Disproportionately aggressive bouncer (ginger with a beard). Communicatively incompetent, suddenly starts yelling intimidatingly in your face (bad breath). Doesn't understand your questions and resorts to clichés like "Are you a king?" Uh, no, just a person with a question you don't understand. Points for the other bouncers, though: they de-escalate, communicate well, have a sense of humor, and are human, literally human. Don't go to this place. Bonus: upon leaving, you might receive the middle finger from the blonde woman at the coat check (I don't know if this is standard or a special treat).

There is no respect of the people. They kicked me out for wearing a coat. They'd forced me to pay to hang my coat even when I was wearing it. They made you pay for going to the bathroom as well. Everything is expensive as well. Don't go to this bar.

We were kicked out for not paying for the cloakroom when we had an account of more than €400

After spending almost €500 on the bill and subsequent rounds, from 10 pm onwards a woman started charging us whatever she wanted every time we went to the bathroom to pee, and they wouldn't let us put our coats in a corner without bothering anyone... they forced us to pay for a cloakroom.

A security guard rudely removed me without me having done anything wrong, without any explanation. I asked for an explanation, and the entire security team denied it. They told me that if I wanted to talk about it, I would have to wait until 5 a.m. and that they were employed by another company. I spoke to the police, and they told me that the best thing to do was to file a complaint (which they refused to do), and that there was nothing more I could do, but the treatment was terrible, without any explanation whatsoever.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience here. Their cocktails is more like a slushy drink with low alcohol levels. We went out late on a Saturday with a group and one of them was late and they didn't let him inside because of a hat, even though we explained he's with us. However, it's crowded and the level lf respect for their costumer's is low.

The old Coconuts has been given a new look. The vibe is good, the service is good, but the space is small. The interior has changed a bit, but it's a shame it's so expensive to go in and pay for long coats, but short coats aren't that unusual.

The food was way too tough, and the order was only halfway placed. I enjoy food, but this definitely didn't work out. The food had no flavor, and the steak was overcooked. This was NOT something I would do again! After half an hour, I felt nauseous and sick and went to the toilet. Definitely not worth €55.

The atmosphere itself was very pleasant. The music they played was nice. The waitress, with her blonde, curly hair, asked me to get up from the couch because a group of people wanted to sit down at a table with a bucket full of drinks, while I was sitting down because I had back problems. I doubt I'll go back. The prices are reasonable for a nightlife experience, though. €4.80 for a Red Bull is reasonable. I've seen worse.

Had a great time here. The atmosphere was great, the DJ definitely did his thing. Purely focused on reaggeton, salsa, moombah, afro, and afrohouse. I thought the prices were reasonable for a nightlife experience. A bottle of moet was €80. And you also get fruit, which was nice. The bar staff were very sociable and good at selling and chatting. One security guard was cheerful but alert. I don't think the other one was on that night. He was very grumpy. A man was walking around with roses all night, selling them for €5 each and taking Polaroid photos, which also come at a cost. Coconut doesn't need them, of course, I think.

Very good food, and good cocktails. On the other hand, we felt like we were bothering the head waiter by arriving with several people, even though the terrace and the interior remained empty the entire time. Not a single smile from him in 4 hours, barely a hello. Fortunately, his female colleagues were more pleasant and even super professional!

Coconuts has undergone a major renovation, and it's turned out beautifully! The interior is fantastic and the ambiance is truly a breath of fresh air. The menu has also been completely revamped, with delicious new cocktails and tasty snacks. Highly recommended! They're open 7 days a week from lunch until club hours!

We didn't visit this location to eat, so unfortunately I can't say anything about that. Our visit was purely focused on the nightlife. We thought the entrance fee of €10 was reasonable, although we were surprised that an entrance fee was charged at all. Once inside, it was noticeable that the space is actually quite small, but this is made optically larger by the use of mirrors on the walls. It was quite busy, which of course contributes to the atmosphere. However, we found the atmosphere rather strange. Many ladies (customers, not the staff) had an attitude of "don't look at me the wrong way, or I'll do something to you", which did not feel particularly inviting to us as visitors. There was a rather tense and somewhat vulgar vibe, with tables full of men, buckets of drinks and fireworks. That kind of VIP feeling and then also just in a fairly small club does not suit us. The barman was very friendly, but also a bit strange: he threw my drink down the sink three times because he added the wrong soft drink each time. Meanwhile, he was dancing behind the bar as if he were Magic Mike himself, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The toilet/cloakroom lady was unfortunately very grumpy and for the cloakroom you had to pay another €2, which seemed a bit excessive to us since we had already paid the entrance fee. All in all, the atmosphere just didn't feel good to us. We didn't feel comfortable there and left after a short while. Luckily, we found a place next door that suited us better.

The place is quite nice. It’s located in the city centre, but the prices are relatively okay, compared to other places in Rotterdam. The cocktails are really nice and tapas were amazing. Later in the evening, you can get inside, dance and enjoy some music.

Nice atmosphere, the music can be really good or okay, depends on the day and time. Prices as as everywhere, and the staff is great. The only reason I gave service 4 starts instead of 5 is because they charge you to use the toilet.

Unfortunately for my wife's birthday the DJ and the unknown music were basically not for dancing. It seemed like it was African music with boom boom and nothing else. There is newer, better-known reggaeton. Let's say international... What a shame

At the DJ, there is a lot of new music, they don't always have to play bandolero and the same old reggaeton songs, and most of the time African music that you don't understand the rhythm with so much mixing. It's exhausting to listen to the same rhythm all night. SOLD OUT!

When it comes to clubbing, SECURITY IS HORRIBLE!!! If they're not in the mood they will deny you entry for stupid reasons like private clients only, regulars only, you're too under dressed or dressed too inappropriate when you're only wearing a short pants thats not too naked. However, if you want to have lunch or dinner, I would recommend it. The food and cocktails there are great.

Decent atmosphere, music and choice of drinks for a 2024 New Year's party. Sadly, they charge 0.50€ every time you want to use the toilet, which isn't even that clean. So, be ready to spend a fair share of your budget on loo fares, even if you splash your cash on drinks at the bar. It's pure capitalism at its best!

I cocktails sono nella media ma leggermente costosi a 10,50€, l’ambiente è molto bello e la pista era piena anche di martedì, c’è un armadio dove lasciare la giacca che costa 3€ a persona, la cosa che mi ha fatto storcere il naso è stato il bagno a pagamento 0,50€ non per il prezzo ma per una questione di principio, capisco in un aeroporto o una stazione ma non un locale.
