Beautiful location, but unfortunately poor ventilation. The restaurant is small, and unfortunately, the ventilation is truly awful. The air is so stuffy that you barely feel comfortable and just want to get out as quickly as possible. This is especially unpleasant while eating. Overall, we couldn't really enjoy our visit. Better ventilation is urgently needed so that people can spend more time there comfortably. Unfortunately, it's not a place where you'd want to sit and relax in the evening.

Found this place thanks to the positive reviews! The atmosphere is clean and well-kept, and it's easy to reach on foot! The place is spacious, and we had some truly excellent meat. You can see the attention to detail!

Good Service and the meat itself is good as well. The sides aren’t that special. The experience really wasn’t for me. It’s loud, smelly and not a nice ambiance. You have to grill your steak yourself on hot stone which ist absolutely not for everyone…

A welcoming place with great customer service… good food and originality given by the stone that allows you to cook the cut of meat you choose… waiter personalized based on nationality… compliments to Andrea who brightened up our evening… highly recommended

Went there last Thursday evening with 12 people for dinner. Everything was top-notch again. I only have one minor point: I was the first of the group to arrive. I spoke to a staff member there to be told that reservations were made for 6:00 PM. I wanted to take a seat, but I turned around. Apparently, I was standing too close to the second raised platform (but it looks like a level floor), and I fell onto the platform. A staff member just managed to catch me (thanks again!), but despite the fall, I'm still having quite a bit of trouble with it. I went to the doctor yesterday. I do have some advice for you: I would treat the edges of the raised platform with black (tape - paint). Just for the height difference. Nothing negative about the food, staff, etc..... We will undoubtedly come back again.

We randomly found the place and I am glad we got in. Ate two times in 4 days already. Such good food and cozy place! Staff is also really helpful and happy to help❤️

The restaurant is wonderful, the meat, chicken, and shrimp are marvelous. The drinks are perfect.

Tasty meat and good service at reasonable prices

Very tasty meat! Wonderful that it comes out on such a hot stone right in front of you. Simply good meat, and I don't need to add anything else. Nice and central and easily accessible from the train station, not even a 10-minute walk. A pro tip: the BBQ sauce is delicious!

The meat was of good quality, but the self-grilling didn't work so well at the next table, so pay attention to the instructions: 30-40 seconds per side and maybe a quick second. Service was very good, but the tables and seating were a bit cramped due to the hot stone slabs.

This is such a great restaurant! Food is delicious, staff are so friendly and helpful, quick service and a lovely atmosphere! We really enjoyed being able to cook the steak at the table as well, we would definitely come back again!

We had a delicious steak; we ordered 3 different types and were able to cook them ourselves to our desired doneness. You can definitely have a good meal here.

We had a wonderful experience here, sitting outside on the patio on a slightly chilly night. Lots of blankets and lots of fun. Erika Was so welcoming and wonderful to have as our host. She definitely made us want to come in and enjoy the evening which she helped us do. Thoroughly enjoyed the steak and the bruschetta particularly. The veggies were also wonderful! Wonderful, red wine, and Limoncello ended the night off perfectly! So far our best night in Amsterdam is hard to beat!

The concept of grilling your own food on a hot stone is fun - lots of options, and the individual trays for those who order this are great. Cocktails simple but well-prepared. The appetizers were middling - the tomato soup bland, the beef carpaccio generic, the bread and garlic butter unremarkable. The wagyu burger was outstanding. Skip everything else and order that. The hot stone mains great as already mentioned.
