From the outside, it looks very clean and high-quality, but inside, the service is mediocre. Even though it wasn't busy at all, we had to wait almost half an hour for our order to be taken, and after an hour, they simply forgot about the food. When we got to the cash register, there were even extra dishes and drinks on the bill that we hadn't even tried. So think twice before going here, and be sure to check your receipt after eating. Enjoy your meal :)

We were influenced by the reviews - unfortunately, we didn't have such a good experience and can't understand the 4.4 stars. Staff were semi-friendly, fries were cold, unsalted and wobbly, meat (burger) was not tasty and tasted like a ready-made patty. Too expensive for what you get here. What a pity

We went to this restaurant because of the numerous good reviews we read. However, it was rather disappointing, and when we looked further into the reviews, we noticed a lot of fake reviews. See the photo; you can clearly see that a template was used for the review because the name is enclosed in [ ]. This is how many reviews are included. It's also noticeable that many reviews are written in too "proper" Dutch. It's also striking that they have almost 2,000 reviews, which is very rare. The service was excellent, but the food was rather disappointing, especially considering the price. It's a shame that the owner wants to mislead his customers by buying fake reviews.

Fantastic T-bone steak at Istanbul Steak House Amsterdam! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** As a true steak lover, I can only say that the T-bone steak at Istanbul Steak House Amsterdam was simply perfect! From the very first moment, I was amazed by the quality and flavor. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly grilled – exactly as I ordered (medium-rare). The seasoning was subtle yet flavorful, bringing out the meat's natural flavors. The steak had a lovely smoky edge from the grill, which really added to the experience. The presentation was also top-notch: served with fresh vegetables and a delicious potato or rice dish. The portion was generous, so you definitely get your money's worth! In short: an absolute must for anyone who loves a perfect T-bone steak! I'll definitely be back. 10/10!

We were with a large group of 8 people at Istanbul Steakhouse Amsterdam plein 40-45 eaten.., it was my first time. Food was normal, staff were very friendly except for an adult Turkish woman she could not even smile. Tables were too close to each other really no space to walk when shisha was ordered. And worse than all manager… he could not speak Dutch and he asked everyone if they could write reviews really unprofessional. I will not come back here again.

Istanbul Steakhouse – familiarly delicious with top service I have been coming here for years and it remains a nice place with a great atmosphere and fast friendly service. The menu has become a bit more expensive but the portions are generous and you are really full of it so ideal for sharing if you are a light eater. We had a mixed grill with fries and tenderloin with rice. The taste was great as always, only the tenderloin was a bit bloodier than I am used to at this location. That is why I now give 4 stars for the food but normally this is certainly a 5. Sitting inside and outside is possible, toilets are clean and as an extra we got delicious tea on the house. In total we paid €95 including 5 drinks. Food 4⭐ Service 5⭐ Atmosphere 5⭐ Always cozy, always tasty, I will definitely come back 🥩🍽️🍟🍚🍵✨🧼

I had a very bad experience at the Istanbul restaurant. The manager behaves downright unprofessional and disrespectful towards female colleagues. His behavior really goes too far and feels completely unsafe for his female colleagues. Something went wrong with my order too, something simple couldn't even be arranged properly by him. All in all, it felt as if he wanted to commit fornication on his female colleagues and did not experience it as a pleasant or safe place.
