Hash joint tar runs out, tastes toxic

This Boerejongens branch seems unknown....🤔 They do have the name "Amsterdam Genetics" as a logo, but have a totally different quality than Boerejongens in Amsterdam itself..⛔️👎 Ak47 tastes very different in Haarlem than in Amsterdam.. And the weed strains are sweeter in Amsterdam and better flushed..🤔

I came to pick up some hash on a lovely sunny day, Saturday, May 23rd. I asked the gentleman standing behind the counter something, but he reacted irritably and eventually threw the order onto the counter. “Great place”

First class bud tenders 💯 absolutely professional and polite and even recommended a place to go smoke nearby as they are takeaway only... But don't let that stop you from coming in and seeing everything they have on offer as the flower is some of the best I've had in Holland, I personally got biscotti x black cherry which was beautiful 💯🔥💨 definitely worth a visit for seasoned or first time smokers as they will have something for everyone and I'll definitely visit again when back in haarlem 😎

Mega cool shop and by far the best coffee shop in which I have been for over 27 years in the Netherlands!! Top prices, very good weed and by the way the best and strongest Block/Static/Rosin& Ice O Later Hash that I have smoked so far. But the biggest highlight of the store is the lovely lady behind the counter. Such a love and sweet lady and gave us a top advice. Just getting to know her and talking to her is worth a visit to this coffee shop!!!

I wanted some of the super silver hash. The tall dealer with the grey hair and beard opened the box and it was clearly two different qualities in the box. One light brown and crumbly and the other one black and sticky. I asked for the second one but he declined saying I will have to take from the old batch. Would i also be forced to buy the gruis weed next time I would visit because is older? I dont think so!! I am paying and is me who should be able to decide what I want exactly and not been forced to take what he wants to sell. In the end, if you still have to sell the old batch first, do not mix it with the new one. Is very simple! A bit more friendliness would also be appreciated. Such a shame as the same brand in Amsterdam is very friendly, helpful and many years now I can pick up the piece of hash or the specific bud I like without any problems! Photo update: Thanks for your quick response, I much appreciate that. I would return but unfortunately I just got home, just to also find out that the "block" used for me was just pressed leftover bits from earlier.

April 2026: small buds cali skittles is pretty good, for the price it's a bargain December 2023: most tropical weed I've smoked in ages. (FM) reminds me a bit of a holiday in Thailand. 5 for 4 is also very nice update April 2024: menu is suddenly less (choice) (edit) 5 for 4 is sometimes still available (but not always) 3 gram discount is gone very unfortunate! :-( update May 2025: pickup point with very expensive prices.,

First impression when we walked in, the music was absolutely fantastic (which we soon found out was personally selected by one of the staff members which was even better) the recommendations and service were honestly fantastic. Really excited to come back in, thanks for having us!

The Kush is highly recommended for only 5 euros, and the lemon buds are really top-notch, man.

Reliable product, and kind people behind the counter

Owners of this place must not be that smart... There Is a sign asking for reviews at the entrance, but the sale man (white hair and blue eyes) is completely rude. I don't use to review places badly, but I have never seen such a behaviour from a worker; he complained (in a childish way) about us taking too much time (3 minutes) for reading the menù, when it was still 20 minutes before closing time. Then he made a play pretending to close the place 15 before closing time, making other possible clients think the place was closed, just to make us think he was closing (when he was not). Moreover, for the whole time, this same person has been trying to make fun of us (the customers). I think that's enough to whoever read this. Cheers

I walked past the shop and saw a sign inside: Cali 50% off. Went in, but it turned out to be a lure, and I got a load of rubbish. I asked about Enemy of the State and was shown a container that desperately needed refilling. It wasn't refilled. A bit of a shame.

The best weed in town, top quality. CALI is also highly recommended. Very customer-friendly staff with a pleasant, humorous demeanor. They always make the visit pleasant and attentive.

They're the best coffeeshop in the area. All the staff are attentive, patient, and always recommend great products. The blonde girl is a sweetheart; I love talking to her. My only complaint is that smoking is no longer allowed inside. I understand it's the owners' rule, but I think it was wonderful to be able to sit there, have a coffee, and enjoy what you've bought. Plus, the atmosphere is always great. Don't hesitate to go and try it; you won't regret it. Greetings to all the staff, and thank you for treating us with so much love ❤️

Good shop, friendly staff, good quality for a fair price

Good selection and nice week BUT there is no place to smoke inside, so it's either take away or smoke standing on the street.

The renovation of this shop has been a complete fiasco, such a waste of what used to be a cozy gathering place. It's a shame the new owners made these choices. I won't be coming here very often anymore, which is a real shame because it was always a pleasant place to be.

I went here recently and had a fantastic experience. The employee, Daniel, was very helpful in guiding me through the various options I wanted, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them. I'll definitely be back!

First coffee shop from Haarlem Greengrocers 14.50 1g of Black Magic...it immediately struck me...a bright green with deep black tones, the taste is pungent and sweet like a big brand perfume, my rating from 1 to 10 is 9.5...I don't think I'll find any other quality like it...but I hope I'm wrong

I visited Greengrocers on a day trip to Haarlem on 3th of July and got a heartwarming welcome by Daniel. We not only got a competent guidance for the menu but also great advices of local spots for enjoying the rest of the day. The prices are really affordable and the quality can measure with any High Quality Coffeeshop I have seen in the last 10 years. This is a shop you should definitely visit if you are a gourmet. Various types and flavors at NORMAL prices. This is what sets them apart from the other shops in Haarlem.

Ugh, i hate to edit this review since i enjoyed this shop for so long, but i really should, because things have changed a lot more than expected since the initial rebrand & not in the right direction, so my old review no longer applies.. Quality has been going down while prices have been going up.. I'm honestly thinking about changing to a different coffeeshop. Wich is a real shame as i loved visiting this place for almost 10 years... A few months after the rebrand to "The Greengrocers" they have become part of a franchise ("Amsterdam Genetics", while keeping the "Greengrocers" name) and since then: - The quality of the weed has gone down (several times now since the latest changes i've received deep dark green/near black stuff, like it's bordering on rotting & i can taste the difference... on top of that even though they sell the same stuff its all listed with lower THC values now??) - There are more/bigger branches in my purchases, i certainly don't expect them to remove all of those (no shop does) but its noticeable that i end up with much more "not smokable stuff" than i did a year ago. Effectively raising the price covertly. - The prices have gone up in general (per gram but also less discount for getting 5 grams) while i really don't see why (my best guess is the 'parent company' wants a cut, which would make sense but doesn't mean i'm happy about it) - They no longer have any seating and have lost any sense of identity they had, its looks cold and sterile and meh. Im sure some people like this but i'm not one of them, especially when there are already several shops of this franchise looking the exact same. 3 out of 5 stars, "with pain in my hearth" & honestly a bit surprised at how they 'fell' in only a few months... It seems like it has become a bit of a tourist trap now... Considering what i said at the end of my initial review, its "lesser times" now instead of "higher times".. ☹️ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 5 star review from a few months ago: - - - Been coming to this shop for a few years, always happy with my purchases & the friendly staff. They rebuilt the interior and started a new menu about a month ago and i have had zero complaints, looks nice and while the menu is fairly different it's still great. In the last few weeks since the interior change they've: - Started expanding the new menu - Switched from pre-weighed (which was always fine) to weighing it in front of you (which i guess most people prefer) - Started "teasing" a name & logo change Overall still possibly the best shop in Haarlem, highly recommended, wondering if the new name will be "higher times" 👍

Today my 1st visit to Coffeeshop The Greengrocers. Biked and walked by at least a few hundred times. Shop is newly redone and looks amazing. As if ya walk into an American dispensery. Chill guy behind the counter, allways a plus. Took his time to show me the different buds.The greens look amazing. Took home some Purple Punch (Indica) and Mac (hybrid). Prices are fair, would almost say low but hey I am Dutch. But most important how does the weed taste. the Purple Punch is full of flavor, sweet with a little spice. Nice high, ya get stuff done, and vibe on music. The Mac is a sneaky one. Also tasty, and much flavor. The sneaky part is it hits slow. It creeps up on ya. All of sudden ya feel high asf. So if ya smoke buds and ya in Haarlem, hit them up

This is, by far, the most profesh and friendly bud tender in Haarlem. Great menu, honest advice and a welcoming vibe. 10/10 will come back soon-ish

Good selection with a lot of quality! Nice employee, but unfortunately wrong advice. We bought the Weedy Wonderland Strawberry because they were offered as vegan. Unfortunately, these contain beeswax and gelatin. Unfortunately I ate it and then read the ingredient list. Unfortunately it does not work. Otherwise great!
