Far better chicken than KFC, the batter actually has seasoning. Service is unfortunately slow.

The chicken strips are delicious. I immediately want more. The staff are also friendly.

The food quality is excellent, the cleanliness and packaging of the meals are excellent and the taste is amazing. We tried the chicken fillet and chicken strips with potatoes. The chicken was crispy and had just the right flavor. They have meals for children. I recommend it, it's a restaurant worth trying!

I only ordered the half chicken and at first I was worried because I saw him use the microwave maybe that was to defrost the chicken. The chicken itself was well seasoned, hot and very tasty.

Absolutely terrible. The chicken was so wet with oil. Absolutely no flavor. The half-baked guy at the counter is also completely unfriendly and doesn't even say hello. It takes forever to get anything, and even then it's soaking wet and tasteless.

The food was terrible. I'm talking about the quality of the oil and the freshness of the chicken. It takes ages to prepare the food. It's incredibly hot inside, the benches are outdated, and the music is too loud.

Eating "100% Halal" is simply not my conviction. Delivery costs from Leiden <=> Katwijk of € 4.99 are not in proportion to what I expect. Because there is no minimum order amount, a 5% service fee of max € 1.99 is charged. Enough reason that I will never order here.

Complaint about undelivered order and lack of customer service On Thursday at 8:00 PM I placed an order, which according to the information would be delivered within twenty minutes. Today is Wednesday, a week later, and I still have not received the order. Much to my disappointment, there is no customer service of any kind available. The restaurant refuses to take responsibility and there is no option to track my order or file a complaint via the Tuis Bezorg platform. I find this course of action extremely unprofessional and very disappointing.

By far the worst place in Leiden! As many here confirm, you place an order, wait 70 minutes, and then get a call saying there are no delivery drivers available and that it's not their problem. I was incredibly hungry, but I got nothing. My money hasn't been refunded. 25 euros gone and an empty stomach.

I ordered food via home delivery. My order was confirmed by Chicken Way, I waited a long time and the status was almost there. After 20 minutes the status was displayed. I called Chicken Way. I was greeted in a very unfriendly manner with the apology that there was nothing on the screen. Later my order was canceled. Very unfriendly this is the last time I order there. A while ago I also ordered from Chicken Way, when they had not delivered my fries, I called and they put the blame on home delivery. Nl

It was my first time there and probably my last time. Food was almost tasteless. I ordered spisy hot wings but I just got wings with black pepper on them. cheese nuget was also tasteless. In total mistake

My first time eating here and if it went well I think because there weren't many customers they were very agile and fast with my order 🤗 delicious wings and good tasting potatoes. And you have to pay €1 to use the bathroom.

Do not waste your time here— You can find better quality chicken wings and service for the same price at KFC or next door at Sultan! This is the THIRD time they forgot to make order, after getting the notification from Uber eats saying my order is ready for pick up. Not only did they make me wait an extra 15 minutes to make my order, but they also messed up and forgot multiple items from my order!! Although the chicken here is decent, the service is extremely slow and the workers absolutely do not care about their customers. Take your money and time elsewhere, trust me.

Je vous déconseille fortement les tacos, ils n'ont absolument aucun gout ça sent la mauvaise qualitée. J'aurais mieux fait d'aller au crous... Les buckets de tenders ne sont pas mauvais mais meiux vaut aller à KFC. En plus de ça, de nombreux oublies dans notre commande. Bref à fuir !

The gentleman who runs the business (I suspect the owner) had a tantrum in the back of the kitchen while I was eating. He doesn't greet and constantly looks angry. I had to pick up food from the counter myself while the food shop was empty and it used to be delivered. No problem. The food is okay, but the staff is a real disaster with all due respect. I advise the staff to read the reviews that are posted there. Maybe you can learn something from it. I thought I would eat there again after a long time with doubts, but not anymore after such a grim atmosphere. Oh yes, a menu is €10.50, but a separate burger was €8.00 recently. Then it's better to take 2 menus haha. The burger is really of very low quality. Taste is fine but despite that not worth repeating.

I've been coming here for a while and always order a hot wing menu with an AA drink. Fast service and tasty tender chicken. Highly recommended for a quick bite!

Bad service, high price, not worth the experience. The restaurant was very cold and the smell of frying was strong

i’ll admit it was 3october so it was pretty busy but this was ridiculous. The staff was running around doing random tasks with no system in place (+ no one wearing gloves or attempting to wash their hands after sweeping, working the register, washing dishes…etc) with no one actually at the register it took more than half an hour just to take 4 orders. When i got to the front of the line I see the owner/manager coughing into his hands and on the food before serving it to people, so we left. The health inspector should come have a close look at this place, absolutely disgusting.

The best thing on the menu is the chicken burger. Other than that, everything is dry. Even the fries. Staff is always rude, bored, slow, or a combination of these. I've never gotten my food all warm. Something is always cold - either the fries, or the chicken. Honestly, not worth it. Go get yourself some kebab instead.

Food was meh, no salt on the fries for example. Ordering was a disaster, the guy behind the cash register spoke very poor Dutch and/or English. I had ordered a menu (drinks included) and a red bull, no idea what went wrong, but the drinks from the menu never came, because of his poor language, discussing was of no use. No company clothing, the store is quite tidy, except for the staff. The atmosphere wasn't good either I had indicated that I wanted to eat it there, but I still received my order in a bag. Apparently you also have to pay a single euro for the toilet. All in all, not a very good experience.

Ordered food at 7:30 PM and it is 9:20 PM and my order has still not been delivered. very disappointed!

Order 1 fries and a milkshake has been melting for 5 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I get my fries. Oh yes, the place was empty, quite nice

I have to be honest, I had a beef burger And ordered a portion of wings, had to wait quite a while before I could eat, and while the wings are already ready in the warming cupboard, to be honest, I quite liked the burger, but coincidence or not, the next day I was Severe diarrhea, this and then reading back several recessions makes me doubt whether I will try here again.

It took 2.5 hours for the food to arrive. It was a bit cold and damp. Do not recommend. Wack

Honestly, the Chicken is great, excellent even... if you are there to pick up in person, even then, it is REALLY slow. The service quality needs to improve a lot. If you are not Arabic, the people at the restaurant will be very unwelcoming. NEVER EVER order for bezorging, it will take ages and it will be cold.

If you want to eat on time, please do not order from these guys, food takes a long time and does not match the times they indicate, even though it says they will arrive within an hour, it just takes 2 to 3 hours. Food was cold and wrong order delivered. Just a restaurant that is super bad, don't say I didn't warn you, you will regret it if you order something here.

Good food but have cash as they say they don't accept "international" credit cards, there were two other families that were caught off guard by this, I ended up walking to Leiden central to use the ATM.

Seating environment, food, and service is really good. I'm not sure why this place is underrated. I was about to skip it just due to lower ratings, but I just thought to try it once and really liked it.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but I just can not. I am a regular here at chicken way, because I am a big fan of chicken burgers and fries. The fries they have are always so warm, crispy and amazing. I always get a corn on the cob and these are 9/10 times fresh and warm and just really good. My issue is just with the chicken burger. When you get a good chicken burger, it is great and I am really a big fan, but often times it's not really great. One time I found a bone in my burger, and another time there was a chewy piece in it, or the lettuce tastes a bit weird. One time I ordered the half chicken, which was a bit on the dry side. Maybe I am biased to give it 4 starts, but I do understand why they only have 3.6 stars currently. It is amazing for a quick snack and again, the fries really are great.

Lekkere kip, brede openingstijden, korte wachttijd (de keren dat ik er tot nu toe was ieder geval). Niets op aan te merken. Bezorging (nog) niet geprobeerd, steeds af wezen halen of daar gegeten.

Een geweldige plek om met uw vrienden en/of familie te lunchen of te dineren. Vriendelijk personeel, een gezellige ambiance en heerlijk eten. Als u in de buurt bent is het zeker de moeite waard om hier op zijn minst een kijkje te nemen.

Nice chicken restaurant and halal.

Halal eten, verschillende burgers kip en vlees. Ook kippepootjes in verschillende smaken. Tafels worden netjes schoon gemaakt, vriendelijk personeel.

Dobrej jakości kurczak w dobrej cenie. Przygotowanie zajmuje bardzo dużo czasu personel nastawiony na szybką obsługę mobilnych dostawców.

Creo que este establecimiento es una franquicia, visto en varias otras ciudades holandesas. El pollo es halal y sabroso.
