Our restaurant in Lemmer, where our boat is moored. For six years, it's been our go-to place for great food, fantastic service, and varied evenings. It's not just about sailing; we also watch football, celebrate, and eat great food. My husband's favorite dish is the steak, and I have the catch of the day.

This eatery, located in a marina, boasts a beautiful waterfront setting. They have a large terrace, which is especially pleasant during the summer months. The fried eggs I had here for lunch were delicious, and I highly recommend them.

We were at this restaurant today at 12:30. According to Google Maps, it should have been open. There was a light on inside, but the door was locked. So the opening hours don't seem to be correct.

We stayed at the Sporthotel and had always wanted to go there, and this time we finally made it happen. Very friendly and attentive staff greeted and escorted us. My wife had delicious pasta with pesto, and I had a burger. Our dog was served a bowl of water without asking. It's in a beautiful and quiet location by the water, which was very relaxing. The price/performance ratio was good, and we will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

The location is very beautiful. We always enjoy coming here once a year. The staff is friendly, and the food and value for money are top-notch.

I found the staff very unfriendly. They raised my hand two or three times and were noticed, but they just walked on to other customers. I also found the hygiene on the terrace to be poor. We ordered a bottle of wine and received two dirty glasses and a wine that costs 1.60 on the internet and was 25 euros here. A nice sweet wine, but not rubbish. The food was good.

Great location. We ordered two beers at the bar. It was obvious that it would take a while, as the place was packed. After asking several times and an hour later, we still hadn't had one. The service was unfortunately abysmal, so we left.

First, I'd like to highlight the location. Beautifully situated by the water. The food was fantastic. Not only was the taste outstanding, but the selection of dishes also exceeded my highest expectations. The presentation of the dishes was also a feast for the eyes. It's good value for money. I would happily eat there again. Even the children's plates are really good, with a rich and varied menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our first experience at De Eerste Aanleg: We thought we were ordering a delicious fried schnitzel, but we were sorely disappointed. It was good meat, but the kitchen messed it up. It was deep-fried and arrived at the table, covered in grease. It was a real shame. The service was also terrible. Very functional, not a single word more, and to finally pay, we went inside to the bar. There too, no further explanation: "Where were you?" or the amount. This was our first and, unfortunately, last time.

It's suggested you can moor there to eat something. This is only allowed with a very small boat. We had a small sailboat and wanted to eat something with four people. We were turned away because we weren't allowed to moor there. The boat (10 meters) was too big. Well, goodbye🙋‍♀️

Upon arrival, we were surprised by the beautiful new terrace, complete with lovely furniture. What a wonderful addition to an already lovely restaurant. We come here once a year from Gelderland, specifically for lunch and boat watching. A wonderful 12 hours, and the staff are always friendly. Until next time.

A super, super nice location in Lemmer – the food is excellent and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's hardly worth it. On weekends, it's best to make a reservation during peak times; it's almost always full.

The reservation service was terrible. Despite the signage, the staff couldn't remember you and claimed it was off-shift, even though you booked the table with that person yourself! Sad...

Ondanks dat niet alle tafels bezet waren op het terras. Waardoor het terras een beetje druk is, vergeten ze gewoon je opgenomen bestelling door te zetten naar de keuken. Na een klein uurtje navraag bij de serveerster kom je hier achter. Foutje kan gebeuren. Hoe dan ? Alles is in een Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) ingevoerd. Wilt u wit of bruin brood? Ongelooflijk raar. 🤔

I was there on May 26, 2025, and I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly service and really good food at a reasonable price by Dutch standards. I'll definitely be back.

Je moet wel even 'doorbijten' want bij aankomst kijk je tegen een verloederde keet aan - blijkt dat je achterom moet lopen om het eettentje te vinden. Dan kom je terecht in een laagdrempelig plekje met leuk uitzicht en prima eten.

It's cold outside, or rather icy and the water is partially frozen - inside the fireplace is burning. Apple tart with whipped cream - the cake is steaming, the cream is decorated with fruit - a culinary delight. The schnitzel with side dishes such as fries, some vegetables, extra red cabbage, salad - not only looks good, but also tastes very good. The service - have been there a lot now and have always received friendly and quick service. Value for money - 5 out of 5 from me and applause. Of course you don't get anything for free, but the prices are just good. The location - okay, anyone who comes to Lemmer for the first time won't see it straight away because it's just not in the city. A 5 minute drive from the city, but the drive is worth it. Conclusion - once you get to know it, you'll love coming back again and again.

We were a group of 26 people and agreed in advance that we would eat buffet for 12 hours. It was excellently cared for and everything was delicious and more than sufficient. Tomato soup, croquette, carpaccio, salmon, salad and various types of bread. And good and friendly service. Highly recommended to have lunch here with a larger group.

Rij door naar achteren. Wij dachten eerst dat we niet goed zaten. Uiteindelijk kan je je auto achterin goed parkeren en dan loop je langs de zijkant richting het water en daar is een mooi terras. Heerlijk gezeten en lekker gegeten.

Continue to the back. At first we thought we were in the wrong place. Ultimately you can park your car well at the back and then walk along the side towards the water and there is a beautiful terrace. Had a lovely seat and a delicious meal.

The food was good and the atmosphere was very nice. Unfortunately, half of the order was forgotten and dismissed with the comment that there had been a misunderstanding. The table wasn't cleared for 1.5 hours and there wasn't an invoice (the invoice amount was communicated verbally), The service employees were below average.

We were there for a birthday, so with 10 adults it was a bit cramped and because no reservations had been made in advance and there was also another party, tables and chairs were pushed next to each other in a provisional manner. We have been holidaying in Tacozijl regularly for 20 years and have been visiting the restaurant every time since then. The staff is always friendly and the food is absolutely delicious and of very good quality. In recent years in particular, the ambience and the food have increased in quality. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
