The hot chocolate was delicious, but the carrot cake was a disaster. It was rock hard, dried out, and not very exciting, with a very sour white spread on top. When we mentioned it as we were leaving, they said they'd heard it before...

I just had a hot chocolate so can not say anything about the food. Friendly staff and good internet.

Delicious toasted sandwiches. I always get a warm welcome, and the barista even knows my drink now, haha. Whether I'm here for a quick coffee to go or need to work on my laptop, I always feel welcome!

Placing the order was difficult. I confirmed/repeated it just to be sure. Ultimately, the cappuccino was served in a mug instead of a to-go cup. After indicating that it was to-go, the order was poured into a to-go cup. I also pointed out that the preparation process involves certain steps, and now the pouring process is completely different. The employee indicated that it just doesn't look as good. This is the third time I've experienced this at the Coffee Company. I've had it at several locations, by the way.

Super friendly staff and great coffee! It’s a great spot to do some work (there are plug points!), and they also have a dedicated conversation only area with no laptops so you can disconnect if you want! Love it here.

June 2025, Thought cappuccino was too much latte, missed the real coffee flavour. This is such a nice located location with a nice terrace. But service could be better. Like greeting when you enter as only one and nobody pays attention.

Mango iced matcha - would not recommend. Tasted like plain milk with a very mild artificial mango flavouring!

I found the male employee yesterday very unfriendly and impersonal. He didn't say hello or make eye contact. When I asked where the lids were, I was snapped at with "yes, over there." There are plenty of nicer coffee shops in this area.

This place is so amazing, they really have the laptop-cafe thing down to a science. The staff are so friendly, coffee is great, music is nice, and they have a big table where you can work on your laptop. Also bought a bag of their beans last week and was surprised how good they were. It was decaf as well, so I did not have high hopes.

The coffee is very good and I always get happy from the beautiful latte art :) Good places where you can just sit for a cup of coffee and read a newspaper but also a nice space to study! dirty chai is recommended!! very nice people work here, I like to come here.

I love this place! I come here almost daily. I love the location and the staff is very friendly. I am a loyal customer and I hope it earns me the right to make a few suggestions. - they can add some gluten-free options to the menu (either savory or sweet because there is almost nothing on the menu). - they do have a tea menu but not all the teas on there. They can restock. - The coffee mugs are very thick so sometimes the coffee is not hot enough (and sometimes it is). It would be nice to have consistency.

Super tasty iced latte here! Great service and perfect terrace for people watching, although lots of cigarettes on the ground. But that's what happens when you don't put ashtrays down. That's the only downside, great place!

I usually drink americano. Taste is very good but more expensive than the other cafes.

I ordered a small cappuccino with oat milk, then I was asked for the size (I just said that) and I got a cappuccino with regular milk. A little more attention to the customer/listening to the customer is not an unnecessary luxury.

You think small but nice when you enter with the narrow entrance and extensive bar! Your nose will immediately fall in love with all the delicious food they have, both hot and cold! But once you have ordered your coffee, tea or juice and pick it up at the end of the bar, you will see a wonderfully large space! A long table that provides both conviviality and privacy for work and socializing. And free WiFi!

Amazing coffee and athmosphere. The latte I order was top quality and the staff were really friendly. I recommend this place for everyone looking for great coffee and service.

Perfect place to have a cup of coffee and read the newspaper or do something on the laptop. Often busy, but you can usually still find a seat. Coffee is way too expensive (4.40 for a medium Americano) but that is self-evident for this part of Amsterdam.

I strongly urge people to cross the street and visit Waku for coffee!! The community has repeatedly requested assistance in maintaining the cleanliness of the neighborhood, as coffee cups, napkins, and cigarette butts litter the area. Unfortunately, despite numerous appeals, The staff and HQ seem indifferent. It's disheartening to witness such disregard for waste management and a lack of concern for fellow citizens.

I've been coming here for nearly 3 years, all the waiters were very polite and friendly, the cakes were average, some were mediocre. There's only one thing I don't like here: a toilet that screams "I have no respect for you or myself." The toilet is falling apart everywhere, the sink is filthy, the walls look like they haven't been painted for 30 years. As much as I love coming here, I hate even washing my hands.

This is the wrong place to sit and get things done. The grinder noise is guaranteed to ruin any online meting or phone call you have. That is unless you sit in the extra room inside, and good luck finding a spot between a majority of lovebirds. Even if you manage to find a quiet spot, it's not like the coffee is worth the price they're charging. It's overpriced and mediocre at best. There is more. Something is wrong with their internet connection. Neither their WiFi nor your fancy 5G are guaranteed to not let you down at a crucial moment while you're in there. Never again!

Gezellig filiaal van de bekende keten. Overal is de kwaliteit goed. Hier was 1 medewerkster alleen alles aan het managen. Knap gedaan en dank voor de heerlijke koffie!!

Perfect cafe to work with your laptop

Vandaag een tosti kimchi besteld. Er zat 1 stukje kimchi op, verder alleen maar kaas. Ik heb dit aan de twee medewerkers laten zien, zij zeiden herhaaldelijk “ja we maken ze niet zelf hier dus dit gebeurt soms nou eenmaal.” Vind ik zelf niet echt klantvriendelijk… Uiteindelijk werd (nog steeds niet echt op een vriendelijke toon) er een kaas tosti kaas aangeboden, maar ik had natuurlijk al een kaastosti 😅 €7 betaald voor een karige tosti kaas.. Wel gezellige sfeer, veel mensen op laptops aan het werk. Jammer!

Loved the relaxed atmosphere of this place and the coffee was great! Just right for a nice quiet evening with a book. Not much traffic noise so you can read in peace.

Vro ugodan kafić, iako je mali atmosfera je odlična, moderan jednostavni dizajn, kava nije loša a osoblje je ugodno, u ponudi imaju i kolače koji su kao domači, te se nalazi u mirno dijelu grada bez puno prometa (večina prometa su bicikli)

Leider ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr eingeschränkt. Und die Preise relativ hoch. Der Cappuccino hat meiner Erwartung nicht entsprochen, immerhin heißt der Laden „coffeecompany“.

Heerlijke koffie (had zelf vanille latte) en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Posto perfetto per la colazione, pausa caffè in pomeriggio e pure per lavorare in smart working (nonostante la musica ambiente sia leggermente alta per le chiamate). Ottimo servizio, sono stati gentile e veloce. Matcha con latte di mandorla delizioso.

I like coffee company spots in general because they are great to get some work done and they close at 7pm - later than average coffee places. Decent coffee (I usually order cappuccinos and lattes) a bit overpriced for the size Pastries are nothing special so I wouldn’t recommend to go for them.

Ik kom hier graag koffie drinken en werken, de mensen zijn top en zo eerlijk. Ben een keer mijn lader vergeten en ze hebben het 3 weken voor me bewaard omdat ik op reis was. Kleine tip: iets vaker langs de wc voor schoonmaak zou erg prettig zijn.

Wat een yuppenvolk.. kolere, de koffie was al niet top maar dat kakgelul van die gasten was echt axhterlijk... alle yuppen de Kinker uit!
