A cozy place jn walking distance of the central station, with standard pricing for Amsterdam (which is a little high!). The waiter was extraordinarily nice and the food was great. Definitly recommend.

Spent a day in Amsterdam today for the Amsterdam Light Festival. The day ended with a dinner at La Santa Maria. The reviews were promising, so we were curious. For main course we chose the Mixed Grill and the Chicken Schnitzel. For the Mixed Grill we chose medium fried and the result was perfect as we wanted it! For dessert we had a Tiramisu and a cup of coffee. A wonderful ending! Compliments to the kitchen and the great service. As far as we are concerned, 5 stars for Food, Service and Atmosphere. If we are ever in Amsterdam again we will definitely come back!

We entered this restaurant attracted by the pleasure of eating good meat and a good burger for our teenagers. We were very well received. The steak was delicious but the burgers were terrible. It was anything but hamburger steak worthy of a restaurant (industrial meat).

The owner is very friendly and kind :) The food is reasonably delicious and the price is reasonable, so it would be nice to come here comfortably!

Freshly prepared vegetables, top quality meat (we ate chicken and steak) with fresh salad and delicious fries - we ate there 3 times. Nice and friendly staff. Atmosphere appealing, modern, cozy. Clean. Steep stairs to the toilet, but that's normal in Amsterdam. Sitting by the window is great for watching. Highly recommended:-).

I don’t understand the positive reviews here. Our burgers were horrible. Both bun and patties were partially burnt and tasted awful. French fries tasted like cardboard paper.

La comida estaba bastante buena y en abundancia. Lo malo que tardaron mucho en traer las bebidas con un plato ya en la mesa,y en general tardarom mucho en traer la comida aún estando el restaurante vacío.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly service and great food. I highly recommend the meat, we ate "Argentine" meat in another restaurant and it had nothing to do with the one here, this one was of great quality. They have many gluten free options.

Ive never eat steak like this it has bas and worst smell i had bad experience I tried to eat it but I couldn’t because of bad smell i just eat fries and salad 👎🏻

I have come to Santa María twice now and it is going to become my trusted restaurant! The food is exquisite, the service is excellent and the salsa playing in the background takes me to Latin America from Amsterdam. 10/10!!

I loved the food! I felt like inviting people on the street to come in and enjoy it too. We ordered pasta, which was delicious and warm. Others ordered sirlon with fries and it was wonderful. I'm hard to please and I loved it! The best food from many European countries.

At the restaurant, my experience was rather average. The starter, a shrimp cocktail, didn't make much of an impression on me. The main course, a burger, was slightly better, but still nothing special. Overall the food was average. However, the service was excellent and it is thanks to them that I can write this review.

Came by chance this afternoon. The restaurant is well located and clean. The service is top notch, the manager is friendly and welcoming. My partner had the meat with the mushroom skewer, he loved it, and I had the spaghetti with pesto. Really well prepared, good portions and prices are fair. I really recommend it

The food was very tasty and the waiter was friendly and accommodating! We had a mixed grill platter (enough for 2-3 people) and the grilled salmon. Everything was great and we can recommend it to everyone! The toilets are also clean.

It was a pleasant dinner in a cozy and comfortable setting on a cold, rainy day. The owner was very friendly and cheerful, and the food was good. It was a menu that did not have much difference in likes or dislikes among travelers. Table spacing is also appropriate.

We booked 4 hours before for 17 people. Availability was immediately confirmed to us. As soon as we arrived, the waiter's welcome was very kind and friendly and the tables were already ready. The portions are good, the service fast and the price right. The food is very good. Thank you very much for everything, highly recommended restaurant!
