It's always a good coffee at coffecompany. But the door is left wide open despite the weather being 13 degrees. Putting a "We're open" board next to the terrace and closing the door would make the experience much more pleasurable than sitting wearing a coat still.

The matcha they make here is delicious, and there's a very cool "library" atmosphere, although of course not completely silent: people bring their computers and tablets and work here.

Ugh, yuck, what terrible service. The guy saw me trying to order, didn't greet me, nothing. There was no one else there. He looked at me and went back to what he was doing. Then I was still waiting. I just walked away. Customer service is nowhere to be found here.

I like this location a lot, especially on the working from home days, I like to spend couple of hours together with other visitors who work and read too. However lately some of the stuff members became extremely rude and unfriendly, while some are just sweethearts. Please can you work on your customer service and train properly. They are not making favor by selling. I put three starts just because there are lots of great employees too.

A nice place to sit with your laptop. The coffee is delicious. A few spots are available on the patio. It's warm inside and a bit dingy (especially the restroom!).

Very nice location yet no big queue and the quality and range of food as good as anywhere else nearby.

Super unhelpful barista this morning on Saturday the 6th of July, I came to get some work done and the ambiance music was extremely loud and distracting. I asked the Barista if she could please turn down the music a bit as it was hard to work and she said it was always that loud and she wasn't able to do it. Miraculously once another colleague arrived the music was turned down like 70% quieter than before. She literally lied to my face. I won't be back.

Great place, they are very pro customer and customer friendly

The coffee here is really good, perfect even. But the opening hours are as inconsistent and unreliable as a compass above a magnet. This means that you often have to move to the coffee company further down the Kinkerstraat. If you don't have much time, it is better to go to the coffee company on the Kinker because it is always open at the times they indicate.

Great coffee shop with small terrace

This location is located in a fairly quiet area and has a cute interior - they are also always playing good music! Spaces outside are always full but they have a nice sort of patio area.

The location of the cafe is very nice. Employees are also really interested and very smiling. I really enjoyed their coffee and croissants. I will definitely come back next time I come to Amsterdam 🌸

Super friendly and always perfect coffee. And on a personal note - I suffer from a brain damage that makes it really difficult to handle loud music. The staff is so nice and considerate, always takes the volume down for me with a smile! It makes me feel really seen, thank you :)

Effies een koppie koffie en een klein stukkie bananenbrood. Toch wel leuk. Kan me nog herinneren. Vroeger was hier een spiegelwinkel. Bij mijn allereerste auto was spiegel gebroken van linker buitenspiegel. Eerst op sloop gekeken, niet te vinden. Toen maar hier spiegel gekocht. Op maat laten snijden en in de huls geplakt. Nog vele jaren met plezier in gereden (auto)/ gekeken (spiegel).

Wij drinken daar wel eens koffie, en prima hoor, maar bijna 5€ voor een cappuccino blijft een reden om niet vaak te gaan.

Coffee is good but not the best. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. A lot of people work here so it isn't noisy. The baristas are always nice and helpful.

Quiet, friendly, they have oatmilk! Not a lot of food mostly coffee. Hiljainen, ystävällinen ja heillä on kauramaitoa! Ei paljoa ruokavaihtoehtoja.

Poor experience. Unfriendly stuff. Waitress refused to close the entrance and backyard doors though it was cold inside and I asked for that. Strange to see this particular cafe inside Coffecompany chain, specially when compared to some others located in Zuid..

Decent matcha latte. What is worrying is that despite staying there for 3 hours, I haven't seen them clean the tables once after each customer, and during Covid-19.

If you like strong coffee try a big Cortado. It is a late with multiple shots of coffee and creamy milk. Delicious!
