Ridiculously bad. We had reserved in advance. When we came in we waited until someone could help us. We ended up waiting half an hour and then we indicated that we had made a reservation and whether they could help us. Then we waited for a long time again, no one came to help us, it was really scandalous, we waited so long for nothing. We ended up running away. We'll never come here again.

NEVER again, a rude local and arrogant owner.. I want to eat according to my taste and not according to the taste of the staff. Never again at a Turkish local.

The food here was really disappointing. I'm used to different things from meram.

The best burger I ate in my intime life

I asked if it was thin slices of döner and they said yes, but it turned out to be ground döner… It didn't taste good and the bread was old. It's not a place I would visit again.

I recommend you not to go to any place called Meram in Amsterdam, the food is not delicious, the fees are very expensive and the employees are very rude. They charged 30 euros for 2 doner wraps, even though there was no drink. I was very surprised at the entrance, wondering why this huge place was empty while other restaurants were packed. I was surprised, but it didn't take long to find out why.

Order never arrived. Left 2 kids hungry with no other place to eat due to time. Called the restaurant 90 minutes after the order was placed and no answer. On the app it shows that the food was delivered but it never was. Stay away from these crooks

This afternoon, I took my girlfriend for the first time to Meram. We were quickly helped by the kindest waiter we have ever encountered. The food arrived very quickly, and everything was super fresh and warm. The taste of the food was also really good, just as I was used to from Meram, and our special food requests were well listened to. Once again, our compliments for the service of the very attentive and kind male waiter! Keep up the good work, we will definitely come back when we are in Amsterdam. The chicken was good but not the kofta.

Gisteren besteld ( 30 Juni), eten was niet compleet toen het bezorgd werd. Eerst een kwartier aan de telefoon gezeten omdat ze onze order niet terug konden vinden. Uiteindelijk de belofte gehad dat dit weer bezorgd zou worden, hier mochten we ook weer dik anderhalf uur op wachten... zeer teleurstellend! Bestel hier niet als je kwaliteit voor je geld terug verwacht.

It's terrible, you eat kebab for 62 euros, you get treated like a dog by the waiter, you get 3 thin small (sliced) lavash and then when you ask for new lavash, you're charged 5 euros, it's a sullen, slow, awful place. Standard abroad, it is a place of arrogant, dirty people who mislead Turkish and foreigners and are desperate for money. It is a farce that they will force someone to take the account in 2024, and it is a further comedy that they will say that only one person will pay the account, which costs almost 80 euros, either in cash or by card. As a Turk, I felt ashamed to be here. For the first time in my life, I made a Google review for a restaurant, first thing in the morning the next day. !!!English!!! All the service is too slow, servers are f' rude, if you want to eat just a little bit more u need to give extra money and accept their bad words after 62€ worth simple kebab. Just for informing foreign guys, this is not a turkish hospitality, please dont judge us with this kind of restaurants, turkish society and restaurants are better than this, I have a big shame on this restaurant, dont go there!

The meat was cold, fries were burnt, not enough rice and hardly any sauce. I paid more than 60 euros for a mix grill for two people and I am simply very dissatisfied. I called the restaurant and the person on the phone was rude and said "I can't do anything about it, just contact home delivery". I think it's a shame, but I certainly won't order from them again.

Waited 3 hours for a simple order. Never showed up and wouldn’t pick up the phone. Very frustrating.

Wir sind in das Restaurant gegangen ohne vorher die Rezessionen anzuschauen und ich muss sagen ich würde da jetzt nicht nochmal essen und das liegt nicht am Essen selber. Wir haben gegrilltes Hähnchen im Brot, Burger und Pommes gehabt und das ganze war gut eine 8/9 von 10. das Restaurant selber ist in einer Straße wo man sich nicht sehr wohl fühlt. Das Restaurant selber ist auch sehr schmuddelig. Kein Salz nur eine fast leere Pfeffermühle auf dem Tisch. Schmuddelige Mayo und Ketchupdose auf dem Tisch sowie Krümel von den vorherigen Gästen. Die Bedienung mit dem Fisherman Hut war nett 👍 dann gab es auch noch den anderen der auch nett war aber zB seinen Daumen beim Servieren ganz tief in meinem Teller hatte und das Essen berührte oder „fast“ berührte. Oder er hat sich weil ich fertig war nicht nur meine Sachen sondern auch die von meiner Begleitung abgeräumt obwohl das Getränk und die Pommes noch halb voll waren. Das machte einen sehr unprofessionellen Eindruck.

Zwei Sterne gibt es für die Nette Dame die dort war für Ihre Freundliche Art, das Essen jedoch war mittelmäßig (das eine Essen war gut, das andere leider kalt). Für drei Personen haben wir eine Schale mit 3 geschnitten kleinen Brotteilen gehabt auf Wunsch mussten wir den zweiten Korb wieder mit nur kleinen Stückchen extra bezahlen was mehr als unser Essen gekostet hat. Was wiederum für uns eine Frechheit war (Wo anders bekommt man ein ganzen Fladenbrot in die Mitte und teilt sich diesen).

Karışık kebab istedik, maalesef etler yanık geldi. Lezzet olarak çok iyi değildi, vasatın altındaydı.

I walked in with 10 minutes until my boat tour, i tried to walk out bc i figured it would take too long. the man working stopped me and i told them i was really hungry but didn’t have time. he said gimme 5 minutes and whipped up the best thing i’ve eaten in my life. thank you so much to this place my tummy is happy and my heart is full.

Do not order here or eat here, the owner is rude to other people. He even threat people if you give bad reviews so this one is for you. There are mouses and this give a big 1 star review, this guy doesnt deserve to run a Meram franchise.

Food was good but service was slow, they are clearly understaffed, and we saw them put back the salad we half-ate with the rest of the salad that they give to everyone else... not clean at all. Would avoid the raw foods here
