegeten. Kom zelf ergens anders vandaan. - Aardige mensen - Goede en snelle service - Eten smaakte heerlijk. - Wordt ook netjes gevraagd heeft het gesmaakt. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Na wat problemen met de bestelling, is het heel netjes afgehandeld door de manager. Het eten was lekker!

Normaal laat ik nooit ergens reviews achter, maar voor Johnny's Amersfoort maak ik graag een uitzondering. Al meerdere keren hier gegeten en iedere keer weer top. Het eten is lekker, je kan zelf nog allerlei dingen toevoegen en je krijgt gewoon echt waar voor je geld. De service is ook top, je kan veel aan de medewerkers vragen zonder een grote mond te krijgen of alsof je hen lastigvalt. De medewerkers en de eigenaar spannen zich graag voor je in! Mocht je in Amersfoort zijn, ga dan vooral langs bij Johnny's!

Goede service, aardige mederwerkers en het eten is ook lekker

De zaak is leuk aangekleed en bij binnenkomst hoorde was gezellige muziek. We kozen voor de grootste burger met extra friet. Dit ook voor mijn partner. De friet was koud en de hamburger was een normale hamburger. Niet het geld of de tijd waard.

Goeie burgers, lekkere snacks en belachelijk goeie service (vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerker). Zeker een aanrader om met z'n tweetjes te zitten. Ons zien jullie weer!

Burgers heerlijk en alles was op tijd en warm

Bestelling viel erg tegen. De hamburger had erg weinig smaak (gebruiken ze ongezouten fabrieksburgers ipv verse patty's?). Johnny's saus die erop zat voegde weinig toe en de uienringen waren slap. Twister fries waren wel oke, hetzij aan de koude kant. Was de eerste maar ook meteen de laatste keer.

Ik was in Amersfoort en wilde even iets eten. Kwam langs Johnny's Burgers. Er was niemand, dat vond ik gek, maar het is woensdagavond... Vervolgens een menu besteld. Echt super, classic American. Kreeg als verrassing niv een paar cheese/galepeno balletjes op de koop toe. Om verrassend af te sluiten met een candybar. Prima sfeer, gastvrije en correcte bediening en service. TOP!!! Alles op😉🎉🎶

Van de week hier gegeten. Wat een top ervaring. Ten eerste ziet de zaak er mooi en gezellig uit en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ten tweede is het eten ook nog is geweldig. Ik had samen met een vriendin de burger, de wrap en de salade. Alles smaakte heerlijk en was vers. Erg genoten en kom hier snel weer een keer terug. Zeker een aanrader.

In het begin met veel plezier laten bezorgen en gegeten. De laatste twee bestellingen helaas veel te laat bezorgd, niet compleet en kwaliteit een stuk slechter dan vorig jaar. Reactie op de klachten per mail doen ze ook niet. Jammer. Dit was de laatste keer.

Vandaag 3 cheese burgers, twister fries en 1 milkshake besteld. Supersnel geleverd en 1 extra gratis milkshake erbij ontvangen. Burgers waren prima! Lekker vers.

Besteld maar de burger kwam koud aan. De patat en uienringen waren ook koud. Hierover met de zaak gebeld en meneer gaf aan dat een burger nooit warm is. Geen enkele moeite gedaan om een fout recht te zetten. Erg jammer, wij adviseren hier niet te bestellen.

Hamburger wel goed, spareribs echt slecht,, je betaald veel voor dan verwacht je ook wat, die haal ik daar nooit meer.# spijt
