Typical McDonald's, but the prices are double those in Italy. In my opinion, given the quantity, it's not worth it, and I only go when I'm hungry.

It was really a horrible place we ordered potatoes and they didn't add the potatoes they don't even deserve a star disgusting 😡🤬

For a McDonald's, it was pretty good. The food was delivered quickly, but the employee wasn't very enthusiastic. Zero positive vibes. Hadn't been there in a while, but it's gotten so expensive there. A visit to the local cafeteria is definitely better.

Waited more than half an hour, first didn't get a drink, then made 2 more mistakes.

The hamburgers and fries weren't hot enough, and it took ages to order and receive an extra McFlurry after dinner. After driving away, you have to carefully look where you need to go to get back onto the highway, as there are no signs. If you turn right, you'll go completely the wrong way and end up among farms. A clear sign at the exit would be helpful for those without navigation.

Not a pleasant experience here. A gentleman who works here is completely freaking out. He's very angry and there's a lot of yelling in the kitchen! I don't feel safe here! And in my comfortable environment! I'm not okay with this... That's why I'm writing this review! Hopefully, this can change in the near future.

For the fourth time in a row, I forgot to add the fries sauce to my orders... I paid for it. How can this go wrong four times in a row? Last time I went today.

Large, spacious and bright. We were here late at night and there was no one in the hall. They made me a burger full of salad, sauce and it was very tasty. The hall is clean and has two floors that can accommodate a lot of people. Convenient parking nearby but the road to the exit is a bit confusing.

Saturday night, the downstairs restaurant was packed, so I had to eat my food standing. Upstairs was empty but locked because it had been cleaned and couldn't be dirty again. You were only allowed upstairs for the restroom, which was extremely filthy.

Despite ample parking, the parking lot was overflowing with double-parked cars. The parking lot is a huge maze; if you're unfamiliar with it, it's hard to find the exit at night. The trash cans inside were almost overflowing (not emptied on time). The food was typical McDonald's. The large chunks of onion on the hamburger were noticeable.

McDonald's near an industrial estate, along with a bunch of other eateries. This McDonald's serves the well-known McBreakfast, something not all locations in this area offer. There's also ample seating both downstairs and upstairs, as well as outside. You can easily choose a table, and your order will be brought to you automatically. This McDonald's also has an outdoor play area for children. The only downside is that in my case, they didn't put a lid on my drink, which made the cup itself much less durable and more difficult to take with you. Other than that, it's an average, good McDonald's with plenty of amino acids.

Compared to other locations, not the best. There were fewer wraps than usual. The wait time was okay, and the staff was friendly.

The worst service. I came home from work at 11:15 PM to eat. I ordered food, and my order showed up. I went upstairs to tell them my order and gave them the receipt. They told me they had already taken it. Eventually, a couple of other guys took my order, and the cashier didn't check their receipt. I went over to them, looked at them, and wished them a good appetite. He was also stoned. Finally, they called the manager, who was also incompetent. I explained the situation to him, and the cashier said it was your problem. I stood there in shock. Finally, the manager said, "Wait until we get all the orders and then make it for you." I waited almost exactly an hour, and at 12:07 AM, they gave me the order. Terrible service, all my nerves were gone.

During the Thursday evening rush hour: Despite the large crowds and grumpy customers, the staff worked hard and quickly, and most of the staff remained friendly. We had a great meal at a clean table.

The atmosphere at night isn't great; it's fitting for an industrial estate. Service was very slow: we had to wait over 10 minutes for a small order, even though it wasn't busy. It seemed like there were only two people working, each with their own responsibility.

On October 1, 2025, around 6:00 PM, I got food from the McDonald's drive-thru. The food was €33.80. I paid with €50.00. It took a while before we got our change. Well, there it was: €15.20 back. The window was immediately closed. We were one euro short, so we waited again and knocked on the window. After a gesture from the employee, she opened the window again, and before we could even say anything, she said, "I gave back one euro short." It was all very strange, and it feels like she knew. Do this to other customers and you'll earn some nice extra cash. McDonald's should take action against this. This is stealing from well-paid customers.

The food is fine, but there is trash everywhere and the tables are very dirty.

I regularly get coffee here. The people are always friendly. One time, the coffee tasted a little off, so I got a new one. I didn't ask for it, but I did get it.

Inside, you always wait over 30 minutes. Orders are always mixed up, and something's always missing. If you don't want to be stressed out in the evening, don't go there.

What a sad, antisocial bunch here. Your food is thrown on a counter and you're not even greeted. Maybe they should learn how to interact with people? Very low standards here. You're already at McDonald's and you don't even know how to behave, lmao

It took a really long time before we could even order at the drive-thru. Apparently, it's become a slow-food restaurant.

I ordered takeout and had to wait half an hour for a fairly small and simple order. It was very quiet and seemed well-staffed, so I wasn't sure why it took so long. After half an hour, a manager came over to ask what I was waiting for (I honestly thought it was strange that no one else had already done so), and when I gave them my receipt, it was ready within a minute. No apologies for the inconvenience, but here's your order. The food itself was all cold (understandable if it's been ready for about half an hour), and I'd even received the wrong thing (I ordered something without sauce but got an old one with it). Waiting isn't a disaster, and it happens, but in this case, it was so unnecessary and absolutely not worth it when you end up getting the wrong, cold food.

All my food was cold, tough, and disgusting. The staff doesn't give a damn. They're not guest-focused. You think you're getting nice, warm food, and you get cold, tough, old food. Absolutely unacceptable.

macdrive: First, I waited 15 minutes for that emergency phone. Then I waited 25 minutes for just ice cream and coffee. The coffee was cold and unsweetened, the ice cream was warm. And thank you!

Lukewarm fries, lukewarm burgers. It was very busy, so no time for them to get lukewarm, you'd think. When I complained, they gave me a warm new burger. Well, that's true!

Be careful they don't spill coffee on your child. They really have no idea how to handle that.

Clean McDonald's with friendly staff

The employee wouldn't let us order for no reason. We spoke to him politely, and out of nowhere, he rudely sent us away. He sent us out of the drive-through, and we stood there, without a maccie.

Besides the fact that there's a junkie begging in the parking lot, it's a top McDonald's location :)

I had to wait 20 minutes for my (simple, cooled) order, while quite a few (large) orders that had been placed later than me received their food first. After waiting 5 minutes, a group of young people (friends of one of the managers) came in, and one of them walked straight into the kitchen to make his own drinks with unwashed hands and without work clothes. The manager then shook everyone's hand and then continued with his "work" without washing his hands. The reason "work" is in quotation marks above is because, after talking to his friends for 5-10 minutes, he almost started yelling at the staff about why everything was taking so long while he himself was doing nothing. What an unbelievable clown who contributes nothing to the company.

Great McDonald's, order was correct, food was good. The reason it's one star down is because no one cleaned, tables stayed dirty, and you don't put a license plate on your table like at other McDonald's, after which the food is brought. Much less pleasant when someone is waiting in line.

We waited over 30 minutes for a small order! We were surprised by the staff's slowness and the atmosphere. My children were impatient and had to pee by then. When we returned, the status of our order still hadn't changed. A tray had been sitting there for at least fifteen minutes, and the food was cold. A woman came to ask where her food was and was given the tray without hesitation, so I shook my head and intervened. She refused the food because she saw that the fries had gone soggy and cold. "It's busy, ma'am," she said. It's always busy around dinner time, but I've never experienced this before. Some are slower than others. Everyone else got their order first, and we, with a simple Happy Meal, were still waiting. Finally, the food arrived, and once outside, I decided to check. No MacNuggets or straws... I hope my children don't get sick. These children who work there all look like they're on their first day on the job. I really wonder if they're even trained for the kitchen. Never again at this branch!

No one bothers to clean up immediately if something falls. The music is way too loud... annoying. Update (10 months later): flies everywhere in the store, slamming doors, disinterested staff. Order messed up. What's wrong here?

I've lived in many different places in the Netherlands and have therefore been to quite a few McDonald's. Generally, you know what to expect: fast, friendly, and efficient. But this McDonald's has disappointed me so much for the third time now that I've decided never to return. This was the final straw. The service is subpar. You're dealing with a team that exudes absolutely no motivation or customer service. It seems like no one wants to work here. No smiles, no "hello," no "goodbye." As a customer, you feel more like a burden than welcome. My last visit took the cake. I had placed an order and asked for a drink holder. The employee barely looked at me and handed me a damaged one. When I picked it up, one of the drinks immediately fell over. I tried to clean it a bit myself, but of course, that didn't work completely. While this was happening, a young employee was cleaning right next to me. She watched, but did nothing—no help, not a word. I even apologized several times and said the drink holder was broken. The manager was completely unsympathetic, too. He didn't even look at me and literally said nothing. No apology, no replacement, nothing at all. In other locations, you're simply offered a new drink in such a situation; that's normal, just like we used to do when we worked at McDonald's. Here, I was expected to buy a new drink myself. In the end, I did, which cost me almost 10 euros for one drink. All in all: this was my last visit to this McDonald's. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, the service is downright poor, and the staff's attitude ranges from disinterested to rude. I advise everyone against ordering anything here. It's better to drive a few minutes to another location.

Last Friday on my way home I stopped at the McDrive with my brother. He was in the mood for a cheeseburger, and seriously—the cheese was nicely melted over the entire piece of meat, no sad slice in the middle like you sometimes see haha. Everything was nice and warm, the bun was fresh, no feeling of being rushed. We parked for a while to eat quietly and were able to continue. A short stop, but still a good experience. I think we'll come back here next time :)

The standard of McDonald's, just good. Was nothing wrong with it, had a Big Mac menu and that was as it should be.

The 2 stars is only because the order was correct and the food was hot. However, it looks more like a VMBO canteen than a fast food restaurant. The staff was shouting at each other. Some were arguing, others were chatting. They were not concentrated, which is why other guests came back because things were missing. Those guests were also quite upset because the employee knew exactly what had been forgotten. However, they were too busy with other things and therefore not focused on their work. Some other employees also started talking and laughing quite loudly in a foreign language. Very inappropriate, the guests have no idea what you are talking about and they could just as easily be laughing at the guests. I have never seen such an amateurish attitude. Again, 2 stars because the order was (this time) complete. But next time we will go through the drive again (at least you don't notice that attitude and schoolyard atmosphere). Unfortunately, the order is usually not complete again.

We go to a McDonald's in every country to see what they think is representative of local cuisine. The Old Amsterdam Bitterballen and McKroket were interesting (I assume Croquettes are a forbidden word in The Netherlands and hence the name change haha). They were incredibly underwhelming, if you've had the real thing. Food was incredibly slow to come out. It wasn't even particularly busy and someone was getting yelled at inside the kitchen. Staff was kind enough to come out and give us our food at our table. Odd expereince but overall a good spot.

Older cheeseburger still half warm and almost tasteless. 5. Costs more than €10.00 while at McDonald's Soesterberg you only pay €5.60 for something like that.

Really nice place at the food court. A regular when the grandchildren are there. And sometimes when they are not... Actually quite often.

WORTHLESS !!! Every time I came here there was something !!! Or you order nuggets and you don't get nuggets then another discussion because I didn't order that while I did pay for it !! A few weeks later I went there, ordered a happy meal for my son and he got a hamburger WITHOUT bread !!! Then when you call you are called a liar because that is not possible ??? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOU ALWAYS SOMETHING HERE !!! How do you put people at the drive thru or checkout who don't speak proper Dutch !!!!! And then find it strange that gross mistakes are made I will never come here again, I'm completely done with it !!!

Food is fast(food) despite the constant crowds at the drive through. Really impressive. The entrance to the drivetru is designed very shitty, because it blocks the entire food court, but that has nothing to do with the restaurant.
