Nice restaurant.. nicely decorated.. was very cold.. asked if they could turn on the heating.. air conditioning apparently but stayed cold.. thought they weren't with us quickly. Finally they came when we were all ladies but didn't come back quickly. Had to go there myself to ask if we could order something else, which I didn't like.. The sandwiches are delicious and not expensive. When we paid later, it was in the middle of the restaurant to warm up. They could have come to us and told us it was warmer there.. too bad.

We had lunch at Lids on Saturday morning. What a great place! Delicious food for a reasonable price. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I'll never order anything from here again. The wait for delivery is outrageously long. And they're impossible to reach by phone. If you can't run a shop, you should just do something else. This is terrible.

Ordered a healthy sandwich without butter/tomato. Got a lettuce sandwich with cheese and butter. This is not a healthy sandwich and unfortunately had to go in the trash. Warm brie sandwich, was so wilted and caked to the cardboard packaging, this could also go in the trash. Very disappointed

Delicious food and very friendly service

Had a delicious Easter brunch. We were a large group of 18 people. And we could all sit together spread over 3 tables. The brunch was buffet style but very tasty, everything was fresh and looked very good. We enjoyed it and will definitely do it more often with the family

Nice people who help you. We got a sandwich from Lids and had to wait a while. They offer you free coffee and have a chat with you. Sandwiches are well filled and taste good! I will definitely come there again. Keep it up!

It took a very long time for the order to be taken and for us to receive everything. Wraps with tuna salad presented on a very clumsy plate.

Since you guys deleted the reviews, let's do it again. I ordered from this company and after an hour and a half of waiting they arrived (my house is behind this company). Then I get a mini sandwich with tasteless filet American, no onion egg or anything (I would have liked it for the price) and also a very cold ham sandwich, absolutely not recommended by this company...

Funny that my review on home delivery has been removed. This probably happens constantly, which is why it has so many stars. I really don't understand why this company exists. You guys should deserve an award for the dirtiest, saddest sandwiches ever. I ordered a salmon sandwich, bread was so small, never seen it before, tasted very stale, salmon was greenish/gray, I didn't see any pink salmon. No lettuce, no sauce, nothing. How can you sell this? I threw it away because I was afraid of parasites due to the green color of the salmon, which also rubbed off on the bread and the stale taste/smell. Good luck with removing reviews, you are good at it.

Having it delivered to your home in an hour wasn't a big deal, but the sandwiches were really not tasty, the croquette sandwich fell apart from misery, the hamburger was really nothing at all, it could just as well have been a ready-made burger from the supermarket, this one also fell apart, the hot cow sandwich was lukewarm and the hard bun was completely soft, I will not order from here again....

The food was fine but we had been there for an hour and still had no food. We asked how long it would take. The answer was that the kitchen was very busy. There was hardly anyone in the shop. This business places orders for the people who actually work in the business. I actually don't think this is possible. It does not invite you to come again. Too bad because the food is very good.

Ordered 2 breakfasts via social deal for Valentine's Day. We found the breakfasts very disappointing in terms of sandwiches. There was a soft bun, a small croissant, a small sweet roll, a rusk and one of the boxes contained a small hard bun, the other one did not. It's a bit strange that there is a difference... while the description stated that it would also include freshly baked rolls for breakfast...

During the first order I received an old sandwich, which I unfortunately had to throw away. I called Deksels and they took action right away, I could choose between a refund or a new sandwich. I got my money back and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful! A day or two later I got a call that I was also getting a new sandwich, so that I could taste how delicious it could be. Great service👍

Lunch buffet. Thought the buffet could be a bit more extensive. Missed the boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, or baguette. The price was also right. 9.50 euros so not very expensive. But it was a one-time visit for me.

The first time we ate at Lids, everything was great. Last week we went again with my in-laws. Unfortunately, almost everything was gone when we arrived. while we had made a reservation. There we were waiting for food for almost 45 minutes of the 1.5 hours. Several people came after us who had nothing but had made a reservation. Pity. When it was finally replenished, everyone had just 2 or 3 mini sandwiches. And yes, you guessed it, everything was finished and the waiting could begin. We then went home. When paying, the pin suddenly didn't work and we only got a small amount. In addition, we were told that it was busy, we only had a few reservations, but many spontaneous people came. In short, this was a big flop for us and we will never go again. We will now definitely advise everyone who we first praised about lids not to go.

lids worst thing in Almelo delivery done wrong 4x milk per bottle 1 liter but I get a small 4x bottles of 250 ml they say I have to call back on Monday or Tuesday while they are on holiday so they just deliberately scam you and they gave home delivery is the fault here now, a complaint has been filed with home delivery because lids must take responsibility and they are not doing that because I don't think this is possible, I am not concerned about the money but about the principle
