Best burger i’ve ever had😋 and it’s Halal 👍👍

The order had been placed two hours in advance, but still arrived 90 minutes late. I tried calling in the meantime, but the restaurant simply wouldn't answer. When the order finally arrived, the food was absolutely awful, freezing cold. I ended up ordering from Kwalitaria, and it was the complete opposite: delivered quickly, hot, and delicious.

I hate to be negative, but they seriously need to improve their service. The food is fine, that's not the issue. The delivery, on the other hand, is incredibly unreliable, and you never get compensated even if they're more than an hour late. I recently placed a pickup order to avoid this, and then you still end up waiting for half an hour.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd and it arrived incomplete. We were missing a drink and a container of mayonnaise. I called them when we discovered this, and they answered politely and told me it would be on its way, but after waiting two hours, I'm a bit fed up with it!

I've ordered from Burgers' Zo several times, and the food is absolutely excellent. I was almost hit by one of their delivery drivers this week. Did you call them to ask if they could remind their drivers to follow the traffic regulations? Their advice was ignored.

I ordered delivery from them three times, and every single time they were late. On top of that, they never once followed my requests, even though I selected them and paid extra (such as no tomatoes in the dish, extra cheddar cheese, etc.). Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

It says it's open until 3am but at 1:30 the light was already on but no one was there

Been here twice, pretty quick. Delicious cheese soufflé sandwich. Very tasty veggie burger and kapsalon; we'll be getting takeout from here often.

The food was bad. I had the "Black Angus Burger" and what I was served was a joke. It was raw meat with a slice of cucumber from a glass of tomato and a small lettuce leaf, and we paid €11 for it. Definitely not recommended!

Had a delicious meal with my wife, the gentleman recognized us and made the contact pleasant and personal. Surprisingly quiet all the time. This does something to the atmosphere. I wish this man more visitors. The quality of the food deserves it.

The fries were absolutely awful. They tasted old, lukewarm, and soggy. A woman was chatting happily with someone behind the counter with her phone on speaker. I found that quite distracting when you're eating in. The Christmas ornaments were also gathering dust on a plant somewhere. So, not good on all fronts! You won't be seeing me back here again. Yuck!

Ordered at 7:15 PM. First, I got the wrong order. Then I called twice for an update, and then my food arrived at 11:00 PM. DRAMATIC!

Despite unsubscribing from my email, they continue to send spam. I have never ordered anything from Burgers and such, I even live very far away from them. My email address was once provided by a namesake, which is incorrect and reaches me incorrectly. I have reported this several times, but they refuse to remove that email address.

Well, that turned out bad. Angus burger doesn't taste like anything, fussy bowl of fries with not so tasty fries, and no more bowl of lettuce. We don't do that anymore. 4 stars for the non-Dutch speaking, but friendly delivery person. Poor guy had to go back and forth again because someone forgot the milkshakes.

Yesterday we came to the Fenerbahce fan zone and ate a delicious veal croquette sandwich, hamburger and fries. Good quality and tasty, fries were cold very quickly which surprised me, but quality is good!

We waited for a long time and then received a cold order. When we called the restaurant, we received no help whatsoever and were redirected to Thuisbezorgd. So we were left with cold food and no solution.”

The Angus burger was fine and so was the croquette, but they were not really warm. The fries were also not warm and tasted very old. The photos looked good so it was quite disappointing.

Excellent food, the fries are often warm. But still sloppy, as if they were fried twice or something like that. Only experienced this for years. Unfortunately, the quality of the citizens has really deteriorated in 4 years. Previously, the sauce was different (more viscous) and the meat used was of better quality. Not recommended unfortunately, this has been going on for about 2 years. Before that it was previously 3.8/5 stars. Never really good, but now it's borderline asking for money back. They have lost a customer in us.

Every now and then we order something from Burgers. This is also the case this week, but (once again) not completely flawless. Something was missing and there was still some sand in the salad. While I would have called before, I have not done so now. Quality seems to have decreased and although the burgers are still tasty, I doubt whether I will order from here again.

Good place to have burger, their chicken burger was delicious. And I had a strawberry smoothie, which was yummy as well

Ordered at a quarter to 6, the delivery person arrives at the door at a quarter to 5. Sent away. Returned an hour later with the same order, I think. Not good.

Delicious fries on King's Day when it was busy. Cooked just right, not too greasy, not too salty. Very nice family

Ordered food again in a while. The quality has deteriorated, you used to get value for your money. The sauce was missing from the order and the food was no longer warm.

Went from absolute perfection to just okay. This used to be my go-to place, for the best burgers and fries in town. Over recent years quality has declined. Suddenly they started to drown the burgers in sauce for no reason - way too much, even after requesting half the amount. Recently the owner or cook changed and the burgers improved again, but then the fries seemed to be fried in old fat.. I honestly don't know whether to recommend this place anymore.

Ordered via UberEats. There was a description of a salmon burger under lamb burger. I called again to make sure we meant a salmon burger. That would be fine. Order was delivered and turned out to be a meat burger. Called again, they blamed us and they wouldn't have a salmon burger at all. Fries also turned out to be very salty. We will not order from here again.

Ordered food and wanted to pay in cash. They will then call you to see if you really want to order. If there is no reception, wrong telephone number, no email. The order simply isn't made. You only find out about this when you call to say that the food is not yet there, after 45 minutes. Also treated very unfriendly. So leave it alone, we'll order somewhere else.

The price is no longer in proportion to what you get. Hamburgers have become much more expensive since January, as have fries. A shame because it is otherwise a great tent.

We went there to eat a hamburger and waited 55 minutes for our order with a small child. You're better off going to a regular snack bar. The burger was average sauce was forgotten.

Burgers are pricey. I can't judge the taste, because it's been 45 minutes and I haven't had anything yet. You're better off going somewhere else.

Didn't receive our food twice. The first time was because the delivery man's moped broke down. That's annoying but there's nothing you can do about it. However, we had to call to find out where our food is. We got the food later and it was no longer warm. We also received nothing in compensation. Second time we didn't get our food because it was delivered to the wrong address. This time we did receive a call, but we just had to order again because she couldn't reach the delivery person either. I did get my money back when I asked for it, but again nothing in compensation. Very annoying because then you are left without food. Done now. We won't order there anymore.

Very nice atmosphere and super good deals. The price-quality ratio of the food is superb. The evening we had dinner there was a very large group present. As a result, we had to wait a long time for the waitress several times. The coffee was only brought when the dessert was finished.

Ordered food via Uber eats. The food would be delivered between 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM. Called at 6:30 PM to find out where the food is. Was told he was on his way. At 6:55 PM I called again and asked if he might come on foot. It turned out that he made three orders on his bicycle. And we are the last on his route. He finally showed up at 7:10 PM, but by then I had already gone to get food somewhere else.

Our fries were suddenly grabbed by an employee while we were still done eating and he said I have to do the dishes.

The restaurant has an extensive menu and the food was excellent. However, it took half an hour to 45 minutes before we got the fries, snacks and burger

Fries were soggy. Frikandels were forgotten (unfortunately we only noticed it when we got to the accommodation) Burgers were okay. The side salad was soaked in ready-made dressing and the "house sauce" doesn't taste much like it was homemade either. All in all, it was over €30 that I threw out the window. That doesn't make up for the nice service. Especially when you wait 30 minutes for the dishes.

Ate at burgers and such for the first time. After eating chicken satay I immediately got a stomach ache. And using the toilet is 0.50 cents per use. They didn't even have toilet paper or soap. Shame. Not recommended.

The burgers and fries were good. The interior of the store itself looked good, but the service and atmosphere were unfortunately very poor. There was no real customer friendliness. So being in the business was not pleasant.

Our order was delivered a little late due to an incorrect number, which meant that the food was no longer really hot. But that was resolved well. Received new snacks with two cans of soft drinks as a bonus. And even though the burger was no longer hot, it still tasted great.

My last time eating here was 4 years ago and I was satisfied then, but that has really changed enormously. The burgers are tasty, but I suspect the fries were re-fried from the day before and really not tasty at all. The order only arrived at my house after 1.5 hours. Called after 1 hour and was told it was on its way. After 1 hour and 20 minutes exactly the same story. Too bad it's so bad. The burgers are tasty, but everything around them is really not good.

Very tasty and recognizable. The special thing here are the patty's, which are very well seasoned. The sauce on the burger and the rest of the toppings were fresh and aromatic. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The price-performance ratio is also right here, the service is nice and also understands German and English.

There was a NAIL in my burger, yes a real fingernail. Called the restaurant and was asked if I would like a new burger. No of course not. I haven't dared to order anything from any restaurant for months. Furthermore, no compensation other than a simple telephone apology.

Had to wait over an hour for delivery. The French hamburger had no brie and the Japanese burger had no wasabi. Fries were tough and cold.

I like burgers & stuff. Everything is super fresh and it has so much flavor. I've tried all the burgers at least once. My favorites are the Mexican and the French burgers. Their fries are also super tasty. The prices are also well worth it for what is made from the bread to the lettuce and the meat everything is fresh and has much more flavor than a production snack bar.

I didn't ring the bell 1 hour late, just dropped it down, didn't even have a drink and the burger was half disintegrated, which really disappoints me.
