If you want authentic Javanese food, this is SURINAMESE JAVANIAN CUISINE...THE BEST THERE IS. Bami 10 Petjil 10 Bakabana 10 Peanut Satay Sauce 10 x 10 It simply doesn't get any better. Once you've been there, you'll never go anywhere else...For 35 years now. The best Javanese cuisine in the Netherlands

Friendly staff. Delicious food. Baka bana is crispy and sweet. Bami kip satay (a good portion), tender chicken, and flavorful peanut sauce. Highly recommended.

Great food, authentic indonesian-surinamese food always prepared with fresh ingredients. The fried cassave with dried fish is definitely a winner and the sate, baka bana and bami/nasi are super. Best toko in town!

I lived opposite here on the corner of Joubertstraat in 1979/80, when it already existed, and it was already tasty. The owner was an older lady and her husband, I was 19 lol and I think the children or even the grandchildren continued it. Simply excellent. Greetings Justine

Absolutely stunning value for money. Unparalleled in Amsterdam for serving home cooked food, at home cooked prices. I'm conflicted even telling people about it publicly, lest they get too popular. Bakabana, soempias... The best! Take some roti home and add butter. Two things will melt.

After the closure of our favorite restaurant Lalla Rookh (will it ever open again after the fire in spring 2023?) we spent a year looking for a comparable Surinamese takeaway restaurant. And finally found it in Eethuis Parie! Delicious vegetarian roti and tasty vegetarian noodles. Compliments, because we are quite picky. The roti in particular is excellent with long beans (fortunately no cabbage = cheap), tempeh and a tasty sauce. We will always go here from now on!! Rob van Burik

Our experience in one word: nasty. The food comes from the microwave and the hygiene is less than a 3.

The roti is very watery and the meat quite dry.

Baka bana and spring roll are simply delicious! Peanut sauce is also very tasty! Next time I'll try teloh!

Roti was very tasty. Tasty sambal. Friendly service. Busy, so that's probably a good sign! A lot of laundry was takeaway, but you can also sit there.

Dit Restaurant is schoon en ziet er mooi uit aan de binnen en buitenkant, het is hier is heel erg lekker.

Uitstekend eten. Blij verrast. De telo was heerlijk vers bereid en de moksi was ook erg lekker.

Eten is geweldig goeie surves en je hoeft niet te lang te wachten en de sfeer zit gewoon in de tent en buiten gewoon op en top aanrader voor de mensen die het niet kennen ga daar maar een keer eten halen en je wilt niet anders😏

Snel, lekker en qualitatief echt een aanrader voor auntentiek surinaams eten. Met name de saoto soep was echt overheerlijk wel grappig dat ze laminaat aan de muur hebben hangen maar dat ter zijde echt top!

Eethuis Parie kom ik al 15 jaar, ze hebben heerlijk eten, iedere keer!

In veel de lekkerste: lekkerste bami, lekkerste nasi, lekkerste saoto, lekkerste saté, lekkerste satésaus! Voor als je in de buurt bent maar ik zou er ook voor omrijden! LEKKER!
