It was a wonderful dining experience! The portions were both very generous and delicious. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal. For those who don’t eat meat, the tuna steak on the menu is also a fantastic option — definitely worth trying☺️

Service and atmosphere were great. Food really was not. Grilled vegetables had a very weird flavor. We got the slices of heaven dish - literally meat from hell. So chewy and overcooked - had a bland flavor. Thank you for a nice night but overall meal was so poor.

Went here a little while ago and it was just ok, nothing really that special, but went back again recently and was pleasantly surprised. This time the steak was amazing! The grilled prawns as a starter was really tasty too and the selection of drinks are good. Have been back a couple of times now and each time was better!

Yesterday, my partner and I visited a restaurant called Mr. Meat. I ordered lokum while my partner had lokma, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself has a very elegant atmosphere, which made our experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to our waiter, Mr. Şahin, whose attentiveness and kindness truly elevated the evening. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Went to Mr. Meat yesterday with my girlfriend. She had the lokum, I went for the lokma — both were excellent. The place has a sharp, classy vibe that made the whole experience even better. Shoutout to our waiter, Mr. Şahin, for the solid and attentive service. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

The food was excellent, the service very friendly and fast (thanks, Ivan!). Perhaps a little too fast, though; the appetizer wasn't even half cooked by the time the food arrived, and it was quite busy.

Yesterday we dined at Mr. Meat with our group of former colleagues. Upon entering, we were overwhelmed by the cool, chic decor in a spacious, high-ceilinged restaurant. We felt very welcome. Customer friendliness, service orientation, and quality are paramount at Mr. Meat. And you can tell. The food, appetizers, and main courses were delicious. We spent a long time at the table, and it was noticeable that there was a constant coming and going, especially on a Sunday evening. The price-quality ratio is excellent! The bill was very reasonable; we expected more. All in all, a truly top-notch restaurant. 👍🏾 We will definitely be back. Thank you, Mr. Meat Steakhouse

The food, cocktails and atmosphere were excellent, but the overall dining experience would have been better if the waitress hadn’t rushed us. Staged politeness to conceal subtle passive-aggressive behavior just doesn’t cut it.

The meat was delicious. The starters not so much bit the carpacio. Rib eye and Lokum definitely the best ans also the desert. The service ca be a bit better but the uys felt us very wellcomed. Overall was great!

The grilled vegetables dish was very dry and with no real taste. The fries are made out of frozen potatoes_not something you would expect from this kind of a restaurant. My friend was not satisfied with the dish ordered and got. He said that the place should get 3 stars score at the most. I agree, even though my dish was very good.

Incredibly attentive service which I would say can be quite rare at times here in the Netherlands. Steak was top notch and cooked exactly as ordered. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Excellent steak! I had the fillet mignon and my friend had the tomahawk steak. The meat temperatures were perfect. Our server was very attentive. And the sides that came with the steak (spinach and chips) were absolutely delicious in their own right! Excellent value for money. One of my favourite steak places to date!

Perfect welcome, quick and punctual service, our charming waitress never failed to smile. We sampled various cuts of meat...a butter. You pay for the quality, but it was worth it. They're only open for dinner during the week...a shame, we would have made it a regular stop. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our meal here. The atmosphere was fantastic, with an open kitchen. The meat was excellent and very high quality. Only the carpaccio wasn't properly chilled. We'd be happy to come back.

Our visit as guests of the associated The Bank Hotel was a disaster: We (71/72) wanted to go there for a nightcap and were rudely herded around the room, simply because we wanted a drink. Because of this disrespect, we left the bar immediately. Our conclusion: We've never experienced anything like this before, so we'll never come here again!

This was a place we had visited before. The restaurant’s interior is very spacious, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. We loved their meats, and the spinach, fries, and wine that came with the menu we chose were all perfect. It’s definitely a place I would visit again, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I also think the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the meat you get.

had a meal at this place and the meat was delicious. Everything looked clean and the staff was very friendly. They don’t serve any sauce with the meat, as they believe in the natural flavor of their meat — and they’re right. Normally I always eat my meat with sauce, but here it wasn’t necessary at all. The meat was so juicy and flavorful. I will definitely come back — one of the best meat restaurants around Amsterdam Centrum.

Me and my family came to the restaurant and we had ordered 5 of the dry age steak. It was really horrible, very chewy, not even the slightest tender. I spent over 500 euros thinking it would be an enjoyable meal. the man who had served us didn’t understand English, and we were unable to communicate with him. This is my second time at this restaurant and both times we ran into the similar issues.

We had a wonderful experience in this charming steakhouse. Sadly we didn’t catch the name of our waiter but he was knowledgable about the menu and guided us well in choosing the cuts of steak suitable to our preferences. My girlfriend and i came to dine last night and i dare to say… it was amazing: the staff, the place and especially the food. Not too expensive for what they offer, we got the chef’s specialty “hemel op aarde” and it was as it was described… a trip to heaven!! We'd already seen the menu and knew it was quite pricey. Especially with meat, if it's good, I don't hesitate. But now I can say that I thought it was really overpriced for what you got. Starter: 6 prawns pil-pil €20!!!😵 Were they tasty? Sure, but not €20 in my opinion. Main: 300g New York Strip Steak with a side of fries and spinach. The spinach was as good as it looked (I'll leave the judgement to you). The meat was well-cooked, but 'tasteless'. Garnished with salt, but no 'real' flavor or tasty sauce or anything. All in all, €36 is pretty good, considering the weight. Would I recommend this place? Meh, I don't think I'd do it again anytime soon. I think you can eat better at a real Argentinian restaurant or something for the same price (or less). Note: the service was friendly and reasonably quick.

Very nice place, friendly staff, we ordered 2 steaks and a salad, the meat was very tasty and the roasting was as ordered, the salad was absolutely bland, there was not enough spices, for dessert fried puff pastry with pistachios and ice cream, very tasty, in general very good, who would like to visit a meat restaurant I recommend

Excellent. The meat is cooked to your liking. I like it well-done. My wife likes it medium. They have every kind of meat cooked. Nusret, come and see how the meat is cooked. The meat is very, very high-quality. I left the salad to the waiter. It's excellent. Even the cheeses in it are excellent. The kitchen is masterful, both from Adana and Kırşehir. There are legendary chefs and master chefs.

An absolutely lovely dining experience. Staff was quick and very kind. Me and my friends from the states ordered the Steak Tartare, Heaven on Earth, Filet Mignon, and New York strip steak. All of them blew us away. Dank je wel voor de maaltijd!

I had the shato (grilled beef fillet in butter) with grilled mushrooms as a side dish, the meat arrived at the table quite quickly, the meat was well seasoned, tender and juicy. And the mushrooms were very fragrant and well seasoned too, frankly nothing to complain about you can come and eat here with your eyes closed. 👌🏻

I went for the first time today and ordered a ribeye, a truly fantastic piece of meat, seriously. Perfectly prepared, too, exactly how I requested it. You don't get that everywhere; many steakhouses ask for it, but you end up getting something completely different. Here, it's exactly how it should be – top-notch. What was I missing? Maybe a fresh chimichurri on the side, or some extra vegetables that you can order separately. When you have a nice, large piece of meat, it's just nice to be able to vary things during your meal. That would make it perfect, in my opinion. Other than that, an excellent experience!

I highly recommend it. We only faced a small issue as we had a reservation and when we came they asked us to wait for 5 minutes to prepare a table for us then they forgot about us and we ended up waiting for almost 15 minutes to prepare. However, once we got seated everything went great. The service and the food was amazing.

I used to go to this restaurant quite frequently because it's so close to my home and I truly enjoy a quality steak. Lately, though, there's been a clear deterioration in food quality. My previous meal felt distinctly less good and overall appeal I'd come to expect. Hoping it was just an off day, I returned today, but my rib eye was again not tender at all, and the fat was also simply too much. These may seem small things but when a single slice of meat costs €40, the quality must be absolutely perfect.

They have a hug meat menu to choose from - I ordered the filet mignon and it was pretty tasty. It’s a cool looking spot with a big skylight and seems like it was built on top of an old building. The service was actually quite fast but the waiter was not the nicest.

Nice place with reasonable service. The food is really overpriced. The cocktails are also very mediocre. Too much ice. Too little alcohol. And when you can fill beer vases to the brim, you can also do so with prosecco. It seemed like a sip had been taken from it. And that for that price. Spinach mush can be replaced by real chimichurri as far as I'm concerned. It also tastes better with the meat. The meat was very tasty though. We were sitting in a corner. I took a picture of the wall. It could do with being cleaned. Really unappetizing. Wouldn't come back again.

We had an unforgettable birthday for my husband at Mr. Meat in Amsterdam. This restaurant is chic and offers a great selection of wines and meat. If you like good meat, this is the place to be. They know their meat and the quality was excellent. Mrs. Buket served us the whole evening and her kindness and expertise made it really special. She gave us excellent information about the menu and made sure everything was perfect. To finish we got a delicious limoncello, which was not even that good in Italy! We will definitely come back and have already recommended it to our friends. Mr. Meat was a gem that we had not discovered yet!

The place is beautiful and the staff are very hospitable. However, I made a reservation online before coming to Amsterdam, and when we arrived, the worst-located table had been reserved for us. It wasn't very comfortable. The food was so delicious that I wished we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy it more, but our table location really took away from the experience.

My wife's boneless rib eye, (scotch fillet) was perfectly cooked and delicious. I wanted Porterhouse but at 86 euro for dry aged, I decided to very a dry aged T bone. Note dry aging should make it more tender, more intense in flavour and little drier, so medium rate doesn't bleed on your plate. My first one come out properly cooked but the main side was chewy, The waiter saw my disappointment and offered to replace it. I said no it's ok, but he insisted, and I accepted. I should have eaten the fillet side first as it was ace. Unfortunately they over cooked the second one to grey edges and pink centre, I wish I'd had keep the first piece. But they took it away and didn't charge me as the kitchen was closing and to late for something else. Excellent service.

Food and service were excellent. They do a good sear on the meats. Had their ribeye and T-Bone perfectly grilled. The only downside is that there isn’t air conditioning so it was really hot indoors. The staff were great with checking in and refilling up cold waters though.
