Just had a delicious meal, the selection is huge. The service was good and very friendly. I highly recommend eating here. My daughter had chicken schnitzel and fries, and my boyfriend had a cheeseburger with fries. They were also delicious. Compliments to the chef 👍🏾

I'll start with the positives. The service was great, and really friendly. I had a schnitzel with salad, but the salad was more of a side dish than a proper salad. The schnitzel was dry and full of gristle. I suspect it was a frozen product. The fries weren't cooked through and were completely unseasoned. Overall, apart from the drinks, the price/performance ratio wasn't right.

When we arrived it was empty, which made us suspicious of its quality, given its central location. We finally ordered meat, and everything was very good and the portions were generous.

They charge €2 for ketchup that should normally come with the fries, and they take too long to take the order.

I liked it. Excellent value for money. We spent around €25 without dessert or alcoholic drinks. I recommend the burger and the grilled meat. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was warm with pleasant background music. High chairs available. Not wheelchair accessible. Clean restrooms.

Quite decent. The steak was cooked medium as ordered. Overall, though, it felt rather uninspired and geared towards day-trippers.

The environment was quiet and clean. The food was fantastic. The owner was very generous, upgrading our hot cocoa from regular to one with Bailey's juice for free—it was amazing! It was the owner's signature blend, something you wouldn't find on the menu.

I feel that for every bad review you owe another. This place was a fallback but it was great. Large fillet was cooked perfectly. Soup snd salad were tasty. Server was very busy but attentive for a single table.

Cozy little restaurant with very good food

It was ok. It's not a great restaurant, but the food was good enough, they had 2 types of red wine, table wine quality, but we were very hungry after a long day of traveling and flight delays and it hit the spot! Great service and good rates!

Lovely quiet place, atmosphere is fantastic, music is not too loud so you can have a conversation over it and the food is top draw. Our waiter was polite & funny, making us feel instantly welcome. Definitely will be coming back if I am ever in Amsterdam!

Surprisingly good food - usually if a steakhouse advertises also to be pasta place I am not too convince to go there. In this case, I noticed it afterwards and didn't regeet it. Nice staff and nicely grilled meat (even the vegetarian option seem tonbe nice. But of course in the end - it's a steakhouse)

guys I just ordered a simple grilled chicken with rice. It cost me a good 22-25 euro one meal. I must say this is by far the most bland food I have seen. No sauce, no napkins. Just tasteless bland boiled chicken. They have given about 15 gram of rice in small box (as small as my little finger). This is so unfair. I would not pay more than 5 euros for a meal. Surprpised by the good reviews. Unbelieveable

The food was very good, and the same goes for the service. The only thing a bit off was that there was just one server handling everything, running all over the place. Still, he did an excellent job and kept things smooth, which made the experience even more impressive.

We went to Amsterdam for lunch on our honeymoon. We highly rated the place, the food was very good, and Alex's service was unbeatable. We really like meat; it's true that we're used to aged meat, but the one we ate at this establishment was very good and delicious. We also opted for a red wine, which had to be chilled a bit, but it was delicious. If we ever return to Amsterdam, we wouldn't rule out going back, as we left very satisfied with everything.

How to give 6 stars? We entered at peak dinner time during SAIL'25 without booking. To our surprise a table was prepared for us in 5 minutes and we got the best meal during our visit. We had bitterballen, seafood spaghetti, grilled sole fish, and all were very delicious and beautifully plated. We had to have dessert, both the pistachio paradise and the truffle amaretto were so good. The host did not pause to take a breath, kept the tables immaculate and the patrons happy. Absolutely committed to his craft and to his guests, you very rarely get this in a tourist hotspot. We already want to go back for the food and the experience. If you're looking for an exceptional place in downtown Amsterdam, look no further.

The food was delicious and well served. Fast, fresh. The pork ribs were excellent. The chorizo steak was also excellent. The rice was the only thing we didn't like. The fries were medium-well cooked.

This is where I went for steak. The meat was really delicious, but there are many places I don't like when I travel around Europe, but this place was a real hit. The price is also great! Highly recommended.

We've been here three times already, and it was always delicious 😋. Whenever we're in Amsterdam, we'll eat there. 😊
