Very disrespectful service i don’t recommend this terrible Resturant for any one Really awful people I have ordered food and im waiting dor one and half hour and then when i call they really disrespected me

Kapsalon comes without fries, chicken fillet grill is partly well fried, partly still pink on the inside. I am pregnant and the staff barely speaks Dutch and apparently cannot read it at all. They are super aggressive and arrogant when you call them out on it. Almost felt threatened by the delivery person who claims he is also the manager there. I just can't believe it. Have been ordering and eating from them since they opened and have never experienced this. This made me so shocked and angry.

I give them 3 stars because the truth is that the food is very good and it is the one that most resembles Spain. But they are talking about the price, they have raised +2€ on everything I think and on top of that they put a small amount for what it is currently worth. Months ago it cost less and they even provided more food. Unfortunately, with that price and the little they offer, I think I won't go again, they have lost a client who came quite a few times. If they improve the quantity or the price I will return without hesitation because it is very good.

I have no idea how they delivered at 2 am in the morning. But someone picked up and said they can deliver. I took a bite and it felt like everything was defrosted and the food was barely eatable. Even the delivery was made late.

The driest kebab I’ve ever ordered, not worth the money.

35 euro order, I only receive 2 sandwiches with 2 cans, I didn't even receive the rest and I don't know if I will get them, I think this will be the last time.

25 euros for 2 small sandwiches with even less chicken fillet, stomach flu and perhaps also food poisoning is a bit expensive in my opinion. Last time.

These people do not read what you indicate on your order. Then they bring the wrong order and you call them. Then it takes six months before they come, they say they will solve it for you. Then you call them again and they turn off the entire phone. The joke is... you pay a deposit for nothing... because the cans come from the Eastern Bloc...

I personally didn't like the döner that much. Other than that, you can see that they really put effort into their dishes. In addition, the delivery person was very nice. They forgot some fries. Before my hair salon was finished they were back at the door with fries and a drink as a saving grace. The fries were very good by the way!

what a bad tent. I had a hair salon and a burger, my hair salon was ready and my burger came 15 minutes later. When I was finally able to eat, my meat was as cold as my salad 😠. My burger was still raw and the atmosphere was terrible. no friendly people I will never come here again!!!

Slowest delivery time. Countless times they delivered a different drink without even asking on the phone if its okay. Broodjes are half empty, lackluster and cold by the time they arrive. Surprised this place has not shut down yet. Never again.

I ordered my food at 11:30 and it arrived at 12 noon. Cheese wasn't melted and salad wasn't even set up

Very tasty food. We came from Cologne to Amsterdam and then we found the restaurant. We will never forget the food and the friendliness of the restaurant staff. I will always enjoy going to this restaurant and will always recommend it wholeheartedly.

why does this place still exist? the man at the counter was friendly, but this food, it's horrible. the food is like chewing on chlamydia, a drink of water after every bite because you can't get rid of it.

You can decide for yourself whether this dry, tough mess is edible :) it also arrived at the wrong address two hours later✋🙂‍↕️ since when do fries belong at the top of a hair salon? And is this cheese or something else?? It doesn't look that transparent, does it? Could the person who makes it eat it themselves????? What a waste

NB! Döner Baba has long been sold! They used to be one of the best Turkish places in Amsterdam. The new owners have completely ruined it. Food is bad, meat is bone dry and not tasty! You often see this happen when a tent is sold, the quality deteriorates rapidly.

Food was bad and fresh from the microwave, even the fries came from the microwave. I never thought I would eat a doner dish for 17 euros that was an Albertheijn microwave package and the sauce was just yogurt with garlic salt.

What a failure, food came over 35 minutes late after calling twice and it came around the corner incomplete. I had ordered a simple kebab menu, with fries (actually) they were immediately forgotten. But at least you added sauces for fries three times... really a disappointment, especially if you're still hungry in the evening and are hoping to get something quickly. I just shelled out €17 for a really bad kebab with a can of cola and that's an absolute disgrace and if you add to that the far too long delivery time and the two calls, I really can't recommend this shop at all. You incompetents………I was so angry when I noticed this in my hotel room. Dirty shop and damn incompetent staff

I ordered food in the evening around 12 am, the order was delivered in about 20 minutes. Great that's what I say drink good temperature food hot sauce and everything no mistakes in my opinion! top service 👍👍

Waited for an hour to then get a hair salon with only fries and chicken. Fries were soft and definitely not fresh. Chicken were the leftovers. First and last time.

Staff did not understand the order online because he does not know the Dutch language. Received burnt chicken and kapsalon with only fries and doner. While I added; no tomato and cheese well melted. But he didn't know what melted meant. Delivered again and this time chicken doner instead of veal. VERY BAD.

I have been coming and ordering here for years and have always been satisfied with the quality... But no, this is now the 3rd time that the food has been very disappointing. This was the last time for me. I don't know what exactly you do with the preparation, but it is 100% correct that it is not the right preparation. Meat = tough - fries = old, salad is just cheap large pieces of cabbage and tough carrots. No, this is not good and was the last time I eat from you.

I waited an hour for a burnt and tough hair salon. My jaw hurts after a few bites. The fries are not fresh and hard. The döner is burnt. On top of this, the container is stuffed with red cabbage and carrot.

I will never order from here again! I ordered a hair salon and received a mini container for €10!!! The meat seemed like rubber, the cheese was the same story. Disgusting food!!! Save yourself the money and order somewhere else

Waited an hour for our order, meat (adana kebab) was super dry and old. Tasted just like rubber, I kept chewing. There was so much carrot and cabbage crammed into the sandwich. The quality has really deteriorated. Very unfortunate, because you used to be one of the best.

Kapsalon is bad. The fries are smooshed, the meat was really dried with strange texture (a bit chewy and plastic-like pieces). Do not recommend.

Did not receive what was ordered. Worst of all is that the chicken burger is frozen in the bun. Sickening. Called, got on the phone with arguing employees who were swearing at each other.

Poor service and long waiting times. I wanted to order food at the counter but the guy refused, saying he was busy. So I placed an order online and surprise. The initial 18 minutes turned into 57 minutes. Failure.

Your food is has to be reported to the health department, it is super dry and taste like old food! And I almost choked on it.

Dirtiest kapsalon (chicken) I have ever eaten, I actually got 1 large piece of chicken instead of being neatly cut into small pieces, fries were dry, and the presentation was also very poor, all the food was mixed up as if the delivery person had walked by shake the container. And besides, the container wasn't even completely filled. I will never order from here again, I would rather make my own hair salon. If I were you I would close the tent immediately. Because the food was actually terrible.

The worst food i have ever ate.the bread was like stone,more dry cant be,the meat was cold and not fresh,i asked for extra sauce but was no sauce at all inside.the guy inside who prepare the sandwich is very slow,no polite and agressive.i cant understand how these villagers keep that business and not yet closed.PEOPLE BE CAREFUL.DONT EAT IN THAT SHUT PLACE

Bestelling te laat aangekomen, toen we belde met de vraag of de bestelling was doorgekomen en of deze geleverd werd. Was het antwoord dat het nog 60min zou duren, hierbij gaven wij het antwoord dat de bestelling geannuleerd mag worden werd de telefoon opgehangen door de toko. Uiteindelijk is de bestelling wel gekomen maar ook hierbij miste onderdelen van de bestelling. Geen aanrader

Ik koop altijd turkse pizza met of zonder döner. Of döner box met patat, beide altijd kalf en met alles. (Sla,uien, tomaten enzo)

Best kapsalon in whole of Amsterdam

Porties flink verkleind, lijken wel kids menu’s. Ik heb het dan over de Doner Box. €7,95 voor 6 hotwings is wel leipe oplichting, bij Gunay Burger, paar km verderop krijg je 10 flinke hotwings voor €6. Je kan binnen al heel lang niet meer eten. Eten is ok, maar wellicht omdat ik hier alleen kom voor mijn nostalgie. En het eten hier maakt mij dus nostalgisch waardoor ik het lekker vind, al flikkeren ze er afwasmiddel op snap je.

Wilde nog een zakje sambal erbij bestellen maar de bezorger was er tot mijn verbazing al. Alsnog werd mijn sambal een fles van 500ml na een aantal minuten GRATIS bezorgd Had niet gehoeven maar zij stonden erop om mij tevreden te houden. Ik heb nog nooit klantenservice op dit niveau meegemaakt. Daarnaast was het eten lekker het was veel en best luxe verpakt. Dus bij deze thanku very much guys ik zal zoiezo veel vaker bestellen. Veel succes met het bedrijf en tot snel.

I tried the lamb kapsalon before and it was good (fries where quite soggy) but yesterday night I ordered the chicken kapsalon. Was the worst I ever tried. There was so much fat in it. No idea chicken can have this much fat. No exaggeration it was 70% fat and the actual chicken was too burned. They put more cheese and fries on top to not look burned as if I wouldn’t know when I eat it. I was so hungry and had nothing else to eat so I ate most of it but it was a terrible mistake. I couldn’t get of bed today from the stomachache. Would not recommend it!!! Kebab and kapsalon are one of my favourite food and I don’t think I can eat it any time soon after this time. Chicken wings are great tho!

Kapsalon is goed gevuld met patat en vlees. Echter zijn de tafels wat aan de vettige kant. Zou wel fijn zijn als het met een schone doek wordt schoongemaakt.

Over het eten niks te klagen, maar hygiëne… man man man, tankstation toiletten zijn schoner. Tafels zijn vaak vies.. jammer
