McDonald's in Wijk 00 Centrum

When I ordered my meal I saw that the boss was very harsh with the employees, a young employee (girl) dropped a customer's drink and the boss started to be very angry and the girl was very scared another time that same day, the boss yelled at the girls who were working I swear it's not normal in any case you receive your order quickly.

I bought two combos and they didn't put the potatoes in me. pay for two combos that Deception.

Just a good place, luckily not as busy as in the middle of the city

Thanks to the evening team on Tuesday, November 25th, who helped my wife and baby that evening. They were super friendly. The food was good and clean. A good McDonald's.

I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations all over the Netherlands, and unfortunately I always encountered slow service and not-so-good food. Here, the service is fast and friendly. The place is clean. I will definitely come back. Thank you very much. I recommend it!

Neat McDonald's, clean toilet and good coffee.

Rude, non-Dutch staff, slams the order on the table, doesn't greet you back, crumpled napkins, drinks without straws or lids. Food as usual from McDonald's, good.

The staff are friendly and polite. The place could be cleaner, though. The biggest issue is the noise, it’s so loud that there’s no peace to enjoy your meal !

The worst McDonald's in existence. Disgusting food — we couldn't even finish the burger. The ventilation is awful — after just 5 minutes inside, we were completely soaked in the smell (and it wasn’t just a smell, it was a stench). Took two washes to get it out of our clothes. Power outlets didn’t work, and since they’re located right next to the train station, that’s just unacceptable. But the worst part — a severe case of food poisoning that still hasn't gone away after a week. Avoid this place at all costs.

Be careful. Today a beggar stole my cell phone at this establishment. The employees refused to help me. The manager not only refused to help, but also insinuated I was lying and even searched my wallet. They didn't help me call the police or give me access to the cameras... in the end, the police came and they had to hand over the footage. Don't go there. The manager said it was my problem, not his, and that no one here was going to help me. That I was to blame for being robbed.

Sometimes and only sometimes I can see someone half heartedly slapped my burger together hahah I mean a burger is supposed to be stacked in top of one another and not next to one another, but for the other times, the majority, well done, I love how it's almost always timed perfectly to have it fresh and not just a burger that was waiting for me, the atmosphere is pretty cool, seems a lot of people come to chill here, and the staff, extremely helpful, even when presented with some difficult situations, and even when spoken to in a different language, Ik spreek goed Nederlands, maar voor dit bezoek wilde ik het bij Engels houden. Well done to the team there, just maybe sometimes don't just slap my burger together like that ;-), I and many others, appreciate it when it looks good, when it comes to a place like this always remeber, people eat with their eyes first before eating it with their mouths.

Yea I got like 5 meals for all of us at this McDonald's 🥂 I asked for something Gluten Free and the young dude behind the counter didn’t know what that meant, but he was quick to ask the supervisor. The supervisor emerged from the back, wearing McDonald's suit. He confronted me and I told him what I wanted. He told me they have ONE hamburger as Gluten Free, the cost is the same. I took it. When the hamburger arrived, it was just the flat DRY buns and the stake that tasted like it was from the last century. Hahaha, horrendous, I still downed it thou ✌🏻😃 I have been in better McDonald's Restaurants, but this one is still supplying people with food, so, no complaints there 😁

The food itself wasn't bad but it was a mess. The toilets were filthy, the service was fast but there were a lot of things missing or not as ordered. No mobile reception inside and the wifi didn't work well. To send my order that I had made via the app I had to go outside.

We had an order delivered from the MUMC+ with a group of colleagues. Forgot to deliver 1 mcFlurry. When contacted by telephone, it was stated that subsequent delivery never takes place. I just had to send an email to Thuisbezorgd to get the money back. Outrageous service. Due to an error on their part, I have to take action myself???

We ordered the wrong food and the manager was so kind to replace it even though we made the mistake. Thanks!

This McDonald's is a nice, quick stop in the cozy Wyck neighborhood of Maastricht. It's a typical McDonald's, with the familiar menus and fast service you expect. Nice people, good burgers (especially the gluten-free ones with only bread, meat ketchup), fries are variable but usually not bad (compared to McDonalds in Belgian Limburg, even if you want fries you actually have to go to a real chip shop), you can You can also work here with a snack if you want, there are several sockets available in corners where you can work comfortably, but don't do this during the lunch break because then it is busy

Food is like every other McDonald's. But the seating area is very calm and comfortable. Not too crowded. The best part is that they have free washrooms for all the guests or just visitors.

Very dangerous stairs, if they are wet you will tumble down them because of the grease on the floor, they will NEVER look like that to me again

This McDonald's is the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Very clean, friendly staff and the fries are cooked perfectly! The restaurant looks cozy and really gives an American Diner vibe.

Okay, yes, great McDonald's actually. The interior looks different from most McDonald's I've been to, especially in the beginning where you have to wait for your food. Nice and pleasant places where you can wait for your food, you don't have to stand or hang at the desk. The food was ready quickly and the temperature was good. Toilet has a long staircase down. I think the kiosk is worthless. They are almost on the tables of the people who are eating there. In addition, they are in such a bad position that you have to stand half in the aisle to see where someone is ready so you can steal from them, very illogically arranged!

Good location with McCafe, without McDrive. Everything was well organized here and the staff was very friendly.

Its the best MCDONALD'S i have ever seen. The food got to our table in no time the employees were super nice and helpfull and the toilets are super clean. I definetly recommend going to this MCDONALD'S than going to another shop. 10/10!!! The seats are perfect and we could comunicate with the employees with out any problems eventhough we are from another country.

Absolutely disappointed. I was harassed by three teenage boys on 17 May from 16:00. I work for Thuisbesorgt and this is unacceptable as I was in duty just trying to do my job. They would not leave me alone for over an hour. This is unacceptable that the youth do not get disciplined or banned from the restaurant.

I only had a milkshake, I was surprised to find certain flavors that I had only tasted in England and still not in France...

Another establishment that refuses to answer calls or make deliveries when it is ONE WHOLE HOUR before they close. I can understand if I were to attempt it 10 minutes prior to closing but an hour is more than enough time to take my order/answer my call. Lazy people who should have gotten an education if they dont like doing the job that they were clearly assigned

Honestly the only reason I would give a star down was of the modern look, this isn't for specific this McDonald's but the modernization of all of em. I loved the old style look. The staff here is very friendly and always up for a small chat (except when really busy). The atmosphere gives a restaurant vibe even though it's still fast food which is a nice touch. And lastly for the food I always order the same and it's never wrong, cold, or just plain wrong. The food is nice and tastes amazing and I can't wait to go back next week

Mooie zaak met leuke ligging. Alleen milkshake was een afknapper. Veel te dik dus amper te drinken. Chocolade smaak was ver te zoeken. En in doosje Mc Nuggets 6 bleken er bij thuiskomst maar 4 in te zitten. Dat moet je blijkbaar ook al checken terplaatse. Jammer.

Ik ging gisteravond met wat vrienden naar de stad en we besloten nog even bij de McDonald’s een dessert te gaan halen, het begon er al mee dat ik geen bon kreeg van de paal waar je zelf kan bestellen, vervolgens kreeg ik mijn mcflurry na minstens 15 min wachten, hij was maar half vol en toen ik een medewerker hierop attendeerde werd er gezegd dat ik pech had omdat het erg druk was, ik ben hier niet van gediend want ik betaal er wel voor, ik weet niet of ik hier nog eens zal terugkomen

This is pretty much your generic McDonalds experience, and that's not a bad thing. Assuming you like the food offered and the price point, this restaurant will be good. Order time will vary between 2-10 minutes depending on staff but overall your food will get to you quickly. Food quality is good and you should have no problems enjoying your meal, assuming you like the flavor profile.

Very lovely quaint McDonalds, seems to never be crowded, and has a pretty big and clean toilet. Location is brilliant right in the city centre within walking distance to the train/intl bus station and most shops. Staff are really friendly too, and of course the food is the best :)
