ACTUALLY ZERO STARS!! NEVER send your package there, because they supposedly can't find it... but then send it back, isn't it strange?!! The store is also often not open. I've been there 5 times, 2 times in front of a closed door! The other 3 times he told me to come back another time because he couldn't find the package, one big mess in there. Wasn't the only one by the way...several customers were sent away with the excuse that they couldn't find the package....but again...HOW CAN YOU RETURN IT!! Very strange!

My guest is dissatisfied with DHL parcel collection. Cafeteria is closed at times when it would normally be open. Very frustrating if you want to pick up your package 3 times and are always faced with a closed door. There is also no telephone number and email address listed on their website, making communication impossible.

I ordered twice, but the first time the order was canceled after an hour. The second time the order was delayed and I couldn't get a phone number to contact the restaurant. If you cannot fulfill customer orders, it is better to close the delivery orders

Avoid shipping here. Came to pick up a package and found 4 other people waiting for the shop to open to do the same. They don’t adhere to their opening times and it’s the second time I’ve come to find the shop closed when it shouldn’t be. Wasting our time 👎

I don't understand this snack bar, the owner changes every year. I gave 1 star from the previous one. This owner's special burgers are very tasty, they arrived hot, our order was very tasty, my son loved the pizza. It's not like the hamburger sold everywhere, it's delicious at Kapsalon, the fresh vegetables, the sauces are great, if you're tired of the standard flavors you should definitely eat here so you can discover the real flavors. 25.08.24 Thank you very much, every time I order the food is more than enough. The fries and snacks are decent. Prices are fair, which is a plus. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved, and sometimes the wait can be a bit long during busy periods. It's not my top pick for a meal in Amsterdam, but it's not the worst either.

We ordered from this place to have something to eat with colleagues at the office. Takes 1.5 hours and then call. Not reachable. Then just drive there. The gentleman says cheerfully: "We don't have the ingredients for the order." In short, top tent. Only order if you like to wait a long time for a disappointing answer.

Ordered 2 Double cheeseburgers and one pepperoni pizza via Thuisbezorgd. First of all the order was taking really long, so I checked my phone and I missed the home delivery courier by 20 minutes, I called the restaurant and they arranged their own delivery. The burgers were hot but pizza already lukewarm, not the restaurant's fault but the initial courier's. The pizza was 8.50 euros and was better than New York Pizza for 15 euros. And the burgers were 5 euros each and were pretty big and very tasty. Overall best experience since I moved here, first restaurant to take this seriously. Volgens wikipedia: Een snackbar waar de menukaart iets uitgebreider is en enige zitplaatsen aanwezig zijn wordt ook cafetaria genoemd. Het woord cafetería is een leenwoord uit het Spaans, en betekent koffiehuis. In België en in de zuidelijke delen van Nederland wordt een snackbar ook een frietkot, friettent, friture of frituur genoemd.

Beste kapsalon die ik ooit heb gegeten. Rond, calorierijk en smaakvol. Geen enkele kapsalon is hier tegen opgewassen. Gaat allen en bestel!

Very friendly staff, and good prices, fast delivery, they add a good amount of frise more than enough. the food is tasty but unfortunately the quality of the pizza and chicken in burger not so good. My order was 1 pizza biproni, chiken kpsalon and one chicken burger, one French frise.
