I would like to express my dissatisfaction. We have been customers for several years of Mr. Meat, and for this reason, we are sending this message. On January 13th, my son turned 15 years old. As we wanted to celebrate his birthday, we asked him where he would like to go for dinner. He chose Mr. Meat. We made the reservation and we informed the staff that it was our son’s birthday, we asked if it was possible to make something special and if they could arrange a special dessert. We were told that it would be possible, but they don't have too many options, fear enough. When we arrived at the restaurant, we placed our order: 2 Citir (medium), 1 Lokum (medium), a cheese salad, and 1 bottle of prosecco. We were informed that Prosecco was no longer available on the menu. When the food arrived at the table, we noticed that the dishes did not include spinach, the meat was well done instead of medium, and we had to ask for the salad again, which arrived 10 minutes later and was covered with a lot of dressing. We informed the waiter, João (who showed excellent professionalism and kindness, also the other staff who came into our table), and we did express our dissatisfaction. It was our son’s birthday, and he was the one who chose Mr. Meat for his celebration. With so many other restaurants in Amsterdam, this was very disappointing. We asked that management be informed. The manager was not in the dining room but in the office. When he came into the dining area, João spoke to him. We saw him look at our table when he was talking with Joao, afterwards the Manager , return to his office without saying a word. Unfortunately, this was a clear lack of disconsideration, from all the reasons that i did mention above. We did not receive a single apology from the management, nor even a “happy birthday” to our son. We deeply regret that a restaurant which used to provide an excellent service has come to offer this kind of experience and indifference towards them clients.

Amazing experience for dinner! We had mr beef burgers it was best burger in my life. Had a medium rare it was perfectly cooked and it just melted without any bites Seriously we are planning to come here again before we go back to london. Service was so nice and clean, fancy, perfect atmosphere!

Excellent meat in the city center, with a wide selection of cuts. A very elegant and refined location, friendly staff, and very fast service. A must-visit if you want to enjoy excellent meat.

We walked in at six o'clock without a reservation. Initially, there was no room, but the host did his best to find a table that was available until 8 p.m. The service was also efficient and attentive. We then enjoyed a delicious meal. In short: a well-organized restaurant where you can book with confidence.

I had a perfectly cooked entrecote steak. I'm very picky with steaks, so I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The service was professional, we had s nice cocktail, good starters, and great atmosphere (music not too loud, lots of space). Really nothing I could complain about.

amazing food. we had medium rare new york strip steak (sirloin) & rib eye steak and they were both cooked perfectly. the beef platter shared starter and the fries were really good too. nice cocktail selection and friendly staff, fast service we were only there for around an hour. worth the money, book in advance as it can be fully booked.

This T-bone steak was the best we've ever eaten! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The wine, the steak, the fries, the dip, and even the desserts were all amazing! Steak was just okay. Got entrecote (medium) - parts of it were dry, parts were underseasoned. The lokum was better - pretty tender and seasoned well enough. The fries were not good, surprising considering it's Amsterdam. T he cocktails we got were good though. For the price, I expected better. Wouldn't go again unless it's just for drinks.

Steak was yummy! I had the gentleman steak as the Lady steak was too small 😋. Staff were really nice and helpful, they recommended a good wine. It was a nice chilled out place, that you could dress up for or dress down - Which is great if you've been out touristing all day.

It was absolutely incredible how good this was. The meat was cooked perfectly, exactly how you like it—super tender, incredibly flavorful, simply fantastic. You immediately notice that they only serve quality food here. The atmosphere was also perfect. Cozy, warm, nothing forced. You can really relax here without it feeling too crowded or stuffy. The service was also fantastic; I didn't have to ask for anything, everything was neatly prepared and fast, and incredibly friendly. I felt completely pampered! Nothing to complain about. The welcome was a little cold at first, but the atmosphere relaxed as the meal progressed. The menu offers a choice of several types and sizes of meat, making it ideal for meat lovers. The quality of the meat is excellent; no complaints there. The prices reflect the size and quality of the meat, so there were no surprises. The side dishes are decent. Last week I dined at Mr. Meat Steakhouse in Amsterdam, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome: the service was friendly, professional, and remarkably attentive without being intrusive. We received excellent advice on the various cuts and preparations, and it was clear that the staff truly knows their meat. The meat itself was fantastic – perfectly cooked, flavorful, and of high quality. The dry-aged steak I chose was buttery-soft and full of flavor, just as a good steak should be. The side dishes were also well-balanced and complemented the meal beautifully, without overshadowing the star of the evening: the meat. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and relaxed, ideal for both an evening with friends and a special occasion. In short: Mr. Meat Steakhouse is a must-visit for anyone who loves truly good meat combined with excellent service. I will definitely be back!

Excellent. The meat is cooked to your liking. I like it well-done. My wife likes it medium. They have every kind of meat cooked. Nusret, come and see how the meat is cooked. It's very, very high-quality meat. I left the salad to the waiter. It's excellent. Even the cheeses in it are excellent. The kitchen is masterful, both from Adana and Kırşehir. There are legendary chefs, legendary masters. Update: I came back after 3 months.

The food and service were outstanding. My experience with the toilet was not the best, but everything else was good. I had the filet mignon and it was very good, although I am used to it being one big piece, this one was cut into small pieces. But still delicious. I also tried the Cheesecake but told them without the Chocolate sauce, I don’t like to mix chocolate with cheesecake nor Strawberry. It was good, but not the best I’ve had. I highly recommend making a reservation before coming here. Bon appetite

Except noice, amazing experience at all with fast and friendly service and reasonable prices 👍 As a new mother, I should mention that the restaurant doesn’t have a proper baby changing room. They placed a regular table in the women’s restroom, and I had to change my baby’s diaper there — which isn’t ideal for such a good restaurant. 👎🏼

Simply one of the best steakhouses ive been to globally. I tried the Aged T-Bone and it was brilliant. Didnt need a reservation on a Friday, but it is recommended. Grilled shrimp as an appetizer was just delicious. Service is top notch. Staff are very knowledgeable to advise what to order depending on how you like your food cooked.

Brilliant food. It's amazing how the owner built this place all by himself. With his butchery experience, he's the perfect person to present meat in a restaurant. Looking for a great meal with a group of men (or women)? Mr. Meat is sure to be a huge success.

The food was really delicious, but the atmosphere wasn’t very cozy. It was quite hard to have a conversation because it was very loud, and the waiters were rushing quickly through the narrow aisles. I would definitely come back because the food was excellent, but next time I’ll make sure to request a table in a quieter corner toward the back of the restaurant.

Went here this weekend for my birthday while in Amsterdam. I was prepared for the lack of attention at bars, restaurants etc. However, with a reservation for 5 of us - waited about 10 minutes to be greeted by someone at the host station. On our way to the table we noticed we were sat at a 4 person table and an extra chair was pulled up (all good, lets keep positive) - no one greeted us at the table for about another 10-12 minutes. Once he did, he went straight in to take our food order. No water, no drinks - I had to ask him twice for drinks. I get people want to be left alone, but when you got out to a restaurant it is to be served. Not left trying to figure it out. Over all, food was great I would go again. just keep in mind service isn't all there, like most places we went to.
