Apparently when I tip on the app it goes to the restaurant not the courier..?

Food was extremely cold when it arrived, and I haven't even mentioned how disgusting it was. They gave me the wrong thing, which is why I called the company. I got a response saying "sort it out at thuisbezorgd" Antisocial, bad, cold, in short I'd rather get ebola than order from here again.

Picked up food myself at Gochu. Food was strongly spiced but tasty. Was helped by a friendly owner. Good experience!

Used to be good for uber eats delivery pickups but today they only prepared thuisbezorgd orders!

Ordered yesterday and all three got seriously ill.. eternal waste of our money. Normally it is always good and now we are all three flat.. UPDATE; gochu gang has approached me to solve this properly and to reimburse us. It can happen and so it is very nice that they do this.

Haven't eaten so badly in a long time. I would have preferred a salad. It's just that I can't get my finger that far down my throat because I refuse to digest this meal. The sandwich is tasty but the chicken with it doesn't taste good. And then they made the bowl of fried chicken soggy. Too bad, could have had potential..

Ordered via thuisbezorgd, 4 items, you forgot 1 of the 4 (25%). Promised a refund for that item over the phone, got it also promised by Thuisbezorgd over chat. Never saw any refund or other compensation for the missing food.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered through thuisbezorgd today, I have already been waiting for more than one hour and it still says it takes 45 minutes. When I call the restaurant to see what is going on, one girl picks up the phone and avoids all my questions and when I tell her that I want to cancel the order she hung up on me! And this happened TWICE. Now I am calling and they are simply not picking up!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Ordered boneless fried chicken and a chicken burger from uber eats. Both the fried chicken and burger are salty as hell. Could not finish them even half. The yummiest part is the bun.

Burger and fries were tasty but the 3 piece garlic and spicy way too much sauce. You don't taste the chicken anymore. Think the chicken was also fried for the 2nd time and not fresh.

Ordered on a Saturday via Uber eats. Often eaten Korean food (been to Korea, Korean family) but this didn't even come close. All 3 types of boneless chicken pieces were only slightly warm and tasted mainly of paneer. It had a sickly taste and it tasted more like fake meat/tofu than it came close to good Korean food. The dumplings? They were cold and crispy? The fries were tough and cold. No, unfortunately for us never again!

I asked about the allergens of a product. The man wasn't sure if it contained peanuts or tree nuts, so we asked for the allergen card. He didn't have it 'just within reach'. When asked if he could look up the map he said no. Too bad for him they are legally obliged to do so, I suspected he simply didn't have a card. He then told me to call Gochu Gang the company. Who do I call now? He gave me a 06 number (????) and no one answered. Fortunately, the Gochu Gang in Utrecht was able to tell me. Shame about this incompetent guy. In any case, it's really ridiculous that you have to do a whole search to even find a telephone number.

Unfortunately half of the order was not delivered and what was delivered was cold. The delivery service advised to call the company. The gentleman had packed the order himself in 2 bags so he knew it was in there. We had only received 1 bag from the delivery person, so that explained the missing parts. Then the gentleman became very suspicious and we were kind of accused that we had captured the food. He was sure of that. He got angry and hung up. He also indicated that deliveries were made from 4 company names (all the same company) and asked for the name. When I gave it, he said he didn't sell the missing products under that name (as if we were lying). We were speechless and couldn't believe he hung up. Very bad! And too bad!

Chicken and burger were delicious. The chicken could have used a little more sauce. Some chicken pieces had no sauce. However, fries were disappointing. It was greasy. Containers for the chicken and fries are small. You can get a little more for the amount you pay.

This is simply not possible! Besides looking incredibly unappetizing, it was completely cold and hard. The toppings were not cut and just thrown on whole. It didn't taste like anything either. The fries were also completely cold and hard. Obviously not available by phone. Very sad! Paid more than 60 euros! Don't get anything here!!

We ordered food to be delivered at home around 20h30. The food never arrived and they straight up cancelled the order. Furthermore, the last time a friend tried this place, the food came late and cold. Order from another place entirely.

Food is okay, we ordered soy chicken en spicy chicken through Thuisbezorgd, we are disappointed because the chicken is not Crispy as it the delivery advert says “the crispiest chicken in the block”, it is chewy and the amount of chicken is not that enough for 11.50euro...

The location to sit was not so good, but the food was really great! Chicken was super tender and crunchy, fries were crispy and salty. Very nice gentleman who also serves you; so he gave us the ice cream later, and offered us to take the remains with us plus gave us extra sauce. There was less interior decoration, but as long as you are having fun with someone else you pay less attention to that. Highly recommended!

Welcoming place and very friendly staff, tasty food with generous portions, recommended for those who love sweet and sour food.

Potato Fries were very greasy and it seemed like I only got leftovers. And then the gochu chicken coleslaw with chicken thigh was absolutely unpalatable, there were only small mini pieces of chicken and stuff all around it covered in breadcrumbs. I ate more breadcrumbs than chicken. But hey!

Gochu Gang Ede is an absolute must. Food is delivered quickly, hot and perfectly crispy upon arrival. Flavors are great! Nice and spicy, fresh coleslaw and delicious chicken. Have ordered the kimchi chicken mandu (gyoza), the Gochu chicken coleslaw burger and the sweet potato fries with gochujang mayonnaise several times.

The chicken came totally raw!! The sweet potato is covered in a flower that makes it crispy but super heavy that you hardly can taste the potato itself. The sauce is very sweet but tasteful.

Every time after ordering from Gochu Gang in Leiden I say that I have to write a review, but in the end I don't because the food tempers my acute anger somewhat, but now it's the same old story again. The restaurant promises to deliver between 30 and 55 minutes, but so far I have been able to add 1-1.5 hours each time. That's fine if they aren't that fast, but be honest about that. By the way, I'm just a fan of the food, which is why I allowed myself to be lured into another 2.5 hour waiting session today.

We ordered delivery from here to our apartment on our first night in Amsterdam. It was pretty late so didn’t expect it to be 10/10 but it was! The fried chicken and the gyoza were our favourites. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Ive now ordered from this place twice and twice it was not great. The LOADED FRIES KIMCHI CHEESE are quite nice. Crispy fries, with a nice topping. Its the GOCHU CHICKEN COLESLAW BURGER thats been a total let-down. The chicken is soggy, and there's way too much coleslaw and sauce on the burger for it to be enjoyable. I dont think I will order a 3rd time from this place.

I love Kimchi so I loved the Kimchi fries. Even my partner who doesn't like Kimchi that much ordered it and really liked it. The ginger suse/cheese? That came with it was amazing. Message to Google who keeps removing my reviews due to "fake content": I'm getting fed up with you removing my reviews with the argument that they are fake. They Def are not. This is my own experience from when I was at this place. I appeal and it gets denied with no explanation. I am really losing trust in Google maps as a product due to this. I have 15 million views on my reviews and photos and get 100 00 new views per month. But as the situation now I am close to wanting to remove all my reviews and not support this product.

Ordered food for the first time. Never again! Kimchi seemed rotten, burger was cold. Didn't make any sense.

I thought Chicken was good, coleslaw also nice but isn’t dressed. Vegan chicken not so great. Kimchi veryyyy questionable… did not dare to eat it, tasted like it had gone bad and was no longer crunchy unfortunately. My delivery experience was very quick!

The burger was excellent. What a good chicken. Dumplings were also delicious. Unfortunately not the fries. They are fried in too old fat, so they are grainy and dry. Not tasty unfortunately. We will definitely come back for the burger.

Best sweet potato fries I have had in Amsterdam. They are coated with a very crunchy batter. I really like their veggie bowl, it is well priced and filling. Although it may not taste traditionally Korean, the flavor they have and the combinations are really tasty and keep me coming back for more :) Delivery also always arrived on time. Update: shrink-flation on the bowls?

Ordered online. Very bad experience. Cold and limp fries (didn't even seem like they were fried, so pale and limp with raw potato flavor). The snack burger had good taste but was also completely cold and soggy. After indicating this, a good solution seemed to be found: an employee told me that I would get the full amount back. Unfortunately, Uber customer service does not agree and only wants to refund €1, which has not even been refunded after a week and a half. All in all a downright bad experience. Placed an order yesterday via home delivery at Gochu Gang The Hague for 66.40. 20:56. At 9:50 PM the food wasn't there yet. Called telephone numbers known to home delivery and the phone didn't even ring. On home delivery it is said that the food was delivered even though there was still nothing at 11:00 PM. Restaurant tells home delivery that it has been delivered and they do not agree to a refund...nice and easy to get away with. Thuisbezorgd cannot refund money because that would be theft, but who is actually stealing from whom here? So you don't have to order here because unfortunately I only now see several reviews that several people have not had their food! And the delivery people were not from home delivery but from themselves! Scammers!

Ordered online, the food really wasn't worth it. The burger was cold and, to be honest, had very little taste. The sweet potato is indeed crispy, but actually has very little taste, only the fried dumplings were tasty, but they were completely soggy because someone had not closed the sauce container, which is a bit of a shame. But especially for that price, it's better to go to the snack bar, then you know what to expect.

I really enjoy the boneless chicken from here with the spicy sauce! Mainly I ordered via Ubereats, however, the delivery always takes very long to arrive. One day I ordered around 7 pm and it took almost 2 and half hour to arrive. According to Uber eats, it says the store staff delivers, so I am not sure why it takes so long.

Ordered online. It was delivered very quickly, everything was still nice and warm and in nice cardboard containers. The loaded fries were okay (not super loaded, there wasn't a lot of cheese on them and not a lot of flavor, but fine and tasty with the kimchi). The veggie burger was great, nice and crunchy and juicy at the same time, well filled and on a tasty bun. The fried chicken was very popular with my husband, who is Korean himself so I'm sure you know 😊
