Coffee Plaza in Helmersbuurt

Not very friendly and rather unpleasant to be honest; there are other nicer places with more variety and better quality.

Very nice. Good muffin and hot chocolate.

It was pleasantly busy. The ladies were hospitable.

Gorgeous, tasty drinks. Strawberry matcha and golden milk. They use the best oatmilk, too (Oatly).

Yesterday, I had lunch with my daughter at A&M. The order took a very long time, over half an hour. After inquiring, it turned out they'd forgotten it. She apologized, and said she'd look into it. The drinks were supposed to be free. We waited another half hour. When lunch was served, the plate was practically thrown in my lap. The joy of having lunch together was already gone. I quickly devoured the food. I asked for the bill. The coffee was charged anyway, with the argument that it had arrived on time... Of course, I didn't pay, and I left feeling awful.
