The food was tasty. However, the food was cold when it arrived. A real shame.

We ordered two hamburgers, the Ranch Burger and the Original Burger. Incredibly tasty and the price-quality ratio is perfect. We were satisfied! Naturally, we would love to come back here.

⚠️CAUTION: Ordered a couple of times from them. This time I ordered the meatballs with pasta for the first time - and I received 3 meatballs for 17.5 EUR. After I called the restaurant they said, in an annoyed undertone, this was normal. Last time I’m ordering from them⚠️

Super service, very tasty ribs and super tasty fries that make you completely forget about the forgotten mayonnaise. Top notch! Highly recommended to order via their own website as well!

Long hair in spareribs 🤮🤮 Ordered more often. Normally quite satisfied, but recently received spare ribs that had a long hair in the marinade. Then your appetite will be gone. Except that the ribs then contained a lot of fat and virtually no meat. It's a shame that feedback is not responded to. Hence this review.

Normally always satisfied, but this time the paid-for drinks were not delivered. Subsequently, we tried to call at least 6 times; the phone rings a different number of times each time before being sent to voicemail. Sometimes much faster than other times, so we get the impression that we were simply being pushed away. We left voicemails since we did pay for the drinks. However, there is no contact... Very disappointing and poor service. A shame.

Deliciously tender spareribs. A bit pricey, but worth it for the delicious food!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Crib. The food was subpar; there were black hairs in the bread. But that's not the worst part, as far as I'm concerned. The worst part, I think, is that the manager said he would contact me and didn't. That's why I'm writing this review now. Things can always go wrong, and I understand that, but problems are there to be solved. If you promise to do that and then don't, and you fool people, you get what you deserve.

Ordered a hamburger at Crib The CARNAL classic prime beef Well, what a disgrace. The bun itself was completely charred black, and after two bites of my burger, there was a black hair in it. (I am white-blonde) I wasn't happy about that, but okay, it can happen. But here's the kicker: two bites later, another hair in my mouth. That was the last straw for me. I almost threw up. I contacted the place. The guy on the phone was professional and willing to help, but couldn't do anything; he had to contact the boss. So he did. 10 minutes later, the guy called again. He said the boss would contact me. Unfortunately, I never heard anything from the boss. Very professional of the boss, I tell you. I don't consider you a man in my eyes then. Surely you can just speak to me? If you run a business, these things are part of the deal, believe me. I would rather not have received two hairs and a black, burnt bun (so inedible) for €50 either. 1 burger with sweet potato fries (the fries were also just a big ball stuck together, but oh well) a chicken burger menu Also with a black, burnt bun, but miraculously no hairs. Hooray! But fine, keep it up, I'd say. Normally I wouldn't write such a long review with such a bad rating, but partly because the boss didn't let me know anything, I am doing it this time! Everyone can make mistakes, we are all Human, but not acknowledging your mistakes is a very Other story; a little self-reflection wouldn't hurt.

These people cannot even make a simple delivery. They claim that I didn't answer my door, yet they dropped my order off at "a cafe in my area." No address. No name. Just "a cafe in my area." That is ridiculous considering my address is not a cafe in my area. If you cannot deliver to someone's address then you take the food back to your store or contact the person's phone number. This place is a waste of time and probably is not that good anyway.

Ordered food. A polite lady answered the phone. She said it would take 30-40 minutes. After an hour and a half, she called nine more times. Then the same lady said the driver was on his way. After half an hour, she called again (16 times), and we were called back to say the printer had jammed in the kitchen. She apologized, but didn't explain exactly what it was. Late delivery or lying about the delivery. A missed opportunity. Never again.

Spareribs are way too expensive. €30 for a tiny bit of meat. 330 grams (including bone), 7 bones with barely any meat on them. The flavor is also far too bland, not really a good marinated taste, and the "hot" spareribs didn't taste spicy at all. The coleslaw was also nothing special. There was a lot of liquid and a lot of cabbage. The fries were tasty and crispy. What we found most disappointing was the price-to-quantity ratio. Two small pieces of ribs, fries, and a very small bowl of coleslaw, without sauce, for €60. Last week we ate at a terrace and paid €21 for spareribs. That was three pieces, including fries, much more, and a delicious salad, and even came with three sauces.

What a night! As visitors to the Risenation at the MECC we were looking for a place to eat. We found this restaurant on Maps, which actually only offers delivery service. We did not know this yet, but we were warmly welcomed and made it possible to eat on site. Thank you very much to all the people there. It was a special, warm evening with you! Thank you! Food was great! Greetings from Germany! 🫶

Had a blast. Waiters are very nice and in a good mood which is very important for a good customer service. The food is just wonderful and if you like bachata and so on you should go. I’ll go again.

Super delicious burger. Real meat, nicely seasoned and sauce. Excellent.

Very attentive and kind service. But the burger is not great, the meat is too salty and cooked too much. The cheese is not fully melted and is of bad quality. Lastly, the cucumbers are not a great addition to the burger. Disappointing for 12,5 €. In addition, the burger does not come with fries, which is a bit odd for the price...

Great take-out experience. Came with all the necessities, such as cutlery, napkins and gloves (??). The burgers were nice, though a little too big to eat sometimes. Fries were great and so were the desserts!

We ordered a falafel burger menu and a cheeseburger menu. Both were delicious! Friendly staff and delicious food, worth repeating.

Had delicious whole chicken and spareribs. As described, it falls right off the bone. Would definitely order again!

Not sure how you can call yourself 'Crib' when the ribs are overdone and not tender at all. They tasted very 'meaty', the marinade didn't marinade the meat at all and was most likely burned off due to cooking for too long. The 'crispy chicken burger' was super dry. The fries and onion rings were ok. Paying 1€ for half a small cup of truffle mayonaise is also a tad overpriced. To top it all off the delivery driver couldnt seem to read an address or use google maps and had to be instructed how to get to our house which isn't hard to find. What a waste of 40+ Euros.

This burger was amazing, juicy and super tender. The perfect way of how a burger should be!! Thanks for this amazing meal!! Really would recommand it to everybody that want to have a quick tasty meal.

The ribs at CRIB Maastricht are wonderfully tender! You can taste that the meat is of above-average quality and that a lot of work has gone into its preparation. Highly recommended!!

Today I bought spare ribs 5 times for self-collection for 122 euros. Spare ribs cold, I don't think they've ever seen the BBQ. But what I find even worse is that they don't care about keeping their distance, terrible! !
