I had a very bad experience at the Istanbul restaurant. The manager behaves downright unprofessional and disrespectful towards female colleagues. His behavior really goes too far and feels completely unsafe for his female colleagues. Something went wrong with my order too, something simple couldn't even be arranged properly by him. All in all, it felt as if he wanted to commit fornication on his female colleagues and did not experience it as a pleasant or safe place.

Terrible service. We waited for over an hour, only to be told at 11:00 PM that they couldn’t serve any food—after everything else had already closed. We had ordered drinks while waiting, expecting our food to arrive, but in the end, they simply told us they couldn’t serve anything. The staff showed zero accountability, with one server even saying it wasn’t her fault and displaying a terrible attitude. To make matters worse, they still made us pay for our drinks, despite the fact that we never got our meal. Completely unacceptable experience.

Waited more than 40 minutes only to be told that our ordered dishes were no longer available. No suitable solution was offered, which shows poor service. This should never have happened—normally you would compensate the customer or offer an alternative, but even that wasn't possible. Very disappointing. We won't be coming back here again

The food was good. But they mixed up our orders twice. We each (4 of us) ordered a burger with a steak. First they gave us someone else’s order. When our food arrived, two of us got a burger with minced meat. I got rice instead of fries. One of us, who got the minced meat, had only cheese in it, despite the menu specifically stating that every burger is served with lettuce and such. The other person with the minced meat, didn’t even get the slice of cheese on top of it. Food was decent, but the mix up ruined it. Gloves for eating a burger was a nice touch.

We had the Ramadan menu grill, the food was tasty. We just didn't know when booking that we could only choose from the 2 menus and not a separate menu. Menu was quite pricey, 50 euros per person. My 10-year-old son was allowed to choose from the children's menu, which I liked.

The food was quite tasty, we had the Ramadan menu. We were told that you can also get a Ramadan menu, so we assumed that you could also order from the menu itself, but that was not the case. So I thought it was a shame that it was said so vaguely. Some of the staff were also nice. I thought the atmosphere was a bit less, because we had to break the fast and they were playing loud music, while you want to eat quietly. Furthermore, the food was really tasty!
