I never expected to have a quasi-religious experience in a McDonald’s. I saw a girl working there, clearly miserable. I immediately felt immense pity for her: this is not the life she had imagined. I realized that I only felt this because she was prettier than the average McDonald’s employee. The other employees all looked extremely defeated too, I noticed afterwards. I see a man taking an order, and he looks at the customer as if he hates him. Of course he hates him: he hates every customer who keeps this place running. While I myself am overwhelmed by melancholy and pity, deafeningly miserable pop music is playing. The song is apparently called Fingers Crossed. When the whining vocals reach the chorus, I am so sensorially overstimulated that I enter a kind of ecstasy. Everything inside me screams: this is inhumane! No one deserves to be here. I hope the employees find a way to escape from this.

I had a very pleasant morning coffee here. The spacious dining room means there's no need to move around, and customers don't bother each other. The food is just like any other McDonald's.

Refusal of toilet access for people with a medical condition

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff member who served me was extremely disrespectful and dismissive from the beginning. The way he looked at me and spoke to me made me feel completely unwelcome, especially when I saw other customers being treated much better. I asked for something simple and got attitude instead of basic customer service. Honestly, the interaction felt discriminatory and humiliating. No customer should feel looked down on or ignored like that. On top of that, the toilets were not even open and the restaurant itself felt dirty and badly managed. The atmosphere was chaotic, uncomfortable, and negative. The food was rushed and low quality too. Management seriously needs to investigate the behavior of their staff and improve the way customers are treated, because this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.

Just ordered the Coke here, and it has no flavor! €3.40 for a 0.25 ml bottle with a lot of ice! Outrageous! The burgers aren't hot, a little warm, but...

Evening visit. The food was fine overall, but the service felt disorganized — the kitchen workflow seemed chaotic, and the order took longer than it should. Also, some basic extras were missing from the order (napkins/sauces/utensils), so I had to ask again. Not a terrible experience, just not smooth. With better coordination, this could easily be a 4–5★ place.

Everything was quick and good. I ordered instore to take away, took me around 10 min to wait. I missed a bit of more vegetables in my salad, though, that's why 4 starts out of 5 for food.

When I ordered my meal I saw that the boss was very harsh with the employees, a young employee (girl) dropped a customer's drink and the boss started to be very angry and the girl was very scared another time that same day, the boss yelled at the girls who were working I swear it's not normal in any case you receive your order quickly.

The worst McDonald's in existence. Disgusting food — we couldn't even finish the burger. The ventilation is awful — after just 5 minutes inside, we were completely soaked in the smell (and it wasn’t just a smell, it was a stench). Took two washes to get it out of our clothes. Power outlets didn’t work, and since they’re located right next to the train station, that’s just unacceptable. But the worst part — a severe case of food poisoning that still hasn't gone away after a week. Avoid this place at all costs.

Be careful. Today a beggar stole my cell phone at this establishment. The employees refused to help me. The manager not only refused to help, but also insinuated I was lying and even searched my wallet. They didn't help me call the police or give me access to the cameras... in the end, the police came and they had to hand over the footage. Don't go there. The manager said it was my problem, not his, and that no one here was going to help me. That I was to blame for being robbed.

Sometimes and only sometimes I can see someone half heartedly slapped my burger together hahah I mean a burger is supposed to be stacked in top of one another and not next to one another, but for the other times, the majority, well done, I love how it's almost always timed perfectly to have it fresh and not just a burger that was waiting for me, the atmosphere is pretty cool, seems a lot of people come to chill here, and the staff, extremely helpful, even when presented with some difficult situations, and even when spoken to in a different language, Ik spreek goed Nederlands, maar voor dit bezoek wilde ik het bij Engels houden. Well done to the team there, just maybe sometimes don't just slap my burger together like that ;-), I and many others, appreciate it when it looks good, when it comes to a place like this always remeber, people eat with their eyes first before eating it with their mouths.

Yea I got like 5 meals for all of us at this McDonald's 🥂 I asked for something Gluten Free and the young dude behind the counter didn’t know what that meant, but he was quick to ask the supervisor. The supervisor emerged from the back, wearing McDonald's suit. He confronted me and I told him what I wanted. He told me they have ONE hamburger as Gluten Free, the cost is the same. I took it. When the hamburger arrived, it was just the flat DRY buns and the stake that tasted like it was from the last century. Hahaha, horrendous, I still downed it thou ✌🏻😃 I have been in better McDonald's Restaurants, but this one is still supplying people with food, so, no complaints there 😁

The food itself wasn't bad but it was a mess. The toilets were filthy, the service was fast but there were a lot of things missing or not as ordered. No mobile reception inside and the wifi didn't work well. To send my order that I had made via the app I had to go outside.

We had an order delivered from the MUMC+ with a group of colleagues. Forgot to deliver 1 mcFlurry. When contacted by telephone, it was stated that subsequent delivery never takes place. I just had to send an email to Thuisbezorgd to get the money back. Outrageous service. Due to an error on their part, I have to take action myself???

This McDonald's is a nice, quick stop in the cozy Wyck neighborhood of Maastricht. It's a typical McDonald's, with the familiar menus and fast service you expect. The location is convenient, close to the station, so ideal for travelers or for a break during a day of exploring Maastricht. The interior is modern and comfortable, and although it is a quick eatery, it has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. What I especially liked is the location in Wyck, a neighborhood known for its unique charm and cozy atmosphere. After your meal you can take a nice walk through the picturesque streets of the neighborhood. The service was fast and friendly, and the dining area was clean and well maintained. The only downside may have been the crowds at peak times, but that's to be expected in such a popular location. All in all, it's a reliable choice for a quick and easy meal in a pleasant environment. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a McDonald's in Maastricht!

Nice people, good burgers (especially the gluten-free ones with only bread, meat ketchup), fries are variable but usually not bad (compared to McDonalds in Belgian Limburg, even if you want fries you actually have to go to a real chip shop), you can You can also work here with a snack if you want, there are several sockets available in corners where you can work comfortably, but don't do this during the lunch break because then it is busy

Food is like every other McDonald's. But the seating area is very calm and comfortable. Not too crowded. The best part is that they have free washrooms for all the guests or just visitors.

Okay, yes, great McDonald's actually. The interior looks different from most McDonald's I've been to, especially in the beginning where you have to wait for your food. Nice and pleasant places where you can wait for your food, you don't have to stand or hang at the desk. The food was ready quickly and the temperature was good. Toilet has a long staircase down. I think the kiosk is worthless. They are almost on the tables of the people who are eating there. In addition, they are in such a bad position that you have to stand half in the aisle to see where someone is ready so you can steal from them, very illogically arranged!

Its the best MCDONALD'S i have ever seen. The food got to our table in no time the employees were super nice and helpfull and the toilets are super clean. I definetly recommend going to this MCDONALD'S than going to another shop. 10/10!!! Absolutely disappointed. I was harassed by three teenage boys on 17 May from 16:00. I work for Thuisbesorgt and this is unacceptable as I was in duty just trying to do my job. They would not leave me alone for over an hour. This is unacceptable that the youth do not get disciplined or banned from the restaurant.

Another establishment that refuses to answer calls or make deliveries when it is ONE WHOLE HOUR before they close. I can understand if I were to attempt it 10 minutes prior to closing but an hour is more than enough time to take my order/answer my call.
