I've been waiting for my food for 2 hours and when I call the restaurant they don't answer. I've called 13 times now but no answer. Shame on me!!!

I had to wait 1.5 hours for my food. I called them 20 times and they didn't answer. Last time I order from this place.

Had to wait over 2.5 hours for an order. Poor communication. I definitely advise anyone not to order from here; they either arrive very late or the orders are incorrect.

Never go here! Had a terrible experience, and ended up with food poisoning!

They really have delicious food, especially their burgers are my favorite.

I've ordered from here before, but something went wrong with Thuisbezorgd, and the guys on the phone were very helpful. The food is always good too. I think people shouldn't complain so much in reviews. If you don't like it, cook for yourself. There are people in poverty who would be only too happy with a plate of food.

Ordered spare ribs around the corner for delivery, waited half an hour, paid €30, and thought, "No worries, it'll be delicious, tbh, the fries were cold!" I threw them in the trash. Please don't throw your money away. Don't lie! I called at least three times, and you kept me on the line. I also mentioned that I hadn't received a Coke with my previous order, which they said they'd send along, but nothing happened.

Friendly delivery people, good and well-prepared, happy again to have such a delivery/eat-in shop... clean, friendly and always good, no complaints

I just ordered... I got corn and olives on my kapsalon, even though it wasn't on home delivery and I selected "cucumber and jalapeño." The food arrived cold. The large containers are incredibly small, the size of a can of Red Bull. Almost no meat in it, only vegetables. Exactly the same with my Turkish pizza...

We love this restaurant, but we came all the way from Germany only to find it closed—even though Google Maps said it was open. The same thing happened during Christmas. Their voicemail mentioned a vacation, but it wasn’t updated online. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Many items were missing from the order, and the note to omit certain ingredients was also ignored. I called about this and was hung up on. I then tried calling back, but the phone stopped ringing and I got a recording saying, "We're on vacation, please try again this date."

They are on holiday but available for home delivery and ordered but they do not answer

Very bad business, no one speaks Dutch. Wrong order. The lettuce was brown. Plates were broken in pieces, and they charged more than they should have been. That's why it's so empty. I think they need to look into whether they're all illegal. Not going back.

Unfortunately, I ordered a large kapsalon. €12 with delivery and a €1 tip. The chicken was a bit small, hidden under the lettuce and cheese. I called the delivery driver who took the order. He then told me this was a large kapsalon for us. He completely ignored me and told me to settle the matter with the boss the next day. No solution or customer satisfaction. They're ripping people off. It's a shame, and this is very unfortunate. I called the second time, angry, which makes sense. I also recommend not ordering from here again. I'm a security guard and have never experienced this before for a large kapsalon. It's a shame, a waste of money. Getting rich quick behind the customer's back with poor service. The person on the phone didn't offer a solution either, which is a shame. Thank you, dear owner of Dar El, I won't order from you again. They charge a large fee for a small kapsalon. It's a shame you do business this way. I've definitely seen your practice through your eyes.

The €14.50 chicken pastilla contained only €1 euros worth of chicken. I really waited 30 minutes longer for this. Tazz

Terrible food... this what they call a burger... never ordering there avain. I ordered a burger and even told the owner several times, a burger. But I got dog food in a bread wirh some stale salad...

This was by far the worst pasta I have ever had. Now you may be thinking 'what pancake would order pasta from a delivery restaurant that isn't Italian?!' and that is actually a very fair question. Tired or not, there is no excuse to order your pasta from this shop, but the durum is certainly brilliant!

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but I was seriously disappointed. First, my food arrived 40 minutes later than it said it would. I'm sure this is partially the fault of Uber eats, but it's hard to believe the restaurant has no responsibility for that considering they do their own deliveries. The food was very bland and mushy, and not warm by the time it got to me. I'm appalled at the price I paid (not including delivery fees) for such terrible quality.

This restaurant remains simply great. Authentic Moroccan restaurant. Delicious food and not expensive at all. The service is super friendly and the menu is gigantic.

I ordered 5 tagines, you also pay reasonable for them. There was hardly any sauce when it arrived. I also called to say that I wanted to order extra sauce for the tagines and extra food because it was not enough for my guests and whether it could be delivered immediately. Unfortunately it was delivered 50 minutes later and the sauce ended up in the delivery bag and did not stay in the containers. Guests had already finished eating and had to leave. This was not a pleasant experience.

Ordered and paid via the site today, but found myself standing in front of a closed door. No one available. Why doesn't the site indicate that they are closed?! How do I get my money back now?!!!

Placed an order for burgers on Saturday, 2 with lettuce and mayo. I still get it with cheese on it, called the company. When you first hear it, take the cheese off and eat it. We do not agree with that. Then they promise, you will receive your order within 40 minutes. After calling for 1.5 hours, yes, the delivery person is now leaving. After calling again for half an hour, you are told no, no one knows anything about the order. If you call them because there is no compensation, you will be told that we will not do that. Owner claims not to have received a phone call, just ask your unfriendly staff. Called twice the next day. Owner not present and cannot speak to you. I can show the home delivered email that you do not compensate.

Order via Thuisbezorgd. Fast delivery and good food. I ordered a Calzone Seafood €12.15. Order was neatly packed with napkins, fork and garlic sauce. Very clean! Also good dough and filling was neat. Then order again another time. Burger menu €11,- again very neatly and cleanly packed. Quality was also fine.

This place is terrible, no staff, you have to wait an hour for your pasta. I called earlier, they don't speak Dutch so the order was not correct at all. Never again
