The food at this restaurant is delicious. I tried their grilled food and the word "good" doesn't do it justice, along with a great appetizer. 👌👌👌 It's amazing, you have to try it. Thank you to the supervisors.

A delicious and lovely Arabic restaurant... They only need shisha, but their service is very friendly, and it's a family restaurant.

We had one of our best lebanese food in Amsterdam. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, the staff is friendly, but the cherry on the cake is the delicious lebanese food. We will come back here on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Cozy charming restaurant with delicious authentic Lebanese food and very kind and friendly staff. Everytime we are in A’dam this is the preferred place to have decent freshly made food and enjoy the music in the background. Highly recommended.

The prices are generally high, considering the location. We paid €63 for two people, including appetizers, bread, a mixed grill, and drinks. The appetizers were tasty, but there wasn't much variety and they were served on small plates. The mixed grill was delicious, and the potatoes were great, but the salad was completely stale. Unfortunately, the salad was simply awful. Other than that, everything else was delicious. The restaurant isn't very big. I don't think I'll go back.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The prices were very high in relation to the very small portions. The taste of the food also didn't impress us. For us, the price-quality ratio is not right. Too bad, we expected more.

Babaganous was fantastic, delicious! Kebab was also tasty, but the portions were small. Salad was included, but it was cold, probably straight from the refrigerator. Bread and toum were also delicious, but I'd rather not have fries with kebab (understandable considering the cost, but...). Rice or bulgur are better options. We also ordered lamb chops, but they were overcooked and a bit tough. Baklava, you don't eat with whipped cream! Service was poor; the waiter probably spoke neither English nor Dutch, and communication with her was impossible, yet we were helped by someone else. In short, the food was delicious, but the price is generally too high.

A very good Lebanese restaurant in the heart of the touristic district of Amsterdam. I gave one star less for food as I think the koftas in tomato sauce should have it as sauce while what I got was so watery it resembled more a tomato soup. However the taste was still there, but I preferred to mix the meet with the labneh leftovers from our appetizers to give it not only a bit more flavor but also moisture. The meat was spot on, the labneh was creamy and delicious. The local Lebanese bread was great as well.

Second time coming here for dinner in our trip and it is delicious. We ordered the kofta meshwi twice as it was very very good. Also got the spice Lebanese salad, again just hit the spot.

The hummus and Lebanese bread were a great starter. Kebab, kofta and shishtaouk were perfectly done - chicken and lamb were moist and juicy. Everything was delicious! Make a reservation - you won’t be disappointed.

The food is absolutely delicious and the portions were very big. We particularly enjoyed the lentil soup, the fouls with falafel, the kofta meshwi. The owner is very nice and gave us a small spoon to share food with our toddler and also gave her a lollipop. All in all an nice experience. We will come back!

During our stay in Amsterdam for work, we went to eat at this typical Lebanese restaurant. The food was truly excellent, perfectly spiced and not too hot, with traditional music playing in the background and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere given the cold temperatures. The lady and gentleman who served us were extremely kind! They even stopped to ask us where the food was from and greeted us outside with a handshake! We will definitely be back next year! Congratulations!

Today we had lunch at the Lebanese restaurant DABKA, a very nice place near the central train station. The staff was very welcoming. The chicken was excellent, and the falafel was very good for a reasonable price. Keep up the good work, it's perfect! It should also be noted that the bread is made in-house, whole wheat with less salt and sugar.

It is a good mediteranean restaurant, located in the city center, and in the summer they have a nice outdoor seating. Meats are good and they have a good fresh bread made on the spot. They have also excellent service.

I really enjoyed my meal. It was a good portion and it was very tasty as well. The place is nice and cozy, a few steps away from the central station so it's easy to reach too. A good balance between price and quality. I shall return!

It was the most delicious meal I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The atmosphere is warm and friendly without being overly effusive. An excellent time was had by my party.

A very excellent Lebanese restaurant. It is rare to find the same taste, quality and quantity in Europe in general. I recommend visiting it, and it is undoubtedly one of the main options in Amsterdam.

I had high expectations for my recent visit, especially after making a reservation in advance to secure a seat. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing compared to my previous excellent experience. Upon arrival, all tables were already taken, and I was assigned to a very uncomfortable table on the lower floor, directly next to the kitchen. It seemed to be the only table down there and, judging by the clutter around it (cleaning equipment, ashtrays, etc.), it’s normally not used for guests. The table wasn’t even properly set when I was seated, which did not make for a welcoming start. Since I was hungry, I decided to stay. I ordered the mixed grill plate with rice and a soup. The soup was delicious, though not visually appealing. Unfortunately, the main dish was quite disappointing. I had ordered rice, but the dish initially came with fries instead. While rice was brought after I asked, it was frustrating as I don’t like fries at all. The rice itself was good, but the meat was dry and not properly warm. Because the restaurant was completely full and clearly understaffed, it was almost impossible to get anyone’s attention to raise a complaint or order another drink. After my initial order, no one checked on me again, which was especially frustrating given my awkward seating location. Overall, this visit was a letdown. I strongly recommend that reservations only be accepted when a proper table is available and when the restaurant can handle the number of guests without compromising quality and service.

On a small note, I wish the volume of Arabic songs would be louder because it creates atmosphere. Low volume creates a boring atmosphere.

Their food is delicious. We tried the grilled meat, shish tawook, fattoush, and hummus. 10/10. The service was great from the male and female employees. I recommend it if you want to try Lebanese food.

We went to eat there in the evening, four people first, three more later. When they arrived, the table next to us was occupied. The waiter almost immediately asked the couple sitting at the other table if they could move. They did and we had a great evening with delicious Tabouleh and Baba Ganoush and more. Perfect service, food and ambiente right at the water.

Stumbling upon Dabka during our vacation in Amsterdam was an unexpected and delightful surprise. Finding an authentic Lebanese restaurant so far from home felt like discovering a hidden gem.

The mezze mix was very tasty, full of flavor, and filling. Hummus was the best. Make sure to order bread to go with it. The kebab was great, rice was well seasoned, meat was tender and salad was fresh. Seating was comfortable and plenty of options inside and outside.

Delicious food, ample portions. The meze appetizer is truly fantastic. Friendly service, very fast (a bit too quickly after the main course). Foul Moudamas and Falafel were delicious and more than enough. The mixed grill was also nicely seasoned (the beef skewers could be a bit more rare).

Excellent Lebanese food for a very doable price - and the quality of the babaghanoush convinced even the most sceptic in our company, which consisted for two thirds of MENA veterans who used to enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine on a daily basis. The atmosphere inside is OK but quite lovely outside - weather allowing, obviously. Friendly Lebanese staff. All in all: a great deal in a city where one easily overpays for mediocre meals. Go there!

Food was fantastic couldn't fault it just make sure you know what you ordered or you will be in trouble by the owner( he must be owner or you wouldn't employ him) table wasnt available for half n hour that's ok we came back. After returning he was so rude even after we followed his instructions . We did ask could we split the bill he just couldn't cope with why we where making it so hard for him gees thought he was going to lose it Not a problem we payed in full he was just so dam rude Never again
