McDonald’s Amersfoort Noord is a convenient spot for a quick and satisfying meal. I also like the convenience of the McDrive, terrace, parking and family-friendly facilities. It is so dirty. Can't find a table that is normally clean. Everything outside too. Unbelievably long wait. I have never experienced this before at a McDonald's.

We used to come here regularly, but lately our ice cream melted every time, whether we had a set menu or just ordered a McFlurry, it made no difference; it melted every single time. Yesterday, I happened to want a quick bite to eat, waited 20 minutes, only to walk to the front and be told that our order had accidentally been handed in somewhere else—in other words, our order wouldn't have arrived if I hadn't walked to the front. Today, due to renovations, I wanted to grab a quick bite again, waited another 20 minutes, then everything was put on trays even though we had indicated we wanted takeout, and upon handing it in, our ice cream melted again. To top it all off, I discovered at home that my 6/7 euro salad was a side salad and not a main course salad, and the fries were soaked in grease, still half raw, and ice-cold (just like my friend's burger) had been thrown into the bag. We are not coming back.

Just like with every Mac, it's fine.

The girl working at 2 a.m. today is a fighter; she is still cheerful so late and is proactive. McDonald's, give her a small raise.

It's 2:15 at night on Monday/Tuesday, and this lady was super nice and friendly. McDonald's should be rubbing its hands together with such a top employee. Give her a raise.

If you are really hungry, it is still edible. This location is generally always busy, but the service was quick this time, unlike what we are used to. So that stood out immediately. 👍

Order incomplete, so I picked it up myself. Received the wrong item.

Seriously, what is this? We ordered a McFlurry, a Maltesers, and popcorn, both with caramel sauce. The sauce was nowhere to be found; we just had vanilla ice cream with decorations in it. It smells seriously of sweat inside. I won't be coming back here.

If you've seen one McDonald's, you've pretty much seen them all. This one is no different. Mediocre food for a mediocre price, but fun for the kids and you can always try something different once in a while.

Grimy (food scraps etc. on the table and chairs). When serving, I got a splash of cola on my clothes. Without a "sorry," sympathy, or compensation (though a cloth was provided). For me, that put a significant damper on the experience.

McDonald's is just McDonald's, but there are nice tables inside and overall it's nicer than other McDonald's.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through and they told me they can’t scan QR code because it’s too busy. How is that even possible? Scanning costs you 1 second. Is this what the management team told the staffs to do or they just randomly decided themselves. This is ridiculous. My points expired because of this. I will file an official complaint.

I had ordered a McEgg without bacon. When I wanted to eat my breakfast, I noticed that there was bacon on it after all. No problem, so I drove back to the drive-thru and pointed out that there was meat on my sandwich. The employee said she would have a new sandwich made. However, she returned remarkably quickly. Therefore, just to be sure, I asked if a new sandwich had really been made and not simply if the bacon had been removed. She assured me that a new one had been made. Next, I drove back to the parking lot to eat my breakfast. When I opened the sandwich, I immediately smelled a strong odor that was not coming from egg. I took another good look and, to my surprise, saw a piece of bacon on the sandwich again. I find it outrageous that they operate this way. It seems they were too lazy to actually make a new order, even though I am paying for it. Moreover, I have an allergy. If I had taken a bite of this sandwich without checking, the consequences could have been serious. For a restaurant chain like McDonald’s, I find this unacceptable. Extra care should be taken when it comes to allergies and dietary requirements.

They can provide a receipt again and the order was wrong again; they gave us the hamburger without onions, but with onions instead. And then you're at home and you have to go back, and it's a hassle going to people who are also rude; this location has gone downhill fast.

Shittest McDonald’s ever. The other day in the drive-thru, a lady spoke very broken Dutch and couldn't understand our discount code. It took 10 minutes before she could understand the code. And today, after a concert, I just wanted to get an ice cream. Waited inside for 15 minutes. When it was finally our turn, they threw out all the order boards and stopped taking orders. 900 points wasted on nothing. I’m not going here again…

We decided to eat here after seeing that this restaurant was advertised as being open late. Upon arrival, we were met with an unpleasant surprise: the main entrance was closed, and we had to enter through the emergency exit, waiting for someone to come out before we could access the restaurant. Inside, of the eight self-service kiosks available, only one was working properly. I started my order at another kiosk, but it stopped working mid-way through. I then went to the cashier to report the problem and request either that another kiosk be repaired or that we be able to order at the counter, as many other customers were also waiting without being able to place an order. After waiting for more than five minutes, no one came to help us. The organization was deplorable, and the staff showed a clear lack of responsiveness. A very disappointing experience; I do not recommend this establishment.

There was understaffing, which meant we had to wait a very long time for our order. Not a big deal in itself, but it is a shame that they forgot the sauces and that when I pointed out, the sauces still hadn't been served properly. Employees are under pressure, causing the service to leave much to be desired due to their bad moods. She really couldn't handle my comment, sigh... groan... At the counter, another customer had his tray literally slammed onto the counter. An employee threw something on it, causing the milkshake to fall over. He was clearly agitated (the customer did nothing) and didn't even apologize. Very bizarre. The food was lukewarm. By the way, I find it very annoying that they mainly sell zero-calorie soft drinks. The trash cans were overflowing, so we couldn't clear our trays. We left it there.

McDonald's Amersfoort-Noord was within walking distance of where I was, and craving fries and a croquette, a visit to this McDonald's was the solution.

Mostly used the McDrive. Usually reasonably quick, but the order isn't always correct so always double-check. Some staff speak poor Dutch.

Breakfast. Ordered black coffee due to a milk intolerance. I got coffee with milk. Ordered jam for the croissant. It wasn't included. Cutlery to spread on the croissant. It wasn't included. We were sitting inside at a table. Eventually, had to wait at the counter for a new coffee. Egg sandwich cold. Pfft. What a nightmare. Just a breakfast and that's too difficult for the staff. Went to the counter 3 times to get what we ordered.

Plenty of space. The fries seemed salt-free. All the drinking cups were trash cups, even though you had chosen a wash-up cup.

Quite a disappointing experience here. I don't really recommend it. I came specifically for an Adult Happy Meal to get one of the 4 gold Mario Galaxy coins. When picking up, I asked if there was a coin inside, and I was told there was. But at home, it turned out there was just a Kids Happy Meal toy inside. So that wasn't what I had asked for or expected. I called McDonald's afterwards and was told that they were out of coins, even though I had been told earlier that they did have them. I also called other branches, but unfortunately, they couldn't help me exchange it either. A bit of a shame, especially since I came specifically for it.

Totally good, just like McDonald's should be. Through the drive-thru in 10 minutes and quickly devoured a burger and a drink. I was there around midnight for a break after a long drive.

What a dump these days. You're driving down the road and something's missing again, the chicken nuggets. Just try explaining that to your child. You're not going back either. Been there 3 times this year, and twice the order was wrong; the staff is worthless. You have to check everything. I'm not going there for another 3 years.

Drive-In… they are a bit abrupt. When paying, someone was busy with other things than helping their customers, so we just drove on to the next window, only to be sent back again. After paying, the service was also very curt; not very customer-friendly. The food was good but very salty. Outside, the trash cans were full; apparently, they didn't have time for that. We are skipping Amersfoort forever!

The Big Mac I bought looked like it was chewed and spat back into the Big Mac; a very bad experience and probably the bad McDonald’s in Amersfoort.

Had a delicious meal outside on the terrace

We stopped by because we were hungry on the way. We thought it would be a normal McDonald's, but the service is incredibly fast. We only waited a few minutes between ordering our food and it arriving at the table. The staff are bustling around. And McDonald's fries are even better than the rotten fries we ate in the Netherlands, which are famous for being fried in oil.

There's a long wait for your order, even though there's no one inside. Often, something's missing from your order, so you should always double-check.

We ate here on Friday evening, April 3rd. The food was fine. The staff was truly terrible; it looked like a daycare center. They paid absolutely no attention to the guests. Having fun at work is very important, but this was really unacceptable. It was only because we really had to eat something that I left; otherwise, I would have left immediately.

Orders are only good if you don't order much; with large orders, many things are missing and it is always cold.

I was at the McDonald's Amersfoort Noord on March 28 at 22:08. We drove up and it took a while before we were served. After that, we ordered (Flurry Oreo Caramel, McSmart menu, McCroket, and a single Big Tasty). The Flurry was completely melted when we received it. The McCroket was missing, and the single Big Tasty had undercooked bacon and was freezing cold. The cola was flat and undrinkable. I find it unacceptable that they were messing around like that inside.

Too bad there are few parking spaces

I have never been treated so badly in my life. I ordered a menu and everything was charged separately, making it €5 more expensive. I drove back to the back, whereupon the lady said I wasn't clear enough. I told her it might have been a miscommunication and asked if she could sort it out, but she refused. If I wanted extra fries, I had to pay for those too. I don't think I've ever encountered such rude staff; it's disgusting.

Worst ever. No service and almost broke my neck because an employee put a tray on the floor in the middle of the aisle. I say never go here again.

I wanted to pay with a 100 euro note, but they refused to change it. Because my order was only 10 euros, they said I had to order 50 euros worth of food,

Great MCD, just a neat and tidy place that's well-maintained, smooth service, and helpful staff. The only minor drawback is the limited parking. Hopefully, that will be addressed in the future. But that shouldn't spoil the fun.

I had a great meal there, it was nice and quiet. The staff was very sociable and came to me for a quick chat, always nice. It should happen more often, people themselves are not like that, all distant, but I enjoyed it. Thank you, McDonald's Amersfoort🫶🏽

Waited for hours. The McDonald's was cold, the fries were soggy, they forgot the sauce three times, forgot the sugar for the cappuccino, 3 kilos of lettuce on the Big Tasty, and an unintelligible woman on the phone. Worst McDonald's ever. Best, Kim.

I won't say anything about the food. Everyone knows the famous burgers, and you either love them or hate them. This McDonald's is a neat, clean establishment. The service was friendly, though a bit stressed due to the crowds and understaffing. Ample parking in front of the restaurant makes it very accessible.

It is and remains MC.D.. an ice cream and coffee is fine... the rest is common knowledge... don't do it

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We ordered and ate inside. The burgers and Mc Chicken were just cold, like freshly made... really not worth eating. The hard cheese on the cheeseburger means the burger and bread are cold, otherwise something would melt. When you confront the employee who's delivering, there's no action, no manager or anything to ask for more. Not to mention the clean tables. Most of them were dirty, the floor was dirty, so you empty the trash cans where there's still plenty of room to throw trash in. Yes, people, it wasn't even busy. We were there on a Saturday from about 12:30 to 1:30 PM. We were surprised at how dirty it was and the service. Honestly, we think one star is too much.

It's a McDonald's. You know what you're getting. That's an advantage. Due to the Amersfoort water contamination, there was no coffee or soft drinks, but McDonald's can't do much about that.

We were on our way to see friends at Amstel Live. Quickly charged our electric car and grabbed a hamburger. Even though I ordered a double "big tasty," with their claim "everything is freshly made," it was lukewarm. Not enough time to complain...

A standard McDonald's located just off the highway near Amersfoort's industrial and business park. It features a new green design and appearance. Parking is minimal compared to other McDonald's locations, which often results in longer wait times, especially at the drive-thru.

Great McDonald's. The real McDonald's experience. It tastes great while you're eating, and by the time you get back in the car, you can't remember what you ate. The employee who brought the food was very friendly!

It's ridiculous how expensive the burgers are; a chicken burger costs €7.25. I found the quality and taste of this burger to be very poor. My friend got cold fries with her meal. So, very poor.

It was late and unnecessary that I was dropped off in the modernist town of Vathorst, a newly established hamlet where terraced houses seem to be transforming into villas. After a horrific game of football in which Memphis Depay scored his 52nd tap-in and Cody Gakpo didn't dare use his left leg, my companions and I stumbled upon the McDonald's branch north of Amersfoort. Disappointment quickly followed disappointment. The MacWrap had apparently sold out by midnight, despite every employee knowing the counters were full of them. The McFlurry was cold, icy cold (Nielson), and only a spinning motion with a worn wooden spoon brought warmth to the ice cream. Perhaps most striking was my friend's special offer menu, which offered little in the way of profit. €7.50 brought him misery: a neglected, disintegrating Big Mac for which only glue or compensation offered the solution. Good food, nice staff, cold in the shop which was a shame

They still make mistakes with the order every now and then, but they correct them immediately.

The food at the drive-thru was good. The guy/woman forgot to include the fries, but it was still tasty.

Plenty of sauce on the burger, sometimes it's a bit dry because there's only a little sauce on it, but it was perfectly done this time. Unfortunately, most tables were a bit messy, with crumbs and other debris still lying around.

The food was excellent, although the sauce on the sandwiches was a bit skewed, but it was fresh. The front of house staff wasn't very friendly, but the cashiers were.
