It’s so hard to find good coffee in Amsterdam. This place is hidden gem. Not only the coffee is great, but people are so kind and willing to help!

The coffee was actually okay, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the staff’s attitude. The woman working there looked visibly unhappy and responded to my coffee question with a dismissive, cold and aggressive tone. Even though the café was empty, her strange behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing when a product is overshadowed by very poor customer service.

I really like this place, but the posted opening times are incorrect. It says you open at 8 AM, but on several occasions, I’ve waited outside until 8:15 and the doors were still closed. Please consider updating the listed hours or ensuring the doors open on time. Thank you!

Genuinely was so disgusted I didn’t even eat this. A 5 euro toastie which was just white sandwich bread and plastic cheese (not even real cheese) and also not even toasted. Literally worse than hospital food. If you’re going to be a cafe that charges quality prices - then you need to also serve quality food. No other explanation other than placing profit > quality.

Was searching for a place where we could have a conversation over a coffee and found this beautiful place. The drinks were pretty ok. I was a bit surprised about the service. I probably found the coldest barista ever. Being an off-peak day after kings day it was practically empty, but still the barista was side-eyeing our table a lot. We sat for maybe about an hour and we ordered 4 drinks for 3 of us. But we just left the place after a few cold stares. I never write reviews. But thought to leave one as I found the coffee shop to be really lovely and neatly maintained. I wish the service was a tad bit better.

The café is small and really cozy. The staff were very nice when I was there. It was quite crowded, but everything ran smoothly. The staff were much friendlier than at a few other cafés I visited in Amsterdam. If I visit Amsterdam again, I’ll definitely come back.

There is a lot to choose from and it tastes delicious too. If you're already in the area it's definitely worth it.

We preferred ginger tea and ice vanilla matcha latte. Both were very nice, you can sit down to rest on the road.

The staff member was cheerful and tried to serve everyone as fast as possible, but having just one person in a place this size and crowded is not enough. The place is nice, but the tables were not clean because one worker cannot handle everything.

We got Very good lattes from here on our stay. We found it via reviews and we were not disappointed! We beat the rush and right after we ordered a bunch of people came in and the barista kept her cool and spent time with each drink ensuring it was perfect! Sometimes at coffee places when there is a rush the barista gets stressed and the quality of each drink can suffer, that was not the case here! The lattes were some of the best I’ve had in ALL of Europe. Everyone sitting next to us were commenting on the quality of the coffee and the beans. Veryyy good.

me and my friend got drinks and they were really delicious. The atmosphere is quiet and chill. The café has a piano that people could use freely and it makes the vibe of the café even more cozy. The baristas are also super friendly and kind.

Barista was very unfriendly. I was not looked at/greeted when ordering and accepting my coffee. Wife was very busy with Instagram. Coffee is good to drink, although it would have tasted significantly better if it had been prepared by someone who was looking forward to her working day. Shame.

I had breakfast there two days and I really loved it. It is a very cozy cafe, the baristas are very nice and the chai tea is delicious. highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised to see this cafe open in the heart of the city for late evening chats over a nice non alcoholic beverage and a nice sweet treat indulgence. Really supports and fosters networking in the evenings without visiting a bar. Special mention, the carrot cake which was quite delicious.

It is a wonderful coffee shop, ideal for teleworking (there is wifi service and power connectors). I recommend the oat milk chocolate.

An amazing coffee shop in the heart of Amsterdam, and the location was perfect for me, just 2 minutes walking from my hotel. The place is small and cozy. The service was quick and excellent. The ice latte was really good. The price was great. It was my coffee to go to start my day before exploring the city.

Despite the fact that the girl worked alone for a full hall, she did it in a friendly, fast and polite manner. It is clean and cozy inside.

I enjoyed sitting in this coffee shop but I must admit it's the first time I've been served coffee in a glass. I actually picked up my wife's hot chocolate mug at first thinking it was my coffee but we realised we had to switch. Inside was nice, but I've definitely been to nicer coffee shops. We tried a cookie and it was fine as well.

Toasti was not even cooked properly, the waitress could not speak English and the music was on repeat of one song. Price-quality ratio very out of proportion.

Prices were good, recommended if you want to drink a coffee with a desert but I don't recommend the place for a date.

Wouldn’t go out of my way but a nice spot to relax if you stumble across. Carrot cake was nice - soft and moist. Hot chocolate was okay - just tasted like hot Milo. Cozy upstairs and downstairs with few tables. Probably not suitable for big groups.

Very nice place to stop and have a hot chocolate or a matcha 🍵 it is very well decorated and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The only thing to improve is that they put the matcha with sugar.

The coffee was below average, but the cosy atmosphere made up for it. Given how hard it is to find a coffee place to sit in Amsterdam Central, this spot is a nice option to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We came here to get coffee. The coffee was really disappointing due to the burnt milk. We also ordered a muffin that was good but came with dirty fork with a piece of food on it. Staff was also not the friendliest. We would not recommend this place.

Lemon muffin tastes great. Not sure why the other reviews hype the matcha, it’s barely green and tastes mostly like sugar. The other drinks look good though. The cafe is really cute, and seems like a great place to sit.
