Something went wrong with a personal deal. I asked the man who was bringing the food around. The first reaction was very indifferent; the order did go through. It had nothing to do with my question. The flap on the receipt machine wasn't closed properly; oh, the manager will be right with you in a moment. The manager, covered in McDonald's pins and wearing a strange hat, went to do her paperwork at a table further away. I decided to ask if she was the manager after all and told her my story. An equally indifferent reaction: "There's nothing we can do about it, sir," and she said she would look at the receipt machine later. I was given the receipt printed on a sheet of A4 paper. She said she would look at the receipt machine later. I am not used to this indifference from McDonald's. The people I spoke to at this branch don't care at all when you, as a customer, indicate that something isn't right. Okay, this isn't America where smiles are conjured up all day long and the red carpet is continuously rolled out. But this is the opposite. I am happy when I visit the friendly, hospitable, and service-oriented people at the MC in my own hometown again.

We ordered at McDonald's Drive and it wasn't even complete, really bad, and they didn't give us a receipt, so we're not getting our money back either, really weird people.

After yet another bad experience there, I am now permanently stopping visiting this branch. They also create way too much mess in the surrounding area. Take some responsibility for once!

A quick bite, nothing more, but still tasty.

Placed a quick order for desert items after our meal for kidz. Watched the lady pack the order (incomplete), could clearly see she noticed there wasnt enough of the items to fill the order. Handed over to me like it was complete. Dishonest staff.

Waiting 20 minutes for some nuggets, a cheeseburger, and chicken wings. The wings were the only warm item on the menu. The rest was cold. The staff serving the food were busier looking for their friends and getting ice cream for them. I won't say whether that was handled properly.

Ordered 2x Arch, but once home, there were black hairs mixed in with the burgers. Sleepy business.

Ice creams are milkshakes here (maybe that's why there was such an irritated reaction to the question of whether I could have a spoon with the McFlurrys). And if you opt for a returnable cup, you shouldn't expect a euro back when you return it. 'No, that's a donation'. Peculiar.

Fries ice cold. Ordered 4 chicken wings but only got three, and no napkins with the wings? Bad experience and definitely not worth the money.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Never had such a slow drive-thru, terrible staff, trash everywhere, and riffraff hanging around.

Everything is very clean and overall it's a very modern McDonald's.

Stopped at McCafé on a Sunday morning. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service quick (but there was only one other customer), and the place was very clean. The only downside: access to the upper floor (and its attached restroom) was closed.

We had an ice cream here, it was great.

Chaos in the parking lot. Traffic jams. Very long wait for the order. Suddenly, our order had disappeared from the screen.

I don't know a single McDonald's that forgets something with every order as standard. And if you find out when you get home, you are allowed to go get it, but it's all just so incredibly cumbersome...

Upon entering, we heard (and saw) a manager giving one of the employees a piece of her mind. Perhaps she deserved it, but I find it unacceptable to do this in full view of all your customers.

Terrible service, ordered something, had to wait a very long time, then my food got cold and I asked if they could make it again. They said no, I was very dissatisfied with this. Reason: Was too 'busy'

It's a McDonald's, so the food was just fine. An advantage is that it was on the upper floor, which was reasonably quiet. We got the wrong portion, but it was exchanged in half a second without any questions.

Very easily accessible McDonald's branch for the return journey from a holiday in the Netherlands Modern facilities

01-10-2025 around 18:00, picked up food from the McDrive. The food cost EUR 33.80. I paid with EUR 50.00; it took a while before we got our change back. Well, here it came: EUR 15.20 back. The hatch was immediately closed. We had received a euro too little, so we waited again and knocked on the window. After a waiting gesture from the employee, the window opened again, and before we could even say anything, she said: "I gave back a euro too little." It is all very strange, and it feels like she knew about it. Do this to multiple customers and you earn a nice little extra income. McDonald's must take action against this. This is stealing from well-paid customers!!

The order was incorrect. The fries were hot and the burgers cold. A bit of a shame.

Typical atmosphere; those who are out and about in the field will appreciate the good Wi-Fi connection.

Possibly the worst McDonalds in Western Europe. I’ve certainly never been to worse. Unable to cope with being busy, it took them 32 minutes to fulfil my order and the food was stone cold - like it has been sat out for all of those 32 minutes. Plus a whole meal was missing. Completely useless.

McDonald's is a cozy restaurant to visit, and you can also use their Wi-Fi network on-site to carry out your work remotely, just like many already do from morning until before noon. And you can also enjoy whatever you're craving there. Highly recommended. Blessings 🤗

Just having some fun with the grandchildren

A dirty restaurant with sticky tables. We ordered a Quarter Pounder with a gluten-free bun; unfortunately, there was still paper on the cheese. Luckily, we were given a new one, but unfortunately, the new Quarter Pounder turned out not to be gluten-free, and my daughter was doubled over in pain from a stomach ache.

No atmosphere, noisy at the moment, and the staff didn't speak (good) Dutch; you had to keep a close eye on the board to see if your food was ready...

Very poor service at the McDrive of this branch. It took 5 minutes before we were served, followed by a 5-minute wait at the checkout counter. There, they charged 17 euros for 1 Latte Macchiato (the order was taken combined with the car behind us), followed by a long wait for pickup (cars with orders that took a long time were not placed in a special spot like at other branches; at the window, they wanted to direct us to the waiting area, but when I indicated that we only had coffee, we received the order anyway, but this time it had added flavor, so we had to go inside to exchange it). All in all, I spent fifteen minutes correcting a lot of mistakes made by the very young employees for just one cup of coffee. This can never go right here with a larger order.

We arrived at 23:53 with the doors open and were not provided with any assistance. We were sent away by a foreign employee. We find the service extremely poor. Absolutely no empathy for people traveling in the middle of the night!

Great McDonald's, fresh and delicious! Much better than in Germany. But the parking lot here is completely bottomless 😭

First charged incorrectly and it seemed more like chaos

After an existential wait, certainly long enough to reconsider our life choices, someone finally appeared at the drive-thru to take our order. The interaction that followed was almost minimalist in nature: no greeting, no thank you, just a blank, Kafkaesque look that suggested we were more of a disruption than a guest. The cappuccino arrived in a thermally ambiguous state, neither hot nor cold, but above all disappointing, and proved to be devoid of sugar and a stirrer, as if they wanted to force an ascetic coffee experience on us. The McFlurry, in turn, was an exercise in quantitative scarcity, barely filled, watery in consistency, and enriched with a generous amount of ice crystals. In short, a culinary odyssey that, for reasons of self-preservation and humanity, we do not recommend to anyone.

The worst soft ice cream ever!!!

Is a very good mac good service always a clean table available I go there occasionally after school and then you don't want to wait and you don't have to!

We had to wait a full 30 minutes for our order. We finally walked to the cash register ourselves, where it turned out something had gone wrong with the order. When we finally got our food, the fries were cold and the burger was lukewarm. Only the chicken nuggets were fine. Furthermore, the trash cans were overflowing and the tables dirty, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. My advice: go to Subway or KFC next door. You'll probably have a better evening there.

We came here today, February 17th, with the kids for something to eat. I ordered a Coke without ice, but it still had a few melted ice cubes in it. As a result, the Coke was no longer fizzy and lukewarm. The food itself wasn't hot either, just cold and tasteless. I don't recommend this place. We won't be going back; you're better off eating at KFC.

We received very poor service at the MC drive-through; there was some angry commentary about the microphone. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to order; we had to drive to the first window. There too, the window was kept closed, and we weren't helped. I have no idea where this reaction came from. But I didn't expect something like this from such a large, normally well-organized organization. The atmosphere is nice and the service is ok

One of the fastest and least error-prone Macs in the region!

The hamburgers and fries weren't hot enough, and it took a very long time to order and receive an extra McFlurry after dinner. After driving away, you have to carefully look where you need to go to get back on the highway, as there's no signage. If you turn right, you'll go completely the wrong way and end up among the farms. A clear sign at the exit would be helpful for people without navigation. We went back to Herkansing one more time: dinner with a large group on a Saturday evening around 8 p.m. Ordering went through fairly quickly this time, and the food was what you'd expect from a McDonald's. It was quite busy, and the stairs leading up were already locked. Because there wasn't room for a large group, we went upstairs anyway. It was quite full there too. After fifteen minutes, the upstairs light went out even though it was still quite full. We were asked to go downstairs even though we'd almost finished everything. They said they wanted to clean. Only we were approached to go downstairs. On the other side, staff were still bringing food. We were finally allowed to eat our food and then leave. After 10 minutes, the light went out again and stayed off. We were just about ready to leave, but the other group was still there. Very strange and completely unwelcoming. We'll never go back to this McDonald's after two bad experiences.

Fast service. Delicious MC flurry and snacks. They only forgot the napkins. But the quality is top-notch.

The food was delicious, but the hygiene wasn't up to par. My girlfriend and I found three or more pieces of hair in our food.

By far the worst place in this obesity plaza. Addressing your "guests" politely at the ordering kiosk seems perfectly normal to me. It's the first impression you give. Customer service is practically sewer-level, truly subpar! I don't expect any gastronomic delights here, but the Red Fruit Lemonade is the biggest rip-off at this McDonald's: a large cup filled only with ice, one gulp of syrup, and a straw.

They forgot a hamburger, we got a new one straight away, but most of it was cold Big Mac and fries and that for €68.00 ....

Bad food, everything cold and dry. The bread was served slowly, the order was incorrect, and the service was unpleasant.

I go there once a month, lately they forget products from the order, after a phone call it is resolved and you get it next time.

The fries and burgers were cold. I'd taken them with me to eat quickly in the car. It was a huge disappointment!

Typical McDonald's, but the prices are double those in Italy. In my opinion, given the quantity, it's not worth it, and I only go when I'm hungry.

For a McDonald's, it was pretty good. The food was delivered quickly, but the employee wasn't very enthusiastic. Zero positive vibes. Hadn't been there in a while, but it's gotten so expensive there. A visit to the local cafeteria is definitely better.

Waited more than half an hour, first didn't get a drink, then made 2 more mistakes.

Not a pleasant experience here. A gentleman who works here is completely freaking out. He's very angry and there's a lot of yelling in the kitchen! I don't feel safe here! And in my comfortable environment! I'm not okay with this... That's why I'm writing this review! Hopefully, this can change in the near future.

For the fourth time in a row, I forgot to add the fries sauce to my orders... I paid for it. How can this go wrong four times in a row? Last time I went today.

Good food and plenty of parking

Large, spacious and bright. We were here late at night and there was no one in the hall. They made me a burger full of salad, sauce and it was very tasty. The hall is clean and has two floors that can accommodate a lot of people. Convenient parking nearby but the road to the exit is a bit confusing.

Far too few parking spaces for the number of people who can sit there....

A super long wait to place an order. Unbelievable.

Saturday night, the downstairs restaurant was packed, so I had to eat my food standing. Upstairs was empty but locked because it had been cleaned and couldn't be dirty again. You were only allowed upstairs for the restroom, which was extremely filthy.

Despite ample parking, the parking lot was overflowing with double-parked cars. The parking lot is a huge maze; if you're unfamiliar with it, it's hard to find the exit at night. The trash cans inside were almost overflowing (not emptied on time). The food was typical McDonald's. The large chunks of onion on the hamburger were noticeable.

McDonald's near an industrial estate, along with a bunch of other eateries. This McDonald's serves the well-known McBreakfast, something not all locations in this area offer. There's also ample seating both downstairs and upstairs, as well as outside. You can easily choose a table, and your order will be brought to you automatically. This McDonald's also has an outdoor play area for children. The only downside is that in my case, they didn't put a lid on my drink, which made the cup itself much less durable and more difficult to take with you. Other than that, it's an average, good McDonald's with plenty of amino acids.

Compared to other locations, not the best. There were fewer wraps than usual. The wait time was okay, and the staff was friendly.

The worst service. I came home from work at 11:15 PM to eat. I ordered food, and my order showed up. I went upstairs to tell them my order and gave them the receipt. They told me they had already taken it. Eventually, a couple of other guys took my order, and the cashier didn't check their receipt. I went over to them, looked at them, and wished them a good appetite. He was also stoned. Finally, they called the manager, who was also incompetent. I explained the situation to him, and the cashier said it was your problem. I stood there in shock. Finally, the manager said, "Wait until we get all the orders and then make it for you." I waited almost exactly an hour, and at 12:07 AM, they gave me the order. Terrible service, all my nerves were gone.

During the Thursday evening rush hour: Despite the large crowds and grumpy customers, the staff worked hard and quickly, and most of the staff remained friendly. We had a great meal at a clean table.

The atmosphere at night isn't great; it's fitting for an industrial estate. Service was very slow: we had to wait over 10 minutes for a small order, even though it wasn't busy. It seemed like there were only two people working, each with their own responsibility.

A pleasant setting in an industrial estate on the outskirts of Amersfoort. Ample parking.

I regularly get coffee here. The people are always friendly. One time, the coffee tasted a little off, so I got a new one. I didn't ask for it, but I did get it.

Inside, you always wait over 30 minutes. Orders are always mixed up, and something's always missing. If you don't want to be stressed out in the evening, don't go there.

Often faster and better than those in Amersfoort North
