Hey, it's such a shame about all the hateful comments. People are just jealous of you! We regularly go to this shisha lounge, and I've never seen such a friendly manager as at Mio. The staff are super nice, and the atmosphere is always great. The food is delicious, the drinks are great, and when the DJ is on, it's absolutely the best place in Rotterdam. It's definitely my number one recommendation! 😍 AMAZING!

Cool Shisha cafe with underground vibes

I visited this shisha lounge last weekend and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is very relaxed, with comfortable sofas and lovely dim lighting. There's a wide selection of flavors, and the shishas are meticulously prepared and regularly refilled with charcoal. The staff is friendly and welcoming; you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The drinks and snacks were also delicious and well-priced. Perfect for chilling with friends. Definitely recommended; I'd love to come back!

I was there yesterday and the staff who try to arrange girls are more messing around than working, the manager is very rude, it can't be called a lounge! Staff are very rude and not even talking about the atmosphere, a killer atmosphere. Service, they don't know that here, they'd rather see you pay and leave. Definitely not recommended!!

Bad service, we asked to change tables because it was too hot and they said that was not possible. We had to change the shisha because it didn't taste good, but they didn't do that (very bad service) NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Was a very good Lounge! I really got a Fancy vibe and that for a Sisha lounge, for the rest good and atmospheric music, good food but could have had a few more dishes on the menu. Good Service especially friendly employees and in terms of price / quality you see here also good, I even expected it to be more expensive!

Mio is a complete disaster. The terrace has no atmosphere, dirty drinks, false prices and shishas that taste like air. Staff is rude and cannot tolerate criticism. Pure money grab without respect for customers. Don't waste a second of your time here. Turn around and go somewhere where they do know what service is.

What bad service. I ordered a drink but it was absolutely not tasty. I will report this to the staff. Instead of something else being offered in a polite manner, it was taken with difficulty while the man was mumbling. Then he never came back to offer me new drinks. The shisha tastes like nothing. No music available on the pathetic terrace. The atmosphere was hard to find. Food was inedible. Most staff don't even understand what you say to them. Subsequently, the drink was not removed from the receipt and I had to correct this myself. You have to pay for toilet. And if you want to charge your phone you also have to pay. Worst place I've been in years. Bah bah

In my opinion the only good lounge in Rotterdam. Nice menu with different choices of drinks and food. Enough shisha flavors. Service is friendly and fast, definitely recommended! When the weather is good, there is even a terrace

Not visible from the outside, but what a nice place. Good atmosphere, excellent service. Wonderful things seen on the map. Didn't eat myself but just had a drink and shisha with friends. Definitely go back again.

Great tent! Received by a lovely hostess and a friendly host (named Sam I thought) who guided us to our table! The shisha was great and the atmosphere was so relaxed! Nice vibe! I think the best so far in the Netherlands! Oh yes and don't forget to order sushi!! You will thank me later!!!

Nice place! Went here for the first time yesterday, we were well received and had a hospitable experience here. Accessible & the Sushi is highly recommended! The music was good, but I must say that a dance floor should be considered. We only missed this part and left for the center around 00:45.

Terrible tent Yesterday we were here in the lounge after a long time but nothing was left of mio What terrible rude employees there are nowadays, chicken was still raw, service is hard to find, money knocking off is what they do, we as guests are looked at strangely when you ask them something, so I can go on, not recommended.

Get rejected, then we all see people being let in in front of us, this lounge is really racist

What a super beautiful and luxurious lounge. The staff is extremely nice and we had a delicious meal.

I came back here after 4/5 years. Things have gone downhill ridiculously here. Staff lady takes order very arrogantly. (Wrong too) 4 shishas makes 3 shishas. Loaded fries ordered after 30 minutes of asking where they are, it turns out they are not included. Ordered again, the loaded fries arrive, after an hour another loaded fries arrives, and the young lady suddenly says that we had ordered 2, which was not the case at all. Ordered a MOCKTAIL (without alcohol), I take a sip and taste the alcohol. When I point this out, they blame us because we would have asked for COKTAIL... Ordered salty popcorn and got sweet popcorn. Shisha staff just skipped us when changing coals... well at that point we had run out of energy to speak to another staff so we left, it was a visit of about an hour. Lost €150. Well I know I'm not trying to come back here again.

I got escorted out off the restaurant/shisha bar because I asked to get have my jacket so I can smoke a cigarette the women by the lobby wanted me to pay 2 times if I went out to have a cig and things got escalated anyway the team leader came and did absolutely nothing about it she also pushed me away from grabbing my own jacket What a bad service and rude staff

A real gem in Rotterdam, we really enjoyed it at Mio Lounge. The vibe was relaxed and the food + drinks were delicious. On the advice of the helpful staff, I ordered some snacks and cocktails and had a nice chat with my friends.

Went out with friends. What a beautiful atmosphere inside and a great location. We ate delicious snacks and had a lot of fun. Friendly staff. The only downside I can mention is that the music was very loud, but otherwise we had a really great evening! Ps I loved the mocktail!

Had a date here with a very pretty lady, we wanted to have a drink somewhere relaxed. In the end it became MIO. The experience was, in one word: terrible. First we were placed under a music speaker that was set to a discotheque setting. Just sit somewhere else. The table wobbled in all directions. After half an hour they tried to solve that with a piece of cardboard. The lady who worked there didn't know anything about shisha flavors so we just picked a flavor at random. We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks. Ordered a cocktail for my extremely pretty lady that ended up tasting like syrup. Ordered Wiskey for myself and they came and put an empty glass on the table. The waiter was approached several times about their poor service, but not much was done about it. Then we spoke to the manager, who would bring drinks to the table and after 20 minutes no drinks, so we decided to leave. Hopefully my handsome date will want to go away with me again after this day, but then I won't come to MIO anymore.

Enjoyed it very much! Cocktails were delicious (one of the tastiest I've ever had ;), staff was very friendly and helped us quickly. Shisha was very good. I always keep coming back! Perfect for a fun evening.

Poor ventilation in this lounge. Immediately felt sick from the air in here. We also had bad shisha where there was water in the hose and no smoke came out. Had to have this fixed several times

Unfortunately I have to say that the location is a complete disaster. The service takes about 45 minutes to bring drinks to the table. The shisha is a 2 out of 5 stars.. way too expensive for the quality... Changing the coal takes 30 minutes.

I went with a friend, we had a great evening! The staff were very friendly. We ordered Grimbergen blond, Ebi, hot wings and the Mio burger (pink burger), it was very tasty! My girlfriend and I don't like going out (clubs) Mio is a perfect combination! We enjoyed the cocktails, mocktails, shisha and music! In short, if you don't like clubs, then Mio is the place to be! A really cool vibe! I will definitely come back again!

NEVER AGAIN! What a bad ball tent this has become! They're measly money grabbers who don't know how to run a lounge. - Mandatory to hang up coat, but you have to pay for it... - €1 for a visit to the toilet… is this a royal toilet? - €1 to charge your phone but they cannot exchange cash so you have to withdraw €1 and then they give you 2 x €0.5 which does not fit in the portable charger. - Mocktails 🤮 went over our necks! You might as well eat a jar of sugar and pour it down with some seven up. - Shisha was mwhua, we were outside again within 30 minutes! Costs €45 for 1 shisha, 2 mocktails and 2 jackets. ONE TIP FOR THESE AMATEURS: if you want to look like the high class lounges, stop charging €1 for everything and improve your service! ;)

Delicious snacks on the menu, great choice of drinks too! Moreover, I also thought the shisha service was great: when I asked for aluminum foil, they didn't make a fuss about it. Nice privacy-proof place to have a drink with your friends.

Mio lounge was amazinggg i had a great time with my friend Food was made within 10 minutes and tasted amazing they have one of the best burgers i have ever tasted The service was great tooo we got helped by MR Bilal such a great man Dj had such great songs and the vibe there was immaculate Was easy getting there with a car so I'm sure same goes for the public transport 10/10🔥🔥
