Great brunch today! 49er for a big meal and bottomless cocktails. Great service also. Would recommend!

I ate delicious Czech goulash at a Caribbean restaurant in Amsterdam. In order: I came here based on reviews from Google maps, I liked the atmosphere inside, the waiter immediately approached me (fair-haired, fair-faced, tall with long hair - she described in detail, because I really liked the service). He helped me choose a dish that I was delighted with (Papperpot - stewed beef exactly like Czech goulash, which I thought I wouldn’t eat soon), and later he also helped me choose a cocktail based on my preferences (rum punch is somewhat similar to Mai Tai). But there are too many spices in rice in my opinion. Hot dishes within 25€ The music is not loud. The place is small, but since it was not crowded, I felt comfortable. You can only sit on the veranda with drinks. I would love to return. P.S. I don’t understand why people leave comments about a cafe and a hairdresser in one place - this is strange + the rating may not be reliable (for example, people write bad things about a haircut, while others will not go to a cafe because of the low rating)

Never had such bad service in my life they don’t check up on you at all they leave for Minutes and just keep you waiting ?? Like get a grip

Haircuts are on the higher end (48 euros) but the barbers know what they’re doing! The food and the atmosphere overall was great. There was a live DJ and our waiter was very attentive.

Tried their bottomless brunch on a Saturday and really enjoyed myself. Food was fantastic and customer service was welcoming, helpful and professional. DJ was also playing good music. I will definitely be returning!

Cut Throat Restaurant’s bottomless brunch is an absolute must-try! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was top-notch. We indulged in the jerk chicken and the chicken and waffles—both were phenomenal! The jerk chicken was packed with bold, smoky flavors and had just the right amount of spice. The chicken and waffles were the perfect balance of crispy, juicy, and sweet, making each bite irresistible. The bottomless drinks kept flowing, and the staff made sure we were always taken care of. If you’re looking for a fantastic brunch spot with delicious food and great vibes, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

What a treat if you’re looking for something different. Very good food, good cocktails and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Loved having a date night here but also nice for groups!

Food was great, very vibey avenue and the servers were kind and helpful. We went there for a bottomless brunch, and the cocktails were very, very nice. Overall quality is great, will come here again!

Long story short don't go to cut throat if you're black. OR unless they can ensure that the person cutting your hair is black. The man who cut my hair was kind didn't know how to cut black hair. I'm nursing a serious case of bumps as a result. I won't be going back. Wish them the best

Cut Throat- and Ed’s Caribbean street food is a Barbers and restaurant. I’ve been many times in my food experiences and decided to revisit after being away for some time . I went with a friend on Saturday 15 February. I made a reservation and got a spot . Food was on point as usual I had Spare ribs that just fell apart from the bone -Scented rice and salad . My friend have vegetarian curry . We also have chips which were seasoned with some great flavours and a nice dip . To say we had an amazing time . Live dj playing R&B mixes and mash ups set the tone for the evening. Think we were the last to leave oh and they serve the Jamaican original Ginger beer works well with the food .

Cut Throat Amsterdam is a unique establishment combining a traditional barbershop with a modern restaurant and bar, located in the very center of Amsterdam, near the Stock Exchange. The cuisine on offer is mainly inspired by Caribbean flavors, with dishes such as Jerk Chicken, Chicken Waffles and Spare Ribs. The spices used are really special and delicious. In addition to the restaurant, Cut Throat is renowned for its cocktails that I was unable to try and its warm atmosphere with a DJ and very friendly staff. The establishment also offers an all-you-can-eat brunch. The prices are very attractive considering the location of this place. Remember to book before going because the establishment is not very large.

We had a reservation for two for a bottomless brunch (1,5 hour unlimited cocktails/drinks and a main course). When we entered the place the music was way too loud to talk with the person on the other side of the table. They gave us a table but my partner preferred to sit at the bar, which the bartender was not very happy with but he accepted the choice. After 15 minutes they still didn’t ask us what we’d like to drink, even though we tried reaching out to order. In our opinion this is terrible service, so we left. We paid 10 euros deposit for the reservation, but are very happy we didn’t pay the other 90 euros for this shitty place. Also definitely feels like a tourist trap. Not completely related, but definitely important: Tourists go home.

Weird behaviour. I asked them if the even of Inner Circle you can see in pic is open to everyone, and they said that they already told to my brother that it was open to everyone. When I told them then I don't have a brother, they blocked me and plus I had a very strange backlash.

Vinimos aquí para un brunch sin fondo fue muy divertido, la comida era muy sabrosa y un tamaño decente, buenas opciones vegetarianas. Las bebidas sin fondo estaban fluyendo y el personal era amable y hablador. Creo que tuvimos un poco de confusión y nuestro depósito no se retiró de la factura, pero rápidamente se rectificó y no es un problema.

The food here is amazing. I've been here 4 times for brunch. The seating situation can be uncomfortable as some of the tables are small and some of the chairs are tiny. The bottomless brunch is awesome but for a la carte it loses its value some. The staff is great but the service seems to be hit or miss lately.

Great barbershop. My regular barber Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience. It is always a blast going to cut my hair. The entire team is always friendly, and are having fun while doing their job.

It’s rare to find Jamaican food in NL so I was pleased to discover this restaurant, centrally located at Beursplein. The interior is small and colourful with a laidback vibe. My friend enjoyed the pepper pot for dinner and I ordered the jerk chicken. Eating jerk chicken in Jamaica would set your mouth on fire so the restaurant tones down the spice nicely, without eliminating it altogether. The result was a generous serving of very tender and juicy chicken in a flavourful jerk sauce that still had some bite to it. While is typical to drink beer with this meal, we opted for Piscos, which were well balanced and delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would definitely return.

Evita pagar 49 euros por el brunch sin fondo, derroche de dinero. No puede faltar la comida, pero el servicio era pobre. 9 de nosotros reservamos para el brunch sin fondo, entendemos que éramos un grupo grande, pero cuando le pedimos a la camarera para las bebidas ella desaparecería y no sacarlos, teniendo en cuenta que tenemos un espacio de 90 minutos y “bebidas ilimitadas” me tomé 2 bebidas alcohólicas porque el servicio era extremadamente lento y no nos proporcionaron las bebidas cuando se pidió. A la hora de pagar, se esperaba que pagáramos 400 euros en una transacción que era demasiado para uno de nosotros para pagar, uno de los hombres fue realmente grosero respondiendo a mi amigo, no nos dejaron pagar individualmente así que tuvo que pagar en grupos de 3 , lo que significaba que alguien pagó más a pesar de que cada uno pagó 5 euros de depósito de antemano. Tenga en cuenta que hay cargos adicionales por mayo, aunque yo y otras 3 personas tuvimos la misma comida y solo yo recibí la mayonesa, pero el personal respondió: “no todas las comidas incluyen mayonesa”? A pesar de que algunos de nosotros tenemos lo mismo. Muy decepcionado. Definitivamente no recomendaría el brunch sin fondo, sin relación calidad-precio.

Food was so good and nicely seasoned. It’s located at an amazing place it’s very central and easy to find. Staff was nice and the vibe that was there was also very nice.

Did a hair cut here, was very simple and not that clean, 52 euros.

If I pay €8,- for cassave fries, I expect a full(er) bowl. Compared to the sweet potato fries and the fries with creole mayo..the cassave fries were a joke.

I'm from Lousiana, so I'm finding good food while Amsterdam was challenging. We tried this spot on Wednesday, our last day. The vibe was nice, and the service was great. What made my experience rememberable was the cook. She came out, asked questions, made suggestions, and even let me sample the stewed beef. She even checked back on us after we were done to see if I ate all my food. She made us feel like visitors in her home. This was such a great little spot. Highly recommend!!!!!

Delicious food here. The food was very tasty! We were with 4 friends and we had the Pepperpot, the Spareribs, the Chicken and waffles, the Jerk Hash and everyone enjoyed it. Everything was very tasty, the spareribs were very well seasoned and the meat was so tender that it fell off the bone. The sauces with the dishes were also very tasty, especially the spicy mango salsa! We were able to speak to the chef, a very friendly, funny lady who, like us, is of Surinamese descent. She knows what she is talking about and knows about Caribbean food!! Thanks Eudia for the nice chat! The service was also very friendly! Tip: replace the chairs, the backrests are too low, making them not very comfortable. We will definitely come back again and definitely recommend Cut Throat.

Atmosphere is nice, but execution less so.. Came to have a bottomless brunch We were welcomed as if we were not guests. We were put in a shitty corner and we just had to figure it out. It took 10 minutes before we could order our first drink. Furthermore, we received no explanation at all about how everything works. We just had to hope that it got through that we came for the bottomless brunch. However, the food was very tasty, nothing to complain about. The whole experience became a lot less when a DJ started playing and the box was hanging above my head. We then had about half an hour to order drinks, but we really had to wait fifteen minutes before we could finally order something again. It is a great pity that the service is so slow and inattentive, especially because you are on a time limit. We were really looking forward to this, but it did not meet our expectations.

Genuinely one of the best places in the city. The staff is incredibly attentive, helpful and fun. They make you feel welcome and do everything they can to make your visit the best, even during rush hour, even when the entire place is fully booked. The food and cocktails are delicious, with great vegan/vegetarian options. Have been here countless of times for both special occasions (ie celebrate a birthday) and just casual drinks/dinner (as well as fab parties), so I can confidently say their great service and delicious food & drinks weren't an one-off.

Doesn’t seem the best place for dinner. Our reservation was at 8pm and they were already sold out on 5 dishes “because the kitchen closes at 20.30”. Don’t do dinner if you can’t serve it. We were the only table left at around 10pm, thought there would be more of a vibe! Cool venue and good food though.

We have celebrated our sister’s birthday here, this place is really a vibe with good music. The food was exquisite, very flavourful. The cocktails and mimosas where REALLY hitting the spot, the chef and kitchen staff even brought the food themselves. We are definitely coming back to this place, the staff was also very nice!

Recently dined here as of 08/01/24. Thibaut was very thorough with explaining the different menu options. Everything was fresh and came out quickly. Would highly recommend this restaurant to others who are craving Caribbean food.

Yesterday we were able to have a private comedy night for our entire team of 30 girls at Cutthroat Beursplein. Everyone enjoyed it so much, everything was organized perfectly! We laughed so much, ate delicious food, had unlimited drinks, and all of that was served to us all evening without disrupting the comedy show for a moment. Thank you for this wonderful evening! Absolutely adore the concept here especially with the in-house DJ! The service was great and fast that we got our food in about 10min, we ordered their vegan dishes that include Vegan chicken & waffles, Vegan burger bites and Vegan Katsu Curry and honestly they were all a 10/10 so worth the price and the portions were more than filling! For a hot day i recommend trying their pineapple juice as it was the perfect combination with the food 🍍

I paid 50 euros for the deluxe clean shave and the result was absolutely horrible. After having my eyes closed for about 40 minutes while the scrub, shaving and towels was going on I was sent out of the barber shop only to see that the barber had missed big parts of my face. I had long beard and hairs around my lips and patches on the side of my face. I’m shocked how this is even possible! He has spent 40 minutes working on my face and wasn’t able to shave my entire face. He must be blind or high to not do a better job. I had to go to a grocery shop and buy a razor blade in order to shave what the barber had missed and clean up the mess he made. What a waste of my time and money. I will never ever go back and I highly recommend you to stay away. It doesn’t get worse than this.

Specifically told the waiter I could not handle spicy food, but the food I got was super, super, spicy (they didn’t specify that on the menu and the waiter said it was fine). I know caribbean food is usually spicy, but there were other options on the menu that he could have suggested (my friend got the chicken and waffles and they were fine). Such a bad experience ):
