Délifrance in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

This location seems to be a bit more expensive than some other Delifrance locations. Furthermore, the quality of the food is somewhat mediocre. I ordered a waffle with powdered sugar for €4.95, which is a good price, but it's really just that: a not-so-tasty waffle with a bit of powdered sugar that doesn't taste freshly baked at all. Furthermore, unlike some other Delifrance locations, I don't find this location very atmospheric. So, unfortunately, not a very positive experience.

WORST SERVICE EVER AND RUDE STAFF!!! After waiting 45 minutes for our food, we asked if it would be much longer. She explained that the receipt for our food had been lost. As compensation, we were given a small jar of jam for the croissant. We paid almost €40 for dry bread, which we waited over an hour for with a 2-year-old who was visibly unable to cope. The staff member (an older woman) was extremely rude. She refused to compensate us and stated that this was their way of doing business. Highly recommended!!!

My son 3 y.o want to visit the toilet, we came to this cafe and asked for the toilet. They’re asking 2 euro for toilet, sorry! Even in Amsterdam central cheaper. 2 euro for what? Sorry, but it’s too expensive and the restaurant next to it didn’t asked any money for using the toilet

What a filthy and awful restaurant. The food was awful and cold. We also had to wait a long time for it to arrive. The service was very irritated and unfriendly.

I'd hoped for a delicious lunch at Délifrance, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The rolls weren't fresh and were more dry than crispy. The presentation also left a lot to be desired—everything seemed rushed and poorly cared for. The coffee was lukewarm and bitter. What made it even worse was the customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and paid little attention to the guests. They barely cracked a smile, and questions were answered curtly. For the prices they charge, I really expect better quality and service. It's a shame, because I've had better experiences at other Délifrance locations in the past. This location really leaves a lot to be desired.

I ate here with my mother. The iced coffee was extremely watery and barely tasted of coffee, and the tortillas in the carpaccio wraps were dry and hard. For 35 euros, I didn't think it was worth the money at all.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this café. The service was extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed, even from the first encounter. Simple questions were met with rude replies, and you felt like you were more of an intrusion than a welcome. Requests were also barely addressed – instead, you were fobbed off with an annoyed look, and then I left!

My husband and I wanted to eat a sandwich on the terrace at 16:35. They immediately told us that they close at 17:00 and that the kitchen was already closed. Okay, that sucks. We really wanted a sandwich. (We really finished it in 25 minutes.) Then I can probably use the toilet, and she even dared to ask 2 euros for it. Since I didn't consume anything. In short, you better not go there after half past four because you'll be looked away rather than given a warm welcome.

Horrible, what an experience here. The “manager” as she calls herself immediately gives you an error in your head. Breakfast went wrong with everything, time slot reserved. But some products were gone and had to be baked. Neat employee (young man) offered us an alternative, but I heard her rant that this was not the intention (wonderfully professional for your customers too). Difference of only “sweet” 40 cents ;-) Oh yes, if you are not a customer a toilet visit here costs € 2, - I quickly saw… disproportionate..

A great place in Almere for a quick bite of sandwich in morning and also they serve hot food

On Saturday my friend and I went for a delicious sandwich at this Délifrance. I ordered a healthy sandwich, when the food arrived I immediately noticed a black aphid on top of the egg slice, and a hair in the salad next to my sandwich. My friend spoke to one of the staff. Not even an apology!! I think they make their money with the €2 they pay for the toilet. All in all, not a cozy place, no atmosphere. Poor hygiene. We won't be coming back here again.

Unfortunately I can't say if the food is good since I got rudely send away because I walked in with my dog. Don't get me wrong, if the dog isn't aloud, no problem but don't start a discussion just because Im saying 'no problem but maybe it's an idea to put a sticker on the door' (like most businesses have btw) (instead of being rude.)

Very attentive lady who helped me! The coffee (double espresso) was really delicious, it reminded me of the coffee in Italy!

A nice place to have a nice lunch, and they have delicious caramel coffee!! Always friendly service and the atmosphere is always pleasant. You never have to wait long for your order and the food is always fresh. Highly recommended to have dinner there or in the morning because they open early to have a nice cup of coffee.

The paninis tasted good, with lettuce "on the side". The paninis could use a little more filling. Service was good and smooth. The staff was friendly. And, oh yes, one can also use the toilet if necessary. Overall I give this DeliFrance 14 out of 15 points. Would I go there for brunch again? For sure!

First and last time we come here. The order went completely wrong. We didn't get the warm ham baguette with honey mustard sauce and spring onions that we ordered...so it was taken to the back. Then the same ham sandwiches, now warm, came back with some spring onions and a bowl of sauce and 1 new warm ham baguette as originally ordered. K also had to pay something extra for it afterwards instead of a discount. We sat outside and that was a good thing because inside it smelled a lot like bleach. The toilets had just been cleaned. I found it uncomfortable inside. Not really an atmosphere as you would expect from a French croissanterie as the name Delifrance suggests. T Was more like the atmosphere of an almost deserted local takeaway pizzeria or something. And the toilets looked dingy despite the bleach smell...the toilet seat was loose...crumbled tiles here and there...No, this place urgently needs a major upgrade. Too bad because it is a top location so close to the station...opposite the always busy Primark. Live up to the Delifrance name...this can be done with few but very effective means. And make your sandwiches, wraps, etc. a little more than is currently the case. If you mention spring onions on the menu, I expect more than 4 stray slices of spring onion... Well... I'll stop complaining and whining... we sat down there for lunch ourselves. Good luck with the case. It has potential...but I think a lot still needs to be done.

Ordered the salmon salad, a croissant and cappuccino today. Everything is fresh and delicious. Cappuccino tastes really good and authentic! Nice atmosphere and super nice staff!!

Ordered mango smoothie 3 times and after my children complained, I took a sip of the drink and it tasted anything but like mango, but it also tasted spoiled. After taking the 2nd sip, I asked about the contents of the drink. The woman walked to the kitchen with our drinks and came back with a story that the mango had been removed and they also tasted it and came to the conclusion that the grapes may have been spoiled. We were offered new drinks that I thought were on the house, but this turned out not to be the case. At the checkout we were asked to pay for 2 smoothies and the drinks we received afterwards. After a brief explanation and request from me, the smoothies were taken off the bill, but now my son and I alternate between using the toilet at home and while I am 33 weeks pregnant, so anything but successful. 2-5-2024 no contact with Delifrance yet. Scandalous!!

Upon entering, the cleaning products smell hit you in the face. However, the place was anything but clean even though they were already putting away their cleaning supplies. Crumbs, indefinable brown liquid on the floor, pieces of paper, etc. I was greeted kindly and helped immediately. Other Staff disinterested, when leaving this catering establishment, 2 employees were very busy with a telephone and said briefly 'yes bye' without looking up. There was also a man at the back of the store making a loud phone call behind his laptop. Could hear what was being said effortlessly from the other side of the case. It seemed to be the owner himself? This could be wrong of course. I left it at just a drink, too bad

Vandaag voor het eerst bij dit restaurant en blijkt dat dit restaurant al 11 jaar bestaat. Normaal kom ik nooit in Almere Stad door de week en zeker in de ochtend. Wij werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen. Wij hebben de luncht gebruikt van gemaakt. Het was snel en lekker. Zeker een adres om weer eens terug te komen.

Heerlijk met mijn dochter geluncht. Eten was heerlijk en de bediening heel vriendelijk.

Koffie is lekker. Personeel vriendelijk.

Veel teveel tafels, én geen nood uitgang. Lastig wegkomen als er iets zou gebeuren. Rolstoelen of rollators kunnen niet het pand in zo vol is het. Geen lekkere cappuccino

Super lieve medewerkster! Ze hielp heel goed met mijn gluten en lactose intolerantie, had daar erg veel geduld voor en was heel erg behulpzaam! Lekker gegeten, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Bedankt nogmaals! Waren alle mensen maar zo vriendelijk en lief net als zij.
